Health Wise Women Mohamed Esiely, MD

Dr. Esiely has good bedside manners and communicates effectively. He also recommended additional testing, as needed. He is a good doctor and I would recommend him.I have 2 concerns:- His team didn’t reach out to me in a timely manner to schedule additional testing. A week had passed waiting and I had to call them myself.- Wait times.. which have varied for the 3x I visited him. I understand he’s busy but I was placed in the exam room for almost an hour. And personally, I do not enjoy the music there so it felt too much to bear while waiting a long time.

Dr Esiely is WONDERFUL! He has helped me tremendously. He was very patient, great listener and understanding when I expressed all that I was going through. He helped reduce the heavy bleeding the same day of my visit. He told me the plan and how he was going to help me get better. Im so grateful for help. I havent felt this good since 21 days ago. I would highly recommend him to others. You will not be disappointed.

Went here for the first time this week for an annual women’s exam. Dr. Esiely was patient, listened to my history, and took the time to answer my questions. The staff was very friendly, the office clean, warm and inviting. Other patients also seemed very comfortable and at ease. I’m thrilled to have found Dr. Esiely and his practice.

Best OBGYN. This practice was the only one taking in new patients during the pandemic and I made an appointment even if they are about an hour away from where I live in Hoboken. I stayed as a patient because patient care, cleanliness, the fact they keep you updated about your health, the Doctor’s bedside manner is top tier, and better yet the wait time is like zero. I recommend all my girls to go there. Plus the area is so beautiful I just make a day of it.

I found Dr. Esiely to be incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, always making me feel well taken care of. However, I felt that the receptionist staff were quite rude, which made my visits stressful. It would be great if all staff members could show more respect, warmth, and care to match the amazing care provided by the doctor.

Ive been going to Dr.Esiely since hes been practicing in JSQ. Ive even recommended him to friends. He and his staff are very welcoming. The wait time varies. Sometimes youre in and out other times you have to wait a little longer. However, your concerns do not fall on deaf ears. Im glad I found him!

My experience with Dr. Easiely was exceptional throughout my pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum period (I gave birth on June 14th at Jersey City Medical Center). He is attentive, gentle, patient, accessible, and highly professional. I recommend him 100%, along with his team, who were both accommodating and efficient. I will return without hesitation and look forward to having him care for me during my second pregnancy when the time comes.

I am so thankful for Dr. Eseily. He accepted me even though I was on my third trimester having to come to NJ from another state. He has one of the best bedside manners and was very patient with me. He even delivered my baby via c-section! Forever grateful to have been given such an amazing experience

Dr. Esiely is such an excellent doctor. He gave me enough time to ask questions about my medical condition and made sure I understood everything. He shows care and empathy that’s not superficial and forced like some other doctors. Can’t thank him enough.

Receptionist was very sweet and helpful. However it took about a week and a half for me to try to see if this doctor would accept me as a patient, this doctor discriminated against my medical history and came back with the excuse that I’m too far along in my pregnancy and because at 14 weeks my glucose was a little elevated. It would be a liability for him to have me as a patient however, I do not have diabetes and my Glucose is now normal very disappointing because these are things us women go through during pregnancy.

The Doctor is very professional and He is the beat. However, the front desk person(middle eastern i believe)is very rude. She needs to stop acting like the service is free and change her attitude immediately. I hope this goes to the doctor’s attention. As most of the reviews here are about poor front desk resource.

Definitely do not recommend. Awful communications from day one and poor bedside manners.You would think being pregnant would be a positive thing in an obgyn office. The first time my husband and I went in to confirm a pregnancy, it felt as if it was almost a shame and somber news by the entire office (married 15 years). Exactly how you want to feel while being nervous about this new change!They were supposed to call to confirm pregnancy after blood test but did not. They sent a prescription in for me without telling me they did or what it was for. The doctor was nowhere in the office for the ultrasound the 2nd time. I dont trust them with following up with any important results or to recommend the proper tests.I emailed them twice to fax my ONE result to my new hospital, and they never acknowledged me (imagine a whole medical record). However, they are very good at sending bills for the exact same consultation that was paid, but somehow, they keep adding 10$ here, 15$ there...Go somewhere where you will feel welcomed and congratulated for your pregnancy, where you wont have to chase for your results or doubt if youre having the right tests ordered. I found a hospital who, on the FIRST appointment, did ALL the blood tests + NIPT test, ultrasound WITH a doctor, and we got a free baby box FULL of samples and lots of happy feelings.

The staff is friendly and accomodating, I didnt wait long before being called in. Dr Mohamed takes the time to listen, hes very approachable as well

Went for my annual exam. Wait time was minimal, staff was friendly, and Dr. Esiely is kind and efficient.

Staff was very nice I was in waiting room less than 5 minutes. Dr listened to all of my concerns and did not brush them off. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes I loved it .

Im downvoting purely based on the front-desk staff. Doctor was approachable, kind and very helpful. But the staff made the overall experience horrendous. A person who has rude attitude, sharp answers with zero empathy should not be working in a OBGYN office IMO. There were cancellations with short notices, long wait times on top of all that. I wish the doctor would hire professionals other than employing his family as the staff.

