Almost the whole staff changed since the last time I was there and a lot of them are way less knowledgeable about LGBTQ+ health needs. They also havent had full STI panels/treatment for like a month now, just HIV and hepatitis tests.

Really disappointed in the cancellation of the social and educational programs. Also, the focusing less on providing services to queer people is unfortunate.

Wonderful place with a great STD clinic. Dr Swaykus is knowledgeable and not judgmental. The staff make you feel welcome while not drawing an uncomfortable amount of attention. Five stars all around .

Most positive experience Ive ever had at a gay health clinic, anywhere. Friendly staff, understanding, incredibly informative and helpful. Just all around great experience. Hope they stay around for a long time!

Been calling for two weeks always a voicemail never a call back. I left my phone number times Ive called. Really disappointed.
