Rachel I’m Fort Walton is THE BEST EVER!!!! She is SO caring and takes her time if you’re a worrier , like me. She makes the experience so comfortable. I will never come to another place! I travel 30 minutes to get here and it’s so worth it.

This is the best experience i’ve had with getting my blood drawn!! it usually takes so long and so many tries to find my veins since they’re so small but she found mine so quick on the FIRST try i was probably in the office for no more than 5 minutes 🥰 def recommend this location! i wish i remembered her name i would definitely shout her out 🥲🩷

Rachel is the best! She was very kind and patient with me this morning. Talked me through everything and made me feel so much more comfortable. The prices are unbeatable and they take walking till 330 M-F. 10 out of 10 would recommend, ask for Rachel!

Went for the walk in blood work. Racheal was professional and very personable. She knew he stuff and answers all my questions. Service was fast and with a smile. And it didnt hurt at all. She has some serious vampire skills.If you can pick your tech ask for Rachael for the blood draw. We chatted the whole time she drew the blood. Painless and quick

This is my go to place for all my medical needs. The staff is the BEST!! Every single person that works there is kind, compassionate, caring and friendly. The provider is knowledgeable, thorough and truly seems to have concern for their patients. I usually make an appointment, but walk-ins are welcome. I highly recommend using them as your go to clinic!

Webpages need to be updated with the information on the dates that DOT physicals are being performed. I drove over 30 miles to get here find out then they don’t them on a Thursdays. They only do them Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I had my DOT physical today. They did a great job and I was very pleased. They still need to fix the website though. Thank you

This walk-in facility is very welcoming. I ordered a couple of labs and was told that they would be emailed to me within a few days. The staff are all very kind, professional and efficient. Rachel introduced herself and escorted me to a curtained private room which made me feel at ease and I could trust that her focus was on me. The procedure was painless and seamless. Im excited to have made this discovery in my journey to better participate in my own preventive care.

Signed up for the membership, and it’s a perfect plan for people who don’t have insurance.Rachel and Nicole were very kind, caring, informational, and welcoming from the moment I stepped in to the second I left.I am very pleased with the service provided to me today.Highly recommend.

I was assisted by Ms. Rachel when I came to have labs drawn and to get a booster shot... She went above and beyond to help me during my visit. Rachel helped me find the correct location, located my previous lab results so, I wouldnt have to have them drawn again and gave me my booster shot quickly and efficiently. RACHEL IS THE BEESSSTTTT!!!!! I’ve gone here twice now, both times I’ve had the privilege of Rachel drawing my blood. I have never had a good experience getting my blood drawn before coming here, so I went in very worked up and worried and Rachel made me feel so comfortable! Ive got white coat syndrome and known for not being easy to get blood from. The lady (I think her name is Rachel) that did my labs made me feel as comfortable as I could and most importantly got it on the 1st try

Great new location! I was recently there for their ribbon cutting and they were all so nice. I got a b-12 shot while there and the nurse was awesome. Im not a fan of needles and I didnt feel a thing, I had to ask her if she gave me a shot.

Visited pro health not feeling the best and they had me in and out very quickly!! Nicole was so polite and kind and took care of me and had my results before I could count to 20. The nicest person I’ve dealt with in this field. Definitely recommend pro health for your health needs!

Excellent experience overall! I was a walk-in and I was able to get in very fast and blood draw was so easy. Rachel worked the front desk and did my draw, she was friendly, caring and fast at the whole process. I am usually nervous about getting blood draw, but that was a great experience! Thank you!

Karen, Rachel and Ivy are amazing ladies and will go out of their way to be sure you are comfortable. During my visit, I received a blessing from a stranger, he paid my bill. As God filled the office with his presence, the ladies allowed me to have my space while I cried. I had 15 blood test, filled about 10 tubes, flawlessly. If you need blood drawn this is the best place to go! Oh and since I was a self pay, Rachel worked diligently to get me the best price. Thank you ladies! And thank you to the gentleman for delivering my blessing from God!!!

Amazing experience. I stopped at three different places to have my labs drawn and nobody could actually get my vein.Keep in mind I have complicated veins due to my past…Rachel got it first try. Incredibly nice and comforting through the process.

