Dr. Mary F. Holley

I’ve had 2 experiences here and they were several years apart! The first time I was having issues and dr Holley was very kind and professional and helped me fix that issue…. Fast forward a few years and I’d had a baby… well now I wanted a different birth control that would help control excessive bleeding! She went over everything, performed an ultrasound to make sure my lady organs were okay and talked to me about which birth controls would be best for me and i ultimately decided on the nexplanon. She inserted it in no time and did a very good job! No complaints here!! The staff is so kind and patient. I really like Dr Holley!!! She also jokes with you and has a nice sense of humor which can be relaxing if you have anxiety like I do

Love Dr.Holly & her staff everyone from the front desk to the nurses in the back they’re wonderful and so down to earth❤️…Dr.Holly will sit and listen to any concerns or questions you may have and she strives to help you anyway possible and in a very timely manner!! 10/10 Recommend you will not be disappointed!!! 💯

I found Dr. Holley through my sister and have had nothing but pleasant experiences going to her office. Everyone is extremely polite and friendly. Dr. Mary Holley is a very personable person who makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to really sit and ask as many questions. Definitely the best OB I have gone to!

Highly recommend! This is the first time I’ve been to a doctor’s office of any kind and actually didn’t feel like I was in a doctors office. Ladies, if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable for you or your daughters, this is where you go! The staff are comforting, no uncomfortable itchy paper gowns, and privacy!!! I have been to a few lady doctors in my day but this is the one I’ll stick with! No boring white walls, no judgey nurses, and the doctor is the sweetest lady I have ever met! I felt so comfortable here I honestly felt like I was at a relative’s home! If I could leave more than five stars I would absolutely in a heartbeat!Now let me tell you a story, when I was 14 I went to an office in HVille who judged me for wanting birth control (for hormone leveling, not for any other reason) and they judged me and told me over and over again how young I am. This clinic is the exact opposite! I will recommend this office to all the ladies I know.Thank you for making your patients feel so comfortable and safe!! You ladies ROCK!!

I have 4 kids so I have had my fair share of gynecologist visit. This was by far the best experience I have ever had visiting one. Dr.Holley makes you feel so comfortable through out the whole process. Takes her time listening to concerns you may have. She overall really cares about her patients. I will only be seeing her from now on. And recommend anyone who has been looking for a doctor that truly still cares and loves what they do to come here also.

I am a medical assistant and the treatment there is excellent how I love to take care of my patients. I Love how on my first time seeing her she was concern and took her time and made me feel comfortable and the staff. I am so happy with her service as a gynecologist. Thank you 🙏🥰

I have been a patient here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone is patient, sweet and caring. Here recently I was needing some help with a referral and Jahaira at the front desk went above and beyond to help me! Usually I get anxious asking questions over the phone but she really took the time to listen to me! I am very thankful for the women in this office!

First time going to Dr. Holley. she is a very sweet and professional lady, her nice and calming personality makes you feel less nervous/scared. She is very patient and understanding. The office is very clean and sanitary. professional and sweet staff too. Highly recommend this awesome team!!!!!

Highly deceitful! Explained over the phone that the Only reason we looked into this location was so my mother could have a prescriber for her medication and she is uninsured. I gave them the entire list of medications over the phone then they set up an appointment. However after her visit Dr. Mary F. Holly informed us she would Not take my mother as a patient due to her medications...We made it very clear over the phone that the ONLY thing we needed was someone to prescribe my very sick mother her meds she has received for years sp why would they accept us for an appointment just to tell us no? Left her office feeling like inwas robbed of $80 for nothing.The doctor was also extremely rude and made both of us feel unwanted. Could not recommend someone any less than Dr Holley.

This was my first visit with Dr. Holley. (1/27/17)Im very impressed! The office staff is absolutely amazing along with Dr. Holley. I was really nervous going to a new GYN after Dr.Billue retired. I felt very comfortable. She was very nice and professional. She definitely knows what shes doing. I will return to her when its that time again! I would definitely recommend her!

I dont really get the one star reviews. I also dont get the review about the receptionist being rude. Today was my first time at this establishment, and I have wonderful things to say about the staff and the doctor. They make you feel at home and welcome as soon as you walk through the door. The staff is very kind, patient, and down to Earth. The doctor is very kind and she lets you know exactly what she sees, and what is going on. I am going to her from now on. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience.

Horrible place. Front desk was fine. Doctor was awful. If you are inexperienced at the gynecologist absolutely DO NOT go here. The doctor was so rude and way too rough. I’m so incredibly disappointed.

Dr. Holley was the first OB/GYN I saw as a pre-teen and she has helped me with everything from irregular and painful periods, overblown acne, hormone imbalances, birth control and even just general medical problems. She is very patient, listens to everything you have to say and answers all your questions. Her attitude towards her patients shows that she truly cares about her work and helping the women who come into her office.During the time she was away a few years back, I saw several other gynecologists and was utterly frustrated with every single one of them. I was so thrilled when Dr Holley opened up her practice again in Guntersville.The other staff members are just as compassionate and diligent as she is and have been nothing but helpful, cheerful and friendly. Even when I was without insurance, they were willing to work with me so that I could get the care I needed and pay them a bit at a time.I have not had a chance to see the other provider at the practice, but if Dr Holley puts her trust in them, I am sure they measure up to the same standards of excellence. Ladies, if you are looking for a gynecologist that understands what we sometimes have to go through and is ready to help you get well and stay well, do yourself a favor and make an appointment here.

Hopefully reviews here dont get deleted like Facebook does.I dont recommend this establishment at all. The NP they Had was absolutely terrible. The best news I saw coming from their page was that NP accepted a position in Alaska, which I will pray for those in Alaska who come across her. They let this female NP bully patients and was ok with it.Im so sad theyre the only ones that take lower income patients because we dont have any other choice but to stay bullied or get no female health care.

Dr. Holley diagnosed my cervical cancer. She along with her staff have been extraordinarily supportive. I honestly have not encountered a more kind, patient, thoughtful staff in my journey with this diagnosis. Thankful, for them all. Was so glad to see Dr. Holley reopen a practice. It was what finally gave me the push to get that much needed checkup!

Dr. Holley is simple and she has a presence of an angel, she is a Godly woman who wants all of her patients to be healthy!She takes time to focus on person and their body. I have been a long-time patient 28 years to be exact and I trust her more than any other physician there is out there!!!

Dr. Holley said she wanted to put me on Spironolactone to help me get pregnant.However, both my pharmacist and family doctor told me to absolutely NOT take that if we are ttc. I called Dr. Holley to let her know and she said you mightve taught me something I wasnt aware of! That is very alarming to come from a doctor, specifically a gynecologist. I do not recommend her if you are ttc.

Dr Holley is so precious. She makes you feel comfortable and so well taken care of. I am so thankful I am able to call her my Dr. She is kind and listens to everything with concern and care. Love her dearly!

Dr. Holley is very kind. I do not have a family doctor so I have used her for a lot of things other than gyno. She listens and will help you or refer you to a specialist if she cant. I am very thankful for her.

Unprofessional staff. Lobby chairs are uncomfortable. And the doctor was dismissive of my concerns. I did not feel like I was being listened to.

Shes wonderful Doctor. Love her shes carrying, understanding person , she not all about money like most doctors.

Dr. Holley was great and her sense of humor lighten the mood for the not so great yearly exsperience that woman have to go through.
