Gateway Urgent Care - Gilbert

Had a great experience. Came in as a walk-in on Sunday morning. We did have about an hour wait in the waiting room and another half an hour in the exam room, but every staff member was very friendly and helpful. Both Nurse Practitioners were attentive and kind. We were given the prescriptions needed for treatment and we were on our way. Will definitely use them again when we need urgent care!

I have had a number of 5-star experiences with the awesome staff at Gateway! The office environment is organized, clean, and friendly. The staff is kind, efficient, and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you have an excellent outcome from their care. I would highly recommend!

Every detail of our experience was great. The front desk staff was super kind and greeting, Dr Hailey Williams was amazing, took time to address all concerns, and very empathetic to my daughter. Also- the X-ray tech Joel was very patient with her as well. We are cash pay and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommended

Ive been here a couple different times over 2 maybe 3 years for different things. Out of those several times only 1 time was a good experience. I have made appointments every time so that I wouldnt have to wait a large amount of time to be seen. Every. Single. Time. I have waited *at least* 2 hours to be seen. Today was no different, I have an infected wound in my ear. I made an appointment for 1:40pm and get there on time. I fill out the paperwork and then I spend *40* minutes in the waiting room before they take me back for vitals and put me in a room. I let them know that I need to leave by 3:20 pm at the latest because I have work and that Im a little anxious about how much time I will spend waiting. I am assured that even thought the NP is in doing a procedure that she will see me soon-ish, definitely before then, but they give me no time estimate. I wait until 2:58 (almost another 40 minutes) before I open the door and ask if they have an estimate for me. I am again told soon. I wait again until 3:15 before I go out into the hall and tell them I need to leave and ask to be refunded for my appointment that I havent had in the span of an hour and 40 minutes. Im told no, youd need to speak to the manager, they arent here. As Im talking about this with the front desk, the NP finally rounds the corner. She is short and rude speaking to me as I let her know I need to be leaving in literally 5 minutes and ask if she can take a look and provide all the care in that time. Shes super rude and short with me through the whole interaction as I explain that Im not upset and that I get that things happen, but I also have work and Ive been here for almost 2 hours past my appointment time. She did look at my infection and write a prescription for it so that I was able to leave on time but honestly I am so frustrated by how I have been treated every time I need to visit, and especially today with how the nurses and NP spoke to me while I was there. I stayed polite and calm although a bit anxious through all of my interactions so I dont understand why they couldnt do the same and remain polite and professional. Definitely find somewhere else to go if you want better bedside manner.

The Best Urgent Care in the Valley! I literally drive an extra 15 minutes to come to this urgent care because they are so compassionate. They truly listen to what you have to say and don’t let things go in one ear and out the other! They give the best recommendations and have always given me amazing care. I would highly recommend that you take yourself or your family to this place if you ever need medical attention! I’ve been to some other urgent cares and felt like that I was a nuisance and I was wasting their time. I’ve never had that feeling from Gateway urgent care Gilbert! Y’all rock! 🤗

Gateway Urgent Care never fails to provide friendly, excellent and the closest to immediate care you can find when you need it.My dermatologist recently retired and trying to find a new one when I needed immediate care was impossible as a new patient. My situation with was worsening quickly and I was afraid I would end up in the emergency room.I wasnt sure Gateway Urgent Care could help me, but they were great! PA Haley Tirado patiently listened to my history and was very conscientious about new alarming symptoms I was having. She quickly agreed that my current Rx was not working. I left with two new medications and hopes that a specific diagnosis could be determined after a culture was taken. After 4 days I have seen a marked difference. I am confident I will have a complete recovery.I have used Gateway Urgent Care a few times over the many years I have lived in Gilbert and they have always been great. This time, especially, I am so grateful they are there!

I sliced my thumb in the kitchen and decided to err on the side of caution when it comes to my hand, so I arrived about 30 minutes before they closed on a Saturday night, uncertain whether or not I even needed to be there because I didnt spend much time inspecting the cut as there was just a lot of blood. I dont look for reasons to go to urgent care but Ive had a wonderful experience every time Ive needed the option for my family. Everyone is always so nice. The front office staff was friendly and reassuring. Dr. Kristen and Nurse Carol were one of the kindest medical teams Ive ever experienced. Turns out I did need to be there. Ive actually never had stitches and Im kind of a baby so Nurse Carol listened to my endless stories to help distract me. They both concerned themselves solely with getting me stitched up with the least amount of discomfort as possible.Weve been in for a broken foot, UTI, fish hook in the hand, breathing problems.... Every time, the staff is wonderful but this time definitely required the most bedside manner and they were excellent!! I wouldnt hesitate to take your family here if you find yourself after hours.

I love this urgent care! All of the staff is really sweet and I feel like they try to get people seen as quick as possible (and they’re very transparent if there is going to be a wait) - while also making sure they give the best and most thorough care.I’ve been sent here for work-related injuries and my whole family has been seen here for sickness/injuries as well. They are also great with kids! :)

This is my first time at this urgent care and I must say it was better than going to my primary care. The staff was very nice and respectful. I made an appointment online and was seen within 20 mins. The RN & NP was attentive to my concerns and I felt better after being seen.

Had a wonderful experience here! I am cash pay and they had the best cash pay prices in the east valley that I could find and great service and quality of care too. Highly recommend

First time going to Urgent Care here I’m AZ… Super happy I chose this particular location. Front staff was extremely professional & efficient. The nurse practitioner that saw me was super nice, listened to my issues & provided proper care. Would definitely return & recommend.