To be honest, he is the best doctor, but he has the bad staff. Four months ago, I called them and asked if they would accept a doctor horizon insurance , I had three appointments with him for blood tests, an ultrasound, and a phone call, Two weeks ago, they called me to make an appointment with me ultrasound for 4 months The day of the appointment came, and I was surprised half an hour before the appointment that you had to change your insurance if you wanted to continue the pregnancy with a doctor. I told her I asked you before you said he would accept her. She told me yes he would accept her, but for pregnancy and childbirth, no. Frankly, I did not understand anything. I am four months now and they know that I am pregnant. What has changed? She shouts at me, there are two solutions: change your insurance or find another doctor . Unfortunately, he has worse staff

Very warming at entrance, the place very clean, expectacular, very comfortable for women. Dr. Very friendly and make you feel welcome, the same with the nurses. Always at your need and concerns. Love this place. Never been treated like that at amy other place. Need to come .

Great experience. I wish this office was closer to my location since I moved. But if I lived around I would definitely trust Dr. Esiely. Great location, great staff. Dr. Esiely delivered both of my kids and was very helpful through out every step of the way. So grateful.

Dr Easley has been me and my daughter Dr for over 10 years I even started taking me sister to see him I Love Him he treats you like family ❤️

The doctor can do the ultrasound to see but they said come back Wednesday because they do it just ones a week and you have to get on other appointments to see the doctor after that and the desk are crazy

I have had an issue FOR MONTHS and the staff can’t seem to schedule the appointments I need to have it resolved. The doctor is nice but the staff is very incompetent.

The Doctor himself is pretty nice and Attentive. But its been 2 weeks now and I havent gotten a all back from them about my results Im still waiting for this and every time I call they are closed even though its during working hours.

Doctor is very kind, professional, and listened to my health concerns. Office was clean and myAppointment went quickly in the late afternoon.

I echo the negative reviews mentioned on here regarding the unfriendly front staff. Despite making an appointment, I encountered difficulty obtaining my results unless I scheduled a televisit with the doctor, seemingly designed to collect an additional co-pay (the doctor will not call you with the results per the front staff). This seems very questionable to me. Its unfortunate you have no way of getting in contact with the doctor unless its through a televisit. I found a new practice that allows me to speak with the doctor directly when needed without a co-pay (which wasnt hard to find since that is normal protocol).

The receptionists were all polite. With the online check-in were waiting for my arrival. The wait time was not long to see the doctor. The doctor was easy to talk to.

The doctor is very nice but his staff is horrendous. I spoke with the office manager “Ayat” who is not friendly, compassionate, or understanding. I know 4 other patients who go to this office and I am going to tell them to stop going. The doctor does not call back with test results and uses his portal as a way to upload results without calls or explanations for your own interpretation. Gynecologists should be some of the doctors that a person feels the most comfortable with. This is not this office. The doctor is very kind, but the staff is not. It should be a team and I refuse to be addressed and talked to with little care or respect. Ayat should not be office manager, she does not have the skills and will only cause people to regret this doctor. I am going to seek legal advice on what has happened to me.

The doctor is Amazing. But the staff is horrible and rude. Especially at the front desk. Doctor Esiely was my doctor for a few years now but because of the receptionist I might be changing my doctor.

The doctor himself is great but the office is horrendous. Its impossible to get an appointment, and when you do, theres always a problem. I had an appointment for Monday. They called me on Thursday and asked if i could move it to Tuesday, because the doctor will no longer be in on Monday. So I move it to Tuesday, and an hour before my appointment, they call me to ask if I can move it to an hour later because the doctor is running late. I asked, so now you have to move my appointment again after cancelling the Monday appointment because the doctor isnt going to be in? And the receptionist said He was in on Monday, so Im not sure why it was cancelled. Sketchy, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Just an inconvenience to go here at this point.

Dr. Eisely is an amazing doctor. He makes me feel comfortable every time I go see him and provides excellent service when I have any questions regarding my health.

One of the front desk girl she was so mean she was one of the rudest person I’ve met … so let me tell u my sister is pregnant she called to schedule an appointment but all she kept doing was like no i will not help you .. we will not schedule an appointment for u … we will not accept u as a patient and the fact that she knows my sister is pregnant like she’s already stressed enough don’t stress her even more and the fact she was giving US an attitude like what?? How are u even working with this attitude? Anyways we asked if we can speak to the manager and she was like am the manager and the next time we called she was like she’s not here like attitude with lying problem she should be fired instantly

This was my first experience with Dr. Esiely after visiting another OBGYN for the past 14 years or so and I must say that I am quite satisfied. The wait was a bit long (I actually fell asleep) but he was very professional and thorough. I was comfortable and the delivery of my results electronically is very appreciated. I will certainly go back and I appreciate the positive experience

My first appointment went very well. I didn’t have to wait. Staff was very organized .Dr Mohammad was very thorough and attentive. He answered all my concern and make me feel comfortable. I am so glad to find him.

