Excellent experience. Went in after experiencing a bad fall to have ribs and wrist checked out and x-rayed. Made an appointment, check-in was a breeze, no wait. All of the staff are friendly and professional. Met with Chuck, one of the PAs, who was terrific. He listened to me, was very thorough, knowledgeable and informative. This experience echoes others I’ve had at this location. Highly recommend!

They had me in and out so quick without sacrificing the level of care at all. They listened and got me the best care needed asap. The staff was all super kind and friendly. I have literally never had such a good experience at any urgent care in any state. Good job , these people here really care, and I recommend them to anyone that needs non emergency walk in services.

I had a very good experience at this center. I got a quick appointment. The care provider a nurse practitioner quickly understood the problem and accurately diagnosed. He sent prescription with effective treatment to the pharmacy of choice. I really appreciate their efficiency, politeness and good treatment.

Quick, easy & right to the point, they made my visit as enjoyable as one could be at an urgent care. The front desk staff were friendly & polite with a great sense of humor, the time i waited after arrival flew by. The MA & Nurse were right to the point & efficient while still being personable. My thanks go out to the staff for making everything as smooth as it could be & making sure I had the paperwork my employer required.

Very kind, professional staff. Made an appointment and got in quick but had to wait awhile for the doctor. It wasnt their fault because there was only one physician to treat everyone.It was worth the wait. Very professional and knowledgeable PA who treated my issue with care. I feel confident with the treatment.

I live this place. Its quick for me to get to and the service is impeccable. Especially Danny the man that wears a lot if different hats in the organization. From taking my vitals to taking my chest xrays. He dies it all with good humor and trying to make you more comfortable. I ended up being sent to the hospital, I didnt like it but it was the best move for me.

Excellent reception assistance when I signed in for first time. Receptionist went out of her way to make process painless. Explained what I needed and answered my questions when I had one.Nurse and P.A. were courteous and profession. Total experience included ordering prescriptions at local pharmacy for me to pick up.Best and most complete care I have ever received from a Doc in a Box facility.

All of the staff were great. I brought my 3 year old son in who had a stomach bug and they quickly figured out what was going on. They were also very patient and friendly. Highly recommend!

The care I received today from NP and the MA was excellent and professional. The MA was especially caring, kind and heartfelt in the care delivery. I would have no problem using the facility again if need be. I had no waiting time and was able to be seen immediately.

It was very convenient to be able to schedule an appointment time for a visit. The online check-in also made the process more streamline. I was happy with the care I received and would recommend this urgent care facility.

The staff here was so friendly and accommodating! I went to my own Urgent Care, and they were under-staffed and not taking any more patients. Google reviews brought me here. It was a great choice from reception to doctor!

Could not of had a better experience! The whole staff was amazing! Nurse Donna is absolutely fabulous with children and my son loved her. She took the time to explain everything she was doing to my son which he appreciated. Dr Page was thorough with her examination, quick and personable, can’t ask for much more!

I had a terrible experience at this facility and will never go again. Not only did the medical professional spend the first 5-10 minutes complaining to me about the patient he saw before me but his examination of me was incredibly lacking. After explaining my symptoms in detail and stating that I have had them for 8 days + he chose not to run any tests and listened to my breathing for a few seconds. The treatment he provided was incredibly inadequate, so much so that two days later I ended up at another Urgent Care office much worse and in excruciating pain. I was so bad that I almost went to the ER. After the visit to the other Urgent Care center I was properly care for. I was prescribed what I needed and tested for everything so that I could get better. With a high co-pay of almost $100 at Physician One the level of care should exceed expectations. The lack of professionalism and care I received is frankly astonishing and this medical professional should be held accountable for his actions.Response to reply: Clearly the person reading my review did not read or understand my complaint. My complaint is that HIPPA was violated by having the medical professional “vent” to me another patient about the patient before me. Also it was about the complete LAZINESS of the examination. I will be filing a complaint with the state as well and I have already reached out to corporate on this matter. AGAIN THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BILLING!

