I have been several times for iv treatment. The staff is friendly,professional and well trained. Dr Anastasio is very educated with infectious disease. Sometimes I feel he is used with the appointments. My problem is with Dr. Tabalog. He was very rude and opinionated and unwilling to look at other possibilities for my condition. He basically had an opinion before I arrived for my appointment. He told me my problem was psychological without looking at the evidence brought to him. Turns out I had Lyme Disease.Shame on him

This doctor , Patrick Anastasio , saved my life ! The staff is impeccable and the care you get is unmatched by any other !

Dr. Anastasio is a great Doctor. He listens, hes compassionate and he searches for all possible causes of symptoms from his medical practice stand point. This was a big plus to me after seeing so many Doctors giving up on me after just doing the minimum research. Hes still very passionate about his career and his patients. Sadly many Doctors have lost that nowadays.Bambi was always very attentive, compassionate and sweet.I feel at peace knowing that none of my symptoms are coming from any infections disease so I can now move on with other specialists.

A couple of years ago I broke my toe and didnt realize. A bone infection set in. Not good.Dr. Tablang and his staff fixed me and treated me like I was family. They have the upmost care and compassion for their patients. I have to do 6 weeks of daily injected antibiotics and they ALWAYS made it a pleasant experience!I had a terrible experience with the podiatrist I was sent to as the commenced to try and treat my mental health and then have my toe off by the weekend.Dr. Tablang had staff alert him when I came in for my treatment so that he could personally apologize for their behavior even though it wasnt his fault at all. He then took great care to find and recommend my new podiatrist after making sure she wasnt a quack and had proper bedside manner. And he scored big on that one.I never felt as though I were a burden or just another patient with these guys. If I ever have the unfortunate situation of needing their services again, I will refuse treatment by anyone else.

Today, I had my first appointment at Emerald Coast Infectious Diseases clinic in Fort Walton. It was a short notice appointment, because of my situation, but the staff recognized my need and were quick to accommodate. They were pleasant and easy to work with. When I arrived, they were courteous and respectful; very service oriented.I was seen by Dr. Kade and couldn’t be more pleased with his care. He made a serious effort to know me and understand my situation. I would call him an active listener and an overall good communicator. He was thorough in his assessment and thoughtful in his course of actions. When we were finished, Dr. Kade ensured I had a complete understanding of my condition and the way ahead.Something important that I don’t want to omit is that they have a pharmacy right there in their building! What a time saver! My prescriptions were handled by Dr. Gear. One of my antibiotics came with some pretty severe food restrictions and drug interaction concerns. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better interaction at any pharmacy. She was a pleasure to work with.It’s easy for someone to put a motto on their website. Theirs says “We’re here to help”. Guess what? They really believe that.

Dr. Anastasio is the best Doctor in his field. After a very road and many doctors later he did what none could do. Staff is good and very nice. Dr. Anastasios wound care nurse Whitney is THE BEST. Thank You for saving my life.

Dr Anatasio and his associates are the most compassionate caring group of medical professionals I’ve ever encountered. I neglected to plan for a long weekend and my life saving daily medication wouldn’t be ready until Monday (as of Thursday I had two left). All it took was a call and they Gave me a temporary RX to get through the weekend. In an era where healthcare is focused on profit over people Dr. Anastasio prioritizes not just the health but the dignity of his patients. I can never put into words how grateful I am for that.

Amazing doctor and wonderful staff!! After seeing 5 other doctors for my issue, I finally found one who knew what he was talking about, so knowledgeable and very kind bedside manner. The nurses are also so gentle and sweet. It was a long road, but Im so glad I finally found Dr. A and his team.

These doctors are terrible and the staff is even worse. My father, who is very ill, had an appointment and was turned away because of a mistake on their end! They are rude and unprofessional. The patient does not come first here! The office manager, Kim, shouldnt be allowed to oversee water boiling much less a doctors office. She is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. She hung up on me instead of trying to understand I was upset over my dad and had no intention of rectifying what they did wrong! We are now seeing an amazing doctor in Pensacola. Do not waste your time at Emerald Coast Infectious Diesase!

Dr. Kade took care of my husband while he was an impatient at FWB Medical Center. He went above and beyond for my husband and has the best bedside manner. Which is very important when an unexpected very long hospital stay happens. He checked on my husband even after his services were needed. I would recommend Dr. Kade to anyone and would like to thank him for everything he did for my husband.

Dr. Anastasio, diagnosed my mother with stage four liver disease she wasnt able to get to her appointments with him so I went to Florida and picked her up because I was able to provide transportation back and forth to the doctor to get her treatments. From day one his office has been rude and will not send over her medical records to the new doctor. My mother liked the doctor but his office is managed very poorly even in a life or death situation. These people have NO compassion. Would absolutely NOT recommend.

Dr. A and his entire staff are the most caring and professional medical team I have ever seen. They all care about getting you “to the finish line”. Thanks and more thanks for finding a cure for my wound. Enjoy your “sweet” surprise which should arrive next week.Dr Ginny Richerson

Dr. Anastasio is a wonderful doctor, as well as his staff and Dr. Kade. We are very lucky to have them in our county. This is the third family member he has administered medical assistance to and each time with professionalism, patience and expertise. I thank him and his entire medical team.

Doctor Anastasio is the best doctor I ever met! Never in a hurry! Very polite!Always listening to you! He makes you feel like u r very important for him! The most important thing its if i made appointment with him i will see him , not a nurse! Another day I met an elderly women at the Quest lab so she said doctor Anastasio saved her husband life! Kade and Anastasio took care of my family like my dad was their dad. They have stood on the front line of the covid pandemic and lead the entire area in successful management. These guys need a thousand star review as 5 does no justice.

Excellent care. The Doctors and Nurses are great. They treat the patients with upmost respect and the doctors listen to your questions and spend time with you.

Dr A is awesome. I had been sick for months and he saved me. His staff was excellent as well. I am so thankful for these people!

Great staff, great Dr, they take good care of patients, friendly staff, very accommodating to people with special needs. They insure the patients comfort while recieving IV antibiotics. Comfortable chairs, tvs to watch. They also do wound care in same building. Hyperbaric chamber right next door to aid the healing process

Receptionist is lazy, rude and unprofessional. trying to get answers is IMpossible. I work for the State of Florida and the receptionist basically refused to assist me even after I TRIED to explain the statues that protect FL State workers for having signed consent for test results and labs.

This place was awesome. Will definitely be returning if I ever get another infectious disease!

Dr Lin and staff have deceptive billing practices. They are trying to charge me $342.00 for a 10 minute phone conversation.

Smart caring staff and doctors. They are in high demand and have a rare set of skills for this area. Bring your own mask and be prepared for a long wait but it is worth it.

Worse doc ever. 11 oclock appointment didnt get in till 130. Then he made me do an iv. Even after telling him i had an appointment at 3 he said he would be done. Lies lies lies. I would not recommend this doc at all.

Office manager is a rude individual, when asked a question she likes to turn into a smart _ss,then cry and report you to her boss acting like its everybody elses fault.Needs to find a new job lookes like iam not the only one who has a problem.

Extraordinary care, everyone takes the time to help for any concerns or questions. Sometimes it takes a while to be seen, so plan for that, but, that is because they are giving the same consideration to all their patients.

The wait is terrible! My mom arrived 15 minutes prior to her appointment time and was still sitting in the waiting room 1:10 later. They also took people back that had appointment times after hers. Very poorly run office!

I needed IV antibiotics, but I couldnt afford it, Stacey helped me with a discount and dr cured me! They were all helpful and so nice
