Overall its a good place to be seen. The staff at the front desk dont always check to make sure that paperwork is filled out properly though. I had to make 2 1 hour round trips because the one girl didnt tell me that I needed an address on a release of information form. The call center staff is usually pretty good. The providers that we have seen have been very good and seem to really care.

Very thorough. Menal is fantastic. The dentists seem to change frequently but they are all nice too. I dislike the call center that you get when you call. Sometimes the phone disconnects or they need to contact the office directly so you end up playing some phone tag. This doesnt reflect the wonderful workers they have there. I recommend them and I just walk in and make my appointments instead of waiting on the phone with the call center.

Laurie is a wonderful therapist to work with, I highly recommend her she listens and always ask how I am doing at the end of our sessions, which really means a lot to me. I feel like everyone at the clinic genuinely cares .The staff are always so kind and welcoming.

I absolutely love the behavioral health doctor Stephanie Achilles she is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen and her nursing staff is equally amazing if you suffer from any mental health diseases, I highly recommend GENEVA community health for your psychiatry needs!

Excellent and friendly staff from front desk to dentist Dr. Chris..Dr. Chris cared about my pain, very knowledgeable about repairs needed, worked quickly and efficiently..he has a very gentle touch. All staff were pleasant and fun!

Laura Paul didnt call in the ointment even though it stated on my visit summary I was to take it. Nurse didnt accurately record my actual height. She put 59 inches instead of 57 which she verbally told me that 4ft 9 was the correct height. The doctor didnt drain the infection. Now its more yellow

They have a wonderful team of providers. Im very comfortable with them all. They have brought me threw alot . They were there for me every step of the way.

Sara vancamp was great. I was so nervous switching to new doc cuz mine was leaving. She made me feel comfortable and really helped with my needs.

The staff is amazing and knowledgeable! Their mental health crew though!? PHENOMENAL! I highly recommend Geneva Community Health for basic health needs and especially for mental health care!

Sara is always showing compassion and care and has an attitude of being a fixer. So fortunate to have her helping me with my health.

Have been going here for many years. Always get in within 15 minutes. Drs have gone down hill, will be looking for new health care. For some reason sending them a fax is a huge problem and they never receive them.

My appointment today that I have had scheduled for a month was canceled on the day of because no one ever reached out to me to give me a new patient phone call. I was told that this call needed to happen first and IF my scheduled appointment was still available I could still take it. I talked to a supervisor and they said it was policy. I asked why I could not do both today and she said policy.

Community health, although busy because they don’t refuse new patients, is very attentive and seems to really care about their patients.

The doctors and medical staff are great and seem to do a decent job. The office and communication end is completely worthless proving itself to be either incompetent, inept or just plain incapable. I have had nothing but problems with this organization over the years in regards to anything that is slightly more complicated than making an appointment. At every turn from the pharmacy attempting to get prescription refills to needing medical documents filled out for employement related reasons this company has proven to be unreliable, uncommunicative and does not take into account the needs of their patients even when urgency is expressed. For this I will be dropping them as my provider and moving on to one of the many competitors who seem far more reliable and communicative

Well I was never informed that I was no longer a patient at the clinic due to a bill I have owed. The reason I haven’t payed my bill is very personal. I had called to find out why I have been disqualified from the clinic that was I was told because not paying my bill . I never heard or seeing anyone go through this for a bill. Mind you im a very sick person they left me with out medications and god knows how long I would be without due to all other clinics on the area are not taking new patients . Right now I have been on the phone for two hours calling doctors and no luck

Unfortunately the health center appears to be grossly understaffed. Their phone system does not work properly and the call back option rarely actually leads to anyone calling you back. The care is not timely and they allow secretaries to relay medical test results to patients which is not appropriate. I wish they were able to better serve our community because they offer a wide range of services, but it just isnt easy to access them due to the lack of staff available to meet the need. Just called today and they said they have no appointments available until the second week of November

Consistent , on time and done in timely manner. Listens and cares.

If I could give no stars I would. I have had nothing but issues coming here. Nothing but excuses and reasons why they cant do their jobs. My appts are canceled yet im not told or I am given the wrong date. I have heard other people having problems with them too..Worst place ever.

You set a time to come in and you sit there a whole hr before being called. Update its gotten better.

Great experience. Offers many different services at one place (medical, dental, insurance, birth control) and offers daily walk in hours for patients to be seen.

Its been a year but I love my Geneva community health the receptionist the nurses the doctors I didnt need to want for nothing so miss you guys

Do you also do walk in appointments for dental? I have a broken tooth that is hurting, but I can’t get an appointment. I’ve came there in the past and loved your dental services.

They are always great with the kids, and we never wait long to get into our appt and its always a pleasant visit, in and out and always friendly!

Staff unfriendly unless u speak spanish there no MD. On site take forever on helping with anything going in 5 hrs since my appointment wait for them to set a specialist better off doing it myself

Don’t Go here for anything .... I was here to have an IUD placed and the lady couldn’t get my cervix to open and ended up sending me over the hospital where they did a great job putting it in.... They don’t know what they’re doing there 😕

Couldn’t answer phones, didn’t call back like the staff said took forever to get appointments and got left on hold for more then 20 minutes.

I didnt like his treatment of me, being the first time he treated me. He wanted to keep me so I could give a urine test that even though I drank liquid I couldnt give it not because I wanted to but because I had no desire. He withheld my medications and to this day I have not received anything. I did my urine test, brought my medications and was treated like a criminal by this doctor. I dont want you to take care of me anymore.
