I had done a review in the past not sure if still on here but, I have to say they are one of the top locations for me. Every visit they take the time to listen to your concerns and making sure they are provided their best in patient care. Extremely professional and attentive willing to make referral if need to with their best interest in mind that you are receiving the highest of quality care. Im grateful and appreciative to have this urgent care location to go to when uncertain about my health. Highly recommend this location.... Every staff member treat you with respect and inform you on any next steps needed to proceed.

Patient care is a 10 out of 10! I will definitely refer friends and family to this urgent care facility. You guys are awesome! As I entered, I was greeted with a smile and treated with compassion and kindness, from check-in to medical care. The medical staff are always compassionate and explain everything so well.

I had a very good experience at Hartford go Health. I take blood thinners and had cut myself and couldn’t stop the bleeding. They took me right non and treated me. All of the staff including the APRN were professional and helpful. I recommend Hartford Go Health to family and friends

My visit went well they were quick and efficient the doctor was very nice! The only reason why Im giving three stars is because the reception is too checked me in said that she needed my insurance card and photo ID which was fine but then after that she asked me for my debit card and told me its their new policy in case of something isnt covered theyll charge my debit card but theyll give me an email letting me know before that happens and then I went to sit down and I got an email saying thank you for setting up your payment agreement which I should not have to make any payments because I have insurance so that Im not happy about and I will be looking into it!!

I was very disappointed in the actions of the front desk. The waiting area was crowded and the receptionist suggested I wait outside for her call. After 1 1:2 hours I returned to find that the receptionist called me on my home phone several times. How was I supposed to get a call on my HOME PHONE sitting outside waiting for my cellphone to ring? The clinical part was excellent! They need another receptionist with a working brain!

Everything was good. Tito, PA came in to the room...he was friendly, easy to talk to, had probing questions. Most important, he had reviewed my chart, throughly. He explained everything that he saw going on, possibilies of what was happening. Tito was excellent!

I was there for something pretty simple.. ear wax impacted but years ago I had this after a plane ride and my experience at my doctor office was very unpleasant.. I mentioned that to the doctor at the urgent care and he said hed do the procedure himself, he truly cared and made sure I was comfortable.. experience was so easy I had no issues at all! Best experience Id ever had!

I would like to give this place more stars because the providers were great but unfortunately one particular medical assistant was not. It was on 5/27/24, Memorial Day, as I was trying to resolve an issue for my mother prescription I called the Corbins Corner location and was placed on hold for 9 minutes. When someone finally pick up I proceed to explain why I was calling. Keep in mind that I am listed on my mother’s HIPAA, but Carmen P. decided to give me a hard time and requesting to speak to my mother ignoring my request for her to look into the HIPAA and proceed to berate me as if I was her child telling me to calm down as if I was in any way or form upset. She was the one triggered from the beginning and ignore all request to look further into my mothers chart. To finalize things she hung up the call on me when I requested her name. A good experience is often not as share with others but a bad experience is shared to many. This experience will be shared with many and unfortunately my mother will not be returning to this location or any HHC Urgent Care location because if I was treated this way over the phone, what is to say how she well be treated in person, if I am not there to advocate for her. Thank you!

I had to go twice for a laceration that should have been stitched the first visit - and by the second visit a week later (because it was far from healing) it was too late for stitches. Im not too happy, and will have a large scar to show for it..

Guy at front desk was super helpful and nice during a very stressful time. Everything went smooth

Front desk was super rude to me and made me wait 45 minutes to be seen I was a walk in but 2 other walk in patients were seen before me. When I asked for an expected time frame they refused to give an estimate and I was trying to be seen before I had to go to work and wanted to communicate when I would arrive to work. I didn’t have a choice but to wait. I’ve been going to go health for years and never had treatment like this before. A simple time frame would have been sufficient but the tv that usually displays the order of patients was turned off and they refused to communicate with me.

The staff treated me with care, respect and consideration. The prescriptions were very helpful.

Fast service. Kind, the provider told me to come back the next day if I still wasn’t feeling well.

Front desk was on point! Very helpful since I knew nothing about workmens comp. The nurse who took my vitals etc. was super nice . The PA or ARNP that seen me took her time and very caring. Im in the medical field so I have a tendency to be probably a little critical but also I know the other side of it. Its hard to deal with some patients but the staff did an excellent job.

