ApproXie Urgent Care Walk-in Clinic - South Huntsville

I came here after a fall when I was concerned my foot was broken. I was able to make an appointment the night before online and it was accepted the next morning. I had an incredible experience here - I was in and out within 30 minutes including getting x-rays and an anti-inflammatory shot. It was extremely clean and everyone we came in contact with was kind and professional. I am so glad to have this facility nearby!

Great staff and facility!! Dr was thorough and I didn’t feel rushed. She asked a lot of questions and took her time to make sure I understood her concerns, as well as making sure I was comfortable with our communication. Not overly crowded and very clean facility. Will be using again in the future if another urgent care trip is needed.

Had a deep cut on my finger due to an accident and went here. The office and rooms were very clean, the professionalism of everyone from the front desk, to the nurse, and the NP was noticeably top notch. I know I probably talked every one of those poor people’s ears off because I was kind of freaking out over my cut (I’m a pansy when it comes to that stuff) but they were all so nice and so fun to be around. The front desk gentleman knew all the answers to my questions regarding insurance, and the nurse and NP both knew all the answers to my questions. The medical care was excellent, with the process and aftercare being thoroughly explained. It was a very comfortable process despite the context.I was also seen very quickly. Didn’t have to wait around long, which is rare at these types of places. Can’t thank them enough for the awesome medical care!

The staff is so friendly, and they got me back right away! By far the best experience I’ve had at an Urgent Care. Definitely won’t be going anywhere else from now on!

A good first experience here. I was able to make a same-day appointment and was in and out quickly. The nurse practitioner was smart, compassionate, and responded thoughtfully to every question. Highly recommend when you need urgent care in south Huntsville.

I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. I have had a rough time with COVID the last couple weeks and have had to make a couple trips to approxie. The staff have been so kinda and friendly. Dr. Allman and the nurse practitioner that saw me initially have been very thorough both times with my symptoms and concerns. I am always in and out with what I need in around 30 minutes. Fantastic staff and wonderful doctors and nurses!

Scheduled urgent care appt online for 45 mins later right before they closed for lunch on a Saturday. Arrived 5 mins late & front desk was polite & understanding. Filled out paperwork. We were out of there 40 mins later after having rapid testing done & provider visit & scripts sent into pharmacy. Super efficient & friendly staff. Clean bathroom & lobby/facilities. Will choose them again for urgent care needs.

I had to come in this morning with both of my kids. All three of us have been sick and they were able to take care of all three of us at the same time, in the same room. They were ready to take us back by the time I finished my paperwork and had us taken care of in under 20 minutes. Absolutely wonderful staff from the receptionist to the nurses and doctor. They were all kind, friendly, professional and helpful in actually giving me an explanation of what Im dealing with that made sense. I cannot recommend this urgent care office enough.

I’ve always had a great experience here. The nurses and doctors listen to me and treat me really well. I’ve never had a long wait and have always been in and out in about 30 minutes or less. Definitely my urgent care of choice.

Easy to schedule appt. via internet. Office open on time. Easily checked in and paid copay. Staff and doctor were kind and attentive. FYI, I was being seen for ear pain due to allergies. No problems were experienced.

We came in and signed in. We were acknowledged within a few minutes for our vs. After that we waited maybe 15 minutes and was called to the back. The physician Dr. Melanie Levinson was very professional and listened to us. She was very knowledgeable of our symptoms and made us feel at ease. We had a very positive experience at this clinic!

This is the place to go for urgent care. ALL of the staff is very professional, friendly, caring, and efficient! The facility is clean and comfortable - not freezing cold like other places I have been. I will certainly return to this location if I need help in the future!

Every single person at this office was unbelievably kind and professional. They were able to get me in quickly, took care of me, sent over my prescriptions right away, and billed my insurance. Very thankful I found them.

Fast, friendly, and thorough. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. This was probably the kindest office I’ve ever been to, which is a huge plus for me because I get nervous going to the doctor. They heard all my concerns and took great care of me. I’ll absolutely come back and recommend this office to others.

Front desk was very rude and demanded I fill out paperwork prior to checking my insurance card resulting in a waste of time due to their policies on the types of insurance accepted.Common sense says check insurance card before proceeding- especially if it’s a known fact certain policies aren’t accepted, resulting in an absurd amount of out of pocket pay.And she did none of it with a smile on her face.

Had a great experience with taking my man in for his hip. They were very understanding and knew what they were doing. Definitely a great facility.

