NextCare Urgent Care Glendale

I reserved a time and completed the necessary forms online Including my insurance card and ID, so that when I arrived, there was nothing I needed to do which was great. I was escorted to the room within five minutes of my scheduled time and immediately saw the tech and then the doctor and the tech again, and was in and out within 45 minutes. The doctor was especially personable and I hope that I have him assigned again in the event i need to return to the urgent care. All in all, it was a very good experience.

The doctor and nurse were very friendly and helpful.  They were polite and kind.The front desk girls were awful and rude.  There was a small boy (about 4 years old) in the waiting room and when he left the one lady called him a “little fat a** and they both laughed.  It was incredibly unprofessional and rude as that is never ok.   Plus I was sitting in the waiting room and heard her.

I’ve gone there for a bite visit, to remove stitches & a follow-up visit & all were wonderful. They genuinely care about you & you getting better & take care of you very timely & make you feel like you matter. They make sure they’ve explained everything & that all your questions & concerns have been answered. The entire staff is great from the receptionist to the doctors - you can’t go wrong here!

The nurse staff is always friendly and efficient. Ive been to this location quite a few times over the years and I saw Dr. Dan again. Hes awesome, he listens, he doesnt beat around the bush and hes knows what hes doing. Thanks again.

Awesome place. I scheduled an appointment beforehand but I believe that I would have been seen in a timely manner if I had been a walk-in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor on duty was compassionate and diagnosed my ailment then treated me right away. I felt a hundred times better before I left. I was there a total of thirty minutes. Then went next door to CVS where my prescriptions were ready for pick up. It was worth the bus ride there. Thank you all of you.

Easy to make an appointment and took me very quickly. Hardly waited at all in the waiting room and Dr. Daniel was so nice. Probably the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. Five stars all around.

The front desk girl was very pleasant and efficient. I always see her on the weekend working hard and checking in patients very fast which is amazing because usually I have places to go. I believe her name starts with an F however I am unsure. However best front staff I have met.

I was treated at Next Care late this Friday night near closing time at 8 pm. I had the beginnings of a Urinary Track Infection. The staff at Next Care treated me cordially and efficiently. There was no lack of concern and proper treatment given my condition. I appreciate the entire staff headed up by Dr Kara for their swift and caring exam they gave me for a quick diagnosis ending with successful treatment for my UTI. Thank you Next Care for being there for me up to the last minute!

Best urgent care experience of my life! Timely, thorough, compassionate, excellent providers! No complaints whatsoever & would highly, highly recommend! (And I say this as a medical provider myself, so I know the standard we need to uphold.) I cannot recommend NP Dan D. And PA Taylor S. Highly enough!!! They are the dream team!!!

Everyone was very pleasantly helpful, the doctor,s assistant who cared for me was the best and took exceptional efforts 👌 to dress and bandage my wound. Tara Knutson was a rock star she helped with a partial fill till my new PCP can be seen. Everyone was amazing and helpful the only gross thing was listening to the person that answered the phone either eating, or chewing gum so aggressively it was a bit disturbing on my end of the call. Ive done customer service most of my life and until I heard one of my calls where I was eating I never knew how bad it sounded on the other end! But that all being said everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful, nice and in my opinion went above and beyond! If you are in the need of an urgent care go here you wont be disappointed, and you will be helped and with some of the sweetest health care workers Ive had the pleasure of dealing with!

This is the first Urgent Care that allowed me to make an appointment. The ladies at the front desk were nice and quickly processed my paperwork. I was in to see a doctor within 5 minutes of my arrival. The doctor took his time listening to my medical problem and remedied my issue until I could see my dentist. I absolutely recommend this Urgent Care.

I came to the urgent care with a puncture wound on my left hand. There were several people in the waiting room ahead of me. I checked in and gave the receptionist my information and insurance. I waited 40 minutes and was seen by a nurse then a PA. I got a tetanus shot and the nurse cleaned my wound. The PA closed my wound with skin glue and steri-strips. I was given a prescription for antibiotics. I checked out , payed my deductible and left. Total I was there 90 minutes. Every one I talked to was very nice and professional. I was satisfied with the whole experience.

Unfortunately for me I had to make another trip to the urgent care center. Fortunately this place is fantastic and fast. Daniel D. Was very nice and provided professional and informative care. Would definitely go back if the need ever arises!**original post** Christine was very friendly and knowledgeable. She engaged in both small talk and medical conversation. The facility is a bit dated looking but clean and functional. I was in and out in 40 minutes. I was able to book my appointment in advance.

This was the quickest visit to urgent care that I’ve ever experienced. By the time I completed the paperwork,   they called me back and the doctor was right end. Great bedside manner, engaged and thorough. All done in about 20 mins and my prescriptions were called in next door to CVS and that was even quick. On the mends, I fly to Miami on Friday for my cruise on Monday. Thank you for getting me better, this was a great visit.

Doctor and care were great. Staff very nice. One complaint is appointment. I made an online appointment. I really didnt feel well and didnt want to wait any longer than necessary. You need to know they continue to take walkins and your appointment time is still very fluid. Not sure making an appointment even means anything.