The staff at urgent care are very efficient and knowledgeable they carry out a thorough examination on me before treatment was handed out to me.

Matthew gave me excellent care, even catching an ear infection right in the beginning stages before I realized it was more than a little annoying pressure in my ear. They were very attentive, the place was clean and run efficiently, and this will be my first choice of where to go if I ever need an urgent care in the future.Update - my next visit was equally excellent. I was diagnosed correctly and I am rapidly improving.

Went to a different urgent care that did nothing before coming here three days later with worsening symptoms. Was seen quickly, properly cared for, and now 100% better.

I did a walk in, because of an illness and was denied by the front desk said, she said doesn’t take any walk ins, with an attitude but according to the website, which said it did, but what makes it worse is, I’ve did a walk in before at the same urgent care. Usually the care from this urgent care is a five star, this is the first incident I’ve faced, where I would rate it a 1 star

The place was super clean, very organized and everyone was friendly and professional and I love that the website tells you the wait time

Went in for a covid test because my rapid was negative but that is common with me so I needed the other. The nurse was extremely haughty knowing it all. She gives me a rapid rather then asking me if Id taken one. So now I have to sit and wait but also have another nose dig. I am often irritated with medical staff that doesnt listen or ask. Receptionist very kind but I could leave off the folks in the back. The nurse actually told me the other test was more expensive...😒 not sure how thats relevant to her pockets. But the doctor was awesome so ya know. The docs at this clinic no matter where you go. They educate you and are helpful

They are punctual. Staff is friendly and the provider I saw was knowledgeable. I am happy with my first experience here and would visit them again if I need to go to an urgent care again.

Definitely NOT “urgent” care and main office not effective

I went with a bad pain in my back,and they all was very nice they run a test They put me the injection. I, usually get for my pain.15 to minutes afterI was out pain complete happy thank you guys.very good team work

If there were more Nurses & Doctors like Risa Budoff, going for a Doctor visit would feel much better.She is very professional, she listens and she shows the compassion for your well being.She was amazing .Thank you for your Care & Concern!

The receptionist, MA and Dr were all very professional. Service was prompt, I loved that I could schedule an appointment the day before. But most of all I love the fact that the Dr actually new what was wrong with me and the medication he prescribed seems to be helping. So I am doing better.

I usually don’t write reviews. But I felt the needed to write this one. I went to Hartford Health Care-Go Health located at Corbin’s Corner in West Hartford, CT last week. I can say the entire staff are excellent! From the moment I walked in the staff was kind, helpful and informative. I only waited a couple of minutes and was brought into a waiting room. The nurse/medical asst. introduced herself and did a thorough check in. She explained exactly what she would be doing prior to completing testing. The PA was also friendly, had a great bedside manner and answered all my questions! I work in the medical field so I appreciate and respect all of my fellow workers. I made an appt on line which is extremely easy. Which I would highly suggest.

Was able to book online as well as register all necessary information. Staff pleasant and professional. Seen by nurse almost as soon as I arrived. Excellent care and helpful with explanation of follow up care

I brought my 6 year old son here for suspected strep when his pediatrician wasn’t able to fit him in. He was checked out and I was told that it was probably just a virus and to wait a week for it to clear up. Luckily I trusted my intuition and brought him to ccmc urgent care directly after where he was diagnosed with strep and a double ear infection. Strep can be very dangerous if left untreated. I’m not sure how something as simple as an ear infection was missed. The facility was clean and the staff were kind but I would not recommend anyone to bring a child here.

The front desk was great, the wait wasn’t long but the provider acted as though I was wasting his time being there. I wanted to be tested for flu and RSV- he told me there was no easy way to be tested for RSV, which is not accurate. There are rapid tests available at other places, maybe not that site but at other urgent cares. I realize for providers this is all routine, but people who are sick and have families, especially with elderly or young children, like to know what they’re dealing with regardless if the care for the illness is the same or not.

Staff is rude. Appointments are absolutely useless. 90 min wait even with an appointment. Every singe time.