The best urgent care I have been to, and the only one I will go to from here on out. Was seen quickly, and taken care of by the kindest individuals. Not once did it feel like I was rushed out like other urgent cares. The nurse that I saw was absolutely fantastic!

Nothing but AMAZING PEOPLE HERE! I called in and was taken care of by such a kind and understanding woman. When I came in same story! Everyone was so willing to help, they were so nice and genuine. Its a small practice but very clean, professional, and most of all caring people. They are compassionate and I can tell they all love their jobs there. I have never ever been treated like this before. They truly went above and beyond. I was in and out in less than half an hour and all my concerns were addressed 100%. They are kid friendly too, I had to take mines with me and they helped me with them. Phenomenal! I will take the 35 minute drive to their office Any time! 💜🩷🩵🧡💙💛 PS. Carol there is THE BEST!

I’m a medical provider myself and have had poor experiences with urgent cares in the past both personally and with my patients…. However, this is one that I would highly recommend! I was able to schedule an appointment online and was seen fairly close to my appointment time. The front office staff, medical assistant and providers were very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable!

I had a terrific experience with my visit to Gateway Urgent Care. The staff was very professional. The care they provided was 10/10 and very happy with the service they provided. Med tech Josh and nurse practitioner Kristen were great and urge anyone that needs urgent care to skip the long wait at the hospital ER and give Gateway Urgent Care your business during your emergency situation. You will be very pleased.

Ive been coming here when needed for the last couple of years and Ive never had a bad experience. Every single one of the staff members Ive interacted with have been kind and professional. They even worked with me when I had to take an interview phone call in the middle of my visit! I refer all of my friends and family here, even if theres an urgent care closer to them; its worth a few extra minutes in the car if youre able.

My son has been sick for over a week with cough, congestion, sore throat and fever. I was able to get appointment within 24 hours. We arrived and were taken back to a room within 5 minutes of our appointment time.  We saw a provider within 10 minutes, received an x-ray and were out of the office within 40 minutes. Provider was very friendly, listened to everything we said and provided us exceptional care. We would definitely return.

Very friendly front desk and back of the house staff as well as very comfortable waiting area. However, what seems like a simple diagnosis was completely missed. We were sent away and advised to go to ER wherein we were quickly diagnosed at ER with pneumonia which should have been diagnosed at urgent care. Lots of money and time wasted.

While going to the doctor is never fun the staff at Gateway Urgent Care - Gilbert really made the difference. Location was clean, communication was great, and service I received was very well done. They really had compassion for my daughter throughout the process. 5 stars for that.-1 Star (really honestly could be -2) for the RIDICULUOUS documentation duplicity they made me complete. Why in the world did you take my insurance card and drivers license, make a copy, and then ask me to do the same on some app? Why did you make me fill out both paper versions and electronic versions asking the same questions? Honestly if I had the opportunity I would love to have just walked out on the principal of the absolute absurdity.Summary: I would HIGHLY recommend them for any service you need and would HIGHLY NOT recommend them on principal.

My husband had a really bad cough, vomiting, and was unsteady. I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour at Gateway Urgent Care. When we arrived, the staff was welcoming and check-in was quick. We met with Kristy, the PA and she was amazing. The offered us the flu test which was quick and painless - it was negative. Kristy listened, asked questions, and spent quality time with us exploring all of the possible causes of my husbands symptoms. She suggested a couple of tests which they were able to do in their office. Kristy spent time building a relationship with us and establishing a sense of trust and confidence. We did not feel rushed and felt confident in her diagnosis. She did not rush to write prescriptions, but only wrote one for what he needed right away. Kristy called twice after our visit with the test results and then prescribed the medication to address those issues. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Gateway Urgent Care.

Had an 8am APPOINTMENT not a walk in but an appointment. We were there by 755, doors weren’t unlocked until 8am. We were the 1st and only patient until 2 others arrived around 815. I had all paperwork filled out online so nothing to fill out there. Took 30minutes before we were called back and put in a rm. At 820 I asked how behind they were as we were the 1st there and no one had been called back yet and she said they weren’t behind they were turning the xray machine on. Working the same field I know it doesn’t take 20min to get an xray machine running. dr came in within 10min of being roomed just to say the MA would be back to do X-rays. 15min later he comes back and we do X-rays, it’s now past 9am. So over an hr to just get an xray done. Dr came back in and did nothing for my 3yr old with a very swollen and bruised foot because she didn’t see a fracture. I asked for it to be mobilized so she put an ace bandage on it. Then I get a call after close to be told she read the xray wrong and the radiologist did find something and we need to go asap to an ortho (likely so her foot can be mobilized) so waste of $75 as once again urgent care misdiagnosed and treated my child. Seems urgent cares half fast everything lately as this is yet another misdiagnosis in our family with an urgent care. Very sad the quality of care you get nowadays places. When I called to get clarification on what was found the women on the phone just kept saying radiologist said dr missed “loose” I asked clarification and she couldn’t even tell me what it meant or where it was referencing.

The best Urgent Care Ive ever visited. Every provider Ive been seen by has been outstanding. The staff is very friendly and professional. Finally, the MAs, especially Sicilia, are well above the average in their clinical knowledge and professionalism. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I had originally set the appointment at 7pm. My boss at work was soo carrying and let me off work early. I showed up early and they worked me in. Everyone at the office was very nice and even I was I pain they made me feel very important. I highly recommend this place.

