I had to come here for my colposcopy (However its spelled). From looking around on google and tiktok , I was terrified to do it. I walked into this office today with high anxiety and just wanting it to be over, before it even began.Every single person working in this office was nice and had warm welcome feels. They constantly asked if I had any questions. And they answered each one thoroughly and with detail. They did not make me feel rushed or uncared for.My doctor Ani took her time with me and explained everything she was doing, due to all of my dispositions. (Also my nurse was awesome -I believe her name was Naylin - something like that)My experience getting this procedure done was NO WHERE NEAR the level of misery I read online. It was painless, with a comfortable team providing exceptional care. Overall, great experience, thank you everyone.☺️

I received very kind an through care here. Dr. Ani was patient with me and made sure to address all my concerns. She had great attention to detail and I felt like I was in good hands. Thanks for taking care of me and putting me at ease.

Very easy to make an appointment. The staff and Ani were awesome to me! Answered all of my questions and Ani was the first doc to ever ask me for a follow up. She made me feel like she cared and was listening to my concerns! My preferred place!

I’ve had pretty positive experiences at FPA!Ani and the rest of the staff have been incredibly helpful, patient, understanding and kind. All of my questions were answered and I didn’t feel shamed for not understanding the medical terms. Whenever I met with Ani, she was incredibly comforting. The availability is nice too. I love that you can schedule appointments online. The only reason I’m giving 4 starts instead of 5 is because of the wait times. I’ve been to the office maybe 4 times now and 2 out of the 4 I had wait a while. It’s not going to stop me from going here though because the staff is so friendly. And parking is great with a private lot. Thank you FPA Glendale!

This is my best experience in LA with woman’s health clinic. I got iud. Everything was so quickly. Doctor and other staff very friendly and professional. I love this place and I will recommend it for my friends and family.

Ani and anahre were spectacular! they made my visit super smooth and I felt well taken care of. i came to have my IUD removed and then replaced. she not only did it almost painlessly, but used an ultrasound to ensure it was in the most optimal position. Ani continued to make me feel safe by also asking “are you okay?” and “how do you feel” many times throughout the process. thank u ani!

Great service! Madeline was very nice, she was taking my vitals and I was so comfortable talking to her, Nathaly was taking my blood work, which was so nice! Ani the nurse was the sweetest!! She helped me with everything i need , I will definitely be coming back !

Jasmin is beyond horrible at customer service. Very rude. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend this place

Waited 3 hours both visits. Last visit I think they forgot I was even in the room LMAO. I had to open the door just to make some noise to remind whomever was there I was still in the room (because they close at 5p). I guess the nurse practitioner heard the door because she came right in afterwards. What made me decide I was not going to visit the Glendale location again was seeing all the patients I was there before GONE once I walked out to leave! THATS right I basically was abandoned in the room, skipped by other patients & forgotten. It was weird leaving; I literally felt like they were never coming back to see me unless I reminded them I was still there. Anywho, that was my experience. Never again. My time is valuable.

Today I came to FPA women’s health to get my IUD removed and a new one inserted, I wish they had a 10 star rating! Ani was the one to take care of me with the service and let me tell you I was so scared cause we all girls that have the IUD know it can be very uncomfortable/ painful . I just want to say when Ani removed it I felt NOTHING I was waiting for the pain but there was NO pain even Inserting it in . I would recommend all the girls to come here the entire staff is very friendly here . I will be referring any girl here . Thank you ani so much for being gentle with me and giving me the best experience 💗

Appointments usually available next day or sometimes same day. The people who work there seem happy. The vibe is always soft and supportive.

I had a great experience today at FPA Women’s Health. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The Nurse Practitioner Ani Geghamyan was very knowledgeable and made sure to explain my condition and treatments. She took her time and made sure all of my concerns were met. I felt very comfortable under her care. I will definitely be returning to this clinic.

Madeline Ramirez was the best to assist me. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Everyone in this facility weresuper generous! I totally recommend coming here for birth control, testing, etc.My pink condoms are the cutest!