Very easy to make appointment and fill out paperwork online. Office staff, healthcare assistant (Donna) and HelenTang PA-C were friendly, knowledgeable, listened to my questions and gave good explanations. Wait time was minimal and I felt well cared for. :)

Our primary care doctor sent us here instead of their office because my partner was having a lot of red flags for a partial pneumothorax and this urgent care had an x ray machine. We told them this, gave all of the symptoms which were all pointing towards it, but they never did a chest x ray, and completely ignored all the pulmonary symptoms in favor of checking the heart. Heart is fine. Great. They decided that meant it was just muscular and didnt bother checking the lungs, all because I said the word pneumothorax and every time a doctor hears you have medical knowledge, they decide they know better than you and pivot to a completely different path. The doctor said himself he talks a lot. I wonder if he ever takes a moment to listen. We will be finding someone else willing to actually listen to the red flags and give a chest x ray. He claimed the lungs dont care what the chest wall is doing so if theres pain there then your lungs are fine. That is a load of bull. My partner fell and had a seizure and blunt force trauma causes a collapsed lung all the time. It is one of the main causes. Dont go here if you expect to be listened to. That said, the nurses were great, its not their fault the doctor thinks hes Hawkeye Pierce.

Staff was AMAZING, she was so kind and thoughtful. However it took me 2 hours start to finish. I had a 10:15 appt and didn’t get seen until 10:50 and didn’t walk out until 12. The doctor was great but why was she the only one working?

They put me in the schedule even though there were only 50 minutes before closing. The MA and NP/PA were excellent! The MA actually listened to me and did manual B/P because my pulse is very slow and machines have a hard reading it. After 3 tries and 200/100 which is incorrect. He spared me the discomfort and the correct B/P was achieved. No medical gas lighting! NP/PA was caring, through and honest about my symptoms and treated the situation appropriately. I have always had a great experience with the MAs and NP/PAs. Keep the great work!!!

The Doctor was very thorough. He made absolutely sure i was given the appropriate antibiotic for my condition. I would definitely go there again..

The staff tonight was unbelievably caring and kind. We got there just before they closed and they saw my son, took their time, and had such great bedside manner. 10/10 recommend.

Everyone was so kind and amazing . Danny is the best , and so was doctor Alexandra . They didn’t rush me out , listened to all my concerns and were very thorough.Facility is clean and tidy , reception was lovely as well.

Excellent care! Cant be beat. Nurse and young woman Dr I saw were best I’ve had in a LONG LONG time! Dr took much time with me and ended up sending me to er to get heart checked out THANKING GOD she did as it may have saved me from a heart attack!

Dentist was very nice. I cry over shots still at 35 years old and not much this time. I will definitely be making them my primary dentist office.

My wife and I came in on Memorial Day, with coughing, aches, sore throats and fatigue — symptoms that could easily have been either walking pneumonia, the flu or Covid (but just turned out to be the worst springtime allergies that either of us have ever experienced) — and the staff were terrific. Especially the Nurse Practitioner we eventually saw, Anna Koenigsberg, whose energy level and interpersonal skills were absolutely amazing in every way! The care was such that we will definitely be back (though hopefully, not anytime soon 😅)!

I am not one to post reviews but this was the worst Urgent Care Experience I have ever encountered. I brought my 6 year old son in for worsening condition after 3 weeks of cough and congestion. Now with worsening productive cough and fever to 103.7. The PA Chuck enters the room and asks my 6 year old all the questions, never acknowledging I was present for the appointment. My son being 6 and in Kindergarten didnt answer all the questions appropriately of course, likely because he didnt understand the questions. The PA listened to one single location in the back of his lungs for one breath and that was it for his lung assessment. He then tells my son he is going to send his mommy home with information about a virus. At this point with the interaction seeming over I then interjected with my concerns as to why this isnt a virus and concerns about his assessment. Also voiced my concerns with him only obtaining his information from my 6 year old child without my input. To which he responded if you came in with your husband I would be asking you the questions as the patient not your husband. To which I replied yes, because I am an adult. I am a Nurse Practitioner and I know this complaint may be viewed as invalid from an irrational parent. I also know if there are enough complaints about a practitioner then a trend may be identified and the concerns may be considered valid and taken seriously. I left the appointment feeling like my son was not assessed appropriately and will be taking him to a different Provider tomorrow.

Everyone was very professional, and it was a very quick trip. They gave out water bottles when we really needed some water, And everyone just made the visit so much more comfortable!

I firmly believe that a smile heals and kindness breeds kindness. The staff here were so friendly and kind it made my night better. especially Dani, kind, friendly and attentive with a smile on his face. I can only ask that you continue like this. Its not easy to deal with sick people and I can guarantee that you improve peoples day and help heal them with your affection. I will pray for your life and ask God to allow more people like this in care, especially in the health area where everyone is going through something that is not pleasant. You are so special! The doctor was very good and the nurse was very professional, but waiting was terrible. I had schedule for 4 o clock on Sunday . I was there at 3:40Pm And the doctor see me at 5:40. Just for a skin rush 3 hours and half even scheduled!