I’m a few weeks late to this review but I had to say this is the best place that I’ve ever gone to have blood work done. The lady that helped me I let her know that I’m terrified of needles, we started talking next thing I knew she was done. Barely even felt it. Came in right before work, was in and out within 10 mins. My results came back a few days later. I love how thorough their testing is as well. Definitely would recommend. They are better than the places who I’ve gone to through insurance!

Pro-health helped me tremendously when I thought I may have Covid-19. I was incredibly ill and they were the only place within an hour of me that preformed walk-in rapid testing. A special thank you to Rachel. She was such a great help and very professional. The employees at this location are slammed everyday but still treat patients with compassion.

Kudos to the entire staff at Pro Health they have been swamped on the front line testing for COVID. Despite the long lines upon their arrival and the non stop of patients flooding to be tested, each and every member of the staff has been welcoming, professional and pleasant. These women are amazing. The massive amount of people needing covid tests is daunting everytime Ive had to go, but they handle it professionally and efficiently and are still kind as well! Today I came for a test so I could go back to work and even though all other prohealth locations are closed for the hurricane, this one decided to open purely because they knew how many people would be needing their services. Truly amazing when you consider each day that they come to work is just nonstop, but this staff is patient and selfless, and they get it done!

I had a great experience with ProHealth and definitely recommend! I needed the COVID test results asap to travel for the holidays but the lab they worked with was slow on returning them ... Jennifer was very sweet and came in the next day (even though they were closed & it was her day off) just to give me my results! Thanks again!

I have been a patient of Pro Health at their Racetrack location for about 4 years now. The ladies working there are very professionals and they always treat me with respect, dignity and are very friendly. I have been there so many times with my lab orders that I feel they are family now. Their services are very affordable for us uninsured patients and their business hours are very accommodating. They also are very fast processsing the lab orders. My doctors always get the lab results on time. The office is very clean and neatly arranged. Thank you ladies for your excellent job.

Wow! This lab was incredible. I had a test kit that required a lab draw, and they only charge $25 to get a test kit (of any kind) lab draw which is an incredible price! Not only that, but they were kind, and SO good with the needle, that I barely felt it (and I usually hate needles). Best Experience ever!! I’m so thankful for this office during the COVID pandemic. I work in health care and I needed a COVID test ASAP and was able to walk in with no appointment or referral. They made the process so easy compared to other offices. I didn’t mind paying the fee to be seen that day. All the ladies were very professional and caring. They were extremely busy even at 8am, but everyone had a smile on their face. Highly recommend this office!!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions, and their service was very quick despite there being a lot of people. They do take card, but not insurance. I had the rapid covid antigen test and it was 75$ and took only 15 minutes to get results.

I get my blood drawn a lot and Nicole was by far one of the best. No pain at all and she was so so sweet!!

The staff is exceptional , building is in a great location and prices are far lower than the other places. Im a hard stick meaning it is difficult often for medical professionals to draw blood, never been the case with these ladies which is another reason this place gets 5 Stars from me.

The ladies at the drive thru clinic are absolutely wonderful! Very pleasant and make you feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this location for testing! Edit after owner response. I Called the location on racetrack rd. to get information on the rapid covid test and after explaining my situation to Rachel she told me about all 3 test and told me the price 75.00 for the one I needed. She told me I didnt need to make an appointment I could walk in so long as I was there before 3 pm. I verified again they were located on racetrack rd. I asked her if I could pay using my debit card and she told me NO it was cash only! I never asked about insurance. So after making an un nessacery stop at the bank I went to the location on racetrack rd. When I arrived I was told by Rachel that I would need to go to Lewis turner to get the test that this location was not doing rapid test this was April 6th. Maybe they do them now? Their was no confusion involved i asked all the appropriate questions to get the answers I needed!

Rachel was phenomenal, not only was she kind and patient but she was gentle and listened. I would go here anything I needed test done just because of how professional and kind she is.

I went in to order a couple of hormone tests, not being very sure what rout to take. After telling Ms Rachel what I needed, she was very kind and helpful by informing me what options I had and even recommending a doctor that might be able to help me with my problem. She s really good at taking the blood tests also:). I will go back. Their prices are affordable indeed.

