Fantastic! I called a few days before to make an appointment and was told its walk in only. I figured I would sit in the waiting room most of the morning. Not so! I walked in, was politely greeted and taken back immediately for my blood test. Fast and easy! I was in and out in less than 10 min. Highly recommend!

Great folks! Got in and out quick. Whole situation was confusing but Jessica was awesome and got it all figured out while Josefina was super cool and fast at getting the 2nd half done. Even FedEx waited for me to finish. Great experience, those ladies deserve a raise!

This is my second time to this location and Josefina and Jessica are very knowledgeable, efficient and fast!No one likes getting their blood drawn but Josefina was quick and totally painless and kind for asking me if I was doing okay.I cannot say enough great reasons to come here for any lab test.The prices also seem fair. On a scale of 1-10….this place is a 15. Jessica is by far the best phlebotomist I have ever had. I will schedule my appointments with her and if she is off… I will wait for her return. She is worth it. I have always been told I was a hard draw due to small veins. She has never missed and she never hurts me. Trust me… If you need any lab work done… This is your girl!!!!

Came in on Saturday to take drug screen , had to completely pull pant legs up and almost to the point of taking shoes and socks off , then I was accused of having a bottle in my sock which was a lie, surely if this company dont know , keep comments to yourself especially false statements, gave sample was thrown in the trash immediately upon leaving the restroom, this facility was an horrible experience for me and I feel racist . No stars given very shameful

My visit was quick and affordable. Anna attended to me at the front desk and then also drew my blood quite efficiently and effectively. She answered my questions patiently and multi-tasked well as she was also answering the phone and handling anyone who walked in the door. Highly recommend!

The ladies at reception were kind and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered and she helped me choose the right tests for my issues. She took my blood sample quickly, but with extreme care. She was very good at drawing blood. I received my results the next morning. Highly recommend this place. I was in and out fast.

I get my blood drawn to get eye drops. Service is great. The place has a highly perfume smell but I just wait outside. Insurance plans don’t usually cover, but flex plans can be used.

Great place. Went there for blood lab work. I dont have insurance so the 15% off coupon in the Frog Saver App was very handy. They had me out of there less than 10 minutes after I arrived. The lady drawing blood was great.

So i came in there to get a test done, and they were able to see me immediately on my lunch break and were very professional and quick. Helped me understand the document after they sent it to the lab. They definitely went the extra mile for me and that was appreciated and their prices were very fair. 10/10, would recommend to a friend.

What a great group of people! I couldnt ask for better service. They are curteous, prompt, and good at what they do Usually most techs have difficulty getting my blood, especially when they have to draw a lot of it, but these girls get it on the first time!

I received quick service & my lab tech was very knowledgeable about the products or tests that were available at the time.She was also a very skilled phlebotomist which I really appreciate 😁 (I didnt bruise at all! In fact after 24hrs, its nearly invisible)!The turn around time for test results was also faster than I was promised. Instead of 2 days I got mine the next day. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Chelsea was great at the front desk, painless phlebotomy draw, and closing the sale upon leaving. I will definitely be returning for more labs in the future. My wife is a FNP and will be referring patients here as well.

I would have given them five out of five up until now. I have used them three times for a PCR rapid test and when the rapid one was not available (even though I called a week prior to reserve one) I used the regular PCR test. It is worthless because it took 70 hours to get my results. A test is needed prior to landing on a 20 hour travel day to be completed prior to travel and still within 72 hours. CVS was free and I received my results in 15 hours.

I had to get a test without a doctor’s order to go with it and I was pointed to Any Lab Test Now in Fort Worth. The employees were unbelievably helpful, going out of their way to narrow down the test I needed to show the result of a specific metabolite. After I received the results, I had questions and they quickly reached out to their lab to get me the information I needed. These guys really went above and beyond to help me.

🛑🛑BEWARE AND FILL OUT YOUR ENTIRE BLOCK regardless of what the staff says🛑🛑 I went in today 9/14 for testing. Getting the correct information to go in and take the test was smooth. Although they initially asked only “who was paying?”. After the test I ASKED “what is the paper I’m signing?” I was told it was only to acknowledge the test. I ASKED THE STAFF AND THE MANAGER what else is needed for me to get my copy of the results and I was told “I don’t know, nothing else” by staff and manager!!! I called the DDC about where the results will go and I was told I HAD TO HAVE MY ADDRESS AND INFO ON THE PAPER I SIGNED AND ASKED THE QUESTIONS ABOUT AT THE TESTING SITE WHERE I WAS TOLD “I don’t know, we don’t need anything else”. I called back to speak to the manager and she blew me off while I told her to please for future accuracy TELL PEOPLE THEY HAVE TO FILL OUT THE ENTIRE BLOCK WITH ADDRESS AND EMAIL WHILE SIGNING AND SHE WAS DEFENSIVE AND BLEW ME OFF!!!!!IM EXTREMELY UPSET WITH THE MANNER OF PROFESSIONALISM OF THIS TESTING LOCATION!!!! I went in first I was pleasant, I called I was pleasant and still I was not treated properly!!!! PICK ANOTHER LOCATION IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION!!- Concerned, know upset mother and customer 🤬

The personnel went above and beyond to help me with finding a lab that would perform an unusual urine test for my dad. They even mailed the sample to the lab for us. I am very impressed.

Complete unprofessional people. Gave the lady both pieces of paper for a DOT and a Non Dot drug test. She only gives the non dot, so guess I have to take off of work again to come take the DOT.