Awesome team.Went a few times, Providers Joseph and Kim are incredible.Staff were pleasant every time, despite them having to deal with some nasty patients I have witnessed myself that they have to deal with a lot of disgusting rude people.Sometimes there is a wait due to being busy, which yes they do get busy. Its an urgent care- and you might have to wait a while... understandably.

Cannot say enough about these guys...I limped in this morning with horrible back pain, & they took me right back to a room & a PA was in examining me in under ten minutes. They were so nice & very thorough. Will definitely use again when my primary doc isnt available. Highly recommend!

I booked appointment online - it was do easy to do! The facility is clean with great COVID measures in place. Within a few minutes of arriving, I was in the exam room followed by a visit by a Physicians Assistant, who was able to diagnose a rash I had.and I was on my way!Very impressed and if I need Urgent Care again, I would definitely go there again

This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had at a physician/specialist office! Everyone was friendly, professional, efficient, and I felt like they truly cared about my well being.

The Front desk staff was very welcoming and greater me as soon as I arrived. The provider Ashley was very knowledgeable. She took her time with me and addressed all of my concerns. The xray tech was very pleasant as well. I would highly recommend this urgent care, it was a smooth visit from start to finish. Thank you for all of your hard work and upbeat attitudes.

Love this urgent care.My little girl had a forehead laceration and went 2 diff urgent cares including PM pediatric (had 2 hr wait) and and told me to go outside, when they saw my daughter crying in pain with blood in her face. The other urgent care said dont have stiches if my daughter were to needed. Then went to Gohealth- Corbin corner byTraders Joe plaza, and took my daughter right away, was seen by a doctor MD , was very efficient and polite. The whole staff were fast , efficient and polite.I truly recommend this Urgent Care ❤

My daughter and I went for a rapid covid test. All the staff are very professional, nice and kind. I made an appointment but my daughter walked- in with me. We were impressed that everything was handled quick and professional. Its going to be a to go clinic for our family.

Having worked in a medical office and many years in retail i know its more likely to hear about negative experiences then postive. Today id like to acknowledge Joe( the P.A) and Kathy for such wonderful care. Its hard to find providers that are attentive and compassionate towards your pain. Kathy was very warm and friendly. They are the true epidemy of what a medical team is. Thanks for such great service!

Arrived at scheduled time was checked in promptly and waited less than10 minutes for my appointment.

My first experience was getting to the facility 5 minutes after it opened & my daughter & I having to wait an hour to get tested for Covid without an appointment. Instead of the initial 3-5 day turnaround for results it actually took 7.My second experience was being in pain, thinking I had Kidney Stones. I didnt have an appointment so my wait time was 3 hours. It ended up being close to 4 1/2. When my appointment time finally arrives, I give a Urine sample & am told to go to the ER because it was thought to be appendicitis. A total of 10 minutes Im in the building before I go to the ER & find out its actually Gallstones. NEVER AGAIN!

I brought my mother in to have her checked out by a doctor case she ran out of her medication they were quick to respond to her needs we didn’t have to wait long.

Amazing staff, professional, timely, courteous and kind. Facility is very clean and modern. I didnt even have to wait! And they roll in their own x-ray machine into the examining room. Everything went so smoothly. I was even offered a flu shot!

I would give zero stars if possible! I am 3000 miles away and My daughter had sliced her hand and it had been bleeding for over 20 minutes. The front desk girl told her to have a seat and sent her a form to fill out virtually. First she couldnt let go of her hand that had a towel on it, second their wifi was so bad she couldnt even download it. Every time she went to the front desk and asked for help she was told give it time. Her hand is bleeding! She needs stitches! Stabilize her and then have her fill out your paperwork. Lazy Front desk staff! She left and drove herself to another urgent care. Horrible service, front desk makes all the difference for customer service, could be great doctors but ruined by your staff.

I stopped in for a rapid Covid test to allow travel back to Michigan thru Canada.The front desk was very professional, and great at handling a lot of people, phones and computer systems - they are unsung heroes!The P.A. who explained the test was friendly and efficient, as was the doc that came in before I left.It was a smooth encounter and I would recommend them to anyone.