Went 05/27 in the afternoon everyone staffed at that time that I met was wonderful. Never met a friendlier or more knowledgeable staff. I felt extremely comfortable and they went above and beyond. I wish more offices felt this human I am very grateful to them. Restored my faith in this dystopian healthcare system.

I had a great experience. Kind staff, I was able to make an appointment same-day, I waited less than 20 minutes, they were transparent about wait times and staffing. For future urgent needs, I’d come here again.

Got an appointment within 3 hours. Staff, medical assistant and Chrissy nurse practitioner were friendly, competent, professional and efficient. Explained everything. Great Medicare care and service. I was impressed.

Immaculate facility with pleasant instrumental music playing softly in the background. Welcoming front desk staff. Easy checkin process. Providers Josh and Chris were kind, patient, and willing to answer questions. Walgreens is located in parking lot which is convenient if you should need a prescription.

Joann at the front desk was friendly and very helpful, Josh and Daniel in the back office were a big help. Josh did an amazing job with my son’s Xray. Kristen the provider answered all my questions!

They accept appointments to keep things moving. It was very clean and welcoming when I walked in (no issues not having an appointment). Everyone from the receptionist, to nurse? who took me back, and NP who took care of me were very kind and friendly.

Have had a lingering cough and been extra tired last few weeks after a week or so of severe sore throat and ear ache and decided it was time to have it checked. Scheduling online was easy process and check-in was pretty smooth. But didnt get in until 30 minutes after my pre scheduled appointment time. That was annoying. Otherwise, treating staff were friendly and nice and didnt seem to rush at all and listened. For urgent care experience, it was overall pretty good.

Everyone was so nice. I am not feeling well and have such a bad headache. The gentleman taking care of me turned the lights off in my room. Very considerate team. Dr. Kryl was very kind and gentle.

This has to be one of the cleanest urgent care among the ones I’ve visited! The front office staff, MA and NP- Christine were very friendly!! Again the NP listened to my needs and while the issue I had wasn’t fully resolved atleast she ruled out some in the fears I had before I could visit my primary care. I also loved the online appointment scheduling as well as being able to submit the paperwork online. I’ll be back in future if I need urgent care!

Had such a great experience here tonight despite the bummer circumstances. They got my son in and x-rayed quickly. Pulled strings with the Ortho to get us in quickly the next day. Definitely recommend this uurgent care.

Most awesome experience with an urgent care. I’ve been in the Valley for 17 yrs. I went in on a Sunday was seen immediately and treated with kindness.

Awful. had an appointment at 12:45 and waited until 1:30 to finally get my child in for her physical. So extremely slow and smelt like old ladies. do better!

Took husband in, was fast in and out. Loved being able to schedule online. This will be our ongoing place for Urgent Care, Great caring people!

My bf went here because his doctor told him to go after he reported nausea and lower tummy pain, he went and they did urine samples which showed blood in his urine and told us they can treat it as a uti but recommend he goes to the hospital for additional testing as uti is more rare in men.We went to the hospital and after spending a ton of money and wasting a few hours of our time, the doctors there found literally nothing wrong at all even with multiple urine and blood tests.It turns out it was most likely a med he was taking was simply causing mild side effects which did not even effect urine or blood test results at all, this place simply reported blood in his urine when it was not present in any other testing, clearly something is wrong with the urine testing here, to not only not figure out the issue but tell someone who is perfectly fine that they recommend going to the hospital is ridiculous, and wasted a ton of our money and time for nothing.Also the appointment lasted way shorter then you would expect, probably about 8 minutes total and a good 6 minutes of it was him giving the urine sample and them testing it.And the lab area was right next to the bathroom and was in what looked like a kitchen area, as soon as I saw it I was concerned about the poor quality of the lab set up, overall this place is not deserving of its high rating and I would not be surprised if it was being review botted as it does not look like a urgent care deserving of such a high rating, and the experience is definitely not a high rating, go somewhere else save your time and money.

Extremely convenient very thorough very nice nurse practitioner able to get my script the same day I should have less than 5 minutes and it was for a cut on my leg

They offer tele-appointments. Virtual appointments. I make my $25 co pay which is required ahead of time. Physician Assistant gets on and within just a few minutes says I can’t be properly diagnosed over the phone for strep and will need to come in for a viral test. That’s fine, I get that. But why bother taking the appointment to begin with when I put in the appointment notes that I suspected I had strep. So now I have go back online and make another appointment and come in, do it over again and here’s the kicker that really gets me….pay another co-pay. A double whammy. They got me good. I have been dealing with lawyers, insurance companies and medical offices for the past 6 years. I am so tired of medical offices, ambulance companies, hospitals, medical professionals and pain clinics all jacking up their prices and getting caught in the middle of a price war and medical lien situations between them and the insurance companies. This is why America’s health care plans have become increasingly so expensive. Just bill me for one damn visit and I’ll come in tomorrow morning for the quick test. No need to bill my insurance for $400-500 office visit today and again tomorrow. Nothing was even done today and I’d make a big bet they already knew they were going to tell me I needed another visit prior to jumping on the call with me and collecting that copay and ability to bill my insurance for a full visit. Crazy and frustrating as hell. Someone could have just contacted me before I waited for the virtual call to tell me that I needed to reschedule my appointment for in-person in order to get diagnosed for strep or whatever the infection could be. But that would be too easy. Bad bad bad.

The best urgent care in the East Valley. Easy check in. Hardly any wait times. Staff and doctors are great with kids.

