I was here for Physical Check Up and also my Daughter was not feeling ok. And the staff and Doctor they help us a lot, they were so kind. It was a quick appointment.I am so grateful with this place.I recommend this clinic to everyone. Is 💯 for me.

From the time I walked in, I was greeted within 5 seconds. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and the nurse that took my vitals had a very calming and friendly vibe about her. She definitely put me at ease. The doctor was patient and took the time to listen to my concerns and then broke it all down for and answered all my questions. Now I have a better understanding of what I need to do. I visited this clinic on 6/22/2024 at 12:00 pm.

My visit was amazing. I was hesitant to go because I had visions of waiting in line for hours. I was serviced immediately. Staff and doctor were courteous and efficient.If I need urgent care in the future will definitely return!

I went in for my physical and everything that comes along with that. I was greeted right away. Everything was smooth they explained everything they were doing and was very courteous. Everyone was great from the gentleman at the front desk, to the Doctor and the MA Barbara.

My sister and I took our mom here because of a nagging cough and chills. The staff (Shmaya) were so kind, patient, and yet professional. Dr. Sobha had great bedside manners, was caring, and she took the time to teach her assists the difference of a regular heartbeat & a heart murmur. All around great experience.

I went for my yearly physical and it was a very pleasant experience ! All my wishes were respected . I did not have to do anything that made me uncomfortable . My body my choice . The doctor was understanding and worked with me . I was treated with dignity and respect ! I plan on going again next year to check on my doctor !

We came to GP Urgent Care for a physical. It was a great experience-comfortable, pleasant, positive, and very friendly. Dr. Joseph and Lakendra were very kind, courteous, and professional. They made sure to make their patient feel comfortable and talked to them through the process. It was genuinely the most pleasant experience we’ve had in a doctor’s office. We’ll take the time to drive over here next time!

I recommend Grand Prairie Urgent Care . Front office staff are friendly and professional . Dr Janga was easy to talk to and she diagnosed my problem and sent a prescription to my pharmacy . Visit was very easy .

I am so happy we went to Grand Prairie Urgent Care! The staff was so kind and caring. The physician listened to us, had compassion and did her up most to diagnose the health issue. She went over and beyond expectations. She treated us like family. My husband has finally got some relief, which means I also got some relief. I would highly recommend this clinic. The front staff was pleasant and patient. The Physician had great bed side manner & thorough. The medical assistant Ariel was so sweet and personable. Pretty attitude to match her face. Overall the staff was efficient and got me in and out quickly. I didn’t feel rushed or like they were too busy. Very reasonably priced if you are self pay. I drove 20 mins to come to this location and it will not be my preferred urgent care should I ever need to come back again. Thank you for great service it’s appreciated and goes a long way.

This was my first experience with the Grand Prairie Urgent Care. I was very pleased with the service I received. I was greeted very pleasantly by the receptionist Lakendra who was both friendly and professional. I was then led into the exam room where the medical assistant Diamond very efficiently took my vitals and very patiently answered all of my questions. I was seen by Dr. Joseph who was very thorough and also patiently answered all of the questions I had. I appreciated the knowledge Dr. Joseph shared and especially appreciated the prayer he prayed. Extremely pleased with my visit to this Urgent Care location. I was a little nervous coming in, but Aubrey and Suresh made me feel right at home. My visit was gentle and quick. Aubrey is such a nice woman and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. I highly recommend this location. Truly satisfied.

This place is horrible!!! Doctors don’t listen to what you tell them, they didn’t resolve my problem. The clinic is so unhygienic, and they have cameras and record the conversations! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This was the best experience I have had with a clinic. Everyone on their staff is amazing. Joseph, Ariel and Lakendra especially. I couldnt ask for more. They were so kind to my mom with her broken wrist, and we left feeling good. I highly recommend them. Our Dr , Joseph Courage, was the nicest , most caring Dr ever!!!!

My experience was great. Lakendra was awesome and made the experience absolutely amazing. I was comfortable immediately, and felt like I was in good hands. The staff was knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. J was cool, great bedside manner and thorough. She showed a sense of empathy which I haven’t felt from a doc in a while. Overall I would recommend if you’re looking for a Urgent Care.

Absolutely loved the patient care here! Dr Joseph was so accommodating and helped me and my boyfriend out after we been given the run around from different providers. Very professional and gave us the help we needed. Will definitely be going back there whenever we need to be heard and cared for !

Front desk: Pricilla was very soft spoken and kind checked in quickly. The MA Lakendra was amazing , she was attentive and very calming. My husband doesn’t like shots or needles of any kind. She gave him a shot and drew blood. He was amazed at how easy it was. He said he has never felt no sting or poke. He loved her. The DR was Joseph, he was willing to listen and work with my husband to find the best treatment my husband was comfortable with.I highly recommend this location, especially if you are a little nervous around medical offices.

Amazing staff and i had a great first visit! i spoke to lakendra over the phone prior to coming in and she was so sweet and very helpful. taphina took my vitals and was a very conversational lady that made me feel comfortable! jospeh was great as well! they seem to care for their patients. i only have good things to say :)

The wait is unbelievable. We registered at 2:30 p at 3:45 we were told its okay to leave and well call you when to return. At 5 pm we returned called into a room at 5:30 and now 6:57 still waiting.