The front desk is amazing and very helpful. Dr Easily is a great doctor, very kind and does his best at his practice! However, Im not a fan of the Ultra sound tech, she comes off rude and rushes the process. I feel highly uncomfortable with her

I have a couple of months with this doctor, and thanks to God, everything is good. I am pregnant, and the doctor is very knowledgeable and kind and makes me feel safe and comfortable. And the girls at the front are amiable and kind as well. I feel blessed with this team.Update: I had my baby with the doctor Easily; since he knew I was in labor, he showed up at the hospital, and seeing him there was priceless for me. At every moment, he kept me updated about my labor progress; he also has outstanding interns; it was supposed to be a natural delivery, but due to some complications during the labor, I ended up having a C-section.God bless him and his team❤️❤️

I am still surprised by this number of review. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment they can still charge no show fees. If you have telepathy appointment at specific time. They will randomly call and message and ask you to talk to doctor. If you cant do that if you request them to meet on appointment time, they wont follow and charge you for no show fees. They dont follow the telephone appointment time. I had more then 20 calls to get my lab work results. After 4 months I got my all results. I need to send them photos of my lab work bills to get my lab results. The staff is very rude. Even, doctor wasnt provide some other solution instead of the actual problem. They only interested and find a way to charge a bills instead of helping or resolving issues. I am not a person who usually gave negative opinion but they are treating you unprofessional and I dont wanna other to suffer.

Dr. Esiely is very nice and professional. I was nervous going in but him and his team were very helpful. He definitely has very gentle bedside manners and took time to answer all my questions. It was super fast to get an appointment and my requests were resolved within a week. This for me was the most important factor (besides the doctor) and I am super pleased with how fast things moved forward. There was a wait-time before I was seen so I would just recommend calling them if you have appointments scheduled right after. I didnt have any plans afterwards, so I did not mind waiting.

Everyone is so nice in the office. Dr. Esiely understands his patients and recommends individualized treatments based on their needs.

Dr. Esiely has been my doctor for over 10 years now, before him moving to Hoboken when he was still located in Jersey City. He delivered both my children at JCMC. I cannot express how much I loveeee this doctor. He is patient, he explains everything very easily. I have never had a bad experience here. Every single appointment I make I never wait long. I probably sit in the waiting room for 2 mins before they call me in. The staff are pretty quick, he always finds the perfect staff as well. Never had a problem with any of his staff. The office itself is always clean, always smells so good. The restroom even has a bidet lol. I can go on & on with this review. You will not regret it. I 100000% recommend.Thank youuu!!! Office was clean, friendly staff & doctor was nice…no wait time.Review revisedAfter visit and other tests, I had a large fibroid and few smaller ones…biopsies were done all clear. After consulting with Dr. Eisely I chose to get an open myomectomy (similar to a C-section).I am 2 weeks in recovery from this surgery. Dr. Eisely is an angel! He is one of the best doctors I have ever had. Kind, understanding, thorough, a good listener & not a worrier….step by step type of dr. His staff is lovely too, I called often & they were never were rude or made me feel rushed. Also the hospital Dr. Eisely did my surgery & biopsy was amazing. Clara Mass Med Center. The staff from the people that cleaned the rooms to the lunch people, and the nurses top notch! Hospital was friendly, clean 5stars in my book. Thank you Dr. Eisely!!!!

Since my baby doctor retired I was lost as to who to go with ... I am so pleased and happy with his service and his staff. Very professional and kind. I walked in the door yesterday and was greeted with Good Afternoon Christina .. it made me feel welcomed after working almost 16hrs. It made me smile. The the doctor answered all my questions and concerns with ease. I really appreciate a doctor who doesnt push me out the office when Im trying to learn whats going on with my body as I get older. So happy i found them. They are awesome.

Update two years later:Still the wonderful staff and medical provider Ive said they are. The front desk support staff is always friendly and responsive. The MD is always kind and listens to concerns. I still whole heartedly recommend this practice.Update a year later: I have been with Healthwise for some time now. My previous review still stands. Lovely and accomodating staff . The MD is a delight to work with. Very happy thus far. Highly recommend.This was my first visit in this facility. The people at the desk are welcoming and kind. I had to change my appointment and I was accommodated without hesitation. The doctor himself has a lovely bedside manner in that he listens, presents options in a way that you make a solid care plan together. I feel great about my decision to move my care here. I travel an hour to this office. I wouldn’t go elsewhere. That speaks volumes.

He is excellent Dr, care about everything and usually follow up with us, really he is the best, we did two c - section with him and he was perfect. really we appreciate Dr. Esiely he is very kind person and usually take care about our family.

Bad experience due to the office staff. Certain members working there tend to (forget and confused ) what your visitIS for. I got charged for a service that I was not looking to get done. I was there for something else try to fix it waiting in the office but left due to an emergency. Try to fix the misunderstanding from their staff and explain myself multiple times but the manager really didnt want to help at all with the situation. It seems that she is not a good problem solver her only way to resolve something its just by denying. I was surprised she was the Manager she better step up and work on her problems solving skills since she doesnt have any.

I love this doctor he is the best he is very patient and kind very respective personality. It took me forever to find a gyno that I was comfortable with and I’m finally happy I found one. Please book your appointments you won’t be disappointed 10/10. Staff is very nice as well.