Good evening, Hartford Healthcare.. recently I was seeing for mine left foot pain. I was asked if I had an appointment. I answered no. I was told they werent receive walking. I addressed that, I come by bus. And the reason I needed to be seen. Was I had horrible cramp on mine left leg, night before. Then, the young lady (receptionist) squeeze me in. I was for ever grateful. I was so concerned about maybe having clogged arteries, due the horrible cramp left me with two bruises. Well, your team was very understanding & got me in before others who were waiting before me. Although, I felt many let them take those before me. They act quickly to address that I didnt have anything worst. Thanks God & your staff taken quick actions, to reasure me everything fine. I was send to ER. To rule out DVT. Well, I did go unfortunately it could be done, no one was there to do it. Finally, after while wait. I was sent home & got seen the next day. Gladly they did the test & everything ok. Im relief. I never experienced horrible cramp. Thank, excellent team communication from everyone. I left feeling grateful that working as a team, sure helps ease everything. God bless you all.

She was kind, thoughtful, and encouraging throughout the appointment.She listened intently & did well to do a thorough evaluation and clearly explain her findings to us.We appreciate knowing that there’s an intelligent, considerate & professional urgent care provider so close to our home!Thank you for your care! 🙏🏼Also, the facilities are high tech, clean and comfortable.

Everyone was so helpful and nice. I felt kind of stupid after tripping and falling on the sidewalk while going for a run but the team at this urgent care center took great care of me and answered all of my and my husband’s questions. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs an urgent care center. The best I have ever been to.

I had a very horrible experience at this location. I arrived for a walk-in COVID test, signed in as directed and was one of the first people at the location. After finding out the suggested wait time I asked one of the lady nurses if the wait time was accurate which she then proceeded to respond to me with attitude and aggression. I decided not to be of “bother” to that individual and began to sit back down. Moments later I noticed a gentlemen and another lady and her child who were there for the same reason and also walk ins then get taken in. I assumed they had appointments but they then told me they didn’t they were walk in’s. I got up to ask another nurse that was working a guy this time who then told me if you’re a walk in just go out to your car I’ll text you in 15 minutes. As I’m sitting in my car all of the walk ins that came in after me are all going in and out of the location. I then witnessed another person of color be turned away i got out my car and I asked what they were told and the lady said she was told to sit in her car and wait for a text as well. One and half hours later I still haven’t received my test and we’re still waiting. I’m very disappointed and hurt by my experience and I’m hoping it isn’t a racial thing but I must say I’m not sure why I had to wait so long still not to receive service and then feel like it’s due to the color of my skin. I will never advise anyone to go here or will I ever return.

It was clean, professional. The main thing I liked that they did not have me wait too long. I was there to get a Covid test and wait and receive the results for my job requirements. The only thing I would say that is not mentioned online is that once you get there sign in regardless if you have appointment or not.

I was able to get a covid test in the middle of the holidays (which was thankfully negative) and be seen by a care-giver who gave good advice about caring for my illness.

A very professional, effective, efficient urgent care center

Urgent Care was very well run. It was clean. I was in and out within about an hour. A radiologist was consulted for a confirmation of the X-rays that were taken.

Staff very friendly but I waited 2.5 hours in my car and walked in to an empty office. All medical rooms were empty and all of the staff were sitting at desks doing tasks.. I should not have waited that long when they were clearly not very busy.. Make an appointment!

Staff was a bit rude. Barely let me speak while I was trying to explain my situation. Was unnecessarily arguing and being rude to another patient so loud I could hear them while in the patient room. Being in healthcare myself, I understand it is stressful but there is no reason to be short and rude with patients for zero reason.

First visit , the receptionist/Medical Assistant checked me in quickly and provided medical screening & blood pressure ck and cared about me and asked questions. She was very pleasant . The PA , Anna saw me next and reviewed reason for visit and treated me very well. The script was immediately called into CVS . Anna was very knowledgeable and caring & provided additional contact info for a new primary care doctor near where I live .Excellent visit ! I was treated very well . Not at all like UCONN Health Center , where the care there is TERRIBLE !!!

