They are not respect the customer timeI made my appointment and I get the confirmation , when I went over there they told me , the doctor wasn’t there for help me. They have to give me another appointment.They told me they try to call me in the morning for changing the appointment, but they lie about it No one called me.This was the first time to deal with them and this is the way how they treat me imagine how it’s gonna be later on

When I walk in to the clinic, I was greeted by the front desk clerk and the doctor. He explained what was going to be done. The nurse that took my blood kept me at peace while taking my sample.

Doctor Andrew Dao has been my provider for several years. I’ve followed him to several locations. I’m glad he is at this location which is much closer to me. I can tell Doctor Andrew cares about his patients. He takes his time to review my labs, reminds me when to take labs and explains everything. Even when I have questions during off hours, he still responds. This is the type of care and provider I need. I do not feel he ever rushes with my appointment.

Very nice and informative especially in regards to anything insurance related, they seem to go out of their way to make sure you know everything you are going to be billed for.I see Andrew most days I am in and can say he is invested/informative with his patients. The woman working the desk/booking appointments is fantastic at her job as well.

I had an appointment for blood work to be drawn today. There was no waiting, and the staff was very courteous and professional.

If you want your prescriptions sent to your pharmacy or a provider that is competent, go to one of the other locations. The only time you get decent care is when the regular guy is off and someone from another location fills in.

I went in for my high blood pressure, they made feel very comfortable. Which helped me relax during my exams that I took. Ive been stuck with needles before, I didnt even feel Mark insert the needle. Thanks. And I believe his name was Tony very insightful on getting on some sort of plan. Ill increase the rating from my next visit next wk.

Let me start off with me showing up 24hrs late. My appointment was scheduled for Tuesday and I thought it was for Wednesday on my day off. Either way the staff was helpful and understood the situation. They reassured me that it was okay. The visit was fast and easy. Thank you!

1st. appointment went well however, after numerous phone calls they were not able to correct my prescription. I gave up and continued with my current dose. 2nd appointment. 1 year later different Dr. this appointment lasted a good 10 minutes for my yearly exam. Fastest yearly ever. And to go over blood work they attempted to change me 15.00 to go over the results.

I was tired all the time and unmotivated. Dr. Dao found out I had low testosterone. After following his advice, I could spend so much more time with my wife and child. I feel like a real father and husband now. I have BCBS, and the office never gives me any issues. Easy appointments, easy payments, they give you reminders for upcoming appointments, and very professional behavior.

Ive been coming here for about 3 months. Ive been with Doctor Andrew. Since he started. He takes the time out to review all of my labs as well fully explains everything to me and my family. Sure enough, the doctors office is close to my work near the police station, so its super close to my job. AND they are very first responder friendly. We will continue going here.

Currently 5 stars.Went in for 3 things. My copay was only $20.Got several prescriptions. Everyone was nice.Got in and out in 10 minutes.I will get my annual physical next week.

I was a new patient and arrived 30 minutes early. I was immediately taken back for my appointment. The doctors were very nice and helpful. I was out the door in no time. Definitely would recommend and will be returning.

The staff was courteous. The waiting room was small, but comfortable. I was in and out in less than an hour from check-in to scheduling my follow up. It was awesome. I found my new primary care facility.

My son and I both visited this location for rapid result tests. They did not have open appointments available but let me know I could come in and wait as a walk-in. My son and I were both assisted within one hour, which we were quite happy with not having an appointment. My son is autistic and was understandably freaked out to have the nose swab done. The nurse that assisted us was patient and kind with him and took her time making sure he was comfortable. The tests took no time and we were allowed to wait in our car for results. We had our results in 15 minutes. We would absolutely return and recommend. The location was nice, and the employees were friendly and helpful.

It took less that 5 min to uploaded information via cell phone. Walked into the center and greeted by the front desk associate which was very pleasant. Waited for 5 min before being called to take my COVID test. The nurse was very pleasant and explained the procedure nadir was all done. Results took a little longer than quoted (30 - 45 min) but not an issue.Highly recommend if you need same day test this is the place to go.Great job!!