This was one of the best experience I have had. I went there because I wasnt feeling well. I was in and out so fast. The doctor that waited on me he was exceptional. This would be the place. I will go for my walk-in clinic from now on.

They were not upfront about what I would be having to pay. I received a second invoice in the mail after giving my insurance information at the front desk and paying what they told me I owed. I was not informed this would be coming. There was no discussion of further payment that would be needed, no discussion of prices. I feel I was tricked into believing I was paid up and that my insurance would handle the rest. Very disingenuous, and very disappointing.

I am very pleased with this Urgent care the staff was very welcoming and the doctor was awesome. She was patient, kind and accurate in my treatment. Thank you

I visited this clinic with a rash on my calf, and had also dislocated my thumb. The professional that saw me looked very briefly (basically a very brief glance down at my leg) at my rash and stated it was a fungal rash and prescribed antifungal medication. Then she briefly palpated my hand and prescribed a Breg wrist brace with thumb immobilization. Then I got the bill, I was charged over $300 for the brace, part of which my insurance did pay, and now I owe about $165. The same brace is available on Amazon for about $45. The rash did not heal with the meds I was prescribed. I am going for a biopsy on my leg in 2 days as ordered by my new primary care provider. I can not convey in words how dissatisfied with the treatment at this facility I am.

I went for a cut on my hand. I wanted to make sure it wouldn’t get infected and was hoping to get something to accelerate healing. I didn’t have to wait long at all. My provider was Melissa Pannell. She was compassionate and down to earth. I was very happy with my overall experience. I just wish I could’ve received the same care from my primary physician and saved money.

The efficiency of this Urgent Care facility was above my expectations! Suzanne Russell PA was refreshing, professional and efficient! I love that I could schedule an appointment and do all my paperwork ahead of time!

Went here on January 4 and there is two hour wait after I was told to come here from another urgent care next scare facility that had a four hour wait this is ridiculous urgent care went from good to bad to worse never coming to urgent care ever again I would recommend this place to anyone. What makes it worst is that needed my Two kids that I need to get seen but. Ernie faster than that.

NP Daniel was amazing with my teen. We came hearing she needed stitches and he calmed her down, listened to her fears and gave her options. On top of ask that NP Daniel was funny. I’ve been here many times and had wonderful experiences every single time. Highly recommend!

All the nurses and doctors weve seen have been fantastic. Front desk ladies are always friendly and helpful which is really nice. They get you in and out quickly, not a ton of just waiting.

In and out quickly. I made an online appointment and was seeing within a few minutes of my appointment time. The PA-C was very caring and I feel she did a great job.

I came in with a sore throat and phlegm. I was seen by Dr. Bautista, who was overall friendly, but her bedside manner was lacking. It felt like she wanted to get me out of there as quickly as possible. She prescribed me steroids, had she asked she would’ve known I did not want to take steroids. It all happened so quickly, I wasn’t able to ask her what other medications I could take or any nasal sprays she recommended. She didn’t offer any advice either. I’ve come here a couple times before and the doctors have always made me feel cared for and listened to. Unfortunately, Dr. Bautista didn’t leave a good impression. Anyway, overall I’ve enjoyed coming here and highly recommend it, the doctors are overall nice and caring - just thought it was worthwhile mentioning my concerns regarding my recent visit with Dr. Bautista.

I scheduled and appointment time came 10min. early and waited 40min. before being moved to a room, when there was only two of us waiting. Waited another 30min. Before being seen for 5 min. and charged $50.00 after using my insurance.This is the second time this has happen. I have been coming to this place for over 3 years. Maybe time to check out a new urgent care.

Went in for a medical issue (obviously) and saw Dr.Dan, he is absolutely amazing! Was thorough and so easy to talk to. Got me in and out in no time.

My boyfriend made an appointment 11/12 at 6 pm he’s been feeling under the weather for a bout a week now the male doctor rushed him out of there didn’t take his temp or anything told him he has Esophagitis and didn’t take him seriously we ended up at the ER not even 8 hours later turns out he has pneumonia . very disappointed.

Absolutely awful. The medical assistant asked me for my medications and after 3 she goes ok that’s it, well I’m on about 8. She didn’t want to write them down and never came back in to get rest of meds I take. She said she was going to check on me if there was a long wait… well my appt was at 5:45pm and I didn’t get seen until almost and 1hr and 15 min later. The Nurse Practitioner came in and spent 5 min max and said idk what to say I can’t diagnose you with anything maybe see your other doctors. And then started walking out and I was thinking that’s it? I better not get billed for such awful treatment. No exam was done, they didn’t even do a proper intake. I went in for numbness and tingling on shin and ankle.

Front desk staff, MA and the FNP were all very friendly and kind. The FNP was on point, gave his recommendation and sent the meds to the pharmacy right away. He was thorough and to the point. Went over his recommendations, put all the Info in the discharge paperwork and sent us on our way. Deusterman, D, FNP, great service, great provider. Thank you all!4 stars cus the walls could use a touch of paint or cleaning 😬 but that’s just me being picky. The service was on point!