I’ve had bad experiences before with my “women” visits where I felt pain and discomfort and was told that it was normal and left me very hesitant to ever go back…..Here I felt no pain what so ever, everyone was so nice, professional and informative. I am definitely referring everyone I know and going back. Being made to feel comfortable when dealing with very sensitive issues is so important and I’m so happy I found this place 🤗.

The staff was warm and welcoming. I felt so comfortable with the NP I saw.

I was referred by a friend and this place was great! The nurses and the NP that helped me were all awesome great patient care and bed side manners. All the staff was pleasant and sweet. I will totally tell my friends about my experience and referred them here!

Not all FPAs are the same that’s forsure, I love that they offer so much assistance but sometimes people can be so mean! However, that’s not the case at this location! I loved this one. Everyone was so friendly, I was helped quickly and the NP answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns whereas other locations it was like pulling teeth trying to get any response. Then! When I had a question for someone else they looked up the information right away and weren’t bothered by me inquiring about my last visits information. So nice, so caring, when someone is coming in nervous and unsure of a situation- this is the best kind of treatment they could hope for. I appreciated the kindness today ♥️. I needed it and the reassurance. Blessings to the whole staff. Also! Blood work was quick and easy too :). Painless.

Absolute bottom-of-the-barrel service. A standard visit took two hours and there were only a few other patients. When I was brought in to the waiting room one of the nurses would not stop complaining about her own head ache/back pain etc., then I waited at least another hour to be seen by a very rude and dismissive nurse practitioner. I had been having serious issues pertaining to my contraceptive, and she was as unhelpful as you could imagine. The staff was not like this about a year and a half ago when I first started coming here. But its all new people now and I wont be coming back. Its unfortunate good healthcare is so hard to find.

I had a positive experience at FPA Womens Health Center. Nurs Practitioner Anis knowledge and kindness stood out. I truly appreciate her expertise and the care she provided during my visit.

I was 6 weeks pregnant & I suspected I was suffering a miscarriage, but my OB refused to see me because I wasn’t 8 wks pregnant. They told me to go to the ER, I did, waited 6 hrs & they told me everything was fine even though I was continuously bleeding. I was a nervous mess & I knew something wasn’t right, so my Mother-in-law suggested I go to a Women’s Center so I called, asked if I could get an ultrasound & FPA in Glendale let me come in right away. I got blood work & an ultrasound done & they confirmed I indeed was having a miscarriage. I think above all things every single staff member’s level of care & compassion really made me feel cared for & comforted during this difficult time. When I called my OB to cancel my 8 wk ultrasound they didn’t even apologize or offer any condolences. I just had a follow up appointment at FPA & everyone remembered me, asked me how I was doing, how I was feeling & offered me pamphlets & resources to deal with Pregnancy Loss. Again the level of care & compassion by everyone here is truly next level, I’m so grateful for everyone here, they were the only ones who truly cared about what I was going through & I cannot recommend them enough.

My first time at this establishment was in 2020 when I needed to replace my Nexplanon birth control implant, & then again just recently had an appointment in 2022 to remove the same implant, they were always really nice really organized and the process was always really quick! my appointment was set for 9am and I was already back home around 10:12am! so that should tell you how fast they work :) love my nurse she was really nice and quick, I will definitely keep coming here.

The office staff are super nice. Also, they are very discreet, which I love. Dont need everyone knowing my business and the ins and outs of what Im there for; they really get that.Also, Dr. B and NP Christina are absolutely amazing! Both were great in making my experience there a pleasant one. They made me feel super comfy, safe, and not like I was in a doctors office.Lovely place to be.

Absolutely horrible location. I make an appointment and they ask me to confirm to still cancel without warning. They will claim they want to help you. Squeeze you in. Make you wait AN HOUR even if you scheduled an appointment(knowledge from prior visit) Then transfer you to the patent intake waiting room for an hour or 2 . Also 2 out of 4 of the nurses are ABSOLUTELY disrespectful. Ive been a patient with FPA for 9 years and I have never been to such a horrible location. Doctor Geghamyan claimed to want to help as well makes you wait saying she will see you and then will come in saying to come back another day. Absolute waste of time . GOOD LUCK if they miss treat you they will ban you even if your understandably upset.