Fast, Professional and to the point. The woman at the front was very nice and helped me with some problems i was having with my insurance. Very detailed questions and tests so it makes you feel good walking out that you’re going to get the correct answers to your problems.

Went in for a rapid Covid test. Was able to schedule the appointment online in a very easy process. Once in the office this was the fastest appointment I’ve ever been to. The staff was very friendly and very welcoming. I was in and out within about 5 minutes. Resulted were emailed and texted to me so no waiting around. Overall this was a great experience

I visited the Fort Worth location to get a COVID antigen test. It was super easy to schedule online, and my appointment was right on schedule. The staff were extremely friendly and well organized. The clinic was very clean and had a nice waiting area. I received my results via text (with a link to print out if needed) in less than 30 minutes. I love a super efficient process, and this place seems to have it together! Would recommend!

My experience from the beginning was great. The website to make an appointment was very user friendly. I received the link to do paperwork ahead, which was very efficient. Upon arrival the lady up front was friendly and got me checked in quick. My wait was maybe 5 minutes. I was there for a rapid COVID test. They got me back, tested, and put in under 5 minutes. Fantastic experience overall!

I signed up for a COVID test after being around people that ended up being positive. Appointment setup was quick and easy on the website. I got there about 20 minutes early and I was out 15 minutes before my appointment time.The employees were nice and professional. There is a snack/drink/coffee bar. I wasn’t there long enough to try anything but it was a nice addition. I went there only for the test but I can see how it would be a great primary doctor location as well.

Great service! Had to get a covid rapid test before a trip back home to west Texas. My boyfriend had an appointment and I was a walk-in patient. The experience was professional quick and felt safe. People were asked to wait in their car until their turn was next (if you were a walk-in), keeping the waiting area clear of congestion. Overall I got my results with 30 minutes this included waiting, testing and results. I would recommend and will visit again when I’m in Fort Worth.

Went in today to get a COVID test. Set up appointment online and was able to come in the same day. Check in was extremely easy, and I was called to be seen within minutes. There were about 5 other people there and seemed like everyone was in and out with no problems. They also have free snacks and drinks while you wait in the lobby. The office is extremely clean, staff was very nice and helpful.

Went here for a rapid COVID test. Check-in was really smooth. Using forms on my phone and submitting insurance and identify info with my camera was really convenient. Staff were helpful and the established a calming atmosphere. Plus, free drinks and snacks. Got my results about 35 minutes after I left. Overall, a great experience for what should have been uncomfortable.

The doctors/nurses and staff are amazing here. I’m self pay & think the pricing is very fair. My last visit they even discounted for me. Always in and out super quick without feeling rushed.

I’ve been searching for a new physician for months because my prior one has been doing a poor job. My prior Dr made me wait hours, even with a appointment, they didn’t provide me much knowledge to improve my health, and their follow up was poor.I was impressed with Total Men’s Primary Care my initial visit. The office was nice and clean. The wait time was only a few minutes. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. He spoke about many things we can possibly do (pending bloodwork) to improve my health. I’m looking forward to working with them, so i can improve my health and be around for my toddler and family longer.

Walked into a beautiful waiting room. I thought it was a little small but the speed of which I was called back negated that thought. If you do find yourself waiting they have a wonderful coffee bar with snacks! The staff was nice and professional. I was in and out on 5 minutes. I have recommended my husband to change doctors offices :)

I needed to get the rapid result covid testing and a close friend recommended this clinic. The staff was wonderful, very efficient and great communication. The facility was very clean and comfortable. They offered to let me either wait in the car for the results or to call me with the results. They called me shortly after Id left and were so kind in letting me know I tested negative. This whole visit was an absolute relief!

From beginning to end, the process was great. The staff was very friendly, addressed my current needs and plans for my overall health. This was my first visit so I wasnt sure what to expect. I was pleasantly pleased so this wont be my last visit.

