First visit and it was Amazing! Had a little issue with the payment but was promptly taken care off. I don’t know the name of the lady at the desk but she was absolutely amazing and very patient. The amazing Melissa drew my blood pain free and super fast! Thank you guys, will definitely be back.

Appreciated our service today. My husband and I had scheduled our appointment ahead of time. They had us send in our lab orders, and they got right back to us with an estimate. Made an appointment online and paid for the test I needed. I was the 15 minutes early per their website. Melissa and Rhonda were both professional and caring and had me out of there in 15 minutes or so. It was a great environment and service. I would recommend AnyLabTest for any of your testing needs! I will definitely use their service again.

Excellent customer service!! I was very impressed by the quality and patience of Alex & Rhonda at Any Lab- I came in for a pre-employment screen and ran into many difficulties on my end, but Alex heard my confusion and worked with me every step of the way with a willingness to help and a listening ear. She answered all my questions and helped explain the confusion I was dealing with, with kindness, patience, ease, and respect. Rhonda as well assisted me with my appointment and made the end of my visit warm, welcoming, and timely as well as helped answer many of my concerns and questions during the appointment as well. Excellent customer service. Melissa and the gal on a diet (sorry, I didn’t catch her name!) were efficient and made me feel comfortable during the process.I was a walk-in customer, and I was in and out in under 20 minutes.10/10 would go back and p again.

Horrible customer service. Ignore the positive reviews real quick. Go to the -ones and see how many the employer actually responds to. They don’t. They only respond to the positive reviews. That should be very telling. I walked in yesterday and immediately the most brattiest, rude woman I have ever encountered in my entire life greeted me. Nonetheless, she greeted me with,” What do you want?” Instead of “How can I help you? “ Would never recommend this facility to anyone ever even if it’s cheap. You really do get what you paid for. Just go to Sonoran Quest that’s like five minutes down the road..

Brought my test kits in, they were able to get me in earlier than my scheduled appointment and it only took about 15 min total time in and out the door, Melissa performed my blood draw, she was very nice and efficient!

This is the second time I have used Any Labs both times they have been fantastic.Today I had Melissa and I can be a hard blood draw and she did great.I highly recommend them

My obgyn recommended me to take the test and drop off the kit here and i just walked in on the same day. Everything went really quick and easy! Very sweet and helpful nurse!

I walked in and tried to ask a question and the young lady told me to sign in, I tried to to explain to her that all i needed was an answer to a question and show her the Dr Requests and she raised her voice and said sign in again, so i signed in and walked in to the waiting room . So i sat down and after 8 minutes she walked over to me said they dont take insurance. All I wanted to do was ask her that before she rudely kept cutting me off and made me wait.Wasted my time and was very rude.

In my own experience, the ladies at the office today are extremely rude and unwelcoming. Full of attitude and you could tell they really did not want to be there. As far as the location goes, it’s a good location and the office is clean.

I have used this place for a couple of tests, was going to use them for a 3rd test, however, they were closed during their business hours. They were closed during their business hours for one of the tests I used them for in the past as well. This location seems to find reasons to be closed during their business hours. I dont recommend using this location if there are time constraints for testing and results.

I’ve gone to serval labs in the valley and most were a 30+ min wait, here it was no more than 10 min I was surprise with how fast it was. Definitely recommend

Ive gone here a couple of times, most recently to get labs that will answer some questions that I cant get my specialist to answer. I had answers within two days. The specialist is going on 3 weeks. The staff here is amazing.

This lab has very rude staff. On one occasion, I found the lab closed for the entire day without any signage indicating the closure. After contacting customer care, they reached out to the local owner who was unaware that the staff hadnt shown up.

The very nice lady assisted me and I was in and out no more than 5min. She was funny and made me feel very comfy. Excellent experience ! Very best experience I’ve had for a simple lab visit.

Absolutely amazing service!!! So first off I called first because most places have ridiculous wait times. Not only did Tracy reassure me wait times werent long at all, she answered all of my questions about the prenatal testing I needed done. When I arrived she was so pleasant. To my surprise she was also the one who was doing the blood draw, now Im not an easy poke at all, for those who experiences hell at other places with them missing, them fishing and digging, being poked multiple times leaving with bruises, know my pain..... Not only was Tracy gentle, she was also communicative and understood my fear. She thoroughly searched for a good vein and BAM a small poke on the first try!!!!! Honestly it was an all around pleasant visit. Thank you so much ❤️

I came in angry at a state run process but Tracey took that anger and channeled it into something positive. She was professional, caught an error in my own address, and I left feeling positive and that my paperwork was done correctly. Thank you!!!

Tracy was beyond helpful and even offered to get me a new test kit when mine wasn’t done correctly. I love that I can order my own labs too and the prices are very reasonable.

This place was great, I wish every medical office was as friendly and nice. Tracy in the front was beyond kind and helpful. Ive never met a medical person so nice and pleasant and friendly. She talked to my kids and made bringing 2 kids in to get lab work so easy! My child asked when we could go back 🤣. I defineatly recommend this place because of her!