I also went to 2010 Lewis Turner Blvd for rapid testing and the ladies there were incredibly sweet and helpful during a stressful time (and skillful on the actual swab). I had several questions that they answered and referred me to other resources when they could not. Price was great and they were very efficient and organized. Additonally I have been to their old location on Racetrack and had the same experience.

I received a COVID test for international travel, and the office manager Rachel N. Bridwell, went above and beyond to help in the process! Helping to ensure I had the proper test for flights, with informed answers on the specs of tests provided and honest feedback on what was known and could work(to the best of ability in the crazy unknown circumstances with covid). I would definitely feel comfortable going to this facility knowing that you can get the health care they provide but also that they care about the person and making sure they have what they need.

Im the type that gets faint during blood draw, and Im putting that lightly. They knew just how to handle my squeamish disposition, and did a great job of comforting me/ distracting me during the process. They also gave me advice for any future lab visits to go ahead, and request that I have my blood taken laying back on the table because of my lightheadedness/dizziness/tendency to faint. Great option for any self pay patients nervous about receiving proper care. They did great.

The best place to have blood work done! They get it on the first try, every time! I was use to being stuck 3 or 4 times, arms and hands, but I have been to ProHealth on Racetrack 4 times over the past few years and FIRST TIME EVERYTIME!! She is awesome!

The lady I dealt with while I was there for my first time was very sweet and professional. She made my experience enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable on everything I asked about, and was very accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is self-pay!

They got to me quickly and I barely felt the needle at all. Very nice! I would add though that if youre like me and break into the sweats when giving blood, prepare for a warmer environment. Maybe wear shorts or something like that because its not very cool like you might be used to if you give on the One Blood buses, for instance.

Went today for a Covid test for my child and was surprised that you werent offering in car or outside testing. I filled the form out and ended up leaving because you were not limiting the amount of people in the clinic (and tons of people just hanging around outside presumably waiting on their rapid results--visually ill people). I felt that due to the fact that you were not limiting the people inside your clinic, or hanging around the front door, it was such a close area inside and visually seemed not hygienic, I felt if we didnt have C-19 before we got there, we sure would have it after. I truly felt exposed despite my mask. My unsolicited opinion is maybe have a separate line outside for C-19 tests or at the very least limit the number of people allowed in the front office waiting area at a time. Really disappointed overall and wont be back for any test of any kind in the future.

This is my third visit here and all have been terrific. The staff is pleasant, very helpful and professional. Rachael is readily available to help with any situation that arises and she responds quickly. I highly recommend.

I was at the fort walton hospital ALL night with my very sick daughter - the hospital refused to test her for covid even though they believed she has it - was told they only test people who are admitted. Yet was told to MAKE SURE I got her tested elsewhere. I came into pro health and explained the situation to the wonderful staff. Even though they where completely out of covid tests they took their time and offered us a flu test (which the hospital didnt do!!) My daughter was beyond sick and I was at my witts end. The woman at pro health saw this and instead of turning us away they found a way to help!! Their team showed my family that there are medical professionals who actually give a darn! Without pro health and their quick thinking that day I probably would have spent countless hours with my sick child searching for answers. THANK YOU TO ALL THE LADIES !! Your kindness and advice goes a long way! I appreciate everything you did for my daughter and me ❤ highly recommend!!

Prohealth professionally and expeditiously provided me with a Covid test and emailed the results promptly and within the time constraints i required. I could not have had a better experience. Even though I was just a walk in they processed me very efficiently and gave me the test with minutes after I came through the door. My wife had her bloodwork done in this clinic last July 28,2021. Dr. Jessica Stevens of Ascension Sacred Heart ordered it. We or even Dr. Stevens havent received any result yet until now. We tried to call the clinic so many times that day(While we are in Ascension with Dr. Stevens, and nobody picked up the phone.) Please fix this mess @ProHealth.

These people don’t know what their doing. They don’t know what their Covid test actually tests for and are rude when you ask for your money back after a false negative. After you could have explained many others to the virus. They aren’t knowledgeable. I guess that’s what you get when you get “affordable” lab work. Still paid $150 for some incorrect tests.

The place was quick, however my phlebotomist hit a nerve and it was painful. I’m awaiting a call from my doctor to see what she has to say about it.

Just FYI, the sign on highway says 3:00 p.m....website says 3:00 p.m. I got there at 2:40 and they stated they stop testing at 2:30.
