Extremely disappointed with how unprofessional the customer service is at this office. I had an appointment scheduled and was told I did not have one when I signed in. I logged on to my phone to show the girl at the front desk my appointment confirmation on their portal but she didn’t want to see it. She said she would have to check with the doctor to see if they can fit me in. I sat for another 30mins past my appointment time with no updates. When I checked in with her for an update as to why patients with appointments after me were being seen before me she said because they had appointments and I didn’t. No apology, nothing. She did not seem to care at all. Instead of an apology, I was given attitude, disrespect and no proof of them showing I cancelled my appointment when I could clearly show them proof of my appointment with my login and confirmation in my hands. Yet they refused to accept the appointment confirmation I had, saw every other patient with appointments after me with the same doctor and wasted my time. This was a mistake on their part, not mine yet they refused to accept responsibility and be fair about the situation. There are many other places that treat their customers with respect. Also my last appointment with the doctor was very rushed. She saw me for under 5mins and told me she had two mins because she had other patients to see. Do not schedule an appointment with someone if you all do not have the time to give them the attention they need. I will not be returning to this place. Do not recommend.

Dr. Gadh is the BEST! Ive been with her for 10+ years and I truly love her so much!! She is always so upbeat, caring & informative. Never makes me feel rushed and answers all of my questions, always making me feel reassured. Shes delivered my babies and with both experiences I felt at peace knowing I was in her hands. I could go on & on... She is absolutely amazing all around. Everyone in the office is also very nice & helpful. My appointments are always a breeze. THANK YOU!The only negative is that I wish she was a primary doctor so I can see her more often! :) I highly recommend her to everyone!

I was referred by a friend to this office and just wow! The office was so clean, the office staff was very friendly and Dr. Gadh treated me as if I was family. It’s hard to find a doctor that is kind, thorough, and who actually listen and CARES about what you have to say. Going to any doctor can be a scary experience but Dr.Gadh made it easy. I will definitely be keeping her as one of my doctors!

Dr Gadh is amazing,straight to the point ,so compassionate and professional . As a first time mom i was really impressed with how knowledgeable and caring she is,there was no question she couldn’t answer and I had many. For the delivery she was very attentive to my needs and she made sure I felt comfortable and safe as possible.I always had a great experience at Weston office. I would highly recommend Dr Gadh

Absolutely love Dr Gadh. My experience at her office was top notch. Everything about the office was great. The receptionist was very welcoming. Her nurse was very pleasant and even her office manager stopped and took time to answer my question regarding billing. Dr. Gadh answered all my questions and I left her office very pleased and not rushed at all

I have been going here for the last 4-5 years. Every visit has been nothing but pleasant and efficient. They do not make you wait hours for your appointment and their service is overall very efficient. I have had a great experience with Dr. Mignacca, she is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She will eagerly answer any questions you may have. I would recommend this office!

Too busy. Did a test as she requested. 5-6 weeks later and 3 calls/ messages, no response from her about the test. Guess if youre not pregnant youre not a priority.

I literally just got off the phone because I wanted to inquire about my essure implant I had many years ago. The individual who answered the phone was very dismissive for whatever reason towards me as if somehow my question offended her. Then proceeds to tell me that office never did my procedure as if I’m crazy and I imagined it. Puts me on hold and returns to confirm I did have the procedure but I had to ask her if it was something I did or said because she seems upset. Her reply “I’m taking up her time”. She could’ve simply directed the call to the nursing station or someone else who could answer my question. I’ve been seeing Dr.Gadh for over 14yrs and never once experienced such an attitude from anyone in her office. Utterly ridiculous and uncalled for. As women, we should be able to ask questions.

I was excited to see Dr. Gadh for the first time after reading great reviews and learning that she specializes in the management of chronic BV. After my first visit, I was super disappointed and in my opinion, she is a sub par doctor. She doesn’t care about the patients concerns and she has no interest in truly helping. Treating chronic BV with Flagly when the patient tells you that Flagyl has NEVER worked should’ve been my first red flag. Treating a chronic infection with long term antibiotics WITHOUT a culture and sensitivity test were the final red flags I needed to know that this lady DID NOT care AT ALL. She lied and said she did a culture that she never actually did but didn’t hesitate for a second to prescribe me antibiotics. She took one look at me and totally wrote me off not knowing I’ve been an RN for 10 years. I’m not ignorant on the topic and there is nothing this women did that was helpful. I will NEVER return to her office again.

Dr Gadh delivered all of my children and I am so glad she did. She is an outstanding doctor who I have the utmost confidence in providing me with excellent care and guidance especially during my deliveries. I appreciated that Dr. Gadh listened to my concerns during my labors and I felt that she gave me the best care and attention I needed in the hospital. She is always very calm and reassuring during my deliveries and while I did have a complication during my labor she was quick to act and caused me to have a successful delivery! I absolutely recommend this OBGYN, Dr. Gadh (and her partner Dr. Danastor) is truly the best of the best!

Im very disappointed and dissatisfied with customer service at this location. Not only they are rude but they lack understanding and knowledge. Im calling to make a payment during office hours and they simply say it has to be before 4:30 before they batch. Your office should make payment process a lot more convenient…. I find it very difficult to trust what they are doing. They are very unprofessional and unkind.

Absolutely love Dr Gadh . She has been my OB/GYN for a decade and have nothing but great things to say about her. She is absolutely amazing . Best Ob/Gyn hands down

I have been to this office twice. Both times I was appalled at the lack of professionalism and disregard for me as a patient. During the 1st visit I had described my symptoms in detail to Dr. Gadh which included severe itchy skin & scalp during PMS. She sat in a chair rubbing her eyes- looking half-awake & uninterested. Shrugged her shoulders and blew it off as allergies. 2 normal allergy tests & blood tests & 1 year later I revisit with the same symptoms saying to myself maybe I caught her on a bad day the 1st time. Only I had done more research now and uncovered the itch was due to a cortisol hormone drop (a precursor to menopause). Armed with this knowledge, she again sat in the exam room rubbing her eyes looking half awake & said, theres nothing she could prescribe for perimenopause & she is strongly opposed hormone replacement therapy. Ive done more research now and am drinking ashwagandha tea. Its a natural remedy. Some OBGYNs just want to be baby catchers. I get it now.

I absolutely love Dr Gadh, I have been a patient for over 12 year, she is very caring and listens to your concerns. I now live out of the state and travel back to see her. She is the best!!!

My twin sister recommended Dr Gadh and I have to say I was quite impressed with her patience to sit with a patient and discuss things with ease my appointment was done in a timely fashion and I was outta there with time to spare . I’m so glad my sis introduced me to her . I will def recommend her to all my girls ! Thanks Dr Gadh !

These ladies are wonderful, their office is clean and the staff is very attentive, they always make me feel comfortable, super friendly and helpful. Dr Danistor is wonderful and im so glad she is part of the team. she has been able to ease my fear after a very traumatic experience, very capable and great bedside manners.

This is Shervella Ellerbe ...it’s really funny to me my husband’s name appeared so I won’t change it hahaha.Dr.Gadh and her staff are amazing. I’ve felt like family since day one (2013). Dr. Gadh takes her time and explains things in detail aways. I’ve never felt rushed or unheard. Love them

Ilona Blumberg delivers my first daughter, and I am sooo happy she will be with me for my second! Love the offices and staff. They are professional and most important empathic and caring.

Dr.is Good but unfortunately when you call the office the receptionist are rude. very poor customer service.