Would highly recommend Next Care. Made an appointment and arrived early. Had a short wait. Saw a PA and was impressed with her. She gave me a diagnosis and sent a prescription to my pharmacy and was back home quickly.

Made an appointment on time. Want waiting long and called back relatively close to appointment time. Clean office and friendly staff. One of the better urgent care visits I’ve had.

We made an appointment and got in on time. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful and the doctor was extremely kind and personable. Overall, it was a great experience.

My visit was excellent and I felt caredfor. I got the necessary medical attention I needed to recover from my illness with out a long wait. Dan is a excellent health care provider and very caring towards his patients.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The drs here rush you through and are not knowledgeable . I was waiting on the lobby with my 2 year old for maybe 5 mins and she got a little fussy(not even for the whole time we were waiting) . I could hear the male dr say to staff “I don’t care how old that kid is shut them up” proceeded to poke his head out into the lobby where he saw me and retreated back to the back. They don’t have xrays on site, they don’t offer any true solutions and are not nice. Stupidly have gone here 2x for convenience and let down every time.

Was a great experience, needed stitches for a dog bite. Got in quickly and happy with outcome. Staff and Sr were great . Open till 8 pm 👍❤️

The staff were all extremely professional & polite. I was able to get a proper diagnosis within a timely manner. I will definitely use this location in the future.

I had an appointment, was seen as soon as I arrived. The nurse practitioner was kind and professional. Left with a diagnosis and medication called in. I am so thankful for this medical care. They were efficient, knowledgeable and thorough.

I was so scared and feel a mess this morning when i saw blood in my eye ball and i ran to the Urgent Care and doctor Daniel was so positive and calm me down he’s so perfect and has the best personality and attitude i’ve ever seen, thank you doctor wish you nothing but the best and God bless you heart.One more thing the girls upfront and the medical assistant are great and were very nice treating me.

I was in and out quickly. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were helpful with finding a family physician. I would highly recommend them.

My follow up care was great. I was hoping for ear relief but was assured that I was on all the right meds and do not have an ear infection. Lungs sounded great.

Honestly the service here was incredible and the staff went above and beyond as they helped my Tia and I really appreciate them and all they did especially Dr.Daniel, Nurse Isabel and their Np Alina they kept the vibe of the room very bright and their kindness was incredible Thank you to them and the entire staff for such amazing service

Had a pretty good slice on the pinky finger after smashing it on my 5th wheel that required 5 stitches. I was at the river when it happened, but decided to drive home instead of getting stitched up in Parker. I had a pretty new assistant that was being shown the ropes it appeared, (which I had NO problem with), but my NP was awesome. She got my stupid humor, and as being a hockey player I had my fair amount of stitches so watching was no big deal. The reason for taking a star off is the stupid mask policy. I hate asking someone to repeat themselves because I couldn’t hear them or see their face when they are talking. I promise had they asked me to put a mask on, I warned the wife I was going to walk out. Other than that everything was awesome. I was fortunate that I had a zero wait time, so that made it nice as well. Thank you.

I’ve always had a positive experience at the 59th Ave/Union Hills office. I pass two other Nextcare facilities, not disparaging those, rather I know I’ll get the extra attention. Since 2017 I’ve gone 2x for crazy mountain hike falls, 3x now for the annual out of control nose bleed, (incl yesterday) and a few times for flu/viral symptoms. Daniel Deusterman, FNP, is just an amazing FNP. He could have easily given up yesterday on me but kept trying different means and was able to get it under control. Daniel has been there since ‘17 but I’ve always had positive results from whoever provided the care.

Dr. Dan is amazing… He helped take care of a bad blister on my foot and treated it perfectly! I would recommend this Urgent Care to everyone I know. Thank you, Dr. Dan!!!

My regular doctor could not fit me, and this urgent care was much better than my doctors office ; I was in and out in under an hour with exceptional service. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

I’ve used this location primarily for a long time. Usually the service is pretty quick and I’ve had no issues. Until yesterday. Prescriptions for my son were never sent to the pharmacy. Nor were they even mentioned in his chart as the dr prescribing them. The dr wasn’t in today so they had to try and reach her so she could put in the order. Since there was no mention of them another dr couldn’t do it. I’m really thankful for the people who helped me get this straightened out and I was eventually able to get his meds tonight. Those people were very professional and made sure it got done correctly. The dr he saw however bordered negligence. My son has asthma and needed these meds. This wasn’t something that should have been forgotten.

I am grateful for my community NextCare Urgent Care at 59th Ave & Union Hills! My family has utilized the convenient online scheduling and check-in process three times this week for same day appointments. We were seen promptly at our scheduled appointment times. And best of all, FNP Dan was friendly and helpful. In the future, we will continue to utilize the friendly and convenient services at NextCare Urgent Care.

I have used NextCare urgent care for several years. I love going there as they are always very professional, pleasant to deal with, and very clean facilities.