I had my first experience today at Total Men’s Health with a scheduled yearly physical. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. You get speedy service of what felt like a convenient one-stop shop so that I can get back to work pretty quickly. The online first time patient checkin was easy and seamless. Even when I got there today everything seemed seamless and expedited. I got the feel of a big medical facility in a small convenient and personable establishment. I highly recommend this place for your primary doctor needs. I’ll keep coming back as a returning patient.

This was a great experience, scheduling the appointment was quick and simple, staff was very friendly and professional. I was seen at my scheduled time and the doctor took his time in the room, felt like he actually wanted to get to know me a little and not just treat me like a number. Will absolutely continue to use them as my primary care. If youre looking for a doctors office that will treat you as a person then look no further.

First visit went well. In and out in a reasonable time. I have had issues with other providers not giving me the time. They seem to be attentive and willing to listen. I’m not very generous with five stars, they will need to earn it by continuing to provide the level of care I demand.

It was my first visit today, they were prompt, helpful, spoke in plain English so you understood what they were saying. The provider was really helpful and attentive to my concerns, the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable so you didn’t mind talking about your concerns. They didn’t rush in and out or make it seem like you were rushed. Looking forward to to seeing them regularly as my primary care.

I love Total Mens Primary Care. I work in the travelIndustry and do a lot of traveling so I know when I book with Total Men’s Primary Care, I get excellent service. It starts off with their website. It is very user friendly and it is easy to book an appointment. When I arrive for my appointment, the process is very fast and efficient. I am out the door in a jiffy. My test results come back within 30 minutes via a phone text to access the Information or I can wait the 30 minutes to pick up the printed copy. Plus they have many locations! I love this convenience also. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

I was seen quickly as a walk in, which you have to call to verify walk in times. Simple process to get set up and had results within the hour. My 1st time getting a covid test, and she explained what was going to happen and what to do to relax. I didnt like the nasal test but experience was great. Would definitely recommend this location. This location ensured that not everyone was crammed in the office and that we kept our distance, thank you for that!

I went to Total Mens Care today for a rapid covid test. After searching everywhere for a place that would give me an appointment for it with no questions asked and no wait. It was easy to make the appointment online. Once I arrived I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and waited a short while to be called. I felt safe because I was not in a waiting room full of sick coughing people. The test was quick and easy and I got my results within 15 minutes. They even brought my results to my car. I really appreciated the whole experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding level of customer Service and patient care. My buddies and I all had to get tested for Covid to go to our fantasy football draft at the lake. I went in on my lunch break and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. Beautiful office with drinks and snacks in the waiting room. Very friendly staff. My daughter and I scheduled a last minute COVID test. And when I say last minute, I mean like 10 minutes before the appointment time. The online scheduling was a breeze. I went in for annual physical. The waiting area was great, stocked with plenty of snacks, drinks, and sports on TV. Front desk staff was friendly. I was in and out really fast. The nurse and provider were great. I had labs drawn and never even felt the needle.

My appointment went very well, from scanning a code when you walk and filling out my profile as a new patient it was easy I was in and out in no time. Did not have to wait like a traditional doctors office The nurse was great; personable, professional and courteous and the doc explained everything and made the process simple. Got there early and was seen early, probably the only time thats ever happened, was only in the waiting room for 1-2 minutes. Quick and easy process in the exam room as well, very little time waiting in there as well. In and out in less than 30 minutesUpdate: went from 5 stars to 3. Been back 3 times since (once a week) and have still not got the sleep study referral I asked for on the 1st visit, and have waited 30+ minutes every time since the first visit when there was no waitUpdate 2: been 5 times now. Payment has been an issue 2 times after the fact because something was sent to my insurance incorrectly. No doctors onsite, only NPs or PAs or something. Still havent got the referral I asked for the 1st time (not because they refused to refer, they just keep forgetting to). Couldnt get 2 prescriptions that I got from my previous doctor without seeing someone else (Im guessing because those prescriptions require actual MDs or DOs)Would not recommend as a primary care

The environment is SUPER clean and waiting area is very friendly. They have snacks and drinks for you as you wait. The receptionist up front is very personable and efficient with getting you the information you need. The clinic rooms and environment are very clean!Super easy online check in and new patient registration makes it easy for everyone. Definitely would recommend this location and will be coming back.