I had an appointment with the gynecologist and I was called right away as I was there on time. I didn’t wait long for the doctor he came in said hello. He did the routine checkup that I was there for and I got my script for some tests he ordered and that was that. It was quick the only thing I wasn’t happy with was the gel he used to examine me with burned and he put way too much.

My wife and I walked into the office and first impression was the front office staff, they made us hate the place despite how nice the doctor was, we had second thoughts of going back. We did reach out to the office manager and expressed how poor of the service of front desk provided and also sarcasm. This will be our first born we expected some knowledge and assistants from the front desk staff, where they offered none we felt very threatened. they basically said we have enough patient and if you look at our reviews it speaks for it self so if you dont like it do as you wish. After seeing the doctor he made somewhat feel welcome. But we decided to move else where for our own safety.

By far the best doctor on this planet! He is so welcoming and just makes you feel right at home when you enter his office. I was never shy with him and any concern i had he took his time to explain in detail. With my eyes closed i trust him with my life and recommend anyone who is expecting to trust in him. And his staff was amazing so polite and warming as well! And let’s not forget my labor experience smooth and easy with him and he made sure to check on me 10000 times if need be. Amazing doctor!

I was disappointed with the way I was treated during my ultrasound. The ultrasound tech wasn’t very friendly and was rushing. She made me feel like she had somewhere else to be and had a flat affect. Dr. Eisley however is amazing which is why I would keep seeing him but other than that I didn’t appreciate my experience with the ultrasound tech.

Outstanding staff! Even with a full waiting room I was in and out in less than an hour, plus Dr is east to talk with very attentive and very knowledgeable. This is with every visit.

Dr. Ediely is wonderful. He is kind, compassionate, really listens, is smart and never keeps me waiting too long like other doctors’ offices. Super professional.

I met the doctor when I first got pregnant, and I absolutely loved going to each appointment. He was very patient and reassuring, so knowledgeable and respectful with women, and with new parents. He ended up being there at the hospital all the way through my delivery. He’s the one who induced me and delivered the baby.I am very grateful for all he did and also for his great team and will definitely come back to see him!

I’ve only seen female gynecologists, however I tried this new practice based on all of the positive reviews. All of the staff was accommodating and very warm and welcoming. Not to mention the check in process was seamless. Using digital checkins and forms was a breath of fresh air. Dr. Eisley was very patient and thorough and I felt extremely comfortable. Thankful I found this practice!

I booked an appointment for annual check which is fully covered by insurance but ended up with paying extra $400 for just blood test. Dont appreciate the price transparency. Before I did the test, they told me it would be around $100 but then the Lab never sent the bill. They only sent the bill when it is past due. The phone number and website to pay is not working. The doctor is nice but if you want to pay more than what you are expecting, you should choose this one.

Dr. Eisely is the best gyn that I’ve had. He really listens to what I say/any concerns I have, making me feel heard and respected as a patient. Would give a zero if I could for both the doctor and front desk staff. No one answers the phone, doctor provided visit diagnosis with something completely different from what I went in for. Been 5 days and no one has bothered telling me my bloodwork results or post them on the portal (These were next day stat bloodwork). Ive tried calling and texting multiple times. I went there for prenatal visit - save yourself time and find yourself a better place to handle the most precious time of your life.

Had an amazing experience with Dr Esiely! Prenatal visits: he was attentive, I never felt rushed and wait time was acceptable. His office staff are polite and efficient. I had a long and difficult labour but Dr Esiely was really patient and intervened appropriately. I felt very safe being under his care and expertise. I highly recommend him and would definitely be back for my second child.

Dr.Esiely is one of the best doctors I ever had. He is compassionate and empathetic. When I went for surgery, I was very nervous but he helped calm my nerves as he spoke with me. I have always been the kind of person to hop around from doctor to doctor. When I came across Mr.Esiely in 2011, I immediately saw the value he offered. I have had two successful surgeries by his hand. The best part is that he is very pleasant, experienced, and there is hardly a wait when you visit. They are a fast and efficient staff which makes visits easy. Here I am in 2018 with the same doctor for good reason! Highly recommended.

The doctor is very knowledgeable in his field he makes his patients feel comfortable he’s very direct with your concerns and what to expect. I really like that in the doctor and also all the appointments are very smooth especially now with Covid you wanna go somewhere we are in and out and not really exposing yourself to any more of the outside that you really need to. Clean office which is a plus, the doctor like I said again very knowledgeable very equipped with everything and it’s in his office I feel very comfortable with him and delivering my baby and I’m pretty sure for any other woman services that you might need he is a great doctor!

He is a great Doctor, his office manager is horrible. One of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. Condescending and ignorant to say the least. The entire rest of the office is sweet and knowledgeable. The office manager thinks she is the doctor. Found out later it’s his wife. Actually changed gynecologist because of her. Shame. He is a pleasant, gentle man.