I truly appreciate the service I received today. I’ve been to a few urgent cares in the area, but this one takes the lead. Everyone was very pleasant which is nice especially when you’re not feeling well. There was a wait, but it is that time of year. I do recommend this location.

This was the most unexpected most beautiful experience that I could have had being sick. Dr. Joseph was very attentive and thorough which made me feel cared for. Tahini and Lakendra were awesome as well! I’m not looking forward to being I’ll any time soon but if I am I will definitely not hesitate to go back!!!

I was praying for an Urgent Care Center on my way home from work. I was in an area I am not familiar with because I just started a new job. I had been sick over a week and was getting worse. I saw this place right after I prayed and pulled in. There was no wait. The staff were so kind. They made me feel so comfortable. The doctor took his time during my visit. I did not feel rushed. The thing that put this place over the top for me personally, was when the doctor asked if he could pray for me before I left. Not only did he provide for my medical needs but he also prayed for my healing. I knew God had led me to this place and He gets all the glory! If you want to go where you are made to feel welcome, by people who love and serve the Lord, this is the right place. I am on the mend now thanks to the care I received and people praying for me!

Definitely a unique experience! Pleasant staff, minimal wait, and the doctor was exceptional. It gave southern hospitality and welcoming vibes. Lakendra, Aubrey, and Dr. Courage created a memorable visit.

My experience on my visit to this urgent care on October 2, 2023 was good. Jaeda, Ariel, and Lasherwa were all fantastic. That was my second visit to the urgent care. Both times were fantastic. I spent almost an hour from the time I entered and the time I left the facility. I was the very first person to enter when the facility opened at 9 am, so I thought an hour was kind of too long.

I have been to this urgent care a few times and every time has been an amazing experience. The place is clean and organized. They take patient safety very seriously. I was seen by Joseph (NP) and Lakendra and Ariel (RMAs) they made every part of my visit comfortable, well informed, and the best experience I have had at an urgent care! Thank you all so much!

I visited Grand Prairie Urgent Care this past summer of 2023 and was worried that the bill would not be paid as I was newly placed on Medicare and this office was not on their list but the doctor and staff assured me that they were a Medicare approved. I took a chance and accepted their services. It took a while but it was approved by Medicare. The doctor and staff were professional and friendly and I will certainly go back when needed. The reason I went was for a poison ivy rash. Normally I get a steroid shot and am put on prednisone which keeps me miserable for a week because I cannot sleep. The doctor here did give me a steroid shot but gave me a cream to use on the rash. I was a little concerned because I am so allergic to poison ivy but it worked beautifully and I was able to sleep just fine. Thank you doctor and also a thank you to the staff.

The doc and nurse were very pleasant, which is why I gave 3 stars.However, the front desk lady seemed like she was ready to go home and was not welcoming at all . I went up to her to get my paperwork to fill out, she told me to sit behind the blue wall to fill them out.A couple mins later, a lady next to me starts coughing. Then another patient said she thinks her daughter has the flu. I immediately got up and asked her why did she have me sit on the sick side… she said I assumed you had on a mask that you were sick too … I advised I wear one, hoping not to get sick 🙄.A few mins later I pay my copay, then she tells me “oh you were involved in an accident, we don’t see accident patients”… I asked why would you take my copay if you can’t see me. Then she explained she didn’t know why I was being seen (hint look at the paperwork) but it would be up to the doctor.This should not be an experience with the initial person at the front desk!

I came to this clinic after having a terrible anxiety attack with cardiac symptoms. Lakendra, Joseph, and Aubrey were absolutely fantastic! I was a hard stick, but they were very patient in getting all the blood that they needed and they were very gentle with me. Joseph took the time to talk to me about stress and prioritizing things, and he was very graceful and supportive. Words cannot express how grateful I am for my three angels.

Second time here and I have to say the staff is the best. They get you in, listen to you, and get you what you need before sending you home. LaKendra is attentive and cares about her patients. The wait is minimal, so worth the trip if youre short on time.

What an incredible experience for me and my son. Joseph was excellent. He was thoughtful and responsive to our questions. Lakendra, Ajuna, and Ariel were wonderful to work with for getting there and having everything we needed. I may drive an hour to visit them if I’m ever in need because it was literally the best experience I’ve had with a clinic!

I came in for a regular sinus infection, and the Ms. Kendra and Dr. Janga were so professional and helpful. They were really well spoken and went above and beyond to make sure my visit was as comfortable as possible. Both of them answered every question I had and had a great attitude the whole process. Definitely will be returning for any other medical problems or procedures.

I accidentally ended up at this location but I am glad I did. My experience starting with Jaeda, the nurse and the provider was absolutely amazing. They were thorough and did not rush. If I need medical services again, I will definitely come here. Also, for it to be a high traffic area, the clinic was VERY clean, not overbearing with scents and quiet. My first time going here with one 2 yr old daughter. The staff was very polight and patient. I interacted with Jaeda, Anel and Joseph NP. They office was clean not very busy. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and understanding. He communicated with my daughter well which made it much easier. They don’t get many children as it is not a pediatric office but they still accepted her and if they were not 100% sure about something like dosage due to age they went back and took the time to get the correct answers for me. They actually prescribed her medications that helped and helped to prevent illness. With all this it was not a very long drawn out visit but it was not rushed. I would definitely go back and see them again! Wonderful job!