I had worst experience ever there. Better find any other urgent care place around and save your time and nerves.They do not pick up the phone, but I decided to go because they few minutes away.After little while someone finally noticed I’m inside and asked if I have appointment…I didn’t but I thought it’s a walk-in place 😳…then Mr.doctor showed up and said we don’t take a new patient’s. I said I need a help but Mr.hard doc said go to Hartford Hospital.I hope no one be around when he needs help

Dangerously incompetent. Went in with a scratched cornea. Seen for less than two minutes by a male nurse practitioner. Told me Id be fine, and prescribed an antibiotic + steroid ointment that is contraindicated for corneal abrasions. Ophthalmologist removed a large metal shard the next day.

Very short wait time courteous staff attentive, doctor. In the future, should I need to go to a walk-in health service center I would not hesitate to return

Friendly staff and the nurse practitioner took time with me to clearly explain my COVID test (I was happily negative!) results in a context of how to stay safe and isolation protocols. It was a hectic time there, but everyone was warm and welcoming.

I went to the location due to a dry cough and chest pain due to the dry cough. I was evaluated. I was prescribed Mucinex and a nasal spray. Still with the dry cough. I call them today and all they said is, if you want another medicine, you need to see us again. Really, I told the lady that my mayor concern was my cough and It was not addressed and now I have to dee then again?

Staff was very professional and friendly. Kind and with out a doubt understanding and i felt comfortable because i felt i was in very good care.Let me personally thank Doctor and Staff for the great job they do for us that are in their care.

The staff at every location Ive been to has been phenomenal. Be it mid-day or end of the day, the nurses and doctors want to help.The facilities are very clean (sanitary) and very modern. Its my go-to when I cant make it to primary doctor.

I appreciate the professionalism each staff member showed. Taking the time to listen to my issues and for being so considerate of cost since I was an out of town patient and my insurance wasnt accepted. The facility was very modern and spotless!

This place responded immidiately to my need to get COVID-19 test after I missed the weekly testing in my facility. Other urgent care units requires an online booking before hand, but gohealth does not require an online booking.The services are orderly and timely, it was not as long as I expected. The staff are friendly and they work like professionals, keeping all infection rules.

Location was convenient. The staff was pleasant. Computer systems had issues. The same information I entered while registering was asked by the receptionist when they texted me for the Covid 19 evaluation. Waste of time since computer systems do not communicate with each other. Furthermore, they need your credit card in case your insurance does not pay. They do not take Mastercard from CITI, the only one I had available.I did however, get my test results within 15 minutes.

Very convenient, great customer service, fast service. I was in and out in no time. Thanks to the great staff who made sure I was well taken care of. I would highly recommend if you need great service to choose this clinic.

Good experience. Helpful and caring. This man solved my issue and had me on my way home in 30 minutes. Something that AFC urgent care and Hartford hospital ER couldn’t accomplish in a combined 9 hours with them. Thank you.

Had an appt. at the Corbin’s Corner branch for a COVID-19 rapid test. The staff are excellent. I had and I was in and out in 15 minutes. The facilities are fairly new, ultra-clean and beautiful.

Super clean, staff is attentive and they understand your time is important. The provider that took care of my son was empathetic, sweet, and knowledgeable.

Providing patients inappropriate waiting time for a walk-in appointment is wrong and misleading them to believe that “a half hour wait time is more accurate than the text message projected wait time” is also misleading. Please be honest with your patients moving forward.

ALL of these go health urgent care services is getting ridiculous! They are sending people away for no reason without even checking or caring for the person’s concerns! What’s the point in being open if your company isn’t helping anyone ? You can be sick ready to pass out and they do not care for your health or wellbeing because they not accepting walk in for no reason DO BETTER ! Soon as you enter they are telling you you have to wait 3-4 hours why have employees if no one is there to help

This is the second time I have gone here and both were great experiences. Each time I made an appointment and was in and out in 15 minutes. Very professional and great care.

Everyone was awesome. Went in feeling like crud, and they the team, diagnosed me within 15 mins me walking in. 3 days later, feeling much better and cough is down to a dull roar. Thanks again to a wonderful staff.

Front desk personnel is extremely rude and make you feel like you are disturbing their day by going there. I wonder if they are overwhelmed because of the pandemic. Still it doesn’t give them an excuse to treat a sick person that way though. Nurse and PA were nice. Will not be coming back here unless it is my last resort.

Quick service and very good patient care.

New walk in clinic , medical assistant excellent. But the physicians assistant seemed uninformed about medications. I didn’t have complete confidence with my experience. The next day I went to my primary care doctor and got the necessary medical treatment.

