Dr. Botha is always kind and patient as well as very knowledgeable, sharing as much as we can take in during the office visit. She helps us to also be on the cutting edge of understanding what’s happening in our bodies and how to help the matter as we work with her and her plan of care for us as patients. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tracey Botha at Mooi Med Spa a few weeks ago. I’ve never had any type of laser procedure before so I was initially hesitant about it but my sister had such great results and loved her experience there so recommended her to me and I definitely know why. Dr Botha is an over 20 year expert at laser procedures and her knowledge of the procedure and process and technique with the instrument were awesome. She explained everything from start to finish and my dreaded tattooed eyebrows are gone! The office is so beautiful and comfortable, and the whole experience was very personalized and enjoyable. Dr. Botha and her staff were all wonderful. I was very happy with this experience and will be returning to her for a follow up and definitely recommend her. He professionalism, skill , technique and personality were truly enjoyable and her medical assistant was just as competent and pleasant as well. Dr Botha and her staff all made me feel very relaxed and valued as a patient and the pricing was very reasonable too. Heard amazing things about Tracey and her staff at Mooi medical spa. I traveled from Texas to see her and I’m hooked . She went above and beyond . I felt so relaxed and comfortable. I did a lower face and neck skin tightening and a laser treatment around my lips . Truth be told I cancelled my first appointment with Dr Botha because the focus seemed to be on esthetics and I was struggling to find a competent practitioner for HRT. Well I spent money trying other options to no avail. Being quite frustrated with the lack of personal care elsewhere I made another appointment. I quickly realized I had misjudged. Not only did I find her down to earth and easy to share with, I also found her to be brilliant. As a retired nurse it was lovely to be seen and heard by a medical professional. She answered all of my questions and eased fears. I am beginning to feel like the person I used to be only better. I appreciated learning some of her story. Yes it is expensive but since main line medicine falls so short at focusing on health verses sickens it has been a breath of fresh air infused with hope of better tomorrows. I went in for a filler treatment and it was a bit uncomfortable for the provider to say she uses off brand toxins because theyre less expensive. I came in for a vampire potenza, which is like a high radiofrequency needling. I was a lil worried bc I have fickle skin with hyperpigmentation and redness. Dr. Botha took her time doing me in sections. She used a frozen skin roller (felt amazning) to cool the area down immediately along with a cool hose that was held towards my face. She told me what to expect following my treatment. My hyperpigmentation actually lightened for the first time...I was thrilled!! Id definitely go back in a heartbeat. Thank you soooo much!

I’ve had fatigue, joint pain, low libido and painful intercourse for years. I’ve always thought it was just because I was a mom and breastfeeding. I had such high hopes. I came wIth severe, hormone related symptoms, including lots of brain fog. If you want a compassionate physician who cares about your severe symptoms, go elsewhere. She’ll leave you hanging and confused, but don’t ask questions. You are nothing but a dollar sign to her... sort of like a heard of cattle. She wants it easy. Fork out the money, get your pellet, and get lost, but DON’T let it be known that you are confused and dont ask questions.