It was quick and easy. Even though there was only 1 provider at the time and I couldnt be seen when I walked in- the receptionist scheduled me an appointment later the same day.

It was a great experience! Needed something quick & that’s exactly what i got! Was able to get a breathing treatment & speak to a knowledgeable practitioner ( Lianna I believe) Left feeling much better! Front desk girls were very friendly too. Id definitely return if need be! Hopefully not though! Lol!

Had a terrible migraine & vomiting. Was able to get in and out quickly. Feeling much better after receiving treatment. Friendly staff. Easy check-in.

I needed to get seen asap. The girls at the front had me signed up and ready to go without any run around our mountains of paperwork. They made sure I was understanding the cost as I am a cash patient. (By the way was fair and economical)The Dr was outstanding, she listed to me expleain my symptoms and went right to work. I cant thank her enough for the all around professional bed side manor. I will definitely make this my go to for urgent care.

This was the best experience I have ever had at an Urgent Care. My 6 year old gets extremely anxious at the Dr but they were so great and patient with her. I couldn’t be more thankful for their kindness and compassion and for the quick diagnosis of strep!

One of the best urgent care experiences. I booked a 6:30pm appointment online at 5:50pm. I showed up at 6:15pm, did my paperwork, got called back by 6:35pm and was out of there by 7:00pm. My session with the doc was a little quick, but it felt thorough for how I was feeling. Got me some meds and I was on my way. Girl at the front desk was nice, quick, and efficient. 10/10 visit

Very nice and helpful personnel. I made an appointment and it still took over an hour to be seen. They only had one practitioner on this night. However, she was great. Have been here before with other family members too and always a great experience. So much better than the ER.

Great Urgent Care experience. Punctual appt. Waited in the car for a short period of time, having Covid I didn’t want to go in until they were ready. The “tech” was patient and listened. The nurse practitioner was kind and heard what I was saying. I was treated with dignity and respect and hopefully will be feeling better soon.

I definitely was not expecting this experience, hence why I waited until today to be seen. I made an appointment online easily checked in and waited Five minutes, went back had my vitals done and several minutes later, a male nurse practitioner Daniel Deusterman walked in, greeted me and asked my symptoms, he did a physical checkup and asked if I had any questions. He provided me some helpful information and provided insightful feedback as to why I maybe experiencing them.Daniel has a very pleasant attitude and great bedside manners. I want to Express how grateful and thankful I am for this experience. The entire staff is kind, very professional and it’s really nice to know that if I ever need to be treated again, I won’t wait 4 days, because I don’t know what to expect. Great job- gracias 🙂

I liked that the service was relatively quick so that I was in and out quickly.The personal were nice and so was the PA that I saw. I am now feeling much better.

I walked in and was seen right away. They were extremely friendly and explained in detail my conditions and how to care for. This will be the only urgent care I go to!Returned for follow up, they are so kind and caring and actually take the time to listen to you!

My experience here has always been highly positive. They PA or NP who have seen me here are excellent at what they do. They show that they care. Great bedside manner and they take their time to check you based on your symptoms. The Medical assistants and the office staff are great. My experience here is honestly much better than my regular family doctor.

Receptionist on 2/4/2024 at7:30 pm was super busy but managed to get everyone taken care of. MA was efficient and Dr was friendly and efficient. Great job to all getting us taken care of in the last half hour before closing

I had excellent care. This is the urgent care I go to if I need to when Im visiting Arizona.

310$ no insurance for sinus infection. Has gone up 200 percent in the last year? Crazy

If you need a CDL physical go elsewhere. The errors in paperwork caused multiple trips back and forth to dmv and countless hours of time wasted. After all is said and done I am cutting my loses and going to pay to have another CDL physical done with another physician.

Seen pretty quickly, fast turn around on flu test, and NP Dan was very kind/helpful

Hi!They are so efficient, quick, and nice! I went online, scheduled a time to come in and it took all of maybe 20 minutes for the whole thing.

They were very quick (I was in and out in about 35 minutes with an appointment) and the nurses were really kind. Front desk ladies weren’t as nice, but their job does seem a little boring lol. Overall I recommend this location based on the knowledge and care provided by the nurses!

I took my 7 year old son for a skin infection. Everyone was wonderful, from the woman at the front desk, to the nurse, to Daniel, the Nurse Practitioner. They were all really great with my son, and we got the level of care and treatment I expected, quickly.

Came in with a allergic reaction to a bug bite on my arm. Was seen rather quickly. They prescribed meds that worked right away to bring the swelling & itching down.

Very quick, patient, and caring. They weren’t rude at all the front desk lady with the dyed hair was the nicest front desk lady I’ve ever met. I would recommend anybody to go to this urgent care. I’ve always been taken care of here.

I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and given great care and resolution! I totally recommend nextcare. The provider made a fantastic effort to connect with me, understand my issue, and provide what I needed to restore my health!

Again NextCare was there when I needed them. The entire staff treated me with dignity and helped me through my inconvenient illness. No nonsense, professional follow up, no loose ends, same Plaza as the pharmacy. Perfect! Almost like I never even got sick! So pleased with NextCare every time. Ive used multiple locations and so far no variation on the care. In a world full of things I cant count on, these folks I can. Thank you so much.