I expected it to be very hectic but instead the atmosphere was very lovely & calm - the receptionist was very nice and the doctor was helpful. And the technician was also very pleasant & professional. It was a very good experience!

I called for an in person sick visit. I was given a same day apt for just hours after my call. I seemed to have a hard time getting real live in person visit now a days. Upon request for returning to work I need a negative Covid test that was done in the office.I was very satisfied with this urgent care on Fenn rd in Newington.

They were professional, quick, and helped me with my medical issue. They were all very friendly and helpful.

Felt i’ll so i went in and told them my symptoms. They insisted I had the flu but it was too late to do a flu test so they never confirmed it and sent me off saying things should get better in a few days. A week later, I was no better. I went back and saw a different doctor, she ran a test for another illness, it came back negative but she still prescribed me antibiotics. I took them assuming that they’d help but they made all of my symptoms worse. I had to go to the ER a day later because of all of the lazy diagnoses and mishaps at the urgent care.

It might work for everyone else, but not for me. The last two times I went there..it was so quick just to tell me to go to ER. I still dont know what service they provide specifically. But never again..sorry

I was able to get an appointment and was seen quickly. My test results were also returned quickly, and I was connected to another department within Hartford HealthCare to get medications that have helped me get better. Thank you!

Went to the go health walk in. The Dr. was amazing. I was in and out in know time.

Everyone I came in contact with was friendly efficient. I felt very comfortable and they took care of my problem and I left there pretty satisfied.

We were walk-ins but didn’t have to wait too long considering it was 11:00 in the morning. Excellent care by a friendly staff.

My experience in the ED was very positive. The nurses and doctors were thorough, friendly, and informative. I felt well taken care of.

Caring and attentive staff, scheduling online was a breeze took me in a few minutes after I arrived and got me back on my way quickly.

I was immediately approached and taken care of. The receptionist answered my questions and I found that I can go to the website and pre register and get an estimate of how long the current wait is. I will definitely be using them for healthcare that is not an emergency and does not warrant a visit to my PCP.

They charged my insurance 500 dollars for a 5 minute visit with a PA where i walked in and they just saw that I have Poison Ivy. Before getting the PA i had to wait 30 minutes. No one other patient was in the office and there was staff walking around

Right away, They realized the seriousness of my husband’s condition, called an ambulance and was transported to the hospital. for care. Very professional.

Excellent care. PA was very approachable and personable. Office is new and very clean. I made an appointment ahead of time and was called in pretty much on time. Highly recommend.

Walk in clinics are not my priority of having fun. But I do have to say is I went in for COVID-19 testing. A young lady by the name of Courtney and a PA by the Name of Mary, made my visit a pleasant one. That site really has their act together and that’s the word going around West Hartford go to Corbin‘s corner.

I’ve been to this location a few times. There are great, compassionate and you’re not waiting for long periods of time . They are very thorough With their exams. Great office!

Went to get COVID testing, neither the receptionist or online do they tell you that the COVID test is $200. After waiting for an hour to be seen she then tells me the price, your better off going to the community center where you at least know beforehand that it’s free.

Staff went above and beyond to help me. They were kind and very professional. Even stayed late to make sure I got the help I needed. Would definitely recommend if anyone asks.

We went there they were only interested in testing for covid and didn’t look at the actual problem. I don’t have a my chart set up and the number they tell you to call to set it up sends you back to go health. They when you call them no answer and mail box full.

Staff at the West Hartford location are always excellent. From being clumsy with a kitchen knife or concerns about COVID-19, the people there have always been friendly, considerate, and professional.

This is the first time I visit GoHealth Urgent Care. They are very professional, very friendly. I am surprised that they have X-ray machine. Save me another trip to do the X-ray.

Me and one other person walks in and they allowed a white person to be seen but because I was black the female worker said they were at capacity when there were no one else in there. Horrible

I went in with my elderly in laws. I cannot praise the staff enough for how kind they were to them. They had them come right in. They also helped complete the check in process then walked out to their car.

This place is a joke as they have no patients inside, getting paid for warming the chairs, and just tell you sorry no walk ins accepted. Even tho they’re completely empty and sitting on their phone joking.
