Used to get care here and it was great, however, they never answer their phone. It had been like this for months now. Can’t make appointments, can’t get medical records, anything. It has been a consistent issue and I am finding another primacy care provider at this point. It’s too difficult to get care here.

Id been going here for well over a decade when this place was very small. My first day there, they made my mom cry by telling her she didnt pay when she actually did. I was 17 and their receptionist was trying to flirt me with even after i was taken back to the room (he knew i wasnt gay.) and he ended up getting fired. I shouldve known that it was a red flag and i shouldve never come back. But i continued to be a patient for 11 years. Present day, Ive been off of testosterone for months upon months because they wont allow me to get my blood work done anywhere else to refill my testosterone. I have to be on the waitlist for months because theyd rather take in NEW people than say HEY we assist too many people. Go to the damn planned parenthood. Ive already had top surgery i have my letter for bottom. My name is changed. What more do i have to do. Give me my damn testosterone back. Thanks to you guys, ive been miserable. My hormones are now off, ive gained weight which has made major depressive disorder and anxiety worse for me, and i genuinely hate my life. Everyone get plume and dont go here.

Hello I usually never do reviews for any company of facility . But the experience with this medical office was very unpleasant starting for the staff in reception the blond hair lady unfortunately didn’t catch her name don’t seen to be very good with customers . To get an appointment I even have to show up at the office because they never available on the phone always put you on a Q . My doctor stopped working there I didn’t even get a notice at all . I was a patient here since 2020 and I really don’t have anything good to say about this facility unfortunately. Sorry I had to do this survey but I really didn’t like the service. I been sick for several days and trying to get an appointment was a hustle. And didn’t even get check

The care here has really gone down hill. No behavior health department, only a couple of providers, and none of them work on Mondays! It takes weeks to get a prescription pre-authorization and you can never get a hold of anyone when you call. Even if you leave a message they dont call back!

So when you call there no one ever answers the phone it just rings and then when you do go there they find ways to be evasive to Help people that truly do need the Help so my guess is its probably amid the appropriation of funds

Ive reached out to Alder Health Services more than once but no one from the office even bothered to return my phone call. Either theyre too busy, short staffed or not accepting new patients at the moment. I got a referral from my doctor but all this was bad timing. Ill check someplace else to get the help that I need.

I had some trouble getting through my first couple months, theyre super busy! But once I got in contact with Julie, things have been great. I absolutely adore Becky as my doctor so much so that I made her my primary care provider after my PCP of 18 years retired. I would absolutely recommend anyone in the LGBTQ± community to Becky. She really knows how to make you feel comfortable and like an old friend.

The one star is honestly generous. This place helped me at first, after I called and called and called. I had to literally bug them to even answer. Then they mess up scheduling 24/7 not the mention the staff is incredibly rude… the last thing you want to deal with when seeing a doctor for help is a rude front desk person. Honestly if it wasn’t for the older nurse and male doctor this place would be horrible. Sad to say I looked for help and they did not help at all. And FORGET using the pharmacy there unless you want meds you can never get. Sad. Sad. Sad.

Called the office on multiple occasions trying to set an appointment for a ER follow up. They did pick up once and I was told by the receptionist that they were busy. I explain to her that it was a ER follow up just to be clear about the situation. Its been going on two months with no reply. They have very bad reviews over the same thing. Dont waste your time here. I have history of brain aneurysm in my family and i was just trying to get tested for it. They pick choose patients they want i guess.

Disorganized. the past 3 times I have been there, there have been an issue with my bill. they have been nice about resolving it every time, but this shouldnt continue to happen. also when you call and leave a message for the doctor, the recording says they will respond in one business day, and they dont. this is very frustrating if you are Ill and need to be seen, or have questions about your medicine. Dr Sell is very nice and caring though, but I feel like the office is not well managed.

The staff is courteous and competent. They listen carefully and treat you like a real person. Dr. Fleetman listens well, answers your questions and concerns, and doesnt rush you through to get to the next patient. We would highly recommend Alder for primary health care.

I’ve been calling you guys for about 2-3 months now trying to get my paper for my blood work as well as get an appointment to actually be seen again. I’ve left several voicemails and nobody has had the decency to call me back. I’d really like to move forward with my journey and you guys are currently preventing me from doing that. I loved coming here originally but lately you guys seem to not care about all of your patients. Overall highly disappointed with the lack of care I’ve been receiving lately.Edit: after getting in contact with them and figuring everything out I feel much better

The staff are very helpful and you can tell they have a genuine care for their patients. I was given a very prompt response, and they resolved an issue for me, within hours. I am so thankful, I finally found a place, to get mental health care, while still, be treated with a personal touch. Alder, is a place, I would recommend to anyone, who needs Mental Health, help.

This is by far one is the best health care facilities I’ve gone to. Everyone is so professional and actually listen to you and work with you to come up with treatment plans that you’re comfortable with and can afford. They also have great programs that can help with financial aid for bills and prescriptions, as well as other programs for mental and emotional health as well. No awkwardness, no stigmatism, just professional, friendly, quality care. PS the pharmacy ROCKS! Shout out to Al & Robbie!

For All my concerns I was told were just normal, the pain I was feeling will subside on its own. Any request for test/labs, I will be asked a million questions to Still be told that’s there is nothing that can be done. I went for my physical and all that was checked was my weight, height and blood pressure. No blood work up. This place sucks.
