Ive gone to other Gyns before and felt like just another number. That wasnt at all my experience with Dr. Kelly and her team. From the welcoming ladies at the front, to the kind technician taking my vitals, to Dr. Kelly herself, every single person made me feel seen and heard as a patient. The patient care here exceptional. Dr. Kelly answered all my questions and even helped guide me through options with family planning that I had not considered previously because no other Gyn had ever provided those suggestions. Dr. Bilof is pretty awesome. Ive been a few times now and have had repeated great experiences. She really seems to know her stuff... about SO much more than GYN. Im considering just dropping my old primary MD, and switching all my care to Dr. Bilof. She is very personable, laid back, extremely knowledgable, punctual, really listens, and her office staff are on the ball. Good stuff!

I cannot say enough about Kelly. I have been seeing her for over three years at the time of this review. I was unhappy with my former provider and decided to seek a second opinion to treat my condition. Kelly takes time to know her patients and empathizes with their issues/concerns. I trust her 100% and I honestly can say I look forward to seeing her—I never thought I would say that about a gynecology appointment. Not only is she incredibly kind, but she knows her stuff. She treated my initial concern after the first visit. I had secondary issues develop due to unsuccessful treatment and after seeing Kelly, my overall health improved. Kelly is everything I could hope for in a provider. She was informative and reassuring and most importantly kind.She took the time to review my health history and calm my nerves as a new expectant mother. The office was neat and clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful.

I am so happy with this practice! First of all, when you walk it, the energy is amazing and calming. The front desk receptionist is extremely friendly. The entire staff is wonderful, from Jamie, the office manager to the medical assistant. Then there is Kelly, who spent SO much time with me to answer all of my questions, and ask her own. She is intent on finding the root cause of my illness. She is thorough and genuinely cares so much. I am so happy to have found this practice after several years of unanswered questions regarding my health, I finally feel like I have someone in my corner fighting for me.

Im not one to write reviews, but the last couple years I have struggled to find the right Primary care doctor, then I found Kelly! She is super personable and take her time to discuss your concerns and issues you have. She doesn’t make you feel rushed and there is no such thing as a silly question to Kelly. She calls to review any lab results and always has time to ask how you are doing and if you have any additional questions. I would highly recommend her as your PC!

30 second review: The first positive gyno experience I have ever had. It’s rare to find a NP or doctor who actually cares. Kelly does.Detailed review: the staff is all nice in my experience. But it is Kelly who really makes the difference here. She seems to genuinely care. When telling her what wrong with me you can see the wheels working in her head actually trying to figure it out, not just waiting for you to stop talking. Instead of just given me generalized feedback, it seems more personalized to me. Like she actually listens to what you have to say and takes it into account in a way I have yet to find with others. I came to her for a Pap smear, and intend to carry on with her as myGP going forward. My husband is happy too because I have been dealing with a lot of health issues this year, and my experience with Kelly is the only one I came back from in a better mood than when I left.Thanks Kelly and Staff for being a safe space where women can feel heard and cared for.

Kelly is my absolute favorite, and I am so happy that she opened up her own office. She has the best and sweetest bedside manner and always makes me feel welcome and at ease. As a Nurse Practitioner myself, you can trust that we tend to be the hardest group of people to take care of and Kelly is the best...The ambience of the office is amazing! Its definitely a place for the ladies. Chandeliers in the patient exam rooms make you feel like you are not in a medical office, but a place of pampering. HA!The first time I met Kelly, all scantly covered in a paper sheet/gown that was ripping, I was comfortable immediately as she laughed with me. Having the lady bits examined and talking about these types of things is definitely not always the most comfortable situation in the world. That being said, Kelly makes it comfortable.She listens and really cares about YOU, the patient. I 10/10 recommend her to friends, family and even my own patients.Book an appointment, you wont regret it!

I started coming to PrimeGYN after I received my PCOS diagnosis elsewhere and wasn’t satisfied with hormonal birth control to manage symptoms. I was feeling very discouraged with healthcare and doctors in general, but I am so glad I didn’t give up because Kelly is amazing! I actually feel heard and understood by her, and was given options that I didn’t know existed. She is very well-informed and has great bedside manner. Front office and assistants are great too - everyone has been very kind and competent. I could not possibly be more happy with this office!