I’ve used PhysicianOne in Franklin several times and they have always been extremely professional and thorough with their examination process. I would highly recommend this practice.

Very kind and friendly staff. They were very busy the time I went though, FYI (5:00). The x-ray technician who was doubling as a PA/RN (or vice-versa?) who’s name I can’t remember now, was very apologetic and kept checking on me and giving me updates. He also did his best to speed things up once I was evaluated. The facility was very clean and organized.

I had to wait a bit to be seen. The staff were very friendly and professional. The doctor was nice and thorough and professional. I would go back if needed.

Not happy with how they ask me if I want a strep test. ( the nurse said “I assume you want a strep test”?) really?? I said no doubt I have it never had strep ever) Shouldnt it be obvious after they look at my throat if I need a test? Did test anyway.The doctor asked me if I have a fever… the nurse took my temperature. He should be telling me if I had a fever or not!

PhysicianOne Urgent Care Franklin was a lifesaver for me after I hurt my ankle and needed medical attention asap. They were able to see me within an hour of making the appt online. Staff were professional, friendly and super thorough. I am so grateful and recommend them if you ever find yourself in need

The team was incredibly nice, timely, and helpful when my husband and I went in for a persistent cough. There’s always a bit of dread when having to go to urgent care, but this was easily one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Everyone made us feel comfortable and we left with the diagnosis and treatment needed.

Got a fast appt for cold symptoms for my son. They were thorough with tests. Made us feel at ease. And he ended up testing positive for the flu. We were able to get tamiflu in time. Along with over the counter suggestions to keep him comfortable. We will go back again.

Showed up right at 7:30 in horrible foot pain. They refused to see me despite arriving right at their cutoff tome on the nose. Receptionist was completely cold and unsympathetic. Took the first available appointment the next morning and was misdiagnosed as “an infection”. The treatment they proposed worsened and spread the gout exponentially and I ended up going to the ER where they gave me treatment that resolved the foot attack within a couple hours. Wouldn’t come back to this place on a dare.

Excellent experience! I’ve been an RN for 40 years and felt that Dr Ruggierio was a great diagnostician, kind, and communicated well. I had multiple complaints from bronchitis to a broken bone- all were addressed! I would go there again.👍

Very professional, the medical team was kind, respectful and humorous and they made my visit a good experience for me! I was in and out in 30 minutes and I will definitely be going back next time I’m sick!

12:45 appointment, first seen at 1:25 or so. Out closer to 2:00.However, very much liked the doctor. An immediate and confident diagnosis and restfully answered all of my and my wife’s questions. Overall, very pleased.

They were backed up but did see me and stayed open to finish suturing my shin. I can only assume that after it heals, it’ll look great!! Would recommend them!

I frequently travel to the area as my wife’s house is here and mine is in Nashville, TN. It was easy to get an appointment here, they accepted my insurance, and the check-in process was simple. The PA, Sarah, who saw me and treated me was friendly and knowledgeable. All of the staff were friendly, efficient, and empathetic. Definitely, will make this my go to urgent care when I am in town.

I love how easy it is to make an appointment, and most of the times I’ve gone, it has been quick and efficient, which is tremendous with small kids. However, the most recent time I went, I made an appointment for 5:30pm because I wanted my daughter’s ears checked for a potential ear infection. It was 30 min before we were called back, then another 40 min before we were actually seen. She did end up having an ear infection, but by the time we finally were able to leave (an hour and a half after our appointment time, and all that was needed was a simple ear check that should’ve only taken 5 minutes), the pharmacy was closed and we couldn’t get her the antibiotics she needed until the next day. It was incredibly frustrating, and could’ve been avoided if they been better about checking with the scheduled appointments before taking walk-in patients.

I’ve come here several times over the past six years and it has always been an excellent service. I’ve come here several times in the past year because it’s very hard to find a primary care. So I usually come in with very simple things, and they have always handled it great. The last time I went in was yesterday and honestly I was in the waiting room for about 45 minutes even though I had an appointment. however, it was an appointment an hour before they closed so they were backed up due to people being late prior in the day. Everyone is very nice especially this one nurse that I’ve had several times and he is so personable and very helpful. Once I get in the room, I am always out very fast.If you live in the area and never ever need to go to an urgent care, I highly recommend this place. The Bellingham one not so much always, it has very high Wait times even with an appointment.