I was needing a covid test and was looking everywhere I could think of when Total Men’s popped up on Google as serving men, women, and children. The appointment scheduling was much more simple than others I’ve used, as was their text notifications that kept me up to date and reminded me of my appointment. When I walked in it was a nice atmosphere with ladies that helped me very promptly. I went to sit down and was already called back before taking a seat. The nurse was very friendly and personable. They texted my results about 30 minutes later. So easy! I liked how the place was geared toward men in a simple but good way. It’s great how it was local and in a nice shopping area. Doesn’t feel like going to the doctor which is GREAT for men. I will definitely tell my husband to try them. I know women have their own special care places too, but I liked the ease and simplicity of this office. I wish there was a Total Women’s. I’d go there for sure. They are fantastic!

Came in for a rapid COVID-19 test (which is available for all genders, not just men). Staff was friendly and professional, got me in and out quickly. Their online scheduling made things SUPER easy. I became a patient at Total Mens a few months ago and I absolutely love it. They are professional and prompt. I went to the NRH location for a Covid test and annual physical and both of those appointments I made at the last minute and they were able to get me in there. I recently visited the Alliance location to get my flu shot. I received a general email from them stating that my flu shot was waiting, I clicked the link and selected my appointment which was only 20 minutes later. I got there a minute late but was out in less than 10 minutes. Both of these locations are clean and professional. The staff so far have been great. Oh and did I mention that they have coffee, other beverages, and snacks for you while you wait. Im a happy patient!

Made appointment online. Filled out all paperwork at home online. This made it a breeze when I showed up for the appointment. Was seen quickly and the folks there are very nice. Plan on making them my primary doctor. My last doctor was with Wise health systems, and it was a nightmare. Total mens was a great experience!

I needed a quick Covid test to comfortably and confidently work this weekend since I havent been feeling well. Total Mens Primary got me in within a couple hours and test results back in 20 minutes! Clean, fast, friendly service. I even had my 4 kids in tow and everything was so smooth and efficient.

I had just experienced COVID-like symptoms and I work at a clinic and needed to get tested as soon as possible and Total Mens Primary Care could not have been a more fitting clinic to go to. I was able to go as a walk-in patient and they attended me as soon as they could (which was that same day within an hour that I had arrived). My husband and I went here to get our Antigen test for our cruise, it was quick and simple. We maybe waited 3 minutes and we were in and out immediately. They had a friendly staff and it was clean. Recommend them.

Ive been to this location several times for routine physicals and various ailments. The staff is always organized, friendly and professional, the visits are timely (without feeling rushed), and my appointment always begins ON TIME. Rarely have I been to a doctors appointment where I actually get seen within 5 minutes of my scheduled time, so this is VERY important to me. Thank you for serving your community so well!

My experience with Total Men’s Primary Care in Alliance was great. I walked in prior to my online appointment time that I had scheduled earlier in the day. The lady at the desk checked me in and before I could have a seat in the lobby, one of the nurses greeted me and asked to come on back. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I received my test results within 30 minutes via confidential text message. I highly recommend their services.

Visited the alliance location. Scheduled my appointment to a rapid covid test online which was very simple. Was greeted right away and filled out patient forms on my phone. Once I was done, not even 5 mins later I was called for my appointment. The office was clean, staff were friendly and they even had a snack bar!