Always responding to emails quickly, never feeling like you’re inconveniencing them. This is by far the best experience I have ever had in healthcare. This office is truly one of a kind. I came to Kelly due to outstanding reviews and one in particular where the patient had PCOS and wasn’t satisfied with hormonal birth control. I had a great experience with her for my well-woman exam and felt validated in her seeming to genuinely care about my well-being. I even was talking about making her my PCP! That is, until I went to her for a follow up…She is an excellent provider in some ways, but not in others. I let her reassurances about a progesterone IUD rush me into a decision that affected my work and life dramatically. I was told I could deal with a couple weeks of bleeding and when I returned to her a few weeks later still bleeding, in pain, and dealing with emotional effects, all the sudden I was told this could be a month. I had done my own research showing that it could be up to three months and was dismissed? I would have never made such a rush decision if I knew that… and yet she not only reassured me that the three month thing wouldn’t happen (guess what, it’s been almost three months and I am still having some issues) but then she was saying how she would remove it right away… I told her I had already suffered through more than I expected and would NOT make another rush decision.Tried to talk to her about getting a work note, and she not only told me only PCP could do that (we had discussed making her my PCP as I made her aware that mine did not understand women’s health and told me to talk to her), but obviously was not listening as she goes, “you want me to call you an ambulance?” WHAT?! Legitimately the dumbest and most invalidating thing I’ve been asked by a doctor… I mean, was she even listening? I drove myself there, and am talking about the financial burden this is putting on me, and she says that?!Had to ask her to leave the room so I could get dressed and go home as I wanted to cry in the privacy of my home and think about the incompetence I had just experienced, and she STILL stopped me in the hallway to talk. Trying to offer another rushed decision, when I told her I already felt rushed? What part of “I need to go home and cry/think about it” did she not understand? I’ve never felt more invalidated, mislead or gaslighted by a doctor.And guess what?! The symptoms I was dealing with where actually another condition and the fact that I have PCOS was simply triggering episodes when my menstrual cycle started! I did not want to go on birth control without exploring other options, and let her first impression cause me to make the wrong decision.Leaving three stars instead of 1 because there’s a great front office staff, well-woman exam was good, and I do think that she cares about her patients well-being to an extent. The follow-up home calls where sweet, but even my dentist does that for anything beyond basic preventative procedures. Just be wary of making rush decisions, and if she makes you feel the same way you aren’t alone.I also asked about out-of-pocket cost as I needed to know what was owed then and am just now receiving a bill? I would have NEVER come back if I knew I would owe over $100 for something I was rushed into.

This woman healed me and validated me when no one else could. Further, she’s the kindest and most personable provider I’ve ever had. It’s rare to find someone both kind and extremely sharp, but Kelly Bilof is the total package. Beyond her perfected bedside manner, it’s clear that she stays up to date on current medicine and does not neglect continuing education. You’ll never want to see anyone else. I have so much gratitude for her.

Dr. Kelly is the kindest and most knowledgeable Dr. We have been to. My daughter has had many issues with her womens cycle. We have seen a couple of doctors who were not able to help her. Dr. Kelly gave us an alternative solution for our daughters issues that the other doctors would have never explored. She and her staff are incredibly attentive and pleasant. You have been an answer to our prayers!

This office is ridiculous and I am so angry. I made my appointment on zoc doc on 1-11-24 for a woman’s check. Zoc doc says they take my insurance and I filled out all paper work. My appointment is supposed to be tomorrow 3-7-24 and the office just now calls me to say they do not take my insurance. I am so frustrated because I’ve had this appointment scheduled for almost TWO MONTHS so it’s so frustrating to just be told this now literally the day before. I questioned the front desk girl as to why I’m just now being told they don’t take it when I’ve been on the schedule for two months. She says they only check insurances the day before appointments. That’s not only ridiculous but such a waste of my time as I already took the time off work tomorrow as well. So irritated right now with this office.Edit: my insurance is correct on Zocdoc and it says specifically this office is in network with my plan and insurance. If it didn’t, I wouldn’t have scheduled. Calling people the day before the appointment is ridiculous. Especially when I’ve been scheduled for almost two months already. I have already reached out to Zocdoc to complain as well. As obviously ide hate for someone to make the same mistake I did and this office give a 1 day notice. Trying to blame Zocdoc (which again, my insurance is correct and Zocdoc says you take it) is a cheap way of trying to get out of this situation. I don’t care you guys don’t take my insurance that’s fine, but the horrible timing in which you guys think is appropriate to let someone know is what isn’t right, at all.

Absolutely wonderful office and fabulous staff. On my very first visit for a well woman appt, I was so impressed I asked to make Kelly my pcp. The office is beautiful and they are quick annnd my favorite part of the exam would be the full sized paper robes, none of those crop tops 😜 Kelly was super friendly and knowledgeable and easy going. This practice is amazing. The people are very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. I’m not a big fan of going to the doctor but they have made it easy and hassle free for me. I recommend Kelly and this practice for your health and general medical needs. It’s also conveniently located just off the 101 and easy to find. They have the latest and best diagnostic equipment which is not available at most other Phoenix practices.