Ive been using this urgent care for my 4 kids for a couple years now and even though I moved 30 minutes away I still go to this urgent care because of how wonderful they are with children.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist, who was very upbeat and friendly. The physician assistant was kind and had a great sense of humor. The doctor was very informative. His laid-back attitude was comforting and very relaxing. I felt better within hours of leaving there. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

Had cut my hand and need some stitches. All the staff was kind, courteous and professional. Never know how long you will have to wait luckily I saw within 15 minutes for a walk in. But it is the staff that made the visit a positive experience. I would recommend them and will be going back to get the stitches out.

It was my first time at the urgent care clinic and I had a very good experience. It was easy to make an appointment, I didn’t wait long once and arrived. The Dr. I saw was very knowledgeable and professional. I also saw a LPN who was equally helpful. I was sick and my PCP couldn’t see me for almost a week so this was a very nice alternative. I would definitely recommend them and would go back again.

First time visiting an urgent care center today and I picked the right one. I didn’t know what to expect. The entire staff was friendly and super accommodating. My son broke his wrist. I was able to get in and out in record time. I spent more time chatting with the doctor and X-ray tech than we needed to take to even address my son’s wrist.I have found my new first choice in urgent medical care. No more ED for me if I can avoid it.Great team of people!

They were awesome and so helpful- squeezed me in when they were just about to close and it was hugely appreciated! Had a small but deep cut and they closed it up within 20 minutes and I avoided sitting in the ER for something so minor. Thank you!

Every time Ive been to this urgent care, everyone has been very friendly, warm, and helpful, especially the nurses and a few of the doctors. Wait time in the middle of the day is minimal. All of my issues have been minor enough to avoid the ER but too urgent to wait to see my primary care and each time my issue has been resolved.

Facility was very clean and employees were very nice and caring. Only downside was that even though I had made an appointment I had to wait over a half hour to be seen.

I wasnt feeling well and had called and made an appointment. I had to wait for 20 minutes past my appointment time, which was very uncomfortable.However, the young man technician who eventually saw me was extremely friendly and kind and understanding.Then I had to wait alone with nothing to look at or read or do for almost a half hour while waiting for my test results.The MD who eventually discussed my test results was also very nice.

The Physician Assistant and doctor were great and hit the diagnosis on the head. We were in and out with great bedside manner. I would go back in a jiffy.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated kindly & with respect. I had made an appointment & was taken back to see the doctor immediately. A sweet PA came in to take my blood pressure, etc. Then came Dr Cruz, who was very nice & suggested I have a chest X-ray. Daniel the X-ray tech was very personable & extremely nice. I was out of there in record time with prescriptions in hand. I rated this 5 stars because when you’re sick, punctuality & caring people are the very BEST!!

I’ve gone multiple times for myself and my kids and I’ve always been pleased with the care received! We’ve had X-rays, strep tests, etc all done here and when I had febrile tachycardia and needed more care than they could provide, they listened to my concerns about ambulance costs and let me call someone local for a ride and then phoned the ER / sent info to make sure I’d be seen immediately. I’ve had kids as young as 4 seen and all the doctors have been great with kids.

I had a 2nd & 3rd degree burn. The Physicians Assistant was very nice. She seemed sincere. The Medical Assistant was awesome also. Loved her purple spot on her hair. I am going back Monday for a check on the burn.Thank you for being there to help me.

PhysicianOne Urgent Care provided excellent care to my 4 year old son, who was in need of 3 stitches. Dr. Cruz had excellent bedside manner with my son and calmed him through what could’ve been a traumatic situation. We were also seen on time and completed our visit in under an hour. Extremely satisfied with the care and treatment our son received.

I was helped quickly. From the person at the main desk, to the Dr. (or NP) I met with were awesome! They were welcoming and professional. They made me comfortable, listened to me, and gave effective prescriptions which were immediately sent to my pharmacy. The building was clean and lighting was gentle to my eyes (which were hurting and hypersensitive). This is a great first stop for medical care!

Very pleased. I was sick 3 days before Thanksgiving and needed meds. Couldn’t even get into my own doctor for 2 days. Called here and they got me in that morning. They were very competent and caring. Diagnosed me and got the meds needed. They were also nice and it’s appreciated when you are not feeling well.Thank you! I will return if I need urgent care again.

Waited 45 minutes after triage and had to ask to be seen by provider as I had to get my son. Provider quickly looked in my throat and felt my glands and told me they would call with strep results. Did not feel like a thorough visit at all

While we were on vacation my wife was not feeling well. We set an appointment - did not know them at all. My wife tested positive for COVID… It was the last appointment of the day … they still called me in to be tested! Thankfully I was negative but they were so nice, stayed until almost 9PM to accommodate both me and my wife. Amazing!