Called and scheduled a visit for a chest cold. Arrived and was taken straight in. After vitals taken, a real Dr. came in and went over my history and symptoms. He made recommendations and prescribed some cough meds.Very satisfied with the visit.

It takes an awfully long time to be seen. The people are nice, but it takes too long to prep rooms and get things ready for patients. I worked in a Dental office, and we never had patients wait that long to be seen. I waited for at least 20 minutes. I should have waited no longer than 5 mins for a simple TB test. They need to step up their game a bit and remember that their patients are the ones paying their salary.

Got there about a half hour before closing time it took me right in got me in and out of timely manner I was extremely satisfied

It was easy checking in online so when I got there I didn’t wait long. The nurse diagnosed my problem quickly.

Fast, easy and affordable. Great care for a sports physical for my child. Went there after CVS one door down wouldn’t take a walk in and it turned out to be better and half the price. Definitely recommend.

Excellent wait time and service. I went a competitor first at 4pm with an appointment and sat there for 45 minutes without being seen. Left and came to this location. Fast and efficient staff. Receptionist was not friendly and location seemed “young” it was very apparent with all patients. Waited about an hour to get an antibiotic. Would not come back to this location.

I scheduled an appointment here after missing one at another clinic. I am leaving this review because of the kind provider that I encountered. I needed stitches removed & I was nervous that it wouldnt be able to get done. The provider offered to have a look & was able to remove them without any problems. My wait was a little longer than I thought. Bearing in mind that a wait is to be expected at any medical office; especially when this office sees a great deal of people with a range of urgent issues.I really appreciated being seen for my care on the same day as I requested my appointment. I would have otherwise have had to wait a day or two or more for an appointment at my PCP.The provider was experienced & personable. I was put at ease. The cost was affordable. They also accept major insurance plans. You can wait anywhere after checking in which is also awesome.Consider visiting if you dont have emergency room level needs but cant wait for a different day appointment.

Very quick and great service. The family nurse practitioner was excellent with my 22 month old so she didnt fuss at all. He took plenty of time to explain everything to me and we were in and out of the urgent care in 30 minutes or less.

I had a great experience here today. The staff is short staffed, just as everyone is right now. I got there and checked in by 8:04am and there were already two people ahead of me. My point is, it’s busy! But they had me out with discharge papers in hand, vitals and two swabs completed in an hour and 15 minutes. I love that they have people wait in their car and text when ready to keep everyone safe. Even though they were short staffed, an hour and 15 minutes turn around time is great! Definitely faster than if I went to an ER, and good luck getting into a PCP on a holiday weekend. They had great education and explanations, the facility was clean, and everyone was kind from the front desk help to the medical staff. Would highly recommend. Thank you guys for being available to the community for health help, especially on a holiday weekend instead of being home with your families. I appreciate the great care!

Prescribed me the emergency/rescue asthma medication I needed and sent it over to my pharmacy quickly. Overall, pretty painless process, got what I needed, and I was in and out quickly. Thanks!

Everyone was wonderful. I especially loved the sweet lady who took my vitals. She is a breath of fresh air. I wish I could remember how to say her name! She’s amazing! The Doctor Daniel has amazing customer relation skills. Its refreshing to see a happy and friendly Doctor! I love that I was not treated any differently from any other patient. I am morbidly obese and often do not get taken seriously. Neither one of them treated me any differently And the doctor genuinely listen to me instead of just looking at my weight and making a judgment. I’ve gone to this location before for this very reason and I will continue to go to it for the same reason.

I went for a COVID test and thankfully it was negative. Dr. Dan was amazing and diagnosed me quickly and accurately. And the nurse who did my vitals, Kari I believe was super nice!!! Its a shame you only get to meet great people like this because you dont feel well.

Just left. Having recently moved to the area and having had bad experiences in the past with urgent care I was prepared for the miserable experience that I’ve come to correlate with UC while feeling miserable. BUT, that didn’t happen here. All the staff were courteous, kind, and prompt. Of course I don’t feel great, and the treatment plan will resolve that, but I’m as impressed as ever with this facility and the care provided. I told Dr Dan this and he said some of us still love what we do—he must and it shows. Thank you!

Went to this location for blood clots. I was told after being triaged they can not provide care and to go to the hospital. They charged me $100 to tell me they can’t help me. In addition the few office staff and billing team staff I spoke with were all very rude. Don’t waste your time or money here. Go to an urgent care that won’t charge you when they can’t provide services. Clearly a scam is being run. Doctors should not charge for services that were not provided. It is unethical and wrong. I will be reporting this to the proper authorities so this location can be investigated for fraud.

I scheduled this appointment easily online, as I always do, this time at 4:00 am. My wait for my appointed time today was longer than usual but then was handled thoroughly and with the utmost care that I expect. The summary notes are thorough for the follow-up with my regular doctor later. I so appreciate their availability!