This place is quick!! But they’ll steal your money!! I paid a $70 co-pay that was supposed to cover basic fees with or without insurance. Well they later decided to bill my insurance, sent me a bill in the mail a couple weeks ago. Without my consent, and while previously informing me that this wouldn’t happen- they deducted, or, STOLE $130 from my account. So definitely come here if you wanna pay $200 out of pocket for a COVID TEST 😊

Facility was clean. Team was kind and informative. Helped me out with my insurance issues. I have been going to the Madison location for years and this one also doesnt disappoint.

Could not recommend this place enough, both for adults and children. We have had two outstanding experiences with ApproXie in the last year. The facilities are spotless, the receptionists are kind and welcoming, paperwork and check-in are painless, and the staff is above and beyond caring and helpful. They provide such a peaceful atmosphere in times of need or worry, and the service is prompt but never rushed. The providers take time explaining diagnostics and treatment while being warm and reassuring. If there is ever a situation when I cannot get in with our GP, and an ER trip is not warranted, we will be visiting ApproXie for the foreseeable future.

My husband and I both visited Approxie Urgent Care in South Huntsville this week and had great experiences. They are fast, efficient, and provide competent care from the front desk all the way to the MA and NP. Skip the lines and long wait times at other urgent cares!

Spent time, listened well, great advice, nice office, and even called to see how I was doing a couple days later. Highly recommend.

Great! No one likes going to the doctor, but ApproXie made the visit as easy as possible. I made an appointment online & I was taken to an examination room within 5 minutes of that time. The nurse took my info and got the gist of the issues. The doctor was in only a few minutes after that. The doctor listened carefully to my concerns, conducted a few quick checks, and made recommendations on care. The visit was quick, but it never felt rushed. I was on my way with my concerns addressed to my satisfaction about 40 minutes after arriving.The facility was also spotless, as any doctors office should be.I’ll definitely be returning to this location for any future urgent care needs.

Elizabeth was so very kind and helpful. She went above and beyond in her care.Lauren Kellum was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable , and also went above and beyond giving care. They took the time to give me a nebulizer treatment and came up with a treatment plan that works with my allergies. They did more than my general practitioner has done by far. I highly recommend this practice to everyone. The online scheduling made my visit super fast and efficient. I have never had such a short wait time. I will not go anywhere else from now on. Try this place out!

Customer service is awesome, the nurse Elizabeth was detailed and gentle doing the COVID/flu testing. I am terrified of those tests and she did great. Nurse practitioner Shelly made sure she answered my questions. My urgent care facility when needed. ❤️Thank you ladies.

Every single one of the staff at this office was wonderful! I was sick and had to come in with my 6 and 4 year old in tow. The staff were so helpful with the kids and understanding as we had to talk around my two kiddos many questions. The doctor even helped calm down my 4 year old when she got scared about ME getting a shot! This will definitely be my new place to go!

First time going and it was a great experience! Not sure who the nurse was I had today but she was very welcoming and also the nurse practitioner that was there was amazing! Only place I’ve been to that accepts Medicaid in Huntsville! Will definitely be using them when I need them!

Will only go to ApproXie centers and recommend them from now on! We waited less than 5 minutes to be taken back and less than 10 minutes to see the NP. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us in a concerning situation. I also love that the centers are locally owned and operated by a team of MDs and NPs. Their desire to make a better urgent care experience for the Huntsville and Madison community is apparent.

Narquita was great and patient with me when I was not feeling well. The Nurse Practitioner saw me after only a few minutes wait. I was out of there in a little over 30 minutes. The experience at ApproXie was excellent.

Only getting one star because it won’t post if there is no stars! I was turned away after I got checked in to try to get my wrist xrayed. (It was found to have a fracture when it was xrayed at another urgent care.) I never got to see the NP or DR… I was told by the girl that took me back to the exam room .”She said she won’t see you. She suggests you go to ER due to your age and medicine list” 😡What is urgent care for?!?!?!?! NEVER AGAINAddendum: Today I received a bill for what my insurance didn’t cover for my visit and non treatment. Insurance was billed $154 for what?!?! My bill is for only $21. But it is the principle! I wasn’t treated!! All that happened was I got registered and taken back to exam room, history taken. But then was sent away without even seeing the NP or MD!!!!!!!!!! Isn’t this a type of insurance fraud?!?!?!