I went to get a rapid Antigen test because I went to a concert a few days ago and I just wanted to make sure that I was okay. It is so easy to schedule an appointment online and they have many times available to come in. I arrived to my appointment and was in and out in under 15 minutes. The staff was Amazing! The billing department however, does not stand by their word. I paid cash for 2 visits before realizing that they take my insurance only to find out that they now have been double paid for my visits and have not reimbursed me for the out of pocket expense in full. They are not returning any of my phone calls and this has been going on since the beginning of November! It’s started out great and then empty promises! It was a great experience overall. It was my first time there and getting signed in and setup was very easy. The office is clean and modern as advertised which is very refreshing. The best part of the experience was Bradley Vander Zanden. He took his time and listened to my concerns and explained what I am probably experiencing and how to remedy it. I definitely will be returning here and would highly recommend this office.

Staff was very kind and helpful during COVID testing. I got results within 15 min. Waiting area and room were very clean and nice. I’m scheduling an appointment for my husband so that can be his primary care provider.

This was my first time visiting Total Mens Primary Care, and I was impressed. My wife and I booked appointments for COVID testing on a later day in the week, but they were able to fit us in as walk in patients on Monday. Our results were ready within 30 minutes. They have a very friendly staff, and the waiting room is nice too. I highly recommend this healthcare clinic!

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The talked me through the whole covid testing process. The test was very quick and took only 20 minutes to get my results. I only paid a $20 new patient fee and they billed my insurance for the rest. Have already recommended to everyone I know to come here.

Terrible customer service.The “doc” on staff would rather argue back and forth instead of trying to help you. I’m type 1 diabetic and I’m now without insulin. I will end up going to the hospital because of incompetence.The ladies at the front desk are amazing though.

We have just returned from out of the country and I wanted to do a rapid Covid test to make sure I was clear. Being a female, I was a little hesitant to schedule an appointment. My husband has used Total Men’s Primary Care in Southlake several times and encouraged me to use the Alliance location (which is closer to us). I was able to schedule an appointment today for today. The staff was friendly and efficient. Thank you for a great experience.

This was the best experience ever. I scheduled an appointment, completed all the on-line requirements and was seen immediately with little to no wait. The staff is exceptionally professional and the facility is phenomenally clean. The other highlights are the variety of treats, snacks and drinks - OMG. Try them and you will not regret it at all.

Took my boys to get a Covid test, was surprised when they said I could get one there as well. The appt was quick, we were all in & out within 10 mins and got the results back fast. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Boys loved the snack bar in the waiting lounge as well. Just over all very convenient.

On very short notice Total Mens Primary Care was able to get me in to be seen. The registration process was very easy and quick took me 5 minutes (and thats because Im a slow typer) before I was taken to an exam room and seen within one minute. I was very impressed with how fast I was able to get in and be seen. And very thankful they were able to see me the same day.

Today was my first visit and it met all the expectations they setup on their site. It was cozy and had snacks and drinks available. I didnt have to wait at all and actually got seen 15 minutes earlier than my scheduled time. The paperwork was quick and easy and I was able to do it in advance all on my phone. Normally you have to fill out 4-5 pages of forms and get to a providers office 30 minutes early to get it all done, but that wasnt the case with this place at all!The best part though was the staff. I have usually had terrible past experiences with American healthcare and usually travel internationally for better customer service... however, I was pleasantly surprised here. The staff was professional, kind, and personable. The bed side manner of the provider was actually so great that I felt comfortable enough to talk about some more embarrassing issues. This was definitely where I could tell that they specialize in mens health too. Big kudos to Bradley Vander Zanden for all the explanation and making a very awkward conversation feel non- judgmental! I didnt catch the name of my MA who drew my blood extra gently since I hate needles or the clerk at the front who explained my insurance to me, but thank yall too! I even want to thank Donna for reaching out via text after (I prefer text over call) to verify I had a good experience and let me ask additional questions. Ill definitely be back ^_^

Fantastic, friendly staff. Waiting room has great refreshments/snacks. Wait time was nil. My wife had an appointment there an hour and a half after mine, but admitted her with me in the same visit. I will be switching my PCP.