My experience at this facility was the best, the staff really took care of me. I went in for an IUD and I was really nervous about it. Thanks to staff for being so caring, I was able to be at ease. Thanks to Ms. Ani for making my experience a quick and easy one.

Friendly, kind staff who do their best to help and ensure you leave informed and happy. Ive had dozens of Gyno experiences ranging from awkward to painful to downright disrespectful and this clinic was a welcome change. Theres a wait, sure, but nothing Im unaccustomed to (+25 min). Kristina is a ray of sunshine in what can be a stressful pocket of the world of medical womanhood.

I love going to this location. The nurses are all sweet and easy to talk to. I feel my concerns are heard and accommodated. I also really like the new relocation of the Glendale office! Easy to find with a parking garage. Id recommend any of my friends to FPA to help with their needs.

This is my favorite FPA location! Staff and providers are the best. Theyre so attentive and caring, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable overall. :)

The wait is long, the staff are rude, and the procedural treatment is awful. The fact is, you are coming here, to use the public clinic, the treatment is different from going to a OB and/or going to a high end place. When they tell you an estimated wait time, ensure its about probably going to be +1 hour to that. They are quite under staffed and over appointment-ed, however they are one of the locations that allows for last minute appointments given COVID circumstances and you have to make an appointment in order to be seen.Make sure to make an appointment before coming, and bring money as they do want you to pay upfront prior to being seen. When they did my ultrasound, they were quite rough with me, and the woman did not seem to care, it was like as if it was a task rather than actually doing it. But again, you are coming here probably out of necessity more than wanting a experience, and the chances are, they are also probably treating you the same way. Its just a sad, cold, clinic in my opinion.

I adore the women at this facility. I always get nervous going in and everyone is so friendly and I dont ever leave this office with a question. They reassured me regarding getting my iud taken out ( I am terrible with pain) and they made sure I felt comfortable. From the first phone call 3 years ago til today, they have not let me down! The procedures that were to be done were explained in the beginning and throughout the visit itself. I did not leave the office with any questions what so ever! Such a great facility!

My first time visiting FPA went really well. Everyone is very nice, respectful, and they were very patient with me and all my questions. I felt extremely comfortable my whole visit and like the staff truly cared about me as a patient.Thank you!!

At first when I first came here one of my friend recommended me here , everyone was nice and respectful. I got the depo shot and after the 3 months I just started bleeding like crazy I called on oct.6 around 9 am ish to get an appointment there i told the lady on the phone what was going on and i just felt like she didnt care and she lefted me on the phone for 30 mins. It was just a worst horrible experience to me. Like who does that ? This is the last time Im ever coming here.

This is a wonderful place. Would recommend to anyone. The doctors and nurses are all kind and patient. Expect to add about 30-40 minutes to your overall time because the women take care of each patient thoroughly. Plan for about 2 hours to be there. Had an iud removal and replacement when mine was about to expire. Very experienced staff. If someone is worried or has a scare, they will be kind and patient

Amazing staff!!! They are so nice and knowledgeable. Had insurance issues and they made it the easiest situation. Clinic is so organized and clean. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

I had been to multiple doctors trying to get my IUD taken out but ran into problems every time because my strings were too short. Thankfully the doctors here were able to take it out with no problem. It was a very easy process. Thankful for a place like this.

All the ladies as very kind and respectful, yes the wait is outrageous but thats what happens when you go to any clinic. So I suggest, you cancel all of your plans for the day. As a first timer in this clinic, i can say surely that i want to stay as a patient here. Also ladies what use the restroom here(if you are reading this) Please clean up after yourselves. Its kinda mortifying to see a dirty bathroom in a clinic.

