The receptionist/ woman who takes care of almost everything (I forgot her name since I last went almost a year ago) was super kind and understanding. The way they treated me made me feel comfortable and it made the horrible situation a bit less unpleasant. The doctor himself has a lot of years of experience and knows what hes doing. Once again, the thing that impacted me most was how kind and supportive and nice everyone was. They dont judge you, or give you mean looks, or anything. I am so thankful that everything went well and that I went to an amazing place during such a difficult time.

The women who works here are amazing! They helped me from beginning to end. No one was there to judge me. They made me feel extremely comfortable. I just want to say thank you. Except the doctor. He was a little judgmental and some rude comments about my weight

Called and left a message three time in the past two days for the ft Myers location and never called back. Also drove to the place on the way home from work to no one there. Have they been relocated or closed this one if so they should probably update their information.When dealing with time sensitive and stressful things it makes finding places like this difficult.Edit: okay so my original post I will leave and I had chosen to rate 2 stars.After getting a call to set up my appointment the Friday after my post everything was very easy. Melanie was/is great to work with. She had apologize about someone not getting in touch sooner and took my insurance information over the phone to check with them if they cover what I needed to have done and will call me if on Monday if she doesnt hear back from the insurance company by the end of their business day. She also provided me with the out of pocket expense just incase.She called me promptly Monday to let me know about my insurance and to confirm my appointment. She also gave me plenty of information over the phone about what would be going on while I was there. When I arrived it was really easy basic information sheet you need to fill out if you have never been. Once I completed that I waited for my turn. Everything was quick and easy to understand and I unfortunately had to return at a later date due to nothing showing up yet. Went back a couple weeks later and everything was then able to proceed. I have had a great experience with the staff and Melanie had been very helpful and still is with my follow ups.

I come here each year for my annual exam and unfortunately this year I found myself pregnant. I started talking to Melanie and she took the time to explain the abortion procedure to me, along with answering all of my questions. Thank you to all the staff for help me through a difficult decision and for going out of your way to address my concerns and ease my fears.The doctor was polite and he took time to answer what few questions I still had right before the abortion.

This is horrible. They had my girlfriend not eat or drink anything before 8.am, showed up at 11am ended up waiting till around 415 pm before she went in. They were rude dishonest pepole. Not only did they pretty much torture my girl by starving and dehydrating her all day they continued to tell us all day itll be shortly. Sitting there all day with a lot of uneasy negative vibes in that waiting room and they dont allow guests to use there wifi while waiting. I couldve dropped her off gone back to work if they had been honest and straight forward. Girlfriend said the Doctor was creepy guy. Then they treat you like your not human its just a business to these pepole. I urge anyone to go anywhere else but here.

The staff were so nice and understanding! Quick process, the doctor made sure I understood everything and took the time to explain whatever questions I had! 100% recommend coming here!

I was wanting to get the abortion pill and look more into it there there. The doctor was rude making gesters about my lower stomach and they didnt make me feel better about the situation i ended up leaving and not getting it done would definitely not recommend them at all they seem like they dont care how you feel they just wana rush you into getting an abortion for the money!

Very polite nurses ... the people that work here actually treat you like a person, not just another random patient and make you feel very comfortable being there

All of the staff here is very kind and understanding. Its really great to be able to have compassionate people during this overwhelming time

I recommend this place, very attentive and very helpful, the truth is that I even got discounts, the staff is very friendly and they explain the entire procedure and help you with everything. It wasnt just my case. I saw how they treated another patient and I was impressed that even he car they accompanied her!!