This isn’t your typical run-of-the-mill health care place. I was impressed at how organized and prompt this business handled our transaction. I setup my appt online, walked-in and filled out my “paperwork” on their kiosk, waited less than 5 minutes before being called back to a room, and received my test by the on-site nurse. The entire meeting took less than 20 minutes. The staff was very cordial and professional and I felt as they were very experienced and knowledgable with their tasks. I would definitely return and recommend Total Men’s Primary Care to others.

My brother and I have done some day appointments as new patients and everything has gone smoothly. The ladies in the front desk are super nice, the girls doing our covid tests have been nice as well. Good place with an efficient, fast and friendly service

Dr. Nick is very thorough and took the time to listen and understand my condition. I highly recommend seeing him!On my second visit, I needed to have blood drawn. The tests required 3 vials of blood to be drawn. The first draw caused my vein to blow out. No biggie, stuff happens. The nurse finds a good vein in my left arm which too blows out. I now have 2 black and blue marks on my arm and some mild discomfort. I think it’s safe to say she needs more practice.Update:Went today for a COVID test. I scheduled an appointment and later called back to add my wife and son. They were very accommodating and added them in asking only that I come in a little early. The testing was quick and professional. They called me quickly with a response and provided me with documentation.Overall, very pleased with the level of care and professionalism exhibited here.

I needed a rapid covid test for a trip. I scheduled an appointment with carenow who told me they would do it with an appointment. Carenow charged me then refused to test me. I got my money back and a friend recommended total men’s primary care. I made an appointment which was easy to do on their site compared to carenow. I called and confirmed I could get a rapid test. I arrived an hour early and they took me back after about 5 minutes. The entire experience was fantastic. The nurse I had was very kind and pleasant to interact with. My results were texted to me in 15 minutes like they said and they followed up to make sure everything was good. Total men’s alliance has gained my medical business from here on out and I highly recommend using them.

Went to TotalMens Healthcare office to day to get a COVID test. First time visiting this business. Very impressed with the layout and cleanliness. A fully stocked cooler, coffee and things. Only wait time was filling out first time paperwork. Staff is very professional and took the time to answer all my questions, even ones not dealing with why I was there. My visit was quick and pleasant. From the moment we checked in I felt welcome. The place was clean with a lot of hand sanitizers. During the test everything was explained well to make me feel comfortable and it was handled with a lot of care and You ladies were a ray of sunshine in a dark day!

I went to have a rapid COVID test done, I was able to make an appointment for the next day. There was a very short wait to be seen and I got my results in less than an hour. There is a least a weeks wait everywhere else and up to 2 weeks to get your results.

The lobby is clean, comfy and stocked with beverages. Staff was courteous and professional, and the ease and speed of the visit was excellent. Was told all charges were covered by my insurance. First visit, blood taken, 15 minutes. Second appointment; 5 minute follow-up with Dr. which included him taking two personal calls. Promised follow-up call and additional information. That was six months ago. No such follow-up or additional information. Just received a bill from and outside service for over $800.00. Additional charges after billing my insurance for over $1300.

I went in for a yearly physical. The staff was friendly. I did all my paperwork a head of time. I was in and out in a timely manner. The doctor and staff answered all my questions. They were very informative. They made you feel comfortable and relaxed. I go back next week for a follow-up. I would definitely recommend this location.

Getting to see my dad now in a nursing home, means having to get tested before I can enter the building. It is so easy to make appointments and I am in and out in 5min or less. Results texted to me within 15- 20min. Staff is friendly and everything is always super clean.

Both my sons, husband, and I have gone here for their Covid testing. They are very professional, clean, and get us in and out in a timely manner. I have referred all my friends and family to go here for testing if they need to get it done. They have locations all over DFW so there is most likely one near you. They were especially handy last school year when my boys kept getting sent home for close contact. I could bring them back to school the very next day. The office staff will give you a print out of your results if you ask them for it.

I had a previous visit at a Total Mens Primary Care about 5 months prior at a different location, and both experiences have been fantastic. The facility is incredibly nice, and the staff is no different; my visits were short, pleasant, and Ill definitely be coming back when needed.

