Top notch place. Highly recommended. I was able to walk in without an appointment, see the doctor and do my screening. Now thats what you call service.

The receptionist is nice and polite when checking you an. The Doctors are very patient and helpful when it come to you asking questions and letting you know about whats going on with your body. The office is nice and clean as well...

Easy in and out. Went for drug screen. Was there less than 45 minutes. They do have a schedule for walk ins. Best to get an appointment. No one was there I came so it was pretty quick.

This place was very fast paced. Some other places for screens will make you wait 1-2 hours. Check in time to exit time was 12 minutes.

Great customer service from top to bottom. Mr. Godwin was great at his job. Very well pleased.

Today I needed information regarding a specific type of lab work for my son. I called the two most well-known labs from coast-to-coast, from La Jolla, California to Dallas, Texas and never had the opportunity to speak with a human being. Finally I called ARCpoint Labs of Grand Prairie-South and upon the second ring a human being answered the phone. I was astonished!!! The person answered all of my questions with precise knowledge. So for future reference, this is my go-to lab and I HIGHLY recommend it for anyone else who lives in the Dallas /Fort Worth Metroplex.