Great experience. They had me in and out quickly. I was able to reserve an appointment time on their website with ease. Staff were polite and efficient. The place was tidy. Testing and results were quick. The time in the exam room between the medical assistant taking vitals and treating physician/nurse practitioner coming in was not long. Even as a first time patient, I was in and out in under 20-25 minutes (including paperwork and copay). They promptly sent in my prescription to my chosen pharmacy, as well. The office wasn’t busy. Hope this place as efficient as business grows or remains a hidden gem a while longer.

Short version - don’t recommend, they are not clear about money, they do billing mistakes and cost way more than they tell you in the beginning.Long version:Took my baby there over a month ago. Called before that to make sure it’s covered by my insurance. Got an answer, yes, it’s 40 copay and that’s it.Okay, so we came, got checked by a Nurse, got recommended to hug our little one and give him more water. She made a rapid test for covid and etc. it’s came negative. Then she said - I’m also running the PCR.She didn’t ask if we want it or need it, she said she is doing it already.We asked if it’s additional charge - no, lab is on site and test will be covered by insurance.So we left after paying copay of 40.And then bills start coming. They send us bill for 85, I paid it. Then another one for 125 for the PCR. I called in, they told it’s not covered since PCR was on the next day. Funny thing - it’s was the same day, we even got the result at the same day we have been there.So I told that, I told about 85 we paid already and asked them to check about 125. They told me not to pay it.Week later - I’m getting another bill for 95.I wrote an inquiry asking to check, cause it’s doesn’t make since to pay another 95 after 125 we paid already.But they insisted.I paid, just to get rid of that. I will never come back there. Paid over 200 dollars for someone to tell me to hug my baby and give him water.

I took my 9 year old daughter to Approxie Urgent Care yesterday because she had a sore throat and wasn’t feeling well. First of all, I love the reception/waiting area. It’s open, bright and clean! We were checked in and brought back in less than 3 minutes! The medical assistant/nurse that brought us back was named Elizabeth. Not only was she really sweet but she was very professional! She spoke clearly and explained everything she was doing to my daughter and really put us both at ease. As soon as she left the exam room my daughter said “She’s really nice”. The Dr or NP we saw was named Shelly and she was just as pleasant as Elizabeth! She was really easy to talk to and very professional as well! You can tell that these ladies are both meant to be in this profession because they genuinely made us feel cared about! This was probably the 5th time I’ve been to this urgent care with my daughter and we’ve had great experiences getting in and out quickly all while getting great care! I highly recommend Approxie Urgent Care!

Approxie sets the standard for what Urgent Care should be. I’ve been here several times and there is always little to no wait time. That means less time sitting in a waiting room, waiting to feel better. They take amazing care of their patients and I’ve never been less than fully satisfied by my experiences at Approxie.My most recent visit was today for flu shots. The woman that did our flu shots (myself and my two children, 10 and 6) was outstanding. She had a fun, uplifting personality and kept my little ones occupied while quickly taking care of their flu shots. The previous times I have been here, I have seen Shelley Harlow, who is also a phenomenal provider. The entire staff is always so friendly, empathetic, and helpful.I would recommend Approxie for any concern, big or small.

ApproXie is a hidden gem! Ive had to use urgent care for myself and my children, and the wonderful folks at ApproXie get us in and out with efficiency and kindness! Narquita is so friendly with intake, and we see the provider quickly.

As a disabled vet who only has a limited number of urgent care visits covered by the VA, I have to tread carefully when deciding to go. When I do, Aproxie is the first choice. I use the one on Ivory Pl in Madison and the staff is super friendly, very attentive and professional. Triage, intake and actual visit are all handled in a friendly and professional manner. The staff always thanks me for my service whenever I am in front of a computer. I grew up with a “hometown” doctor and by about age 2, everyone there knew your name and would never forget it. I get that same feeling every time I visit Aproxie. It’s worth a few mins extra drive for me as opposed to some of the closer urgent care clinics where I live.You won’t be disappointed if you go there.

My daughter had told me what good experiences she has had at Approxie Care. Today, a holiday, I needed care and decided to go there. From the moment I walked in, it was a great experience. The facility is nice and very clean, every person I interacted with was courteous and helpful and the doctor was very kind and listened to what I needed to tell her We were in and out in 45 minutes. Sufficient paperwork but not tons of it. I will definitely use them when my family doctor is not available.

I always come here. They are fast and efficient in the signing in and payment process. Especially if you are a newcomer, the paperwork is very simple and quick. They get you back and checked out in a timely manner, and payment or work/school notes comes quick too. Overall an exceptional experience each time. 10/10 Recommend!