Took my husband here and they are the sweetest most friendliest people ever!!! I’m definitely going to make sure he goes back and keeps them check ups.. very affordable and they take insurance too.. Th Dr. is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions also husband said his assistant took his blood without him even feeling a thing.. The girl upfront was very helpful and just the sweetest.

The first time I went I had to get a rapid test to travel to my grandfathers funeral. I informed the front desk agent I needed a paper copy because I was going to straight to the airport. She said I could get a copy once I got a text. There was no one else there and after 45 minutes of waiting in the car the doctor comes out to lock the door for lunch. I ran and he graciously unlocked the door and they printed out the copies I needed. I almost went to the Southlake location after this experience.Luckily, the 2nd time I went there was a different front desk agent. I let her know we needed paper copies and she was so great to actively communicate with everyone there. There was multiple people coming in and out for appointments but she still got me copies in 15 minutes. I could not believe how efficient and nice she was!

Had an amazing experience at Total Men’s Primary when I went in for a physical. Everyone from the front desk, to the medical assistant, to Dr. Bill was extremely helpful. They really went into detail about how the bloodwork panel would work and what we’d go over when the results came in.I had several questions that Dr. Bill answered in great detail and the atmosphere was extremely comfortable, relaxed and welcoming. I was unhappy with my previous provider but wasn’t disappointed at all with Total Men’s. Very glad I found them.

My first time using this place and I was really happy with my visit, the nurse practitioner and staff were very friendly and seemed good at what they do. There was a problem when I tried picking up my medication, not related to the doctors office at all, it was the pharmacy’s mistake, and it really turned into a big deal. At first I assumed it was the doctors office due to what the pharmacy told me and was upset, but Ericka, the manager of several of the branches not only called me but called the pharmacist and straightened the issue out completely, and was very caring and sympathetic for the situation. And honestly if it wasn’t for Total Men’s primary care taking initiative and handling the situation for me, I would have not got the issue resolved when I did, as I have went to the pharmacy 3-4 times and they kept giving me the run around. I feel confident in using this place as my PCP moving forward and very happy with them. I will be leaving that particular pharmacy a bad review though lol

My son was sent to children’s hospital for a Covid test today and I was told to get one too. I was able to get an appointment, test, and results in a short time. We were taken care of in a safe and efficient manner. The staff was very helpful and professional.

Had my covid-19 test there, I highly recommend this place, the whole process was sooooooo easy. You can make appointments online, from checking in till my test being done probably 5 mins. It was just in and out, they make things real clear and real quick. The place is very clean, staffs are very friendly and professional, the waiting area is absolutely taking covid precautions seating with social distancing. I have been to Total Men’s Primary Care in Alliance twice now for Covid testing. I love the staff that I have come in contact with there. Both of the women I have interacted with there are extremely friendly and helpful. If it wasn’t a primary care just for men I would definitely consider becoming a regular patient there just because of how comfortable the employees made me feel.

Quick and easy. I dont go to the doctor enough as it is so Im not used to setting appointments and what to bring and what forms to fill out. The online appointment process was really simple. Twice this company told me my insurance is covered. Then made appointments and came in to be told that they do not accept my insurance. I even showed them their website that says they do accept and they told me the website hasnt been updated for the new years. Todays date is 2/16/23 - enought time to update website. There was not a wait on the phone to make an appointment. I visited this location to get a rapid COVID test and was promptly tested. I was impressed with the experience. The results were quick. They were professional and efficient. I would recommend.

