I went with my bf to and my friends come here too. while I was waiting the ladies in the front where soo busy . But not once did they be rude which is amazing because everytime I come people are very rude not help you much. But Not them They are very nice and smile all the time. Nice workers work hard very very kind.

Theres been too many things that transpired and the disrespect yesterday was beyond uncalled for. See I am professional coming from a corporate world as a ex manager, and out of respect and knowing the law Im not going to name your name. The worst thing anyone can do is put words in my mouth, and I greeted you and spoke to you respectfully. I know it was you that said call anytime, and I know the chain of command you were my last call. Like to talk about how I dont answer the phone (I have good reason) your worker the disrespectful one is no better. Then theres the lazy one, the worse caseworker I had since I got there. Since day 1 Ive talked to you with nothing but respect & to use the word Im talking at at disadvantage and youre going to cut me off just disrespectful. I am not my status and at the end of the day I am a grown woman, who is only one womans child and under no circumstances will I ever be disrespected. I hope that goes in notation & I didnt need to know your personal business, or did the situation give you the right to come at me like you did. Ive always said thank you to you all for helping us and Im genuinely a nice person. I simply dont do disrespect or do I play concerning my health, I have a full plate daily and still no matter what I give respect & yet just like its given it can be taken away. The change over in this company is horrible, I hope things were genuinely taking care of. Because like I said I followed instructions, and I dont need any problems or stress this close to the time. This is the most unprofessional place ever and a bunch of liars that play with your health, need to be reported to The Better Business Bureau. Because the way yall are so unprofessional it horrible & its old news, people dont need the stress yall cause. Yall dont pay health insurance bills on time & then want to lie and say its the insurance company and clearly its been yall even if yall get a bill on time yall still wait over the due date to pay it ridiculous. Because yall dont be having the money and dont say that, your case workers are horrible and I could care less if yall have 500 clients yall need to be finding the right system to do yall job correctly and update them. To call and sit on that phone and lie to me was utterly unprofessional, and you had a confrontational demeanor just disrespectful and all I do is advocate and not put up with yall mess.

Worst dentist ever, was told I needed 10 teeth extracted, then I would get partials ,went to JPS had the teeth extraction done went back to AOC and got a complete different story, she even read her notes back out loud and read were she said I would get partials. But now thats not possible. Its all about money with this dentist. Dont go here for dentist work she does not know what she is doing at all and should have her license taken away.

I have been a patient since 2015 and they have always treated me well, the only thing that worries me and I dont like it is that the people who are at the reception never last working there and that is uncomfortable for me as a client because we never form a relationship with them and more when they are kind and professional people.I hope that Gaby, the new worker, can last a long time working there since she is very kind and does an excellent job. Please, management, do not let another good element like her leave.

AOCs Geisel Morris Dental Clinic is the best! Staff is extremely pleasant and I recommend using the service!

This place used to be a beacon of hope. Where you received help in a timely and efficient manner. Lately, they seriously lack in customer service, punctuality, and empathy. The people who cared, that used to work there, are gone or leaving. I had to contact the person that handled the insurance payments back in January (she’s not there anymore) to find out why my new case worker failed to contact me. I got his information, left a message, and he called. I was advised to email my paperwork; which I did that day. I didn’t hear anything for months. I’m thinking, everything is okay. When I needed help with copay assistance, I called to get a letter showing how much I have…when he called me back, he told me that he forgot about it and I would need to submit my paperwork again. Point being- this isn’t the place it used to be. My best advice is to steer clear if you need assistance. Find a place that’s actually run right. Finds a place that cares. If you’re donor, find a place that actually helps, to donate to.