This is my go to urgent care clinic as I can always just walk-in w/o an appt and be seen right away. The front office Staff and Nurses are always friendly and efficient. NP Sobha and MA Lakendra were very caring and informative. Will definitely keep coming back here for my urgent care needs.

Visited solely because of the reviews and will do update if needed. Everyone was pleasant enough. The review is really based on my treatment or lack thereof. I went in with respiratory issues and was at first told that I would be tested for Covid and flu. My visit was all of 20 minutes which resulted in no testing and a RX being sent for possible sinus/respiratory infection. Im not happy to just be taking medication for a possibility I would like to know for sure what is wrong with me and now will still have to visit another clinic to be properly tested.

This place is EVERY bit of Amazing. It was my first time taking my special needs child to this location, and the staff was Awesome!! Very knowledgeable about their provided services and what further care my son T. Joiner will need. My heart was overflowing with joy the way the staff was very attentive and making him as well as myself comfortable and at ease that we came to the right place for care. The services I requested was completed in a timely manner and very diligent. Thank you soooo much team!!!!

I came in as a walk in appt for some ear issues, and had a great visit! My issues were resolved, and they got me in pretty quickly. Aubrey and Lakendra were super sweet and helpful, and Dr. Joseph was informative, and got my issues fixed.

I was worried about swelling in my throat. The doctor gave me a diagnosis and advised on treatment. He eased my worried mind and had a great bedside manner. The nurse was also very sweet and professional.

Hello,I would just like to say the staff at Grand Prairie Urgant Care Family Medicine, on Saturday 07/15/2023 it started at the front with Lakendra she was so kind and professional and just very polite she didn’t rush you just made you feel like you wanted to come back.Then when I went to the back area, the MA Ariel she was just as nice she was tentative polite got all your information to pass on to the doctor made you feel comfortable just nice, Lakendra was giving Ariel a few Pointers on a EKG and she took the advice with grace and Lakendra was a great teacher. And last, but certainly not least Dr. Collins was so professional and so nice and knowledgeable. She was there to ask you any questions that you needed to know ,she didn’t rush you she told you exactly what she felt was going on with you.She had a plan at the end of the visit, and I thought that was very considerate of her. The whole experience was great and that is what makes you want to keep going back to a place of business.they all worked well together, if they don’t work together at all times they should.Happy Patient😃

Lakendra the medical assistant was very nice and kind good service and I was fast! The provider the dr name Joseph was very nice as well n did a great job on helping my son with his finger!! My mom was in a lot of pain and needed to be seen. Having Medicare posed a problem finding a provider. Once we were referred to this clinic they were amazing. Online check in and registration was easy. We were greeted with care and kindness. The Dr took his time and listened to her symptoms and concerns. Great job! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this clinic.

The whole staff was knowledgeable and new did there jobs professionally I couldnt get into go see my primary care physician but I was in and out less than an hour and specifically thanks to the receptionist and exray technically very friendly man sorry I didnt get his name made feel at ease and thank you so much .

Lakendra was amazing with giving instruction, making me feel comfortable, and giving a smooth blood draw :) Joseph was great with making sure everything was ok and I had everything I needed. Doctor Joseph took care of me. He was very thorough and went out of his way on Memorial Day to help me find out what was wrong with me. I honestly could’ve been treated for something I didn’t even have and sent on my way, but Doctor Joseph got down to the bottom of it and performed all necessary tests to make sure I got the proper treatment. And let’s not forget to include he is very handsome! Lol. Thank you again Doctor Joseph for being the best doctor and a close doctor considering your office is up the street and it was hard to find an open office on Memorial Day. I’ll be sure to return if I am ever sick again. :) thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I brought my daughter in today to get seen and when I walked in the door the receptionist didn’t great me or the people coming in after me. I stood in front of the sign in sheet and she didn’t speak at all. I then went to sit down and mind you I have a one year old with fever above 100 and super fussy she waits till I get settled then decides to finally speak and ask what was I there for and that the wait would be two hours at minimum and the waiting room was empty.I asked how is that possible and she stated that all appointments were made online and the soonest they could see me would be until 2pm at that time it was 10am.So then I asked if I should set up my appointment online to be seen. The fact that i had to keep asking questions to get answers bothered me. As a receptionist working at a medical emergency center you should be as helpful as you can. People already go in there not feeling well and having to deal with an attitude from the receptionist is not a good look.I then asked if there was any way they could see my daughter sooner since she’s really sick in need of medical evaluation and she said they could do a virtual consultation but it wouldn’t be until an hour from the time I was there and they wouldn’t see the baby just through virtual consultation.In my opinion this is an emergency center if people placed an appointment online good for them but if someone is walking in the door of an “emergency” care with a fever over 100 you should take them back immediately. They had zero patients at that time just waiting for their “appointments”. When I was in I could see the doctor standing speaking to a different lady and they both were un occupied.The receptionist at this location was not helpful at all and could save her attitude for someone that has time and is not dealing with a sick child.