Really pleased with this location. As soon as I walked in I immediately noticed how clean it was. The staff (I believe Manager) greeted me with kindness and professionalism. I advised I had forgot a couple things at home that she may need for my visit and she advised me I was free to email it to her which made it incredibly amazing considering we live about 45min away. The waiting room was clean and spacious. When I was called back the staff member who did my bloodwork was extremely sweet and created conversation with me (not to mention did an amazing job drawing my blood when some have issues!!) Overall this was definitely a 5 star trip. If I ever have to be sent for bloodwork, I hope it’s back to here. Thanks, Ladies!

I have extreme anxiety when it comes to getting my blood drawn. The ladies here were so kind hearted and talked with me through the whole thing to distract me. This is my first pregnancy and the ease they showed me today was truly appreciated. I can’t thank these ladies enough for calming my nerves.

Such a great place! I needed a last minute blood titer for school and was extremely worried about getting the results back in time, especially since it was a Saturday. But they use such a good lab that I had my results Monday morning! The facility was clean and I was in and out in like 5 minutes.

The girl upfront was absolutely fantastic! She seriously was running the whole show checking people in drawing their blood and helping them with what they had to do all by herself. The Glendale location is one of the most useless lab test centers in Arizona. They will keep calling you back to redo a lab test and then blame it on Sonora quest for an improper job done. I was called to come back for the 3rd time to get CBC redrawn. When I refused, and requested a refund guess what, they offered me $29. This is not the first time they have done this to me. Last one before this was with ny son. They think you are jobless to keep coming back whenever they call to run down for a test. Absolutely a useless location. Not worth your time.

We traveled 100 miles for our blood draws and we were happy we did! Tracy was professional, drew blood painlessly, and helped to resolve the couple of issues we had with blood test orders. We definitely recommend Tracy.

Absolutely wonderful! Super friendly, fast, and accommodating! After having 2 traveling phlebotomists from another company cancel on me last minute, I was able to get in to Any Lab Test Now the same day! Tracy was so kind and lab work was sent out overnight!!

First off, let me start by saying Tracy is AMAZING! I don’t know why anyone would rate this place bad. She is kind, caring, and highly knowledgeable. The place itself was covid aware, masks, social distanced chairs, signage, etc. Extremely clean environment and the appointment I made was fast. I am doing everything self pay so I needed a place that was quick and affordable. I even compared them to Sonoran quest and this place was way cheaper. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

Two things, they don’t take insurance at all and the front desk lady was the most depressed rude receptionist I’ve ever encountered, she sighed heavily when I walked in and just absolutely seemed like she hates her job and despises being there.

If you’re looking for an honest review, here it is. I went to yelp to look for this location and couldn’t find it and went out of my way to leave a positive review because they deserve it. The gal upfront who served me was very accommodating. Despite the mistakes I personally made she still delivered exceptional service. I hate getting poked with needles and I shared my concern. I walked out without any bruises which is unusual because as with any blood draw I typically bruise. The service was timely and quick despite a lobby full of people. This was great service without your tradition bul1sh!%. Most labs you walk into and see people screwing around and taking their sweet a$$ time but i’m so glad I found this place by accident. You have a new client anytime I need lab work. I would recommend this place to someone that needs to be in and out, uncomfortable with the needle and in a slight pinch without insurance. Amazingly enough she even looked for ways to save me money on my blood work. Not sure what her name was (Amanda maybe?) but to the kind young lady with purple tints in your hair, please except a warm and grateful Thank you for a truly unexpected and memorable experience!

I had blood drawn here for the MRT test and my experience was awesome. I waited no more than 10 minutes and the person who drew my blood was so friendly and calmed my anxiety I get from needles. It was a great experience for me! I was in and out within 20 or so minutes. I am really glad I came to this location.

It was a very pleasant experience. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and I was seen before my scheduled time. The facility is very clean. The assistant who took my blood was very polite, efficient and made it absolutely painless. The whole process took only several minutes.

Not only was the cost about 1/3 of other labs in the market, but they provided me with a written quote very quickly. I am sure they are great for bloodwork but the website falsely advertises fingerprinting. Even if you make an appointment online it doesn’t count you have to make a phone call to do the fingerprinting. So if you drive 30 mins like I did, be warned, you cannot get it done.

Made an appointment, drove 45min to be greeted by a 1star customer service lady named Kim, she was rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional. Did not inform me the day before that they did not accept insurance. She informed me that it was posted all over the internet. And to justify her claim she says that it says private on the website. Lady, when does private translate to, WE DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE???????

All I can say is Wow!The woman that took care of me (Tracy I believe? Blonde hair with the cute color stripes in it with glasses) was so kind and gentle. I have a big fear of needles and she made sure that I was calm and ready and didnt give me any suprises. 10/10 I would absolutely come to this location to see her for any blood testing. Thank you for making my experience such a great and super fast one!

Any lab test now is very professional, and clean. I go here for all my lab work and find they are very good at what they do. All blood draws are painless and you get the results back in a reasonable time. Wait time is very nominal. You can call ahead and get cost estimates and make appointment. It doesnt get any better than than.