I contacted the AOC in March to get medication I need to live and have not been able to have it consistently since then. When I first contacted them I was dealing with severe depression and was told counseling was available. I got my first appointment in September after having to ask multiple times if it was available.Phone calls are never answered, about 1 in 10 are returned. In May the pharmacy stopped filling my medication, and after 5 unanswered voicemails I found out that even thought I had filled out paperwork that said they could leave voicemails at my private number, they refused to leave any messages due to HIPPA privacy.I am currently waiting on a prescription but the office is closed from December 15 to January 6. I had my blood taken the last week of November and I will not get the medication prescribed to me per that bloodwork until the New Year.Staff is rude and dismissive. I have been a patient of theirs for almost a year and my levels are exactly the same as when I started treatment, because I have not been able to stay on medication due to delays at the AOC office. If you are nearing rock bottom and desperately need help this organization is not for you. Good luck.

I would suggest going to an LGBT Clinic to get std tested, over this place if possible and it’s usually free-to-low cost (at least in my experience these services were as someone who is lgbt). A while back, I got tested here, and was never notified that was positive for something, as if voicemail doesn’t exist. Whatever they were doing in terms of contacting people, they do a poor job of notifying you. Their system was to notify you if you’re positive, but not if you’re negative, but if you miss their phone call or never get a voicemail from them, you’ll never find out, unless you actively reach out to them to find out. They are also really slow. My results took a couple days at a nearby lgbt clinic. Their’s that they were suggesting are not nearly as fast. Do not do a disservice to yourself. There are better places. This place wasted my time and money.

I am really happy with the clinic. They have always treated me right and tried to work with when emergencies have risen. Keep up the good work.

I got tested through my college. If they don’t call you back, it means you’re negative. But after a week of nothing I got concerned and tried to reach this location with the 1994 number. No matter what time or day of the week, they do not answer the phone or return voicemails. I was able to reach Joyce with the phone number listed below, who was able to confirm my test results.

They are really inefficient and Mikel Washington is not a good Patient Navigator. Austin, TX does it better. If anyone knows any other companies I can get my care from please let me know. They need to do better in Fort Worth.

Had issues with helping fill out paperwork for someone vision impaired. Free testing actually equals $140 for a few tests. Even though it states in several different places they take insurance, they dont!

Ive been positive for over 20 years and AOC has been great I was just there a few weeks ago and everyone was very helpful very kind they did a great job and I had so much fun meeting all the new people and it was nice to see some of the people whove been there for a long time as well its hard to be in any industry when it comes to helping people so being patient and tolerant and knowing that everyone is doing the best they can is always a good place to begin from and work from that part out everyone needs to make adjustments everyone can do better and we all have each other only to rely on so looking forward to a great New Year with all kinds of new opportunities thank you AOC for all youve done for me. This place is the worst. I cant get anyone to ever return my phone calls for my test results. Testing staff is ridiculous. The African American woman who tested me didnt seem to know much about the STIs she was testing me for. Its been almost a month now and still no one can be bothered to call me with my test results. I went to the health dept. where I was treated respected had my results in less then a week.Avoid this place... Try CAN Community Health or The HELP Center.

Do NOT get tested for anything here! I received HIV and STD testing here 17 days ago and they told me they would contact me only if I tested positive. They don’t call you if you’re negative. They said they would have the results in about 5-7 business days. They never contacted me or answered my phone calls so I went to a different clinic and received my results in 3 days and it turns out I am positive for something AOC tested me for. AOC does NOT care about the health of their patients which is so sad. After reading other reviews on here, it is beyond disturbing that that they have a trend of not providing patients with their results and letting them assume they are healthy when they’re not (how can they not call to tell you you’re positive or negative??) Thank god I trusted my gut and went somewhere else to get tested, otherwise I would be infecting other people without even knowing, all thanks to AOC’s negligence and incompetence. This place is the WORST and should be shut down.

Highly disappointed with the service, have tried calling several times to set up am appointment but get no response. Honestly thinking about diy hrt as it is easier then trying to use a place that supports when they feel like it.