Most recommended urgent care in the area. Staff was extremely friendly, respectful and professional. I had a great experience overall with proper care & treatment.

Very great. I was extremely worried for what I was possibly going to get diagnosed with, but they were very kind and assuring and helped with my treatment and gave me a worker’s note to dismiss me from work.

I was a walk in for an ear infection and I was able to be seen within 45 mins. Dr. Courage was kind and knowledgeable, and had me walking out with antibiotics in under 20 mins. Dealing with insurance was a breeze and the paperwork they have you fill out is not overwhelming at all. Def recommending this place to family and friends.

The service provided by the receptionist and the physician was absolutely phenomenal, but the wait was horrendous even with an appointment scheduled ahead of time. Tammy, the physician, was so thorough and thoughtful during my exam and the receptionist was very kind and attentive. If not for the unjustified wait, I would have definitely submitted a 5-star rating. Overall, the care provided was amazing.

I absolutely love GP Urgent Care!! Dr Scott and her staff are amazing. The girl are the sweetest and willing to help. They make the facility feel so welcoming. Then get you in and out. Dr Scott is one of the reasons i continue to go back. She takes her time and is very informative. She makes sure you understand whats going. The whole staff is AMAZING!!

This is my new go to whenever I am unable to see my PCP. Joseph was very thorough in exam, answering any questions that I had. He went above and beyond to explain everything to me as well as providing a cheat sheet with the dos and donts. I highly recommend GP Urgent Care.

This clinic is the absolute best! Belinda at the front greeted me and helped me get checked in. I made my appointment online before hand so everything went very fast. Once I was in the back Jalaih took my vitals and asked about how I was feeling. It seemed like she genuinely cared about my health. Trevor was the physician assistant who saw me and he was incredibly thorough and his bedside manner was impeccable. My trip to urgent care was fast and easy and I cant reccomend this place enough.

There are super friendly, especially with kids. My son is 5 and they were so amazing with him and he walked out with a sticker and a lollipop. Front staff were great and welcoming even when I called to get information, everything was clear and easy. Will definitely be back! Thank you Urgent Care!

I had really messed my back up and had a baseball tournament to get to but was in no shape going to be able to coach with our the usual shot. They got me in and out faster than I needed. They were all friendly and accommodating. Belinda was awesome she did everything she could to make sure inwas food and on my way out of the clinic on time. Thank you so much. Great service! I would highly recommend. The medical staff were helpful and attentive to all my needs. I scheduled an appointment and filled out the intake questionnaire online. The questionnaire was short and easy to fill out. Soon after, I consult with the nurse and she answered all my questions. Everyone was friendly and provided excellent care.

When I came in today I experienced amazing customer service from lakendra. MA’s Aubrey and Ariel C did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and taken care of.

The best urgent care you can go to. I have been to a handful of urgent cares and none seem to care as much as Grand Prairie urgent care. From the start of our visit the front receptionist opened the door for me and my family and checked us in right away. He was kind and very sweet to my child. There was no wait for us to get a room. When we got into the room The Physician Trevor was very knowledgeable about my child’s condition. He told us everything he could and you can tell he is passionate about his job and caring for patients.. the next day I received a call from a staff member who was checking in to see how my child was. No urgent care has ever called for a follow up. This urgent care Actually Cares!

Took son here for the military DODMERB physical. Front office staff, medical assistants, and the doctor were all very friendly, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Day before Thanksgiving. I went and Ben the PA was very thorough and prescribed the right medication to get me over my crude. Could not have been more pleased. Thank you Urgent Care for taking care of me. My husband went 2 days after thanksgiving and was also very pleased. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the best clinic I have been to. The staff is very friendly and professional. The nurse practitioners actually care about my well being. Tami actually made an effort to reduce my charges as much as possible. The medical assistants were very nice and I loved talking with that one guy. Will be back here next time I am sick.

Everyone at the clinic is very pleasant and shows compassion. I was checked in quickly and brought to the back. Shae was very sweet. The PA, Trevor, was very thorough and got me in and out in a timely manner. He has a great bedside manner. I recommend for any of your urgent needs.

The MD was so sweet and comforting. She advised me of the steps and she also made me feel very safe and respected as well. I couldn’t get over how sweet she was. I have been going to this Urgent Care for years. I am glad that they allow me to continue be a primary patient instead of just a one time drop in. They are efficient and take the time to really listen to what I have to say. I also think they are probably the safest Dr. office in Grand Prairie.Almost a year later:I went to Grand Prairie Urgent Care for a very minor complaint. After a few questions and tests, Tami Barton found that I had a very serious condition bordering on life threatening. Tami took a great deal of time going over details and explaining steps needed.I don’t believe I have ever had a health care professional take as much time as necessary to ensure I totally understood the ramifications and steps I need to take. Follow up has been stellar. Several follow up calls and condition checks over the next week helped me calm down after this disturbing discovery.I am literally trusting Grand Prairie Urgent Care in general and Tami Barton specifically, with my very life.

I love this office, the staff is great and I prefer to see the NP Tami Barton she is very thorough and makes sure we figure out whats going on rather than just blow it off and try to treat symptoms like most providers do, she actually tries to find answers. The medical assistants were awesome as well and very nice.