Visited Approxie this morning. In and out in an hour! All of the staff at Approxie are kind, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. This was my 2nd visit since this location opened and both visits were great. I already have recommended Approxie to a lot of friends & family and will continue to do so.I was able to easily book my appointment online the night before. I love the patient portal, it was great to be able to read the care notes on my visit after my appointment today.Thank you all for what you do!

Ive been sick twice in the past month and both times Ive needed to see a doctor on Sunday, when my primary care doctor was not in the office. Approxie is open on Sundays and theyve always provided excellent care! Today, I was having issues breathing and they were quick to start a breathing treatment for me and prescribe the medications I needed to continue getting better at home. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen and I have always received compassionate care. I am truly grateful for Approxie!

Requested I leave but add to original 1 star review- view below for rest of the review/ story-----------Quick but mediocre care.For a sinus infection they prescribed a z pack- ineffective, went back to them and the doc even said those dont usually work for sinus and throat infections. Next round of antibiotics worked.More recently went in for UTI- they took a sample and prescribed nothing. 3 days later their lab called me saying I should continue taking any prescribed medicine, on telling them I did not they said they would send some in. About 3 hours later they called saying they were not sending in a script without me coming back in for another visit and another sample collection. Another $60 co pay... not going to happen.----------Update: owner/ doctor called me after my negative experience. Doctor Shah asked me to come in the following day for him to do an exam free of charge. He was incredibly kind and thorough and got me started on a treatment. I am incredibly impressed by him as a business owner, especially an Urgent Care owner. Quickly responding to and attempting to correct an error is something many businesses should but dont do. Dr. Shah changed my mind about Aproxie Urgent Care, my poor experiences still exist but I am more than willing to give them another try after my experience with their owner, Dr. Shah.He also assured me that they would go over what caused me to get the run around by the various staff, it was likely an honest mistake (never assumed otherwise) of lack of communication between providers and other staff. Things like this can and do change and improve.Long story short. I had a bad experience, it was addressed, I will very likely be using them again.

I visited ApproXie after being sick for several days and not feeling better. I love this place - the doctor that cared for me was wonderful and one of the most attentive and thorough practitioners I have ever seen. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and I think if not for her care I would have ended up in hospital. The nurses are wonderful too and again just so professional, knowledgable, and attentive. Check in is easy and the front desk person was super friendly and made that process easy too. I was in and out in under an hour and that was after having a chest X-Ray and breathing treatment. Best urgent care ever!

I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. 1st time there so I printed new patient documents and filled out at home. Gentleman registered me. I was called back before I could take a seat. Staff and Dr so nice. Was out under an hr that included taking X-rays.

From the front desk staff to the nurse to the doctor, everyone was kind, professional, and efficient. The facility was INCREDIBLY clean and roomy, and everything was just pristine. The level of care was great, too, and it was quick without feeling like I was being rushed. This isn’t the closest urgent care to me, but it will 100% be the one I visit from now on.

Super wonderful clinic. Clean. Very efficient and friendly staff. The physician I saw was informative and didn’t rush was extremely attentive and kind. Wait time was short.

Service was great but their billing sucks. Paid copay at time of service and owed some after insurance, they will run your card for your bill without permission and then threaten you with collections because it didnt go through.

We moved across town and my pharmacy wasn’t convenient so asked for it to be transferred to Amazon. Well neither has said prescription at this time and we’re going out of country soon. Posted on fb and they actually reached out and said they could help. In less than an hour I was in and out. The office was clean and the staff was super nice. They said since they’re urgent care they can only do 30 day refills but that at least buys me time to track down my missing script or see my regular dr! So grateful for them today!

This facility is not professional or friendly nor do they have their ducks in a row. I have been there a few times just because of the location. I have been twice lately and had to walk out due to the girl at the front desk being rude. Then today I go in and I’m told I have to fill their paperwork out again and give them ID and insurance due to a new system they are using. They have all patient info on a flash drive and they are too lazy to merge the info onto the new system. They would rather a Customer do their job for them by filling out paperwork and they scan it along with ID and insurance. I have never known them to have good customer service. I don’t recommend this rat hole. I suggest going to American Family Care on Whitesburg. They are professional, friendly and kind and they have it together unlike this sorry excuse of a medical care facility. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AT APPROXIE URGENT CARE!!

The staff here made my first visit a breeze, they quickly got me in and out. They followed up making sure that I didn’t have any questions and even stopped to ask how was I feeling 10/10 recommend!!