Very nice staff and I didn’t have to wait long at all. A little validation that something isn’t quite right based on what I was describing, and what to do next should my test come back with no results, would have been helpful. I will have to address this even if the test I did there is negative because I am having real symptoms. I’m not sure I was being taken seriously.

LESSON: READ LABELS AND SPEAK UP!!!! !!My daughter was seen recently to evaluate her eye for an infection. The physician gave her negligently a prescription to treat her EAR!!!! Luckily my daughter read the label before she applied the EAR drops in her EYES! The medical director replied and apologized and stated corrective action has been instituted with the prescribing physician. The manager I spoke to initially was very cagey, rude and abrupt and completely did not take the time to listen to my concerns given the concerning circumstances regarding my daughter. The medical director said she would speak to the manager. The recourse offered was totally irrelevant to what could have been a serious situation. Luckily there was no harm done and and my daughter is fine and after speaking to the medical director, I was satisfied that they have taken this situation seriously and will take corrective action.As a provider myself I take these situations seriously so this does not happen to others. I’m thankful my daughter was smart enough to read the lake before any harm was doneLastly I want to commend the caring front desk staff who actually listened to my concerns.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff here, the absolute angel of a woman at the front desk is also a medical assistant and took me in the back when everyone else was busy just so I wouldn’t have to wait too long as I was very sick, she is extremely smart, friendly helpful,, and overall a really cool and amazing human being who knows her stuff, and Dr.Wilcox was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and also just another really awesome human as well as an awesome Dr, I’m a generally anxious person and these wonderful people were seriously so comforting, and nice, and patient, and friendly, I truly could list every positive adjective and it wouldn’t begin to do these people and justice. it really was a great experience just meeting these people despite how ill I felt. Highly recommend this clinic, I’d never go anywhere else if I were sick and needed to get looked at.

Got an appointment right away yesterday, and everyone was so kind and friendly! I have itchy allergic bumps all up and down my legs and arms from a bug spray, and they were quick to identify it and send out a prescription for me that is already helping. The last time I went to an urgent care was 8 years ago for a similar allergic reaction on my hands that they tried to pass off as poison ivy even though I knew it wasnt. So I was a little reluctant to go here yesterday, but this location was awesome and really listened to me. I really appreciate it, and while I hope I wont have a reason to come back, I definitely will if I do! Thank you all! ❤️

Dr. Cruz and the staff were awesome. Visited in extreme pain due to a dislocated shoulder and was fixed and on my way in about an hour. Last time it happened, I spent at least six hours at the hospital. Three of which were spent sitting in the waiting area waiting for someone to see me and help ease the pain

I was able to book a same day appt and even change to an earlier time later in the day. Facility was clean and I was seen promptly by a P.A. and received wonderful care and attention. And, did not feel rushed by the doctor to get me in and out the door. Will definitely return. Although, hopefully not for awhile!

Medication provided didnt help even days after the last pill while there they didnt do any sort of digging deep into finding out what would work best they really try to overbook and get people in and out without focusing on patients and was charged the wrong co pay on top of it

Waited 1 hour and 15 minuets to see a doctor.Once in a room. waited 10 to 15 minuets before a doctor came in.

Made appt day before for 10:15 next day. No other patients were there when I arrived Receptionist was very nice, med assistant was acting like I was bothering her. Did not get seen until 10:50. Called pharmacy to see if script was ready and found out wrong prescription was ordered! Thank God I knew which one was prescribed as I would have been taking a med NOT PRESCRIBED for my issue. Called and was told doctor is busy and would call back 45minutes later after I called second time I got a call and our bad sorry we ordered the right one. STAY AWAY!!!

I walked in, receptionist took my info immediately. Filled out form on my cell phone. Was called in checked and out the door literally in 20 minutes or less. Super fast and kind service. I highly recommend them.

Great experience - XRAY tech even stayed a little late for us. Love having an urgent care where everyone is kind and helpful. Room was clean and decorated cute for kids (or adults) who may struggle with waiting in the exam rooms.

They were open on a holiday thankfully, and all the staff were super helpful, patient and friendly.

The receptionist was exceptionally nice, and they got me right in, but unfortunately completely misdiagnosed me. I was told I had dermatitis and put me on steroids. Turns out I have a horrible bacterial infection and I needed to see a doctor to get antibiotics to clear it up. I would think given the experience in the age of the doctor I saw he should’ve been more aware of what he was looking at, as I have been in pain for over a week and the bacterial infection spread.