I came here for the first time this week and receptionist was friendly and courteous. Did not wait long even though was my first time and all the paper work had to be filled out and insurance checked and did not have an appointment.As an Rn I have been on both sides (as a nurse and a patient)and it does not matter always how long the wait might be especially since you are able to walk in with out an appointment, friendliness and courtesy will always be a determining factor if you were to trturn or not and the fine care you receive as well. I will recommend this place to anyone. My daughter came here once and I was impressed with the care she received.

I was in search of a COVID-19 Rapid Test and this clinic really pulled through.I was called after making an online appointment to change it to a virtual appointment the next day.We did most of our business through an online portal that did not require me to make an account and had 2-factor authentication.That system also allowed me to make a payment, upload my insurance and host our video chat for the visit.Tami Barton FNP-C was a very sweet and caring medical professional with a helpful bedside manner. She gave me very honest and current advice. It was nice to be under her care.The staff that met me outside to swab my nose were also very nice. I was happy with my first ever visit to this clinic and will highly consider them in the future for my urgent care and testing needs.Thank you all!

Our 18 month old decided to split his eyebrow open on Valentine’s Day. The staff were so helpful and sweet, they really helped us calm down and not have a full on Karen moment. They’re all very professional and caring, I would recommend it to any one.

I was on and out quickly. The provider was very personable and pleasant. The MA staff Lakendra and Ariel were great! They were kind and pleasant .

Made an appointment for my mother at 6:15 pm for 6:45 pm on a Thursday night and did web check-in. Went in and was checked in fast. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were all very nice and welcoming even though they close at 8pm. She was treated and out the door with prescriptions by 7:30 pm. So much better than Care Now. We really appreciated the friendliness and care.

From the people at the front desk, the nurse taking blood samples, to the MA. All were amazing. I now use GP urgent care as my PC provider because of the time and patience the MA gives and the knowledge she has on my health issues. I cant say enough good things about this clinic. Tammi Barton, by far is the best PA/doctor Ive ever had. She listens to you, takes notes and gets you fixed up. I cant say enough good things about her.

The staff here is very kind and compassionate. They make sure that you do not feel rushed, take the time to answer all of your questions and Dr Edelman honestly just made me feel so much better talking to her before I even received treatment. Great convenient hours and location right off Hwy 360. Service was fast even without any appointment. The providers and staff were all competent and friendly. Sure I would stay with my PCP doctor whenever possible, but if I ever have a minor cold or injury and really want to have it taken care of on my way from work, without any appointment or waiting, I would not hesitate to walk in here.

This place was great before. They changed ownership last week and it has become just another urgent care. No longer family medicine. You will have to redo all paperwork like its your first time here. Your visit is gonna be charged to you like a urgent care visit even if its not an emergency or you make an appointment. We set up an appointment for vaccinations and they still didnt have them when we arrived. The appointment was planned around when they were supposed to have them. More time wasted here. Its all about getting that insurance money now. Find a better place.

Terrible service, and I only had to deal with a phone call, I cannot imagine going in.Used this as my general practitioner, as did my husband, and took our kids when urgent care was needed. We always felt taken care of and enjoyed it as much as you can enjoy a doctor visit.Called my pharmacist recently for a refill on my emergency inhaler, the thing that keeps me alive and breathing, recently to find out that it was marked as rejected because they never heard back from the doctors office. So I called myself. Have not had any issue getting a refill for any of the 3 medications I take for my severe asthma/allergies in the past. Today I was told that the owners policy is no over the phone refills and I have to come in, naturally they want the charge I assume. Fine, I need to breathe so I’ll come in. But wait, they close in 30 minutes and are closed tomorrow. I ask is there anything that can be done as I CANNOT BREATHE, and am told it’s against the policy and nothing can be done. So I asked what I’m supposed to do seeing as I’m having issues breathing and an inhaler is needed. The woman on the phone, with her “terrific” attitude let me know that I can find another urgent care or an emergency room. Cool. I’ll be sure to do that and never let this company have a dime of my money again. Reading through reviews here, I was surprised to see the low number when I was pulling up the phone number, then I saw that the ownership has recently changed hands. That’s too bad that they took a great office and destroyed it. If you have another option, I would suggest saving yourself the frustration and finding another location.I first called in my refill over 1 week ago, when it was not urgent. Would’ve been nice to know that I had to go in then.It’s good to know that this doctors office is not concerned with people’s health

We were searching everywhere to get a school physical done for my daughter but every other place was already booked up. We found this location on a Saturday and luckily we were able to get an appt. We were in and out in 20 minutes! The staff were all very nice and friendly.

We took our granddaughter who had a fever and was feeling very sick. The people working at front desk were very friendly and proactively took the temperature of my granddaughter while we were providing personal information. My granddaughter had been to her pediatrician a few days ago and was diagnosed with respiratory infection but failed to treat her with antibiotics. They did a quick examination and determined that she needed to go to the hospital immediately. But to our surprise they did not charge us for the visit and even followed up with a phone call to see how she was doing. It is rare these days to find honest and ethical caregivers. The doctor could have easily prescribed an antibiotic and send us on our way, instead he put the child’s welfare above everything else.We definitely recommend this urgent care to everyone.