I don’t know how these other people are having 5 star experiences. The only reason I’m leaving anything beyond 1 star is because the PA who saw me on my first appointment was great.I go in for an annual physical and want a blood test done to check for anything out of whack, including vitamin D, as well as get a RX written. No big deal. The second visit is scheduled for the following week and I’m specifically told by the front office staff that if the tests have not come in by the morning of my follow up, they would let me know and reschedule the appointment.2nd appointment, I show up, and immediately I see confusion on their faces. I wait a few minutes, then I’m taken back to a room and they check bp. At this point I expect to wait, however, after said wait, someone comes in and informs me that my results aren’t in from the lab and it will be an additional 30 minutes. Fine, let’s just get it done. 30 minutes turns into 50, at which point the provider(not sure if it was a PA or a DR) comes in, has no idea that we needed to check my liver enzymes for the RX I was trying to get, breezes through the results, doesn’t address my vitamin D results or the lack thereof. Unfortunately I was so ready to be done, I didn’t catch it until I left and was breezing over the test results which specifically said that the Vitamin D test wasn’t completed.I followed up with 3 separate phone calls, 2 of which resulted in unanswered voicemails, trying to get the results emailed to me. Upon reaching someone on the 3rd call, the provider told them to inform me they still don’t have the results so I would need to come back in and have more blood drawn...yeah no thanks. I’ll find another provider. Thank you.Definitely not a great impression. I’m glad some of you had a better experience.

I needed to get a Covid-19 rapid test today. Total Men’s Primary Care was the only place I contacted that had the rapid test available immediately. It took 5 minutes to register an appointment online, and after I took the test, I received the results a short time later via text. All told it took about an hour and a half to schedule the appointment, receive the test, and get the results. It was a huge help.

I needed a COVID test for travel. It was very easy to setup an appointment online. Very quick turn around time in the office. Results were quick. Will definitely use them the next time I need a Covid test.

Three hours later and I hadn’t received the results of a COVID test. No one answered phones or returned messages so I went back to the clinic. They verbally gave me the results and blamed it on a “new provider”. Now four hours later and still haven’t gotten my written results..

What can I say. Let me start by saying I was comfortable from the start. They go above and beyond at this place. Men, make this your primary care facility! I instantly knew this would be my primary Dr. and as a man I need to speak with a man who knows where men are coming from! The nursing staff/medical assistants are very friendly and made me feel right at home! The DR is one of the best and takes the extra effort to ensure top tier care! I’m not going anywhere else…

When to Total Men’s Primary Care for my Annual Physical. Easy to sign-up for; appointments available within a week, simple check-in process that you can do online. The Doctor understood what I am trying to accomplish with IF and High Protein, High Fat diet. Physical exam and blood work was fully covered even under my High Deductible Plan.

Get the care I need and the appointment process is simple and convenient. Doc takes time to look at me and answer all of my questions and is very thorough. How often does that happen anymore?Very happy with the service!

Easy to schedule, nice staff, quick service. Got a COVID test and was in and out in less than 15 minutes including check in. Definitely recommend for quick tests.

I have been to many doctors in my life. I can honestly say I havent met any as great as the people who work here. I needed a quick Covid test and they were who I went to. Many people have told me about the pain of a test, but honestly, Naja did such a great job. It didnt hurt much at all. This is the place to go. Not only is Naja great at Covid testing, but when she drew blood, I barely felt it. One poke and painless. The way it should be :) Dr. Bill is amazing, down to earth, very friendly, and helped answer many questions I had. First impressions are important to me, and to a business, and the receptionist Peighton is so friendly and sociable. She makes you feel welcome from the minute you walk in the door to the moment you leave. This is an amazing doctors office, and I highly recommend it.

My experience from a medical standpoint at Total Mens Primary Care was good. I had a great conversation with the doctor surrounding the status of my health today, and changes that I can make for overall betterment.My issues are with the front desk and billing department. Following my visit, I have been billed two separate times for line items insurance would not cover. This is nothing unique - as I have seen/had other health care providers do this in the past. Hit insurance for every line item possible to see what you can get paid for. Take the insurance money given, and drop remaining charges (usually - for those that appreciate repeat business).But - This has occurred to me multiple times now. Two separate occurrences asking for remaining balance due months after my visit.Talking with the billing department their is a discrepancy in the process of billing between this individual managers practices and others. I am happy to pay what is owed. But wont be returning. Wanted to share with others with No-Copay insurance expectations. These folks will hit your wallet for anything/everything they can.