Do NOT go here! With my first, I didn’t know any better but now that I am having my second I understand how terrible this place is! They do not do the proper testing and do not care about your health whatsoever! I didn’t even see the doctor at the hospital (I was there for over 32 hours before he decided to come and it was only because I was having an emergency c section). I had a traumatic birthing experience and it was all due to the lack of proper care during my pregnancy! STAY AWAY YALL

Ive been seeing Dr. Eisely for 3 months now. Most appointments go really smooth. Average wait time in the waiting room is about 15 minutes.The front desk staff are nice and always keep it professional. His office always looks and smells clean. Sometimes things could be organized a little better but he is an amazing doctor. Dr. Esiely is attentive and very responsive and truly cares about what is best for baby. He answers all of my questions without making me feel like its something you should know because sometimes, we dont. He allows for me to bring my partner or other support person for the appointments but they need to wait outside the waiting room due to Covid, which is understandable. I did have to go to the ER on a Saturday and he was on call, communicating with the ER staff to make sure I got the best treatment. All in all, a great doctor and I plan on having him be my OB/GYN for future pregnancies.

I sincerely LOVE Dr. Esiely. He is an amazing doctor, I’ve been seeing him for 6 or 7 years, it’s been so long I truly cannot remember. I would never switch gynecologist unless I moved out of NJ as a whole. He’s got great bedside manner, and gets you in and out efficiently. If you’re looking for an appointment, you can expect the wait time to get booked/seen to be about a month. This is because Dr. Esiely is the best and everyone wants him to be their doctor!!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Esiely for the past 3 years. He is always kind and thorough. He explains what the procedure would be like and how I will feel after. His office staff is always very helpful with schedule and knowing what the doctors orders are for each patient. I will continue to go to Dr. Esiely.

Dr. Esiely has been my GYN for the past 5 years and every time I visit his office I feel that I get great care and service. He is very professional and through explaining tests or procedures. Also, he does not mind answering all your questions. The office staff is also kind and helpful.

This was my FIRST visit in this office. I was truly pleased with the service I received. I had a very warm welcome from the staff at the front desk. The office is beautiful and I felt very comfortable being in their space. Dr. Esiely was WONDERFUL. He listened to my concerns, he was very supportive, he advised step by step what he was going to do (which really put me at ease), and he even laughed with me when I joked around. I am looking forward to continuing with this practice and have already (in one day) shared their information with 2 other women I know who are in search of an OB/GYN.

I wish all my doctors offices were like Dr. Esielys office. I feel very comfortable with him and his staff. They are friendly, welcoming and very professional. He is knowledgeable and thorough. He doesnt rush the visit and is always patient with me and my many questions. I absolutely recommend him!

Very disappointed with the practice and how it is run. Dr. Esiely is a good doctor (although he could take some more time in explaining things in detail especially in sensitive situations), but I don’t think he has a good support structure from an administrative standpoint. I was diagnosed with HPV some months ago, had a survey and the specimen results came out still positive for HPV meaning I’m not out of the woods yet. I was only told that they were going to follow up with colposcopy date as well as follow up with an oncologist specialist. You can understand I was quite concerned just by them mentioning “oncologist specialist”. It’s now been a month and: I haven’t gotten any email to schedule upcoming colposcopy (how am I supposed to know when it is the right time to go back?) or with the name of the specialist. Nobody followed up and they’re not responding to my emails… very disappointing for somebody that is concerned and tense about what needs to happen to heal

I can’t give anything less than 1 star other wise I’d be no stars. Completely rude front desk. Front desk was arguing back with me on MY personal information for my new patient visit. I am 15 weeks will be 16 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I planned to switch over my doctor here expecting it to be better. Absolutely worst mistake. They said I can’t be seen because I didn’t have any blood work done being told “26 weeks with no blood work done no one will see you” when I’m only 15 weeks and they most definitely could have taken blood work from me. The doctor was rude along side the front desk worker overall worst experience ever do not recommend. Reviews even say how rude front desk is and it is in fact nothing but THE TRUTH. They should be more patient and work with their patients instead of completely being rude.

Dr. Esiely is great! He was my Ob doctor with my first son and now again with my second baby boy. He is very intelligent and knowledgeable.

My very first visit. I was seen at my actual appointment time. Thats rare for people with public insurance. The office was lovely and the atmosphere professional.UpdateThe Dr scared me into going to the hospital 2 weeks before my due date. I get admitted on his insistance for an induction. It was painful and unsuccessful. Then i had a c section. Thats how my child was born.My body wasnt ready to give birth. I should have known better than to trust a male gynecologist.The new office manager is difficult and rude. She called me to go over the continuation of my temp disability paperwork and said that i didnt really need it because i could just take 2 tylenol, and Id be fine.Im never going back.

Dr. Esiely is the best GYN Ive ever had. His bedside manner is so gentle and he seems genuinely interested in his patients. Hes the first doctor to make me feel like Im not the only person with the medical issues I have.

Dr.Esiely delivered my first baby and now is also in the journey of my second one. Very gentle and always listens to you concerns and questions.

I was so nervous because I had never had a male gynecologist but Dr. Esiely made me feel so comfortable. He made the visit super quick but was able to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed at all. On top of that, I waited about 2 minutes before I was seen which I think is a record. Definitely happy I found him and will be returning.

Ive never been to any doctors office and felt so at ease. Wonderful doctor who took his time to have an actual conversation about my medical history. He was thorough and professional. Ive found my new doctor and couldnt be happier.

