Never answers the phone! And half the time when you do call you’ll be lucky to not get a busy dial tone or have someone pick up the phone to immediately put you on hold then have the phone hang up on you

Been trying to get the health inspector out here for over a month. Had a new septic put in and now have blackwater seeping out from the ground because the old tank was not pumped and condemned propery.My yard and my neighbors property are now contaminated. Everytime we call they say they are going be here tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. They lied to the Alabama On-site Water board investigator and said they came out and inspected it thus my security cameras and my own eyes say other wise. Nothing but lies and no communication from these people. They lack integrity and have no respect for our community.(EDIT) they sent an inspector out hours after posting this review and she claimed that she cant see anything wrong....Of course she didnt. They waited an entire month for the blackwater to dry up and seep back into the ground. Doesnt change the fact that my yard and the neighboring property are now contaminated. And I believe the pictures I posted with this review say other wise. My AC unit is within 4 feet of the infected site. Once this soil drys up completely, it will become airborne in the form of pathogenic, diseased dust when everytime the wind blows. Its going to be sucked into my home with my children. The people employed at this establishment do not care about our communitys health and wellbeing at all. They are just getting paid to sit around making a living collecting our tax dollars.

Marshall County Home Health has the most unprofessional Healthcare weve ever experienced.No HIPPA, (health info privacy), no dignity or respect shown to their patients, no cleanliness of employees, they wont return your phone calls & theres never a supervisor or manager available. Its basically a circus of the most idiotic people Ive ever dealt with.

We were fortunate to be one of the first people through the door in the morning. We found the folks working the counter very professional and friendly. The building was clean and well kept. We were in and out, in a much shorter time line than I had anticipated. I was very pleased! Thank you!

This was the best experience I have ever had at any doctors office. From the front desk all the way through to the back end. Thank you to Sara, Connie, Lyndsey, Elisa, Marisela and Josie for making my visit less stressful I highly appreciated all of your kindness.

I had to go here to get the first of the Moderna vaccines. Everything was well set up, very clean, and there were more than enough seats. (With respect to Covid restrictions)My wait wasnt long at all and it was pleasant to sit for 20 minutes while we made sure that the vaccine wasnt going to hurt me.The nurses were very calm and were very able to answer my questions before the stick.Definitely recommend the location!

Can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone. It rings & rings & rings & then finally disconnects. Completely ridiculous. Apparently if you want to make an appointment you’re better off just driving all the way up there & doing it in person because you won’t be able to do it over the phone.

Very pleased south their facility, Covid rules applied and friendly door greeter. Martha was very pleasant and knowledgeable in her department. Bilingual specialist. Turn around time was effectively efficient. Highly recommend.

I don’t even know why they have a phone if they never gonna answer or just leave you on hold for 10 min

This place will not return calls or help set up for a test! I have been calling two days no return calls!! The lady that’s answers the phone now knows my voice when I call and can almost recite my number!!

Amazing and helping receptionist and the most caring nurse. The only reason I gave them 4stars was due to a bit of a wait. But overall, making more appointments here!

This is a shout out to Marshall County Health Department! During this terrible Covid time it was so very pleasant to have my shots here! The staff , nurses and volunteers ....every single one of them were so upbeat , pleasant and professional!

These people are not about helping people unless u got insurance or can pay. I am looking for others to join my cause to stop mental health center from taking funds and not helping those who are in needThey get alot alit alit of money where is it going

Very unresponsive. They pick up the phone but hang up right away. And then leave the phone off the hook. What the purpose of having this facility if the public cant use it.

I’ve been calling for a week straight and still have no answer. they don’t know how to return a phone call or pick up the phone for appointments.

They will NOT answer their phones. when they do answer they say could you hold ? then never pick back up.

The lady of front is so rude blue eyes one she always have attitude because of her I don’t what go there no more .

Had to go in to get copies of personal information sent to me. Happened very fast with no problems Great job

No one seems to know how to answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold and then the line goes dead ,leave a message and never get a call back .

Was on hold for ten minutes and then the call dropped. That’s after calling four times and finally getting an answer. Now they won’t answer at all.

Medicaid Social worker was in a bad attitude when she called my name and started asking me to loud it looks like she was having some sort of nervous breakdown she didn’t let me explain what was question about my case she didn’t help me at all...

They are usually ok to me, but some are very hateful to certain people.

They are always helpful with me…

I have called 10 times already and cant get an answer. This is ridiculous.