The belittlement and condescending actions of both Trevor Stephens and Tessa (front desk rep) were disgusting and uncalled for.To start,I made a same day appointment for strep throat and tonsillitis symptoms. I was called by the front desk representative shortly before my appointment. With annoyance in her voice, she stated that I was not covered under my parents medical insurance, and saw I only had vision. I explained I have used the same insurance company for years at this very facility and that I was sure I was covered. She dismissed that fact and said “then call your dad and see what happened”. I called the Insurance Company instead, they confirmed my coverage and offered to conference call with her to provide confirmation. She also told the insurance rep that I was showing as not covered, she dismissed the insurance rep and told me she would bill still them but that I needed to be prepared to pay the total of the visit if they do not accept the bill.The appointment / Physician Assistant: Trevor StephensI explained my symptoms and sore throat pain, I also explained that there were large white spots in the back of my throat. I explained the pain level and difficulty of swallowing was so severe that I was unable to eat. I asked multiple times for Trevor Stephens to review my medical records to see the history of the treatment that was previously provided for this (a steroid shot). I also stated this was because when previous prescriptions were prescribed (example: Azithromycin), it was ineffective, I also was allergic and the sore throat escalated to Tonsillitis. He declined to review the medical history. Trevor Stephens instead belittled me and with lack of sympathy he said “my symptoms are not that severe” and prescribed me a mouth wash and said to “let it run its course”. I explained I have also used the mouth wash before and it was ineffective. I alsoexplained that I was requesting to get the shot as a preventative method from Tonsillitis, should the Strep test come back negative, as it has in the past and the shot then recommended and administered after further evaluation.Trevor Stephens declined and tried to wrap up the virtual call. I asked for it to be documented in my records that he denied service please send a copy of it to me. He agreed. 5 minutes later he called back and said if the Strep test is positive or negative, I can still get the steroid shot administered, if the Covid test was negative and that the denial of service documentation was no longer needed.Both the Step and Covid test came back negative. I then asked when I could receive the shot. Trevor Stephens went back on his word and said he would not administer it because I needed a positive strep test. I asked again for Trevor to look at the medical records from doctors at this very facility, he finally did and confirmed he saw they *did* administer the shot after further evaluation but he still didn’t think the steroid shot was a good idea and it was better to “let the sickness run its course”I then asked, with the test coming back negative and mouth wash he prescribed being ineffective, can further evaluation please be completed, because I can’t eat do to the pain & if a medication can be prescribed, so that I could at least be able to eat. He raised he tone and he said would prescribe me an antibiotic, I asked was why it wasn’t offered before and rudely said “because it’s the same thing as Tylenol and also not that effective. What you have only goes away on its own within 10 days”I understood that Trevor Stephens was not interested in providing care, he also declined to complete further testing and evaluation to give me an accurate diagnosis. I told him because of this, I feel negligence was at hand. He then yelled he would not be insulted, said he was going to disconnect the call. I explained l may need to consider legal action due to denial of service.I was then told I was discharged from the facility because I brought up legal action I asked if I can see my previous doctor there and that was also declined

Went for an athletics physical for my daughter, they only charge $20! In and out within an hour and super friendly people. Looks like you can schedule and check-in online which may be helpfully in flu season. Will definitely go back if we need more physicals or cant get in with our primary docs.

Most unorganized and dysfunctional medical facility I have ever been too. They have zero customer service skills. It used to be a much better place under old management.— Window lady (Myrna) was so rude. At least McDonald’s employees ask you “ How May I help you.” We went to window and she said Yes with anger.— Nurse name Carmen who used to work there before she was really caring and professional about her job. Nurse this time said just to Arlington imaging center and they will do ultrasound on you. We already faxed the documents. When we went there we were told we need an appointment and patient has to be fasting. It was really waste of a trip.— Doctor wasn’t professionaly dressed. She told us that she will call us blood work results next day. A week passed by I didn’t hear back from them. I called them. They put me on hold for 15 fifteen just to ask patient name and DOB. Myrna said she will call me back with results. I never got any call from her. I had to go to their office next day and get those results in person. SERIOUSLY, took one week just to get blood work results and I had to go there to get it. I’m 100% sure they never faxed results to my pcp either.It took us almost 2 hours to see a doctor and we were the only patient that time.They don’t care about their patients. Will never go back there again.

Although we waited almost an hour for a sports physical, the staff was great. Trevor was amazing. He took his time conducting the physical. Once he came in, we were in and out in no time! And it only cost $35. No complaints!

I found Grand Prairie Urgent Care as it was close to my work. Went in today as Ive been really sick the last couple of days. I couldnt have been more happy with the service from the staff and the doctor. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Doctor was very thorough and covered all of my needs. I highly recommend this urgent care center.

Excellent customer service. I really like this urgent care, not only do they open late and you can be put on a call ahead list in case there is a long wait. They practice as a primary care doctor so my insurance rates are lower. their staff is great! We will for sure be back if needed.

Recently called and was seen thru Telemed for a Covid 19 testing and staff was fast at responding and able to have me come in the same day for me and my 2 kids. Testing was fast within 5 minutes we had all 3 test taken. Doctor and staff are very attentive and truly care for your health.