Our child was having a horrible cough and we couldnt wait to see his primary care doctor. This was a Sunday and I got up first thing to bring him to Gateway UC. I checked the wait times on Google and was seen in under 30 mins.Thank you to the doctors and staff. I was so relieved that we were able to give my child critical medication and a solution to his painful cough.

The reception staff and the nurses were great! I was helped as I am right handed and had a cut between my index and middle finger. Could not have asked for better service! Beats going to an ER!!!! Will go again if I ever need to.

Such a kind and attentive staff, I walked in and was seen very quickly. The pricing without insurance was great, I’ll be coming here anytime I need medical care.

I had an absolutely amazing experience here today which is not usually how urgent care trips go. Came in dealing with some issues and Tiffany not only helped me promptly but gave me such a feeling of comfort and ease here. Nervous to walk in the door and feeling grateful for having done so by the end as I certainly was led to the right person. Thank you very much for your help here today Tiffany, your patience and compassion meant more to me than you know.

Nurse was nice getting m out for f the car after I fell off m and he shower. Other than that. It didnt go like I expected. The staff up front were rude. I had an appointment at 3:20 I dont know y they do that because I sat in the lobby for 40 mins. Then another 40 mins in the waiting room. The doctor was nice but it definitely felt like a waist of time not really checking the injuryMore concerned about thinking I had a concussion. Maybe I should have just gone to the ER probably would have been better off.

I came in with my toddler who got a foot injury at daycare and I was quite distraught because I didnt know what happened only that my son was hurt. We were seen quickly, everything was streamlined with online links before our appointment. The Staff listened to me and took care of my son phenomenally. I left so relieved and with a plan of care for my son. 10/10 will come back if I ever need care again and would recommend coming here for sure.

I came in without an appointment as my young child had a serious injury. They were able to get us in very quickly and were very calm and friendly to help calm my childs nerves. The provider did a great job comforting my child during a scary moment and also worked quickly to get us out of there. I truly appreciate the care and consideration of ALL the staff members! I would definitely recommend.

Easy to schedule on line- short wait time. Staff very respectful and polite. NP’s very knowledgeable and empathetic. Listened to my concerns. Even though they were out of network, I would still return just for the great patient care.

I made an appointment last night and was able to get an 8:30 AM appointment today for my itchy eye. Very pleasant and competent staff. Got in at my appointed time and medical personnel knew exactly what to do for my eye. Great place. 10 🌟

I received wonderful and compassionate care. Hailey NP was amazing and has a wonderful bedside manner. She addressed my pain with compassion and provided an injection for pain relief. Jackie took my x-rays and was very fast and super efficient. She was very kind and understanding. Making an appointment online was quick and simple. The entire staff from front desk to care providers were gracious kind and informative. Took time out of her day to follow up with me to make sure I got her msg that radiologist did find a fracture in X-ray. I had visited a few years s ago and had a very bad experience. I saw the good ratings online and decided to try again. Great online appointment ability and paperwork. I have used this urgent care twice for tele-health visits. Both sessions were easy and convenient. It is really nice not to have to sit in a waiting room for hours with a bunch of sick people. I’ve was referred here by a friend who had an in office appointment. She said it was a really nice and clean urgent care. I will continue to cause this urgent care from now on.

All the personnel on duty at the UC were helpful, friendly, and caring! The NP on duty was the friendliest NP we have met (and had a great sense of humor) and yet, she was professional. My mother received stitches after a fall and I could not have asked for a better place and personnel to take care of her medical needs. Though we hope not to need Gateway UC again, if we need UC services in the future, we will always come to this one! Thank you all for being awesome!!!

I have been to so many Urgent Care clinics over the years and Gateway is by far the absolute best. The staff is very pleasant and efficient. Frida and the NP on staff ate so friendly and caring taking lots of time to listen and explain. So happy to have found Gateway!!!

Best urgent care experience you can ask for. There wasn’t a long wait for walk-in. The online checkin process was simple. The PA was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The ladies at the front desk told me “I hope you feel better!” As I walked out.I’ll be coming here going forward.

I would 100% recommend this urgent care. I always come to this urgent care for any emergency. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The office is clean and organized. Never had a bad experience with them and they are very welcoming to me and my family!

I came here because the online weight was much shorter than a competitor, the ratings were great, and I was able to get an appointment. When I arrived with my son, we were greeted with a smile, and I was happy to see it was very clean. We got right in And we were helped right away. They were very thorough. I was able to ask all my questions, and they gave me all the time I needed to understand what was going on. I would definitely recommend them.

I woke up with a UTI. I was able to schedule an appt as soon as I needed it. The online system works very well. Check-in was easy and I waited about 10 min to be seen. The staff was friendly and kind from the front desk all the way through my care. The physician was kind and caring and provided options for my medical condition. I picked up my RX at my pharmacy within an hour or two and my condition began to improve that same day. I was very grateful.

Best Urgent Care I’ve ever been to! The supervisor working the front desk was up front with any out of pocket costs and was very kind. Tech taking my vitals was friendly. The PA listened to my concerns and was very understanding. The whole office was very professional! I was in and out within 30 minutes of my appointment time! So happy I went here.

I went to Arizona to visit family and unfortunately got sick. I was looking for urgent care near the home and found this one and I’m glad I went there. Excellent urgent care with very good doctors and front desk. I am glad I choose this place and came to my hometown same day😊

Made an appointment online, wait was not too long and we were given a heads up that the person before us had a serious laceration near his eye & it might take some time. Front office staff was kind & efficient. Nurse asked what all we wanted to be tested for & how long each test took. Other than being sick it was a very positive experience!