I was very impressed with the speed, professionalism and level of caring I received when I went to NextCare. The FNP (Daniel) took the time to listen and to make recommendations before providing a plan of care. He was thorough and paid attention to detail.

Tried to do a walk in this morning. I was told I could not be seen because they only have 1 doctor. Great way to welcome your patients.

The physician and the medical assistant were extremely empathetic and caring. I came in extremely dehydrated and ill due to a stomach virus, and they did everything they could to provide me with a comfortable environment and proper medication during an extremely vulnerable moment. The care I received from Dan Deusterman was wonderful.My only complaint is that when I was leaving and I was waiting for discharge papers, one of the receptionists was eating very strongly smelling fast food at the desk.I dont know if there is a break room available, and I understand the need to have food during your shift, but the smell in combination with my nausea was almost too overwhelming to bear. Why would you even want to eat food in the open around many potentially contagious people?

The office does appear shabby when you enter, but the front desk and doctors are top notch. They have always listened and taken excellent care of us. Tonight was no exception. We took our 3 year old in for a wound and the PA, Victor Aire-Oaihim, was AMAZING. He was so personable with my child and put them right at ease. His bedside manner and the quality of care was excellent. Would go here again if we needed to.

I was able to schedule an appointment online. I only waited about 15 min, and that was because an emergency came in the same time I did. I saw Deusterman FNP and he was incredibly kind, thorough, and understanding. He took great care of me and considered my concerns too. I would absolutely go back. Easily the best urgent care experience I’ve had.

The staff was very Sincere and concerned for my child. They were very approachable and kind! The Nurse Was very kind as well. The provider was so easy going my 3 yr old daughter didnt even freak out At all. He Completely distracted her And I dont even think she knew she was there for being sick lol I definitely would recommend them I had The best experience my 1st time over 2 years ago and I have been back ever since I wont go anywhere else!!!

Had an infection and my obgyn couldnt get me in for 2 months out so i came here. i was very pleased with this practice and it was a really easy and quick visit, everyone from the front desk, medical assistants and especially the practioner Daniel was really caring and friendly. he took the time to listen to my situation with no judgement or attitude (which i have gotten with previous visits to a different urgent care facility) and was very informative in explaining what was going on with me and made sure to get me better quick!!! i will be coming here again in the future for any urgent care needs and i highly recomend!!

I woke up one morning with a significant amount of hearing loss in one ear- but no pain. I had no idea why, and I was a little alarmed.I walked in to NextCare, filled out a reasonable amount of forms, and was on my way back to see an NP within 10 minutes. April was excellent! Exceedingly professional, friendly, and thorough. Answered all my questions with a smile and great manner.Turns out I only have an ear infection. April had worked in pediatrics and was extremely familiar with those. She wrote me a scrip, digitally sent it to my pharmacy, and I was back home with discharge instructions, some antibiotics, and a referral (if theres no improvement after a few days) in about an hour.It was a MUCH, MUCH better experience than Ive had at my own GP. Very glad I chose them!

Fantastic facility. Ashley, my PA, was kind, compassionate and professional. Could not recommend her more. I was definitely distressed but she calmed me down and put a smile on my face.

My appointment ran pretty late (1.5hours) but thats understandable due to coronavirus. All of the staff that I spoke to were very very nice and treated me courteously. The front office, the nurses, and the doctor were all very pleasant. Overall I had a good experience and I received proper care. I will definitely recommend this location to others.

I had an injury to my leg. I had already been to the ER and they did nothing. I went to this office and they took care of me right away. The provider Dan D. Is the best. He went above and beyond to get me in for a surgical evaluation within an hour at a surgery center rather than sending me to the ER. My injury was cared for that day due to Dan. Strong work sir! And thanks to the staff for assisting and treating me so quickly. Thank you all. This is the only office I will go to and refer others to.

Made an appointment for my husband and got in almost right away with little wait. However, after describing he had a deep cough for several days the practitioner just checked two areas on his back and prescribed a cough syrup. No chest exam or fever check. Four days later he felt worse and went to his primary care physician who said they should have done a more thorough check up.

Natalie was super patient and helpful both when I walked in and on the phone. I was able to schedule my TB skin test appointment and Physical online with them! It was out of pocket but wasnt insane. Overall appointment took about an hour.

Visited New Years Eve. From leaving the house to returning back home, with two children tested for Strep, it took 1 hour 15 minutes-1.5 hours. I call that a win! Id definitely return. The doctor we saw was very friendly and great with my children. (we did not have an appointment, it was walk-in).

We came in for ingrown toenail’s mail, they took my copay and then they told us they can’t do anything. They were so rude and unprofessional. They could have told us they don’t treat in grown toenails. DO NOT GO TO THUS UTGENT CARE THEY ARE THE WORST. They’re unprofessional and don’t care about patients they just take your money.