Ive been to this place 2 or 3 times. The web portal makes super easy to schedule an appointment and collects all my information so Im ready to be seen. The staff and providers have all been great. Definitely recommend 👌

I was the first one there upon opening, but was left in a room for almost an hour after talking with the nurse, waiting for the doctor. Once she came in she was rude and condescending. I was in pain and only needed some time off work to heal she stated she could give me 2 days. I asked her to fill out this one half page form for my job so that I could get paid while off she stated that they charge $25.00. So I just asked for a doctors note which I was then only given one day instead of 2. I wouldn’t go here if you really are concerned with your health. The nurses and other staff was nice but the doctor is rude.

Worst place Ive ever been to in my life. The way Ive seen the staff treat Hispanics and black people is disgusting.I rode with my friend (who was pregnant and sick) and witnessed1. The new staff, especially the young blk female that sits up front is so unprofessional. Her attitude and demeanor confirms she cares nothing about the patients. I have several examples of why the staff is incompetent but I dont wish to drag this out. The lady named Jay seems like the only employee there with customer service skills and knows how to treat people.

I had an appointment for this morning for a Rapid COVID test at 9:15 - I made the appointment the night before, and received confirmation. I live in Dallas, so this was not a short drive for me. I received a phone call an hour before the scheduled appointment; the front desk told me that they made a mistake ad it would be a tele-visit, and the doctor would let me now what time to come back and get the test done, sometime around 11:30 or 2. I told her that purposely made the appointment for that time because Im a healthcare worker and had a client at 10, and she responded Well that wont work. We only do the tests 5-6 times a day, otherwise we would have to run out to the car every few minutes. She was so cavalier and uncaring. If they dont want to do COVID Rapid Tests rapidly, then they shouldnt have appointments available.

Everyone here treated my son with so much care. The staff was phenomenal and I would recommend coming here for medical services to friends and family. Thanks for all that you do for patients, I greatly appreciate your time, care, and concerns for my son.

Allergy season is killing me! But this is Texas! I came in to be treated for my allergies/sinusitis and the first thing that I loved about this place is that they charged my PCP co pay and not the Urgent Care co pay. Now that saved me money. The Dr and staff were great and I left the clinic feeling better than when I walked in. Great Service!

Warm and friendly staff. Providers are thorough and really care about overall well-being. I recommend calling ahead to avoid waiting in the office for an extended period although the office is nice. I just prefer to rest at home until a room is ready.

Do your Covid test here!!!! CVS takes way to long to get your results I nearly had to change my international travel plans because CVS was soooo slow. I went here and had results in an hour and was able to keep my plans. Huge thank you

As enjoyable as the doctors office can be- the visit was efficient and quick. They had a quality COVID structure in place. Make sure you call them to tell them you have arrived in the parking lot- so they can give you further instructions.

I went in for a medical condition. They changed owners, Drs and they are out of network with my insurance. Of course I was in pain and did not wanna leave. NP Francisca Aninye took care of my needs. She was very efficient and listen to my concerns. I am glad she was there. Overall great experience!!!!!!!

I am sure any positive reviews about the staff have been written by the staff. They are so rude and even if you call ahead, they will tell you that they can help you, but once you get there, you will realize that it was for nothing. Then not only that, if you have an insurance claim or need a referral, be prepared to be on them 24/7 to make sure it gets done. Mary was supposed to help me but every time I would call to get the status of it, I would be directed to someone else. Not only did I have to call her all the time, but when I finally did get a hold of her, she had some lame excuse as to why it was not done. Please avoid the hassle and go somewhere else, I wish that Dr. Beene herself had a better staff because she is a great doctor, but it is NOT worth it to go through them to get to her.

I usually go to this urgent care and have never had a problem but today I went and the nurse practitioner had a serious attitude problem. I went in for pain in my throat thinking there is inflammation, she shined the light for 1 second and says no nothing. I told her my throat still hurts and she said “well what do you want me to do about it”. I was shocked at her rudeness and her complete and utter lack of care and bedside manner. Truly disappointed

I can’t recommend this place enough!!!! I got treatment and started feeling so much better. They are compassionate, thoughtful, and caring. Something you don’t see in the medical field anymore. Want a medical place who cares? Look no further. Thank you for everything!!!

Posted on behalf of my daughter - I went to this place to have myself & my 7 year old checked out for the flu & strep. Was told by the lady at front desk that I will have to pay my Co-pay of $20 for each of us & then $30 each person for a flu test & $30 each person for a strep test...WHAT! I have excellent insurance and have never heard of this. Then the lady tells me that they will have to send the test off to Quest Labs to get the results...WHAT! Never heard of this in all my life. And the results would not be back until next week. WHAT! Ok I am so frustrated I am calling my rep at BCBS which she tells me that this is absolutely absurd. So after waiting an hour for an appointment and After having this conversation then the lady at the front desk decides to tell me that she was wrong and that it is only a $20 copay for each person and thats all plus the tests results would be given right after taken. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. I FEEL HORRIBLE & SO DOES MY SON AND TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL OF THIS...NOT NO MORE.