Fast, friendly, effective! I walked in and was seen within minutes. Filling out paperwork was fast from my phone, no more spending 10-15 minutes answering the same questions on different pieces of paper! They were kind and compassionate. The PA was very friendly, understanding, and efficient. She gave me all of the options, encouraging me to be a part of my care plan. The MA and the front desk were lovely, everyone made me feel at ease and cared for; I was anxious when I walked in, but walked out feeling much better. I will absolutely go to this Urgent Care again!

The doctors and medical assistants are wonderful. The older lady with curly hair and glasses at the front is not a people person. From the minute we checked in, I could hear her complaining about clients on the phone. Someone else checked us in and said if we go outside it’s okay because they will go outside and call our name. Well the curly hair lady skipped us in line. We waited 2 hours for a sports physical. She cleared the entire lobby and let another sports physical who had just got there, go ahead of us. She walked right past me when she went outside to smoke her vape but she wasn’t calling any names and then she acts like it was my fault because I went outside. Lady is not professional.

Staff was nice but we waited over two hours just to be told what we already knew. Also, the lab person did a COVID and prick test on my son but didnt even try swabbing him correctly or getting enough blood for the tests. Feels like she needs more training.

I love this place. It’s family owned and it’s my go to. Good cash pay prices. Sweet staff and great doctors. I did an online appt for pink eye and my doctor was amazing! She listened to me, and I got what I needed.

It was so funny. Before I went I filled out an online form saying that I was suffering from high blood pressure. Filled out a form in the waiting room saying I was suffering from high blood pressure. They had me pay 120 bucks up front and took me back and told me after like 5 minutes that they can’t help me with high blood pressure. Fastest way I lost 120 bucks 😅

Came here for a sports physical for my son. My appointment was at 6pm, but we ended up there early and they happily took us in. We were out the door with paperwork by 610pm. The staff were all very kind, conversational and helpful. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had my first experience with Gateway Urgent Care and was impressed from the moment I walked in! Everyone was extremely kind and professional. I had seen my primary doctor for symptoms I was having and had to wait two weeks to get test results back and still didn’t feel better after receiving and completing Rx. I didn’t want to go back again and wait another two weeks for any testing so thought I’d give Gateway Urgent Care a try and don’t regret it at all. The wait to be seen was very minimal and the office was very clean and well organized. The doctor was amazing and I had test results back in a day! The doctor listening to my concerns, answered all of my questions and I had my Rx called in for me to pick up with only a few minutes of a wait. I had called their office back on two separate occasions to ask questions I didn’t think of while there and the staff was incredible with that as well! Very wonderful office and their kindness and concern for you is absolutely genuine. I now feel like they have started me in the right path to feeling better! I truly thank everyone there for all they have done for me! I would recommend this office to anyone and will never go anywhere else!

Best urgent care I’ve ever been to. There was an easy check-in with minimal paperwork which I was able to complete the on my phone. Their system allowed me to see how many patients were ahead of me and my approximate wait time. Every staff member from the receptionist, to the medical assistant, to the nurse administering care was friendly, patient and thorough. Most importantly, the nurse practitioner who treated me was probably the most kind, knowledgeable and competent provider I’ve seen at an urgent care. Even at 7:30 PM, she seemed energized and engaged with me, listening intently to my symptoms and pain and then carefully explaining the results of my labs and how she could treat them and get me healthy as quickly as possible. I was in and out in an hour and feel a ton better but even 24 hours later. I will definitely go back even though it’s a long drive from my house. Thank you to the entire staff!

Took over an hour even when I scheduled an appointment online. It was a simple ear infection assessment.

Anytime we have had issues that arise over the weekend, or when our pediatrician or PCP isn’t available, we have been able to be seen here and the service is good. With a family of six, we have visited a few urgent care facility’s in our area and Gateway Urgent Care has always been the the easiest to schedule with and the service is extremely fast. Would highly recommend.

Didn’t have to wait long, finding an appointment was easy I was able to do it from the website. Also able to fill out the paperwork and submit my insurance information all through the app and then able to view my place in line so I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room once there only had to wait for a few minutes before I went back to be seen, nurses were nice and although I wasn’t able to find out what caused my issue, I do feel my needs were met given my situation I would definitely use the service again

Very friendly office staff. Efficient and expedient. Online appointment and online check-in made the process very easy. The back office staff was easy to converse with and they made the visit very comfortable. Nurse practitioner made me feel very comfortable. She explained the diagnosis very clearly, and explained what to expect and what to do if my condition worsened. She ensured she answered my questions. I will definitely keep this facility in mind for any further needs.

I was a walk-in. There were 4 people ahead of me but the wait was not bad at all. Michelle the nurse practitioner was very pleasant as was the front desk assistant and the man who took my vitals. It wasnt my first visit at this location and the good service provided is why I keep coming back.