I have never had a problem like this here before. Must be new management here. They will do test you do not ask for and then send the test out to labs and then the labs will bill you. You will just get a suprise in the mail. When you call to dispute they tell you the info is on your discharge paperwork. The discharge paperwork is not reviewed with you by anyone. At no time was I told there would be additional charges for the test I did not ask for. I wonder how many people they do this to. Clinic manager will never talk to you. In regards to your response: I have not been contacted by anyone at your clinic. I have talked to the corporate office and they told me that the clinic manager said I would be charged and that was that. I would love for the clinic manager to take my call or call me.

I had a low grade fever that kept climbing close to 100, sore throat, exhaustion, headache chills, a kidney infection +underlying health conditions that limit my immune responses.The medical provider only listened to my lungs, told me I don’t have COVID and not to return unless my temp is 100.4 or higher.I tried to explain I had finished the antibiotics 2 days prior for a kidney infection and the antibiotics didn’t stop the symptoms. I was in considerable pain, both kidneys.He acted very impatient, cut me off, then repeated not to come back until my temp was over 100.4 again. It was 99.8 I’m a senior with issues with my pancreas and liver, so have concerns when my temp rises rapidly but he said I wasn’t sick.Turns out I had strep throat.Too tired to explain when cut off over and over.Very rude.The thing is there were only two patients there. He wasn’t too busy he just wasn’t interested in doing his job.If he would have at the very least looked in my mouth even he would have seen I needed antibiotics.He acted annoyed that I asked questions & showed zero concern.Twice I’ve had providers at this location misdiagnose and behave in a rude manner.

The front desk people are very good, very kind, very patient. There are a lot of people that come in expecting to be seen right away and that can’t happen in today’s world, unfortunately.I was seen as quickly as possible and everyone was friendly in the office. They met my needs and I got on my way quickly.I like the new online registration and check in. You can stay inside your car and they will text you whenever they are ready to see you. This reduces the amount of people that are in the office at the same time trading any kind of illnesses.

NP Paloma V, was rude and didn’t not listen to my concerns. My visit was 9 mins long. The receptionist gave off wrong communication and information over the phone and waisted my time. They don’t treat anything - They took my blood with the door open and patients could see me. Reporting to the state and my insurance.

Dr Dan was great. He asked question and checked my ears, noise, and throat. He wrote down the over the counter meds that work be helpful. He shared with me that childrens benadryl would be helpful. The nurse that took my blood pressure and other information was professional and kind. The girls at the front desk were pleasant.

I went to the Nextcare on Union Hills & N. 59th Ave and they were by far the best one I have gone to. Its not close to my home but well worth the drive!! I am getting older and when I am upset I jabber a mile a minute and both the nurse and the doctor were patient with me, redirecting me as needed!! They did another COVID test to confirm my at home test; it too was positive. The doctor had the greatest bedside manner and explained my options. He allowed me to make an informed decision without pressure!! He was simply marvelous!!! I would highly recommend this particular Nextcare!!!

Fast, friendly efficient service. The staff was helpful. Daniel Deusterman, FNP was very good. He diagnosed my issue quickly and described the treatment plan thoroughly. An overall pleasant experience.

Doctor was rude and made snide remarks like wow nice going and undermined me saying I wouldnt need stitches but ended up needing 3 stitches. Also after being numbed up with lidocaine I told them I could still feel everything that it hurt and he said well you shouldnt feel it but I did! his assistant was so rough cleaning the incision that I couldnt help but cry from the pain. But front desk was absolutely wonderful and quick service.

I would return here just because of Dan, the NP. He was wonderful with my 2 yr old grandson who had croup, and with me, too! We had some insurance issue and he even got involved with that, as well. He made a stressful visit so much easier with his true love for children and natural compassion.

I had the best experience. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I had a small piece of glass in my toe and they did everything they could to get it out but it was hard to see. The team work these woman had was outstanding and I am happy to say my toe is good as new!! Thanks ladies!! You do great work.

The physician was phenomenal, he actually took the time out not only listen to you but actually talked to you like a normal person. I love the fact he also gave different scenarios. Hands down the service from everyone was awesome.

Used AZ Nextcare in Flagstaff in the past for me, family, friends and work, wonderful results. No so much this time. Feeling very ill and I tried to use their virtual assistant to ask a question about coverage (I’m visiting from out of state now) so I wouldn’t waste either one of our time. Only I got no response in the chat that opened. No one responded for over 30 minutes. I then I called this location as it was nearest me to ask them my question and waited 17 minutes of non-stop recordings. The site indicated they only had 2 patients so I figured they’d pickup the phone eventually. They never did. If they were otherwise busy and had an option to “ leave a message” I would have done so. If they picked up the phone and told me to please hold I would have understood and waited longer.

Very happy with NextCare. Didnt wait too long. Very sympathetic staff and thorough. Tested my son for multiple things until finding out what was going on. Very happy with the care here a ND will come back again.

After 6+ awful experiences with another urgent care company, this one was so wonderful. I work with kids and frequently get sick and from front desk, medical assistant, and doctor, they all were so kind and respectful. In and out in 30 minutes on a Saturday morning! Thank you guys so much!