I had to leave work because of non work injury, and because I said the word work. They refused me service even when I stocked the injury happened before.

Easy new Sign up for my son who was a new patient with an appropriate wait time. The Nurse and Doctors were very friendly allowing my 4yr old to settle and be comfortable with them. Would definitely recommend, was NOT busy when we were there so I can’t attest for higher patient volume wait times, but services were professional and informative.

Best urgent care there is, hands down. They always get us in quickly and have the KINDEST STAFF EVER. I cannot express how much stress they take off the entire urgent care experience. My children both seem to fall ill on weekends when their pediatrician is closed… the urgent care office in Franklin is very close to our home and has been an absolute lifesaver. I am always in and out within an hour, and everyone is unbelievably nice, never treats you like you’re inconveniencing them and actually listens to your concerns. I won’t go anywhere else for urgent care if I can help it. 5 stars!

Best urgent care I have ever experienced! The staff was so supportive and fun. FYI, Starbucks shares the parking lot. The line of cars in the early morning requires a bit of navigating to get by!

Absolutely ridiculous!! Almost 3 hours to see a doctor and that was with an appointment. There are many urgent cares around dont make the same mistake I did and choose this one!

From the moment we walked through the door everyone was friendly and efficient. The facility is new and clean. As soon as I finished registering my son they called us into the back. Dr Cruz was wonderful- very personable and thorough evaluating my sons head cut and going over all considerations for treatment. We were treated promptly, all questions answered and on our way with followup care instructions. Highly recommend this facility. I have been to a lot of urgent cares and this places is top notch!

Absolutely an amazing experience! I brought my 3 year old daughter in because she has had a fever and not feeling well. The receptionist was so friendly and Dr Helen Tang was the best! I asked a lot of questions and she was so patient and made me and my daughter feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this Physician One Urgent Care!!!

PhysicianOne Urgent Care in Franklin is great. I was seen mere moments after walking in, and was tended to with amazing care. Wilkes and Danny asked lots of questions to determine how to help me best. They were understanding and reassuring, made sure that I was in good condition to leave when the time came, and gave me lots of helpful information to assist in addressing the issue I came in for. I highly recommend this location and everyone I dealt with there.

From the time we got there until the time we left it was nothing but first class. Easy to set up an online appointment, easy to get paperwork done, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. My 4 year old needed to have his ears checked and they were outstanding with him. We prefer this urgent care to our regular pediatrician. So easy to work with and so nice!!

Do NOT make an appointment, no matter what they tell you over the phone. They do not care what your appointment time is and you will be waiting with everyone else there. If you need to go, just go and you will be seen eventually.Edit - my response to them: no Im not going to do that. I did not have a particularly bad experience with the service here. Just that I was told to make an appointment instead of being told to come in, made one for 10:20 thinking that meant I would be seen at 10:20 and waited to come in until my appointment. When I arrived I was told that others who were walk-ins would be seen before me regardless of appointment time. I was seen at 11:40. So I should have just arrived at 9 which I could have done. I was lied to over the phone, so I reiterate: do NOT make an appointment, just go. Either way you will be seen when they are good and ready to see you no matter what you do.

Easy online format for initiating requests and fast in and out visit. Main issue is that I requested care for a particular complaint that the closest office indicated would require an x-ray which they didn’t have a technician for. Ended up having to drive thirty minutes further to the Franklin, MA branch where the provider disagreed with prior assessment and received very little care. Urgent care is urgent care to some extent but likely won’t return to this chain.

Med assistant who brought me to the room was quite rude. Acting as if she was annoyed with me even being there. Everyone else was super nice and helpful.

So I have visited this specific urgent care many times now and they are without a doubt amazing. From the front desk, medical techs, nurse practitioners and doctors they are kind, professional. Cant recommend them enough.

I arrived with a dog bite, without an appointment, and was warmly greeted by a very gracious young lady who showed caring concern for my problem. Within an hour I had been admitted by another very caring young medical assistant and treated by the doctor. The facility was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. It was clean, comfortable and pleasant. I will definitely go to this Urgent Care if the need arises.

Every person I encountered was professional ,understanding and knowledgeable about my visit .

They listen to what I had to say and took the time to do everything. They didn’t do what the other urgent care did. Just say it’s viral and that’s it. When I really had a bad infection which I needed to be put on an antibiotic. I would definitely recommend them again and will start taking my daughter here to. The people in the front were very nice and helpful.

All of the staff are so helpful and very welcoming. I was very comfortable in the office and typically that is not the case when I go to the doctors office. The doctor and the PA were both very kind and willing to crack jokes with me the whole time. I would recommend coming here time and time again if you have not had a positive experience elsewhere.