On 6/3/24 I booked a follow-up visit at Gateway Urgent Care to get a chest x-ray for pneumonia I had. The chest x-ray looked ok. I will get a call from the dr after the analyst looks at my x-ray. Everyone at Gateway Urgent Care was friendly and professional.On 5/23/24 i booked an appt with Solv to have a cough i get while taking a deep breath looked at. It turned out it was a good thing since I needed a stronger antibiotic to cure the respiratory illness i had. Christy, the medical professional I saw, was experienced and efficient. I was extremely satisfied with my appt. I would not hesitate to recommend Gateway Urgent Care to anyone.11/24&26/23 and 12/1/23: On 11/24 booked an appt via Solv to have my constant cough & sneezing looked at. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and given the appropriate antibiotic to treat it. On 11/26/23 I went back to have my progress checked. At that appt, I was given an Albuterol inhaler to help heal my lungs. On 12/1, I returned for another checkup and received azithromicin to help clear the inflammation in my lower left lung. I was instructed to see my PCP the first part of January, 2024, for a checkup to ensure my lungs were clear. All appts were completed efficiently and professionally by the personnel on duty. I would not hesitate to book further appointments with Gilbert Urgent Car and would recommend them to anyone requiring their care.7/23/2023: Appt was booked via Solv. I arrived on time and was called back for my appt promptly. The provider was professional and friendly. I was diagnosed with a uti and prescribed an antibiotic.Gateway Urgent Care is my preferred location for medical care.4/5/22: I booked an appointment via Solv. I was greeted immediately and asked to complete additional paperwork. I was given a Covid test which proved Negative. For chest congestion I was given azithromycin and prednisone. The visit was complete and professional. All members of the staff were friendly and helpful. I will continue to go to Gateway Urgent Care for my medical care.Check in was fast. The receptionist was friendly. The doctor was professional and efficient.11/9/2021: I arrived for my appointment on time. Since a urine sample was needed, the receptionist was kind enough to give me a bottle of water so I could leave one. After I gave them the urine sample, the doctor examined me and called in a prescription to Walgreens.The doctor was knowledgeable and helpful as was her staff. I would recommend Gateway Urgent Care without reservation.

Great experience with this location. I scheduled an appointment a day in advance for an issue with my elbow. I went in early on the day of my appointment, as requested, to fill out paperwork. After the paperwork was completed, I was called back quickly and on time for my appointment. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Kristen Anderson was fantastic! She took the time to go over my x-rays and explain the next steps. I wouldnt hesitate to go back there again.

I loved the MA and the Doctor. The front staff was friendly as well, my only complaint with receptionist would be that I had to sign information after I paid because the paperwork was not all together for lack of forgetting to have me sign paperwork.But very satisfied with back office staff.

I love being able to make an appointment, be seen by a wonderful provider and be back home within 3 hours! I’m so impressed with Gateway! The wait time when I arrived at my appointment time was about 5 minutes then I waited about another 5 minutes in exam room for provider. She was extremely nice and very professional/knowledgeable . I started feeling so much better about 48 hours after starting on the prescription medications. When I visit the Chandler area, this is the only urgent care facility I will go to.

I was pleasantly surprised with how well this visit turned out. i’m usually skeptical of urgent cares cause of the stigma behind them but i had a great first visit. the office was clean and staff was friendly and i got seen in a timely manner (made an appointment) the doctor i saw was thorough and kind. if i ever need an urgent care again i’ll definitely be coming back here. 10/10 experience.

Gateway Urgent Care was amazing. The front office staff was very welcoming and very friendly. We arrived with an appointment and they immediately checked us in. We were called back within 5 minutes. Maria, the nurse who administered my daughter’s vaccine was awesome. She was very kind, funny and extremely friendly to my daughter. She put her at ease, made kind conversation and was just all around wonderful. Highly recommend this facility. Wonderful with children.

Went in for a childs x-ray for a toe and foot. Had an appointment and was seen right on time with little to no waiting once in the exam room. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. Great experience for a Saturday morning considering what we were there for.

Upon arrival the lobby was clean and looked nice. However, the receptionist was very rude and looked like she hated her job. She didn’t smile, her tone was condescending, she never made eye contact and she was rude to other patients and I got second hand embarrassment because of her. (Long black hair wore a red long sleeve and black jogger scrubs)The other staff was very nice though. The nurse that took care of my husband and I asked appropriate questions and was quick and efficient. The doctor was kind and understanding, very personable and easy to talk to. The rooms were clean and the facility smelled nice and clean too.With the exception of the receptionist who needs more customer service training and experience, I’d go here again and would recommend them to others.

Made an appointment and still waited over an hour. Dr said my baby didnt have an ear infection. My gut told me he did. Took him to ped and sure enough, ear infection. What a complete waste of time and my sweet baby was hurting for two extra days. Would not recommend

We were a Walk-in unfortunately, but were able to be treated in a reasonable amount of time although the waiting room was crowded. Staff members were kind and caring and the care provider was excellent. We didnt feel rushed and our questions were all addressed. It was one of the most pleasant medical office vists we have ever experienced. We have found our new go to. Highly recommended.

Awful service. Sent my son here for a possible broken elbow. He was down the street and it was the closest treatment I could find for him while he was in the area. The staff was incompetent and tried to send him away. I was 3 hours away, so I booked in their online system to ensure his insurance and information was all in their database because his right arm was injured and he couldn’t write. They showed no empathy for someone with a broken bone nor did they supply any pain medication for a broken bone. I would not recommend Gateway Urgent Care for treatment in any emergency. Just go to a hospital.

Friendly positive atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Exam room was very clean as was the waiting area. Made an appointment on line. Was in and out within 45 minutes. NP was attentive and kind. I understand why the rating is so high.

Gateway is our neighborhood go-to place. Usually they can see us quickly, they are professional and get us out quickly too.

Check in process was smooth. Very busy- estimated 1 1/2 hours to be seen, but got us in within an hour. Nurses and PA were very friendly, sympathetic and knowledgeable. Felt like we got great care. Will use this urgent care again when needed.