I had a nasty cut on my right ankle that required stitches. The staff (I mean all of them) were both patient and kind to me. They had to stay late because of me yet I never felt hurried. Thank you so very much for the care, you are appreciated. Dan

My daughter was not feeling well and was scared to go see the physician. But we were in and out and afterwards she was asking when she could go back because she thought her physician was funny and wanted to see him again. He made her comfortable and got her to laugh even though she was not feeling well. Will make this location our stop whenever the kiddos or us need treatment.

The staff was kind, the physician listened to my concerns, and the facility was clean. Im new to the area and wasnt sure where to go for the medical advice I was seeking . Im not a huge fan of doctors offices, but with a wound injury I figured I should go to make sure I was healing properly. Im satisfied with the outcome and the staff here, and I am picky.

Great experience today. First time in. Got me right in, had an issue with my insurance and still worked through it for me while handling it and clearing all confusion up. Team was great, doctor was great. I hope not to have to come back for obvious reasons but anyone who need urgent care in this area definitely will be in good hands going here. Thank you guys.

Showed up to be told there was no provider for the day.I would suggest someone spend 5 minutes and block out all the in-person appointments so people don’t waste their time scheduling an appointment you can’t honor.This is way too easily preventable using the above solution. Get your act together, folks.

Was a pleasant experience, you know, besides not feeling well. Not a long wait time. They were able to get me right in diagnose my issue, and give me treatment. Very friendly and a great atmosphere! So very glad I chose this location.

I dont typically write reviews.I used to come here all the time, even as a child and this place has just went wayyy downhill. Extremely disappointed. Everyone looks miserable, one girl in the back with eyelashes looked high as a kite and was extremely rude. I asked questions about the testing and her response... idk... Im not sure. She argued with me twice. The only good thing about this place was the nurse practitioner who was a complete sweet heart. I paid another $200 to go elsewhere today and was shocked by the difference in customer service. I will never come here again.

The staff and providers at this facility are amazing. I had the pleasure of being treated by Joe. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and welcome by the front desk staff. The medical assistants were both very nice considering how busy it was. And seemingly short staffed they were. Joe really made me feel like he genuinely cared. I would absolutely seek care here again in the future. I have a tremendous amount of respect for all of you that worked on 12/6/19. Seeing the behavior of some of the other patient in the lobby was ridiculous. I commend each of you for maintaining your compassion and professionalism.

Providers were great but location was over extended. Would definitely recommend choosing a different location, just because of the volume of patients. We waited over an hour for a scheduled appointment.

The visit to Nextcare was phenomenal. It is a lot more convenient and less expensive to visit than the emergency department. The NP treated my lower back with appropriate medication. Everyone from the beginning to the end were very friendly, very professional, and delivered exceptional service.

Dr. Dan took care of our boy when he fell into our coffee table and split his eyebrow open. His bedside manner was phenomenal and he was really great about making our boy feel safe. He gave us (the parents) an atta-boy/girl too for being good too. Haha! The staff was friendly, welcoming and informative. For our first time getting stitches, it couldn’t have gone smoother. I was extremely satisfied and pleased with my experience at Nextcare 59th Ave and Union Hills location. I had to take my 7yr old to be checked out after a tumble that left her ankle in pain and swollen and bruised. We were seen right away with no wait and the receptionist was amazing. She got us back and seen right away without making me fill out any paperwork since our information was current and we had already left another location without X-ray capacity. She was friendly and so helpful with my daughter’s situation. The physician was also great. He was knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. The entire visit from walking inside was only about twenty minutes. We weren’t rushed and had all of our questions answered. I don’t usually write reviews unless I’m extremely satisfied or completely disappointed. I definitely recommend this location!

Made an appointment and got here a minute after said appointment. The person right in front of us was a walk in and got seen immediately, and we waited over an hour. Once back the doc came in a timely manner. Was very friendly.Edit: I wasn’t aware that making an appointment wasn’t an actual appointment, but more a reminder of when to go. This doesn’t make sense to me. But the knowledge brought it from a 3 star. But not having that knowledge making the “appointment “ is what brought it down from a 5.

I went to this urgent care 15min before they closed in regards to a sore throat and having severe pain when swallowing.The FNP Daniel Deusterman was great and very thorough regarding my care and follow up treatment. Also, all of the staff there was very patient and nice, especially since I came in right before closing.

Mariam, the front office was welcoming & courteous. Sabrina, MA, was comforting & kind. Dan, FNP, was understanding & immediately fixed the problem for my son. Overall, my experience was wonderful & would recommend to all others.

Enjoyed going to this facility. Other Urgent Care locations the staff and doctors all seemed stuffy and not very personable. They acted as though you were a bother.This location, at 59th Ave and Union Hills has outstanding personnel. Staff were all great, kind and very helpful. The Doctor was amazing and very thorough. I had a really great experience at MextCare Urgent Care. I checked in online, received a text message when to come in. I was in and out in less than half an hour. The receptionist welcomed me and was very pleasant and helpful. The nurse taking my vitals was very nice and explained everything she was doing. The PA I saw was super nice and I could tell she loves her job. She was thorough, asked pertinent questions and explained everything so that it was easy to understand. My overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend them.