The nurse and staff at the desk were super helpful. Unfortunately the doctor did not listen at all and I had to repeat myself multiple times and debate my care with him. He was not at all interested in what was wrong with me. He made decisions and listened to nothing at all. I will never go there again.

The PA and his nurse were extremely efficient an made my husband feel very comfortable even while he was in pain. Not only is it really close to my house but the staff is extremely friendly. It’s not an easy job but they always had a smile and were very kind and attentive. Bree (sorry if I spelled it wrong) at the front desk was awesome. Very transparent and informative. Dan in the back was great, to the point, and very through. Hopefully I won’t be back soon but it’s great to know they are there.

As soon as we completed our paperwork we were quickly seen by Dr. Wilcox and his associates. They were all friendly, efficient and thorough. Went to Physician One with symptoms of a really bad cold. Turns out I had an upper respiratory infection. Got the right meds to mitigate symptoms so I can heal with comfort.

Super long wait even after appointment time. Sat in the room for 25 minutes after seeing the nurse.

Made appointment to be seen on line which was easy. Evaluated in a timely manner. Staff very kind, helpful and respectful. PA’s very through. Diagnosed and treated appropriately. Answered all questions to my satisfaction .Only disappointment was that there was no x-ray tech available so I had to come back following day. Despite that, I would definitely recommend this UC to others. As a healthcare worker, I think they did a great job.

Been here three times for upper respiratory infections. First time was pneumonia on a holiday and they were open, had a chest X-ray, diagnosed and started treatment immediately. Perfect. 2nd and 3rd times have been bronchitis. I could not get into my primary care provider for immediate visit. Professional, clear answers. A good choice.

Had to bring my daughter in with an ear infection on a Sunday morning. The receptionist Bree was very accommodating and reassuring. The nurse and doctor were both very kind, and quick to see us. I appreciate the help they provided.

By far my most impressive sick kid doctors visit ever!!! Booked online, was seen within 10m of arrival. The PA was awesome!!! He answered all of my questions. He was sooo kind to my son who had his first sore throat ever and was very scared! Who knew you could be seen at a local urgent care and it’s covered by insurance!? No more driving so far to the pedi when the kids are sick. We will be back! Thank you!

Made appointment online for 3:15. Filled out all info online. Arrived at 3pm and checked in. Appointments were in 15min increments. At 3:05 a worker came out to tell receptionist to come outback for chicken wings etc. I sat in waiting room til 3:30 listening to the microwave running and laughter from down the hall. I asked are you running behind today? Reception explained “they must be tied up with something”.The entire 1/2 hr I was only client there. I decided I did not want to rely on this staff for my healthcare. Do not recommend.

It can be stressful for an urgent care visit, especially for young kids. The doctors, nurses, and front desk staffs are so friendly, caring. They make the visit relaxing and with humor. The room is clean and decorated nicely. The doctor and technician are knowledgeable and patient.

What a nice visit!! I thought I had scratched my cornea and it ended up being the caseUpon check in I told the front desk that I had VA and was going to pay out of pocket. The young lady told me that wouldn’t be necessary and that she would call the VA and see if they would cover it. She did and they did. Wow!! I have been to two different urgent care locations since the COViD pandemic started and no one ever offered me that assistance, I always had to pay out of pocket. What a pleasant surprise and how wonderful to have caring people going out of their way to help customers.The rest of the team were friendly and professional.A great experience.Side note. One of those urgent care facilities that didn’t bother to help with my VA coverage was located at the very same address in Franklin in 2021.❤️ Thank you

Theres not many places ive been where ive felt completely comfortable and cared for. All staff at this location are extremely friendly, welcoming & caring, not something you can find all around at many medical offices especially an urgent care. Extremely judgement free and they are not looking to just get rid of you once youre there… I also liked that you can make an appointment and there are no extreme waiting times. Being someone that has been in and out of ERs & urgent cares my entire life, with that comes many terrible experiences and very few good ones- I think PhysicianOne would be my first recommendation over any others in my area, to anyone looking for quick, friendly, immediate care.

The staff at Physicians One were friendly and respectful. My wait time was only a couple of minutes The doctor was excellent, answered all of my questions and sent my prescriptions right away to my pharmacy. Such a positive experience.

Everyone there is patient kind and helpful. And I’ve dealt with Dr. Wilcox on two occasions and both times he he was very comfortable to talk to and very helpful. He’s an outstanding doctor.