If I could give zero stars in this case, I would. Everything about this place is awful, beginning from their web page, which is full of blatant lies. There are no private waiting areas--in fact, they weigh you, take your BP, and ask very personal and private questions in front of everyone else. So unbelievably impersonal, a different person interacted with me for every single step along the way, I felt like herded cattle. The facilities and equipment were antiquated and depressing (no joke their TV was playing VHS videos in the back waiting room). I didnt feel like I was in competent hands at all.After asking me to come in an hour before my appointment, they didnt see me until after my original appointment. When I needed them for a follow-up, I didnt even get a return phone call. I would NEVER go to an FPA clinic again. If you dont have insurance, at least Planned Parenthood is a non-profit and you know what to expect. FPA made it seem like they were different in a number of ways they were absolutely not. They are a scam, taking advantage of the state funding and patients they should be caring for.

They approved my insurance, then said, sorry we use a lab where you have to pay $150 upfront. Well, that’s not really taking my insurance. My insurance covers the lab tests. This felt like a scam.

Absolutely LOVE this place!! Have been going here for all my women’s health needs and they are always so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and always make sure I’m comfortable. I recommend FPA to all my friends. I really think they are providing such a vital service, and am so grateful to have found them...they make going to the doctor not so bad.

Not organized and the staff dont know what they are doing. Had to wait over an hour. Unprofessional and using old forms that cant be read but they expect you to just sign blindly. They are also providing wrong information on what HIPAA is.

Be careful because if you have insurance they want to charge you with your deductible if you have it. They want to charge me $500 dollars for an anual control that is covered by the insurance. They told me that if I had to pay something they are going to call me the day before. They didn’t call me. I was very upset. Go to Memorial Hospital, it’s excellent.

Nurse Ani is the best. I went for Nexplanon insertion and I didn’t feel it. She’s very talented!

I was able to make an appointment 3 days prior to when I needed to come in. The office/facility was clean and the staff was very nice and professional. I live in Valley Village but will drive to this location in Glendale because they are the very best!

Super clean everyone there was lovely ill give it to the nurse Ani she explained everything veryyyy professional and she was very patient with all my questions I would definitely will be coming back and recommend this clinic.

My appointment was at 9:45, 12 and I was still there for nothing because they didnt do anything, just give me another appointment which I understand, some of the girls were really friendly others not too much, protestor outside yelling and giving a lecture, overall was a OK experience.

There is absolutely no point of making an appointment here. It is first come, first serve. Made an appointment at 8:05 to be first since I had to go to work, but had to wait for over 45 minutes, because they could care less and was super rude about it.

They literally take forever! Avoid this place. They don’t give you the answer for any exam unless you ask. I don’t know if they forget, but I had a horrible experience. They send me to get my medicine to a pharmacy, and the pharmacy still had not received my order from them (2hours later)

I came here a couple of month ago for IUD and everyone was super friendly, mainly the phlebotomist.

The lady at the front desk was not well informed with proper information at all. This facility didn’t not call me right away with my test results. I had to call them. I just felt like I was a number there. I wouldn’t I recommend this office.

Everybody is so patient and kind! LOVE my doctor :) I sang showtunes on the way in and out so the protesters couldn’t talk to me - it was a good absurdist deflection. Give it a try!! 💕

This place is aweful. I dont know why appointment is needed if they have you wait in the open lobby for more than 1 hour. Staff are very unfriendly......this place shouldnt even receive 1 star! I recommend everyone do research before you make a appointment.

So if youre pregnant and want to make sure you stay pregnant, this is not the place for you since caring for pregnancies is not their business. For pregnancy care, please go to a hospital, an Ob/gyn (Obstetritian/Gynecologist) or a Community Center.

This place almost killed me !!!!I was one of those rare cases that went wrong ! A week after my procedure I was a code blue at 7% oxygen level internally bleeding because of a procedure done at this location luckily I was at the hospital or I would have died !I got a blood transfusionAnd had the surgery preformed once more since this place didnt fully take everything out I hate these people
