LOVE Shady Grove Fertility. Dr. Durso definitely has done everything she could for me. My nurse Lauren was absolutely amazing, I love her! The phlebotomist (all of them) are great!! As well as the front desk receptionist!! Thank you all for your support! Oh and I can’t forget about Maggie the ultrasound tech. Thank you all again for everything. Dr. Durso and our Team, our Nurse Adrienne, and Rosario. They made my journey easier. Everything was explained, there was no extra hidden bits anywhere. I am expecting twins because of their help and expertise. 10/10

All the employees are so friendly and supportive they are always there to help you with anything questions or concerns that you might have.Nurse Lauren, she is a fantastic nurse she is always there to answer any questions or concerns that you might have. She is always there for you when you need to talk as well.Along with all the other nurses that work there.

Yes, fertility treatments can take a long time, yes sometimes due to timing of monthly events I had to drive up into NoVa for specific weekend appointments, all of it is worth it when you finally hear the good news. Every single person in the FXBG office was so warm and kind. They are all there, on your side rooting for your success. When I was officially pregnant due to their amazing work, I was overjoyed. And when it was far enough along that I had to graduate from them to an obgyn, I cried. Thank you to Erin and Dr. Durso because of it wasnt for them, I wouldnt be cuddling my wonderful baby girl in my arms right now. You always hope you can get pregnant easily and without too much fuss, but if we try for our second in the future and we need assistance once more, its guaranteed Ill be calling up this office again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I see why they are named Shady Grove, they are shady. I was told to go in for cycle day 3 bloodwork and ultrasound which fell on the weekend. Apparently this office doesnt have weekend appointments so the receptionist told me I had to go to Richmond, I drove more than 75 miles each way to Richmond. A month later I get a message stating they dont process day 3 bloodwork on the weekend. Time and money wasted.

Shady grove has been a blessing to our family. My nurse was absolutely amazing and my doctor was very encouraging and informative. When I had questions I always got a response quickly (and trust me I had a bunch of questions).

Given how complex fertility treatment is, I consider the care I received from Shady Grove Fredericksburg to be exceptional from Dec. 2019 - Dec. 2022. They offered excellent coordination across the many tests, treatments and facilities, which is impressive for any medical practice. Test results were given in real time (ultrasounds) or as soon as possible, usually same-day (bloodwork). The staff were always kind and compassionate towards me whether my treatments were unsuccessful or successful. I felt that I received personalized care from Dr. Durso, who has a strong intuition, while also receiving the latest treatment protocols based on real statistics and research. Fertility treatment is very expensive and Shady Grove was honest with me about the success rates of each procedure. From looking at other practices in the local area and a few out of area, their prices are not much different than other fertility clinics. I appreciated being able to do some of the tests and treatments here in Fredericksburg, as that saved a lot of time. As with any medical practice, patients do need ask questions and advocate for themselves. Fertility can be a web of financial, physical, and emotional stress, and I feel Shady Grove helped me navigate it well.

I had an excellent experience here. All of the staff, from reception to nurses to doctors, are professional and kind. Everything was explained to me very clearly and they always kept exactly to their word. so I’d highly recommend SGF!

Shady Grove Fertility deserves 5 stars plus. My main location was Fredericksburg VA. Dr. Durso is my doctor and I couldnt be happier with the treatment I recieved from her and her team there! Everyone here is exceptionally friendly, professional and positive! I previously went to Washington Fertility and let me say please never find yourself walking through their door. If you want to have a baby go to Shady Grove Fertility! You will find yourself in true baby making hands that care about you and your family!! The whole process through Shady Grove was perfect, smooth and top notch professional and leading in all lab procedures as well!! We went through 1 IVF process with Shady Grove and Im pregnant! Please if you’re in need of fertility treatment go to Shady Grove first! If your currently somewhere else I know how hard it can be to make the decision to leave and try another fertility place but just do it!! If nothing else but to have a consultation with them, you will not regret it. You will find yourself feeling confident and at ease about your fertility troubles and soon you will have the wonderful bundle of joy that you long for! I am very embarrassed and frustrated that after calling 3 weeks ago to set up an appointment for this morning, the front desk woman tells me that they can not process, take in or start me as a new patient because i did not have an order from my wifes OBGYN. When I originally made the appointment, I was asked for some basic information and told that I needed to stop in and pick up a semen collection kit and too bring it in at the appointment time. No mention of an order would be needed. Instead when i did came in, with others in the waiting room, me standing there with my collection, she tells me that I have to have the order and they can not take in the specimen. After trying to explain that I knew nothing about an order nor was told about it when setting up the appointment, she just stated that she and the other girl would have not said anything. There was no offer to contact my wifes Dr and have them fax over an order or anything. She walked me to the back room and pointed to a Bio dispense can and said i could toss my specimen out. For a place that is meant to be about family and help parents or parents who are trying to conceive, this place did not make me feel welcome and instead made me feel very embarrassed. This is already a hard situation for us trying to find out if we can even have a baby and before I am even seen by an actual Dr I am treated like this. Very disappointed. I will be letting others know to include my wifes Dr.

I went here for local monitoring and the entire staff was great! Super sweet, welcoming, got me in quickly and treated me like I was a full patient with them. I would highly recommend them!