Online pre-visit paperwork was super easy and saved a bunch of time. Service was fast. Staff was friendly and to the point. Location was clean.

Overall nice and fast for a sick visit. Appointment scheduling and check in process was easy enough. Receptionist was very friendly and efficient. Doctor listens to my concerns and questions and provided good care. Triage nurse was bad, really bad. Anybody could do what she did, read the vitals machine, ask questions and use the ipad the entire time without even making eye contact or show any sign of engagement with what was going on. Honestly, i could have clicked all that she selected in the ipad and save some crucial time.

Kind and attentive staff. Scheduled an appointment and was seen promptly. Everything was clean and orderly; had a very good experience overall, outside being sick.

I am currently at PhysicianOne Urgent Care for an injury after falling down stairs and have been here since 4pm without being seen by the doctor so almost an hour and a half. They took someone else who came after me before me, I’m not impressed with this visit at all. I came here before and had a nice visit which is why I came back but after today, I probably wouldn’t come back which is unfortunate.

Best experience i’ve ever had with a doctors office. I was so nervous because I was going in for stitches and Dr. Wilcox made me laugh the whole time and even played Christmas music to distract me. The nurse was also super sweet and came back in to check on me. They all apologized to me 100 times for the long wait, but in all honesty it was the fastest service i’ve ever received. They never once made me feel like they were short staffed or in a rush. Wasn’t looking forward to going to this location because I thought they were affiliated with MedPost but they’re not ! Nicest staff i’ve ever experienced and definitely recommend this location ! Thank you for all of your help today !

After injuring my foot just recently, I felt that it was broken! I needed some place close to home to be evaluated- which brought me to P-One Urgent Care on West Central St! I’m glad I did, not only was the front desk staff friendly, professional, and greeted me with a smile, I knew I was in the right place so thank you young lady at the front desk! Secondly your medical staff Mo, Daniel and Amaya ALL went above and beyond to make me feel like I was really cared for! They were super kind, empathetic and needless to say very professional and caring! I’ve been to other offices where you’re treated with disrespect not here!! Had a wonderful experience with my two year old! The nurse who brought us in was wonderful, offered Lollipops to my nervous son! The doctor gave my son a balloon hand to calm him down! I will never go anywhere else!

We have been to PhysicianOne Urgent Care in Franklin multiple times for our toddler. The wait times have been short, the staff friendly and understanding of a 2.5 year olds energy and the treatment rational clear and concise. Would highly recommend.

This is my third time visiting, The women at the front desk, Bri, was amazing! Very cheerful and extremely helpful answering any questions I had. She remembered me from my prev visit months ago, which made the experience even more pleasant. Amaya was also amazing, I felt comfortable in her care, she is very reassuring and knows what she’s doing. Last but not least, Dan, he also remembered me from my prev visit, all the way down to the conversation we had previously before. He is an excellent inspiration for todays society and has made a positive everlasting impression on me as a patient. Everyone on the staff remembered who I was as an individual and treated me with care. It feels good to go to a place as inviting as this when you need urgent care especially when you are treated with the best hospitality. I have been in pain for sciatia for 3 weeks and i dont understand why i cant be offered to get a cortisone shot....the PA and other employees were very nice.

Ive had to go to the ER for GERD issues and no one there got me a referral. When they did, they were offering me a 2 month plus wait time for an appointment. I went to Physician One Urgent Care, and they were able to refer me within the next day to see a GI specialist. Im still in the process but the service here is exceptional! I would highly recommend anyone who think ER wont help them, this is the place to go to get checked out and theyll even take care of you afterwards!

I went Sunday morning after getting **BIT BY A RANDOM DOG** at The Mendon Drive In/Jimmy Buffett Farewell Saturday night...{*sigh!*}The staff were ~FABULOUS!~I got: my Tetanus shot, a script for Amoxicillin & all Bandaged up relatively quick.This is 💯 my new GO TO Urgent Care... if ever needed in the future!

Insanely quick process and admittance. Complete the paperwork online first and within minutes of arriving, I was called. I was in and out in less than 30min. Staff was great I would highly recommend the Franklin location. It’s great to know they are there if you need them.

Great experience bringing my daughter for an ear infection that cropped up right after her pediatrician’s office closed. Nurse and NP who helped us were fantastic with her and even checked out her stuffed animal’s ears to make her feel more comfortable.

From the moment we walked in the door from the sweet girl at the desk, to the medical assistant, to the amazing PA we saw, everything was amazing! I truly believe my mom got the best exam she has had in years at this walk-in clinic.
