Hi my name is cynthia matos ,,is being really hard for me to get help from this clinic every time I call is always an excuse. I was told this program is to help those that need. I even see it on Google, but from my opinion, never no help. I asked for them to call me back theyll call me back before they close and then theyll tell me. Ill have somebody get in contact with you. That never happens, Ive been going through a lot lately with my medical issue. Ive tried to get any kind of help with food pantry. Theres always an excuse. I try to get help with any voucher or coupon. Thats always an excuse. I try getting help with housing or anything they can lead me to help , never happened. I just hope that will never read this message. Somebody can reach out. Have a good day.

This is the best Family I have had in years. If it wasnt for the love and generosity and the best medical and medicine I dont think I would have lived with this Disease I contracted 1/16/90. These professionals give me All I need directly from the heart.

Ive been a client since 2006 and I cant say enough. From my case manager, Kristina Medina, the lab technicians, the nursing staff, and the various doctors that have called McGregor Clinic their place of practice. They all have gone above and beyond to ensure I have stayed healthy despite some self inflicted seasons of stupidity. Lol. What I can say is be 100% honest with them no matter what if you want them to do what they obviously love, helping others.

I have been on the phone for more than an hour for someone to speak to me in Spanish since my father is older and still does not speak English. Nobody attended to her, all the girls made her wait and passed her from one to another without results, terrible attention, I dont recommend it. Most likely, the doctors dont know how the ones that answer the phone work.
