Pratt Medical Group - TSL OBGYN

I moved over to Pratt in the middle of my pregnancy after my former OBGYN suddenly stopped taking OB patients. I was so nervous to switch over and trust my care to a new practice, but Pratt immediately made me feel cared for. Erin, in particular, has been absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this practice! Everyone I’ve encountered has been professional, knowledgeable and kind.

Poor customer service and front desk!I went there for a simple Pap smear test, I have no insurance so I asked the front desk that how much gonna that charge to me? She said it’s $188.I paid $100 at the day of my appointment, later I received another bill which was $64 and I paid that too, now I’m receiving another bill of $305 which I don’t know what that is for, and nobody is able to tell me what that bill is for , and the front desk is very rude and irresponsible, each time I call they put me in a long hold then disconnect my call. This practice need to work on front desk.Never ever gonna go there again

I’ve used Dr. Walker for 1 pregnancy and for other medical procedures. He is very kind and has a welcoming demeanor. I don’t feel rushed. All staff has answered my questions and educated me when I have concerns.

Very welcoming first visit! I actually feel like I am treated like a human being here rather than just another patient. I am looking forward sticking with this practice for my pregnancy:)

I went in for pregnancy confirmation and did not feel welcomed. The ultrasound equipment had jelly on it rather then doing it in front of pt. The keyboard on the ultrasound had black sticky residue like they do not wipe down for a while. That alone made me feel like it was not a sanitary practice! I will be changing my OBGYN location. The ultrasound equipment was also outdated ! I did not feel comfortable and will not be returning!