This review is strictly for the doctors staff. I made an appointment that I had to reschedule, it was the same day so I wanted to call to talk to the receptionist about my options. They had me on hold for 30 minutes, when I hung up and called again they don’t say anything and put you on a straight hold. I called back multiple times and never was spoken too and I couldn’t even cancel my appointment. I’m not sure if his staff is a reflection of him, but I will be choosing not to go forward with this practice.

The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. After having not so great experiences with other Dr.s I was so pleasantly surprised upon meeting Dr. Eisely. Dr. Eisely is patient, never hesitates to answer questions and never makes you feel rushed or like a number. He and his staff are wonderful and I would recommend them. (I only wish they validated - parking). But its a small price to pay to have a Dr. You feel comfortable with!

Horrible horrible business practices.We called to ask a question about a procedure. The person transferred us over to the doctor without telling us that it was considered an appointment. We spoke to the doctor for 5 minutes and he hung up.We got a bill in the mail for $200 and called them up and asked them why they would charge us. The manager was belligerent and straight up LIED to us and told us that she told us it would count for telehealth before she transferred us, which she did not! And she then hung up on us.DO NOT trust this place, especially when talking to the doctor over the phone. Make sure before they transfer you if they count it as an appointment or not. They transferred us so quickly and didnt even give us a chance to consider whether we would actually take the appointment or not, since they didnt ever tell us.They are shady and they hide things and are charging surprise bills.

Love this place! Everyone is super kind and super intimate small place which I love. The wait time was less than 15 minutes. Front desk people are wonderful and the doctor is even more wonderful. I highly suggest this place if your new to the area or looking for a doctor throughout your pregnancy.

Dr. Eisely is the best gynacalogist and obstetrician in the city for sure. Doctors visits were always good. He is always positive and gives you assurance that everything will be fine. I was only worried what would happen when I was nearing my delivery, but Dr. Eisely made sure that I give a normal delivery with the least time possible. He and his team are incredible. I would recommend every pregnant women to consult and get delivered by Dr. Eisely.

I started seeing Dr. Esiely after my previous OBGYN went on maternity leave and did not come back to the office, so I had to find a new healthcare provider. Dr. Esiely is very nice and takes time to address all of my concerns. I only had to wait longer than 15 minutes once due to an emergency. I saw him from my second trimester through my third trimester and delivery. I went to the hospital after having high blood pressure in office the day before my due date. The doctor stopped by during the induction process, and communicated with the hospital team quickly while I was there. I ended up needing a c-section which he preformed and I am satisfied with the follow up care that I have been receiving as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Esiely and plan to see him for any future pregnancies.

Dr. Easily had been very attentive to me since the beginning of my first pregnancy. Every my visit I have been walk through the next steps of the process and examination as well checked for standard metrics to monitor pregnancy- weight, blood, blood pressure, description of my diet and overall health concerns. Everyone in the office is very patient and accommodating to my requests. Once I misplaced my prescription and all I had to do is call the desk for it to be forwarded within minutes.

Dr. Esiely cared for me during pregnancy, delivered my baby, and has cared for me since. He is kind, gentle, thorough, takes his time to ask questions, never made me feel silly, and takes concerns seriously. I have been to other practices in the area with great doctors but in which the office is managed terribly. In Dr. Esielys office the staff is personable, patient, and calm. They respond to inquiries via email, which is so helpful and convenient. I never waited long, and never had trouble getting an appointment with short notice (even same day) at a time that was convenient for me. Overall, I felt like my time was respected and valued.

First visit today. Dr. Esiely is very knowledgeable, was very patient, thorough, he listened, and I really liked his conservative approach in treating me and also discussing options. I am very glad I found this doctor. Very good bedside manner. His offices are very nice and his staff friendly and professional.

The staff is amazing. Everyone at the front desk is kind, compassionate and interested in making you feel comfortable. The man who takes your blood is the best that has ever existed. You never have to worry about him missing a vein and he makes the entire process quick and painless. 1) The MA took my wife’s blood pressure incorrectly and I had to do it myself (I’m a pharmacist)2) The blood pressure was 160/100 and the doctor didn’t even comment on that at all3) MD was talking to us the whole time while ear pods were in his ear. This is highly unprofessional and unbecoming and did not make my wife feel comfortable4) The front staff receptionist was very rude and failed to give us a call back about information we neededOverall: STAY away from this doctor. I absolutely loved how timely the receptionist, nurse and doctor were. I was taken at the time of my appointment which is really important to me because I’ve waited for an hour for other doctors before. I thought the receptionist and nurse were very friendly and helpful, and Dr Esiely was also very pleasant and knowledable of his practice. I definitely plan on returning again next year!

Front desk girl were very polite and attentive. I really didnt have to wait much to be put into a room. The doctors bedside manner is amazing. He listens to you and you dont feel uncomfortable with him. Great first time experience overall.

Dr. Esiely is always so very professional but also personable. He appears to really care for his patients and shows empathy. Hes knowledgeable and I trust his professional opinion which is very difficult for me since Ive had some serious trust issues with Physicians in the past.

Experience so far has always been pleasant. Doc Esiely is a warm and kind doctor . He has always been prompt with addressing all concerns and the visit has been good. They also offer tele-services if needed to discuss any reports or medications. Given the tough Covid times the Front desk have to be strict with rules and regulations which many patents get offended with. But I think its important. Only patients are allowed at the moment and they make no exceptions.

