Dr. Blackburn just did my abdominal hysterectomy. I would highly recommend Dr. Blackburn. He is so understanding, (especially in the hot mess express mode I was in leading up to the surgery) and just really cares for you. Great bed side manner. He never made me feel like my emotions were out of the norm. I was never rushed during my appointments and he made sure all my questions were answered. Before surgery he answered last minute questions in pre-op and checked on me in post op and each day I was in the hospital. It takes a special kind of person to be in his field and I would highly recommend him to any friends or family.

My mom is Dr. Blackburn’s patient. She was very impressed from the start. He has taken wonderful care of her. He has been very good at explaining the process of treatment, the steps she needs to take, surgery, recovery and after care. We highly recommend Dr. Blackburn.