I just had my second visit here. Both times I was able to make an appointment for the same day and both times I was take good care of. Yesterday’s visit I wasn’t sure what was wrong with me and the nurse practitioner quickly diagnosed me with shingles. It is a huge relief to have information and I am so grateful that she was so knowledgeable to answer my questions and address my concerns.

I’m not frustrated that they don’t accept my insurance, I’m frustrated because they had me wait 2.5h before telling me they don’t accept my insurance. So it’s thanksgiving, I woke up with a stye, tried to get services in time before I have to cook & host for my family, & was texted. Then I called to see how much out of pocket it would be & no one answered! So now I’m taking my money/business elsewhere. Happy Thanksgiving

My provider, Hailey Williams, was amazing. Ive been here about 3 times and every visit has always been pleasant. The provider took her time in explaining my issue and was even generous enough to look up medication prices to fit my budget. Every provider I have seen has always been kind and empathetic towards my medical issues. My appointment never feels rushed and they really take the time to listen to your concerns. This clinic has my trust, and that is hard to find within a medical facility in my experience. Definitely recommend this place for anyone seeking urgent care!

I walked in for an X-ray. I had anxiety going in. Everyone was really nice from the front desk to the girl that did my X-rays to the doctor. I was in and out very quick and the place is very calming and seem like they really care about their patients, and I even got my X-ray results very quick.

Had an excellent experience! I was distracted by my sick baby, so unfortunately I can remember any names but the NP that helped us was amazing! She took her time to explain everything, answer questions, and came back into the room a few times to make sure all my questions were answered and that my son was doing okay. Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly, helpful and thorough! Highly recommend this office!

They were very friendly but the Dr sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I waited at CVS for an hour for the prescription to come through but it never did so I thought I would take a chance and got to Walgreens down the street and it was there. I definitely don’t want to hang out at the pharmacy waiting when I don’t feel well. It’s all in the details.

The people were very nice. I had an appointment so wait time was less than 10 minutes. The nurse was kind and efficient. The doctor I saw was medically competent, however she smelled strongly of cigarette smoke which can give me a terrible migraine. I got out as quickly as possible. The lab they did had to be sent out and cultured and getting the results were difficult. The website is hard to navigate because they send an email telling you theres a message, then as you are logging into your account they send a verification code to your email. Using my android phone Id have to back out of the acct to read the verification code, then get back into the acct and the place to enter my code had disappeared. I had to use both phone and computer to get to my results. Then the results were just a copy of the lab results with no explanation of what they were saying. I couldnt tell if it was positive or negative. I happened to go to the same urgent care six days later for a different problem, and that doctor looked at my results, told me it was negative and that I needed to follow up with my family doctor to do more testing. Id never have I known that by the lab results that were in my account.

Even though the waiting time is quite long I still like Gateway Urgent Care and feel grateful for their professional and extra mile caring attitudes, from front desk to NP Kristeena to MA Daniel. My daughter is getting better and better, special thanks to Kristeena and Daniel who have worked hard to save my days! Thank you very much!

They actually have 2 waiting rooms. Once they call you back to the doctor, theyll have you wait upwards of 45 mins in the hallway. Kind of a joke. Stop wasting everyones time

I have visited this urgent care on multiple occasions and they are always very helpful. Most important to me is that they are accommodating in this very busy time. Other places simply say they are busy and come back tomorrow, and my experience at Gateway has been the opposite. They are still busy but do everything they can to make sure you are taken care of.

Despite running a little behind as can happen with the unpredictability of health care, everyone was kind, helpful, caring, and pleasant. I believe my PA was Patricia and she was simply an absolute pleasure. Kind, funny, knowledgeable, and receptive. Nothing but positive things to say about the entire experience.

I cannot say enough about how great my experience was at Gateway Urgent Care. I was able to make an appointment online and fill out most of my paperwork in advance. Once I got there, the front desk staff were very helpful figuring out my insurance and costs. My wait time was ~ 15 minutes. After I was seated in the room, I only had to wait maybe 10 minutes. The doctor was excellent … very nice; he went over everything with me, and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed and he didn’t seem rushed. I had an A+ experience and would highly recommend. I will go there for any future urgent care needs.

While an injury may be painful and an inconvenience, it is comforting and convenient to go to Gateway Urgent Care! Great experience & staff. As someone who is always nervous & uncomfortable around a medical setting, I felt well informed & taken care of. Also I was in & out in 45 mins as a first time patient.

I was traveling and was looking for a Urgent Care. They took me in almost right away. Took great care of my concerns with my health and found an answer and was able to give me the medication I needed to get well. The staff was amazing in helping make the process so easy.Thank you

After going to a few local emergency rooms and being told we would wait 3 hours trying to get a doctor to see my boyfriend because he was struggling to breathe we came here. The good reviews is what drew us in. Our experience does not live up to the 4+ star reviews. My boyfriend has severe asthma as well as some other respiratory complications and needed to see a doctor asap for a breathing treatment as well as to just have someone look at him. He has experienced this before and he knows when he needs help, he was asking for it but was not receiving any feeling of urgency or compassion. I mean it’s called urgent care for a reason.We waited for over an hour before an actual medical personnel came and spoke to us. Before we were sent to a room, we had issues with his insurance. His insurance worked yesterday which is what’s strange. Regardless of the insurance issue he needed to be seen asap.After the first 30 minutes had passed I went up to the front desk and kindly asked how much longer and expressed that someone needed to help him as he was wheezing heavily and his lips were looking discolored. Some lady came over and took some vitals and said VERBATIM “you’re getting oxygen you should be fine”. Not an appropriate response.When we were instructed to go back and see a doctor, every encounter with each and everyone of the staff members here was unpleasant: frowned faces, little to no conversation about how he was feeling and just overall felt like a depressing environment like I was watching a bunch of zombies.We sat in the patients room for about 40 minutes with staff coming in and out saying the doctor will be in shortly. I understand that there are more patients than doctors and nurses but this experience was displeasing.The actual doctor was fine, she was upbeat and it actually felt like she cared a little bit. I’m giving two stars because we would have had to wait way longer at another place.