I went for my Pap smear, the staff and the Dr are very diligent and accommodating, wait times are awesome , I reached there around 4 pm and was out by 4:30 pm. The Dr discussed my symptoms and did a thorough physical exam , so far the best clinic I have been in nj , recommend 100%

Overall extremely unfortunate and disappointing experience at this office. I’m not sure how they have so many great reviews...They have a very awkward and cold way of dealing with patients. I found out I was pregnant, no congratulations or any sense of excitement from anyone(except for the guy who did my blood work). Today I went in for my first ultrasound and the technician didn’t have a welcoming personality at all. She didn’t explain anything to us she was quiet the whole time. After she was done she printed a photo and told us to come back in 2 weeks to hear the baby’s heartbeat then walked out the room...I was very uncomfortable and so was my husband. I told her that I’m always cold and if it’s normal, all she said was “ahhha” no explanation, concerns, questions... nothing. As I was checking out the woman at the front desk asked her if she’s going to do blood work on me and her answer was no. I’m sorry, but if a pregnant woman told you she’s always cold wouldn’t you want to find out what’s going on in case it’s something serious. If you’re pregnant and want a doctor/staff that actually makes you feel like they care about you and your baby, please find another place.

This is my third time going to this office and I love the welcoming and calm service. The Doctor answer all my questions and concerns.

I wanted to do 3.5, not a 4 for me. This is also my personal opinion. Please read why I gave 3 instead of 4. It took a while for me to get used to this place, not going to lie. They are just very business and very busy, very matter of fact. lack of warmth of in person interaction. You dont really get the Oh welcome, how are you doing today? oh, Congratulations! I literally found out I am pregnant for sure when I asked the front desk girl for my blood test result after my ultrasound, she said oh you dont need to confirm that, you are pregnant, we have a heartbeat already. I have imagined my pregnancy doctor office much different, everyone would know my name, I would know theirs, we would become friendly and chat about things. This is just not that type of place. In and out! There is one guy Chris who takes care of all the blood work, he is the most friendly, and he is funny, he makes me feel very comfortable when he takes my blood. I wish everyone just have like 20% of what he has, maybe is passion, maybe is just the nature character of care for you genuinely

My experience at Health Wise with Dr. Esiely has been nothing short of AMAZING. For a while, I was skeptical about going back to having a male OBGYN but I’m glad I made the decision too because he made me feel super comfortable. At my first visit, his staff was so sweet, and thorough and meeting him was the cherry on top of my experience. He asked questions to get to know me on a personal level prior to my exams and even educated me on everything I didn’t know. I love that I have access to a portal to view anything in my record, send him a message and even schedule to see him on the same day in case I ever had an emergency. My experiences in the past do not compare to my experience with Dr. Esiely. If you are looking for an obgyn, he is the man to go see.

I have been visiting Dr Esiely since 2016 when I was diagnosed with Pcod.I consulted with him and was on medication for last 2years.He is an amazing person and always answers patiently to all questions asked.Now I am going to have baby. Besides him,the office person are also very helpful and good.The wait time there is minimal. I will highly recommend him.

I love Dr. Esiely, Ive been his patient for well over 5 years and Ive never had a doctor sit and listen to what i am going through and work so hard to figure out what was wrong and fix it. Ive recommended him to two family members and they were happy with the help he provided them with. I wanted to change doctors when he moved but no one compares to him. So i travel all the way to Hoboken.

I was very nervous because I loved the doctor from my home town and worried I would be disappointed anywhere else. I was so happy when I met him. He was so kind and attentive. Worst office i’ve ever been to. dr. eisley is nice but everything is extremely rushed so he’s in and out in three minutes. they also have failed many times to tell me they were out of network when i ask after each visit why my bill is so high. then after receiving abnormal results during an annual they couldn’t talk to me for two days to explain what that meant, and after that they charged me for a full visit for a 5 min facetime call. i only went here because i figured it was in network and i didn’t want to go through the hassle of finding a new doctor but meanwhile they didn’t want to tell me they were out of network the entire time so i’ve been paying for these awful experiences. extremely unprofessional will never be going back.

I came here because of the high reviews on Google but HE THE WORST DOCTOR IVE EVER SEEN!! For starters, I went there with a script for an ultrasound & even though the ultrasound machine was sitting next to me & it was prepped for use, Doctor Eisely refused to perform the ultrasound. I went to him with complaints of pain, & pressure as I had a lump forming/growing in size. He took one look, & told me I was fine & that I did not have an abscess. Then he gave me some weak antibiotics & told me to come back if the lump got bigger. The very next day, I was brought into the hospital for emergency surgery!!!! I could have died if I had waited those two weeks like he recommended. In addition, the staff was very rude & gossipy. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I DEFINITELY WOULD!

Dr. Esiely was very kind and had excellent bedside manner. Very patient, took time to answer any questions I had. He even showed me how to do a self breast exam on myself because I did not know how to. I didnt feel rushed and felt like i was in good professional hands.