Ive been waiting as of three weeks today for my results. The snow storm happened last week and thats fine but I shouldnt have to hunt down the office for results. I reached out on the Facebook page and was told to call another number, no one picked up that number. Ive called over 20+ times and left voicemails and have yet to receive a message. I dont know if their office is closed or anything so I most likely will have to drive up there. Dont waste your time like other reviewers said because you will most likely not see you results or will have to jump through hoops to obtain them.

This place is wonderful, everyone was very friendly and when I say everyone it was only the front desk and the one who took my test. I didnt have to run into a lot of people and that was nice. I made an appointment and got there early and they saw me pretty quick, very little wait time. The young gentleman was very kind and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. The hiv test was fast, like a pregnancy test. I most definitely recommend this place!

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! I went here to get a panel of STD tests, they said they would call me in 2 weeks with my results. 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 5 weeks pass and I hear nothing. I would call almost daily and get no answer. BUT HERE’S WHY THEY NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN: After several weeks of no one answering my calls, I finally reached an employee who told me that all my results showed negative. Maybe a month later, I also received an email from Labcorp with my results. Once again, no one communicated to me that I would be receiving an email. I already knew my results were negative because it was confirmed by the employee over the phone but decided to look anyway. The results showed that I was negative for everything EXCEPT ONE. I was positive for HSV-2. I can’t begin to describe the anger and devastation having to deal with this level of recklessness and unprofessionalism. And now I had to have an uncomfortable conversation with someone I was seeing, who now could possibly be infected, which all could’ve been avoided if this place did their freaking job! I called the facility once again to tell them everything that happened and the employee says “Oh, that’s weird we don’t usually send out emails.” Well thank God someone did! This place should be ashamed!

Came to this place for assistance no one answers their phones. Appointment was at 1pm but then switched to 2pm, wasted my time will be looking for another agency for assistance. Do yourself a favor find another place to ask for hrlp.

The dentist office is amazing but the other side and staff are horrible and condescending . They always seem to have an attitude and treat you like some dmv trash. Mainly an African American lady with short hair. Also I went in to take care of a billing situation once and my social worker from AHF went in to hand them a document and requested a pass for gas and they ridiculed me for being unemployed and not having a car. It was the same black lady and some Latino guy and he looked at me and said it made sense since I was Hispanic (racially profiling me not knowing my situation). I held my composure though and didnt say anything, I guess they thought I couldnt hear them from behind the glass but heard them clearly. But yes they seem to make my experience miserable and stressful which should not be the case. If it werent for the dentist Id give them a one star review. People need to stop entering the medical field just because it pays well and do it because they actually care about helping others.

Do not go here.... its been 2 weeks going on 3 I still havent gotten my test results they have been calling me back for a week but nobody actually calls back, I have to call 3+ times before anybody even answers the phone. And when I finally do talk to someone they are acting like they cant find my results and have to call me back in 15 min which i guess means never. Now they are saying I have to drive all the way up there for my results but in my paperwork it clearly states I want my results over the phone. Yall kan keep your results and Ill go somewhere else. Yall are not professional. There is a reason I wanted my results over the phone.

I do not know whats going on but the last since they let go mrs Cynthia and Samantha it has been hell they do not pay your bill on time do return calls or emails and bill medical has been suspended multiple times this is peoples lives what is the issue with these people

I love AOC. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and they treat you more like family rather than just a patient. Free testing, and low prices for tests that arent free. I highly recommended AOC.

Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been calling for days trying to get results and no answers. No one is answering the phone. An AIDS Outreach Center. This is pertinent information. I’m truly disappointed.

It’s 2020 it’s time for y’all to know receptionists aren’t just for show they should actually PICK UP THE PHONE! This is the most unprofessional place, don’t waste your time. Why have the option to get your results on the phone and not actually call people back or pick up? So ridiculous.

Good place to get tested. Counselors are knowledgeable and professional. Parking is a little snug sometimes.

I got tested 3 weeks ago and i havent gotten my results. They never answer my phone calls i keep getting sent to voicemail.