I was able to get an appt. the next day and they were very efficient. I got in on time & the NP was EXCEPTIONAL! She listened to my symptoms/complaints, did a thorough exam (for my symptoms) & I was out of there in short time. If we weren’t moving out of state, I’d DEFINITELY use this clinic again 😍

Waiting time was little bit more but staffs are very friendly and good

I highly recommend this urgent care. Even though I was not there for a great reason it was like a tiny little vacation from my real life while I waited. Everyone was very friendly, the room felt more like a living room than a sterile urgent care/hospital, and there was even classical music playing. They helped me promptly, problem solved my insurance issue graciously, and doing paperwork electronically through my phone was so great and efficient. I’ve already recommended them to several other people today and it’s only been a few hours since I left.

** updating this to say that I just saw Hailey the NP/PA(?) and she is lovely, knowledgeable/intuitive, listens and efficient. So, that’s valuable and I hope she does well wherever she goes in her caring for people’s health, journey. She gets a 5 star and it is clean. The waiting furniture isn’t gross. The area is nice. That’s star worthy as well. The MA is also pleasant.)The order in which you are seen feels very much out of alignment with what is right and fair when considering….From the 45 minutes ago that I signed in… (60 minutes now).45 minutes before my appointment which I made online, 3 hours before open, 40 minutes since my paperwork and documentation was submitted two ways online and confirmed in person …Two people have walked in, did the same sign in process as myself and have been called back.The reason is that they had appointment times before and a lot of walk-ins.Therefore.Don’t bother with making an appointment.They will make you wait for walk ins and other appointments if you arrive early.They won’t take you back as if you are equal in importance of visit order to a walk-in.I’m sick. I’m not in a good frame of mind.And the dismissive, entitled manners of one of the front desk employees is… a little too self important for a sick patient HEALTHCARE office.. it lacks the care part for sure.So.. if you have an issue being late places, make an appointment. They will be fine with blowing off the other people for you.If you think scheduling ahead will help..waste of time. Just make a patent account and fill out paperwork if you want.. but who knows if that will help.It’s been an hour now. I haven’t been seen yet. Three people have gone in since I arrived. One was here before me.It is me and only one other person in here.And I am going to submit this review and deal with the rude looks on the way out of they see it before I leave.Because.. well, dismissing people, treating them like numbers, objects or inconveniences is a major issue for me, personally.I would not be at an urgent care if it had not progressed to the point of urgent.An hour and a half now but in a room at least…. I wonder if I had a video appointment scheduled. The time frames for those appointments were open then. Many appointments slots were open this morning.

I’m the kind of person who doesn’t go see a doctor unless absolutely necessary because in my experience, that has meant waiting 30+ minutes and then feeling rushed by everyone I come in contact with. This place restored my faith in urgent care facilities. It was very neat, and very no-frills (I really dislike when a medical office is covered in advertisements for various drugs/treatments). From the time I turned in my intake form, I waited maybe two minutes before I was called. The staff was very friendly, I never felt rushed or like they didn’t want to be doing their jobs. The doctor took time to listen to how I was feeling and asked me good questions, and then did a great job explaining what was going on and making sure I understood. I 100% recommend this urgent care.Disclaimer:Wait time: I did have an appointment, but I noticed when I made it that there were time slots almost immediately available, so you’re able to put yourself “in line” which is great. I booked about two hours in advance. The online booking service also lets you fill out the majority of the forms upon booking, saving time at the facility.

I rarely write reviews and almost never write negative reviews but this place crossed all limits of decency and respect for others time and I had to write about it. Had the worst experience visiting this place.Today I took my son to get a sports physical form signed by a physician so that he can join his high school varsity swim team. They made us wait for almost three hours (first in the lobby and then in a dingy exam room at the very corner of their office next to their storage room). Many people who came after us were called before us although when we checked in, their system clearly mentioned that there were only 2 people ahead of me and they both were walk-ins. After waiting in that small exam room for more than 45 min, I had to get out to get some air as I was getting claustrophobic and nauseated but immediately some lady asked me to get back into the room as I am not supposed to get out of our assigned dingy room.Finally around 2.5 hours after we checked in, a nurse practitioner came in to the room ..and it took exactly three minutes to check my son and then sign the form..So 2.5 hours wait and $30 for 3 minutes of a nurse practitioners time. That is $600/hour rate. I am sure the color of our skin probably made our wait that much longer and our experience that much miserable.This place is a shining example of everything that is wrong with American medical system -- greed, complacency, bad service and incompetence.

Very fast and professional. They treat you with respect, kindness and are patient and listen to you. Best urgent care I’ve been to.

Easy to make appointment online. Staff was very friendly and efficient even though it was really busy. I felt the Dr. listened to me and really cared about the outcome of the visit. This is my third visit here and each time has been great! Would definitely recommend!

Scheduling was simple, the check in was easy and fast and the provider was very attentive and listened to my concerns with my 5 yr old who had an earache. The provider made sure I understood the treatment plan and was very kind to my kiddo.