After waiting an entire hour, this doctor greets me with a huge smile & makes a lot of small talk but refuses to perform the ultrasound that was requested by my primary care doctor. Despite the fact that I was fighting a fever. Despite the fact that the ultrasound machine was already prepped, plugged in beside the bed I was sitting on & I was already in a robe. I didnt press, I just accepted a script for a week dose of antibiotics & went home. The following day I had to schedule emergency surgery. My life was saved. Just not by Dr. Eisely.Look, nobodys perfect. Sometimes we drop the ball. I just dont think he was worth waiting an 1:20 mins for & I definitely wont be going back to him again.

Dr. Esiely is one of the best Ob Gyn....a very calm experienced expert. His staff is very friendly and equally efficient as well , esp the lady handling the ultrasound and also, the nurse handling blood work. The office of Dr. Esiely is very prompt in getting back to you besides, in following up with the pharmacies for refills as well. The entire reports and visit details are online, which makes it so convenient to access anytime.One other factor is that Dr Esielys Hoboken location is conveniently located, close to all public transport. Definitely recommend 👍✌

I had the worst experience here. The results of my first Pap smear were unsatisfactory since enough cells were not collected. I was asked to come in for the second pap in a week. This time when I logged into the portal the doctor’s notes stated that everything was normal, but the results come the lab said that enough cells were not collected for testing. When I called the office they confirmed that the notes were incorrect (no one apologized) and I was asked to come for a colposcopy. They did not bother explaining anything to me, just straight out told me to come for a colposcopy. Do you guys even realize that we are humans with emotions? And I was charged twice for the procedure. Changed my doc, got an all good on my pap today. Wanted to put this out here for other women who might have the same experience. Side note: most of the reviews I see here are posted by people who have posted just a review or 2 before this. Makes me wonder about the authenticity.

I have been with the Doctor for a while now and he is the sweetest, most kind Doctor by far. He takes the time to hear you and talks to you about what your concerns are. I have nothing but the best words to say about him.

A terrible experience for my wife and I. First, all appointments must be made online (we were told by front desk). It is nearly impossible to get any communication with the doctor outside of appointment. The folks at front desk were rude and unaccommodating on multiple occasions. We learned the gender of our son via an email link with the results online with no heads up or consideration of how we wanted to handle the gender reveal.Horrible customer service, horrible experience, strongly advise to look elsewhere.

March 2020 Update: Dr. Esiely delivered my first child safely. I was a high risk pregnancy and he made sure I was well taken care off. Everything went smoothly. Any questions I have were answered as soon a possible either on the portal or on the phone.I’ve been going to Dr. Esiely for my prenantal care for my first child. He’s very warm and answers all my questions in detail and explains things clearly. He’s very quick in his response over the portal and wait times at his clinic is minimal.

It’s one of the best experience! Doctor Mohamed is taking his time to listen and also provides detailed answer to all questions and concerns. The stuff are professional, kind and understanding. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been with this practice for a few years now and I love dr.eisely my wait today was long maybe due to baby boomers at the time the only thing i have a issue with is the new implemented grace period of if you do not arrive within ten min of appt time your appt will be canceled due to the fact that they do not have a parking lot I risked missing my appt and and rushing everyone should have boundaries However I feel the grace period should be extended a bit more I’m satisfied with everything else

Had a great experience several years ago, loved the billing woman who left. Remaining and new office staff is really horrible for anything beyond a routine check-up.

The Doctors Office Was Nice & Clean. The Staff Was Really Nice. I Was Waiting iN The Waiting Room For Only 5 Mins. It Took 3 Mins For Me tO See The Doctor. He Answer All My Questions & Was Really Nice. The Nurse That Took My Blood Out. She Did A Great Job Taking My Blood Out. I Didnt Even Feel When She Put The Butterfly Needle iN. All iN All I Had A Great First Time Experience.

I have been to a couple of OBGYNs in my life & this is my favorite. He is well versed in my chart - knowing my previous test results even from a year back. They take all the bloodwork onsite, so I do not need to LabCorp, which saves time & money. The people are very friendly. It also helps that they have tv monitors inside the patient rooms with knowledge on female health while you wait for the doctor. They use patient portal for your test results, billing, appointments & etc. Love the technology! The doctor is also very professional & friendly. I recommend him to anybody.

The only reason this place gets 1 star is because the doctor was nice and because you cant give anything lower than 1 star. This office is unorganized. I went for an OB visit and they didnt know what I was there for even though I clearly stated it when making the appointment. They then did unnecessary bloodwork because no one bothered to check if my pregnancy was confirmed or not( which it was). But worst of all, which is why I am taking time out of my day to write this review is that when I saw the DR last friday he said he would give me something for my morning sickness. I have already had to go to the ER for fluids because i havent been able to keep much down and have been dehydrated. It is now the friday after and I still have no prescription. I called Wednesday “oh the dr will put it in by 6:00pm” when they close and you cant call to say its not in. No prescription. Called the next day same answer “he will send it in after 6.” I said well you guys close at 6 so if its not in then I have to wait until the next day to call again. And guess what? Still no prescription! These people tell you whatever they need to to get you off the phone. Why a pregnant woman has to wait over a week for a prescription for something affecting the health of myself and possibly my baby is beyond me. I will be finding myself a new OB.