They were able to see my daughter within a couple of hours of me calling them. She is intellectually disabled, and the two ladies who treated her were very patient and kind. I would definitely go back for anything that needs immediate attention.

This is the worst urgent care anyone can imagine. You have a 73 year old man who does not know how to use his phone let alone try and figure out how to do a virtual visit, he took a covid test the day before and tested negative, and this office still will not see him. The whole point of virtual visits are to protect everyone from covid, if he did his rapid test and the swab 2 day test and both were negative, common sense would tell these people they would be able to see this patient without the virtual visit first. But no, they claim it is policy, the policy is to insure that the patient does not have covid, which he DOES NOT!! This office does not care about seeing patients, they would prefer to sit back and claim they can give a diagnosis over the phone without doing any tests or blood work anymore. If you trust an office that will diagnose you over the phone without ever seeing you, go right ahead.

The slowest urgent care around. It took forever and I finally walked out. I was the only person back there besides someone that came after me. They just say we short staffed. Never going back

She explained to me that Dr. Maynard was nice and she felt really comfortable because he showed that he cared. She said that will be your dads doctor from now on. Let me tell you she was looking for literally years. Im so glad that she found someone to see my dad that cares because my dad needs it, see my dad had an anyeurism, if thats how u spell it lol. So he needs a little more TLC :). So with that said I highly recommend everyone to give them a try. I bet you would love them. Oh and one more thing the girls Ive dealt with in the front end have gone the extra mile to help as well. Thanks Urgent Care Of Grand Prairie!

Save your money and energy! I had a visit September 5th and never received a follow up regarding my lab report. I’ve been calling the office every week asking about my lab reports. One personnel told me that they were waiting for quest, following week a different personnel stated that they report is waiting to be reviewed by the doctor. I called today an entirely different person stated that they can not find a record of my labs. Do not go to this place. Beware. Irresponsible. It’s unfortunate that I haven’t received a follow up call.

WOW! URGENT is the wrong name for this place. Never been here before, but wanted to get in somewhere quick and this was closer then my primary and Carenow. Couldnt get into my primary until late afternoon when an appointment was available. So on Friday at 11AM I walk in and was informed there was about a 1 to 1.5 hr wait, but didnt have to stay they would call. Well over 2 hours later I still hadnt heard back, so went back in to be informed there was two more call backs ahead of me...but since I was here shed get me in. About an hour and half later Im done, almost, they dont do x-rays there so I had to got somewhere else for them. (On a positive note that place was quick.) So now I wait for the Dr. to review the results...and wait and wait...Monday at 6PM still havent heard from them so had to call. They had the results but no info for me and they would call back...finally did at 9:30PM This place is LAME!!! Unless you just have time to waste, go somewhere else. I should have just got the afternoon appointment at my normal doctors, would have still been quicker.**UPDATE: I had went in due to back and hip pain with numbness in upper leg and pain when walking. The diagnosis I get when they called was its a MILD case of scoliosis should be fine. Talk about poor practice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I still had pain with the medicine they prescribed so I went to the chiropractor and got a whole different result. I saw the x-ray mild is an understatement! Spine looks like a crescent moon. The pain/numbness was from a bulging disk, pinched nerve and slightly dislocated hip! I got adjusted and the pain and numbness is gone!! :)Do yourself a favor and find a better office!!!

About 2 weeks ago my daughter was very ill and i was in the area, Grand Prarie Urgent Care was the closest to us. As soon as i walked in the door i was treated with amazing hospitality. The staff were very understanding and quickly got us all set up to see the Dr. Thank you for all your help!

Wonderful doctors and staff. I was in and out. All of my medical concerns were addressed. The staff is VERY NICE and FRIENDLY!

The most pathetic and poorly operated office staff I’ve ever encountered. The incompetence is ridiculous. The receptionist didn’t take down my number properly, I never received the link for patient check-in, called 9 times for no one to answer. Got there and my appointment was canceled. No apologies, no concern for why I needed rapid testing. Do better.

Very disappointed. We arrived at 9:05 am this morning. At 11:15 am we were still waiting to be called back. Our co-pay had been taken earlier. After waiting 2 hours and seeing only 3 Patients leave, we asked for a refund and left. In the past, it usually takes 45 minutes waiting in ths exam room. That makes almost 3 hours to see a Dr! WAY TOO LONG!

They charged me a $120 deposit for covid tests in case my insurance didnt cover it, to be refunded if the claim was paid. My insurance paid right away but GPUC wont refund my $120. It has been three months. They are greedy thieves and cant be trusted.

Took my son in and didn’t have to wait long at all, the staff was very friendly and the dr. Very thorough. Highly recommended

Ive been on 3 separate occasions and while I call ahead I still end up waiting over an hour in the lobby with a sick child/spouse and at least 30 minutes in the back. This is a miserable experience and defeats the purpose of checking in advance. Nothing urgent about their services. Some of the office staff were unhelpful answering questions. Great docs, but I expect a lot more.

They got me in quickly and the entire staff took great care of me. Been coming here for years it has been awhile tho, glad to see nothing has changed.

Just wanted to point out that Benji gave me a steroid shot and did it very smoothly in a way that didn’t hurt. :) place took a bit to get me in but it wasn’t a big deal.
