The Receptionist Sarah was so sweet and squeezed me in for an appointment. Kathy the nurse was so easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. And then theres Heather the Nurse Practitioner. She was so gentle and talked me through the exam. Then she answered all my questions and didnt rush right out. Although, going to a Gynecologist isnt fun they made the experience less stressful. I highly recommend this practice and thats why I gave them 5 stars!

Ive been able to get in on short notice. I often get follow up calls from Dr. Shannon. The ladies in the office know how to joke and have fun. They all try to make you feel welcome.

Dr. Chaudharys head nurse, is undoubtedly rude. She called my M.I.L. demanding to speak to me. I wasnt home. When I got home, I called her back. She was so snobby towards me, Dr. Chaudhary hasnt personally seen your children in 2 years, they need appointments scheduled. I began to tell her that my children were there this past August for their yearly checkups. Man was that the wrong response apparently. Needless to say, her and I went back and forth. I got a bit loud with her as she did with me, especially since she is literally saying that my children havent been seen there in two years! So, I let her know, because I have no choice but to schedule an appointment with the only doctor there that I can for them, and also let her know she has been slacking on her routine phone calls, as she calls them. Because she calls about 1 child not seeing her doc in 2 years yet, mentions nothing about the other two? When I asked her about the other two, she starts getting flustered and well, that ended that phone call. This was about 2.5 weeks ago. My M.I.L. calls for a refill for my daughter and learns that the nurse has dropped my children from their facility, because I got loud with the unprofessional nurse, who got loud and snobby with me. Nothing but, Ive sent paperwork to the address on file for doctors accepting new patients. No phone call, no letter, no warning. Bloop. Surprise, your 3 children no longer have a doctor because you spoke facts about the slacking of her doing routine phone calls, and how she shouldnt be so damn rude. So, long story short, if you stick up for yourself as a parent and against rude nurses who think they have power over you in some weird way, theyll unexpectedly boot your kids from the facility entirely. But, Urgent Care upstairs is a great place to take your kiddos, for urgent care needs.

I was treated well and with compassion no complaints. At the time I didnt have insurance but they had a program for a free visit and they even got me a mamo! I now have Medicare and will be returning for a follow up!

This place was absolutely terrible when I use to go there when I was in high school. I was going a lot because of the unusual weight gain and they said youre just fat so just eat a granola bar for every meal when I only weighed 156 when I use to be 125. after that I stopped going and found a good doctor that was able to tell me its because I have poly cistic ovarian syndrome that cause me the weight gain. Some that these people said they had tested me for. So if I could give them less then a star I would.