This place is good if you are a health nerd like me and do all your own blood testing and also dont have normal health insurance. Alysia was probably the best phlebotomist Ive had in a while. She somehow didnt cause me to bruise under the skin and I actually didnt bleed at all after the needle was removed, surprisingly. I also called earlier today to add another test onto the panel that Id already purchased, and they were able to get the lab to run my additional test (magnesium) without another blood draw. Overall my experience with this place has been outstanding and I plan on going back here for any future blood work. My results (for a basic metabolic panel) came back within 24 hours also.

I needed emergency blood lab results for a competition I was participating in. The nurse on site Tracy made phone calls to help expedite the process and even sent me a text after hours to make sure I got my results on time. I am so grateful businesses and people like this exist!

What a great experience! Went in for a drug test for my new job. Tracy made the whole process simple and quick! Tracy is def my hero for the day!I have an upcoming surgery in Mexico and was required to get a Covid test and MRSA screening. I have no doctors paperwork and called another lab testing facility to see if they would be able to accomplish both tests. They said yes so I set my appt for the 10 days prior to my surgery the doctor requested. I show up for my appt and of course they can’t do the MRSA screening.So after an hour of trying other places and making phone calls I came across Any lab test now. I called expecting another no, but Tracy said yes!I rushed over she had me checked in, swabbed, and out the door in 10 minutes time. Out of pocket cost was $60 and I would have gladly paid much more.Thank you Tracy for the excellent service.

Had multiple labs taken at this Glendale location. The Staff is always courteous, considerate, and their turn-around time once the labs were completed was excellent. If I could find an Physician in the Valley who cared as much as the attentive Staff at Any Lab Test Now, Id be all set.

Tracy is our girl. My veins do not like blood work. Go in every 3 months for blood work for hormone replacement thru Bio Identical Medical in Surprise as they have a great contract price for tests. Can take 5 pokes and still end up with no blood. That is why I only see Tracy. You rock girl. Thank you for the extra time you spend to make sure we get it done.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. So here goes my story. About a year ago I took my daughter in to get the legal DNA test done.Her father, my fiance had passed away while I was still pregnant with her and we all( his family included) wanted to be able to update her birth certificate to display his name. After all tests were done, on myself, my daughter and her paternal grandparents and spending over $600 the results came back as not being her grandparents. Imagine my devastation knowing full well who her father is; and this just adding to the grief of him being gone. So I reach out and they say they will get back to me. NOTHING!? So in all my hurt I decided I want to try 23 & Me, to test my daughter as well. The results come back with all his family as her relatives. Strange and disappointing that $100 test can accomplish something this place couldnt for 6 times the cost. Just beware and dont trust this place and dont waste your money!!

The only reason I gave this place one star is because no stars was not an option. They have horrible customer service. You go in and they have you sign in but you better know that you need to do that b/c the woman at the front desk has no sense of urgency to help or tell you to sign in. Once you are done they have you wait in a waiting room (even if you have an appointment) for 15 minutes then they call you to fill out paperwork. At any normal place they give you paper to fill out right away. Then after the test results for anything they have no one to prescribe medication even though they indicate that on the phone. I would never go here again for any reason.

This is the absolute best place to get your blood drawn -- and be sure to ask for Traci! Also, the prices are much cheaper than LabCorp - for me it was $37 cheaper. Priorly, I had gone to LabCorp and felt like a pincushion after I left, it took 3 lab techs to draw blood and that caused a cascade of effects that I ended up in the emergency room because of their inept abilities. So when I had to get blood drawn again, there was no choice in my mind but to go to Traci at AnyLabTestNow -- she is experienced, professional and makes it an easy, efficient, experience. I will never go anywhere else if I can help it! This company and manager are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Julie

I spent the whole day looking after a stray dog, I do the nice thing. I looked at the hours and it said 6pm. By time animal control came and I left it was 4:08 I came in the door thinking they were open till 6. The woman was rude and said we stop doing drugs tests at 4, 6pm is our operating hours thats fine my bad, but treat me with a little more respect than speaking to me from the other room with your back turned.

The Nurse was very professional and informative. She was also very nice. She kept everything clean and sanitized with each patient and safety.

Nice person working and clean location. Took forever to get results to my job. They only ship out samples the next morning, not the end of the day. Then it takes a day to get to the lab and 3 to 4 days for results. It was worse with July 4th in play.

I called asking about a SIBO test which I found out is something they didnt offer. The woman I spoke with then called me back.... FOR FREE and just out of the kindness of her heart told me where I can get a SIBO test done. Most people wouldve just said they didnt offer it and the conversation would be over. She went the extra mile for me... and Im not even a customer. Im just some random guy who called asking about a test they didnt offer!! Have to give them 5 stars just for the kindness.

Checked in at 2:16pm I was in my car by 2:35pm. So quick! I had to get a urine drug screen test for school! So quick and easy, if I ever need any other quick lab test I will be back !

This place is a joke, charged me for testing then told me I had to find a primary care physician to get a prescription.... which cost me the same as the visit with this place. Could have just went to a real doctor first and got what I needed done in one shot. Thanks for taking my money...

There was only one staff member there I cant remember her name she went above and beyond she was amazing I think it was Amanda