I love this place. They have helped my toddler before and now me! Super quick, skilled nurses / staff… I literally didn’t feel my Covid test!! And the shot was painless. I felt they took time to listen but times I have been here and it felt like a POC.

I requested an appointment from my house for my child and was instantly scheduled for an appointment. We were seen immediately when we arrived and had a prescription called in for us before we even left. I enjoyed staying at home instead of spending 45 minutes in the waiting room. The quick and thorough care we received when our pediatrician was closed was top notch! I can’t say enough great things! I would highly recommend ApproXie!

Went to this office before with my girlfriend who had an ear infection and the visit seemed good, she had no complaints.We go back because the first time went alright, and she doesnt want to make a pcp appointment. She hasnt been in the back, but for a few minutes, when I hear the front desk staff saying they cant do something because they dont want anyone to treat them as a pcp, nurse comes back to the desk and asks if they can refund her visit and lo and behold, the patient they were talking about was my girlfriend.She told me they refused to help her with more than one issue per visit unless she paid $175 for them to help her with both her current issue and a prescription refill, or she could be helped with one and come back the next day to spend another $40 copay. She said she was told it was for insurance reasons until I told her what I heard at the front desk from the nurse and front desk attendant.We are never going back, especially since they are listed for BCBS BEG insurance holders on Find My Doctor for a PCP but they dont want to be a PCP and wont accept BCBS BEG insurances.

Came here after reading good reviews and I was very impressed! Got there a little after 8am with two people ahead of me and I got called back right after filling out paperwork. Was in and out in about 45 minutes. Heather was my nurse and she was very personable and knowledgeable. She even noticed that I had a cold sore and called me in some medicine for that with my other prescriptions. Highly recommend!

Seriously the best urgent care Ive ever taken my kids to! All of the staff was super friendly and nice. Dr. Allman was so sweet and actually listened to what we had to say and took us seriously.She didnt rush us out of there like most urgent care drs. The office is very clean. I will definitely be back and will be making this my permanent go to for urgent care.

Update: 5 Stars! I spoke with the owner to inform them of my experience and they went above and beyond to ensure that the issue would be mitigated and proper training will be in place to improve quality. Approxie and their medical staff are truly exceptional.Previously:I would give 5 stars for quality of care, and I will still come back and recommend to friends, however I am not impressed in the way I was treated by one of the front office staff as well as the billing manager. As someone who worked with insurance and billing for quite some time, I know that insurances can vary and systems often don’t integrate well with each other, for that reason I came prepared with my insurance information. I informed the front desk that my DED and OOP had been met. My insurance plan was an Aggregate Deductible, which means the deductible may be met by one member or any combination of family members. I also informed them that my out of pocket maximum had been met. One of the assistants -Sarah, had very polite interactions and helped me try to understand the disconnect, while the other assistant would make off handed comments that I was wrong and that her billing manager Cassie agreed I was wrong. I was asked to pay a $75 fee and declined to do so until I spoke to my health care advocate. I called my HCA while at the office and they confirmed my DED and OOP max had been met, the assistant said “we can’t go by what the insurance company says on the phone, we have to go by what’s on the screen.” My HCA asked if the billing manager could call the provider number on my insurance card so that my advocate could speak to the billing manager directly and the assistant stated “our billing manager will not call the provider number” when I asked why, the assistant stated “she’s at another office working”. The assistant provided the billing managers number to my HCA so they called on my behalf. The assistant stated the billing manager agreed to waive the $75 this one time, but one time only. Not being trusted to know my insurance and it’s limits is something I can understand, because the common person doesn’t, but for the office not to trust the actual health advocate from my insurance stating I do not owe is something of absurd behavior. I hope that my experience can be an example of something to improve the quality of this practice.

Great, quick service. However; if you visit on the weekend, they will mail you a bill for $25 for “after hours care” even if you visit during normal hours. Happened to my wife and myself on two separate occasions, wish they would be more forthcoming about this.

The absolute best experience we have had at an urgent care facility. We visited the the Madison location and from doorway entry to doorway exit, it was less than an hour and actually were given great, quality care. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Dr. Allman and the staff at this beautiful new location are so helpful and thorough. Everything ran nice and easy and they were all so professional and kind. ApproXie of South Huntsville is our go to urgent care. Their whole staff is so friendly and fast! Even when the waiting room is packed I am out within 30 minutes!

I’ve been here twice and this is definitely going to be where I go from now on. Everyone is very sweet and welcoming. Every time I’ve been they have gotten me in very quickly. This place is so convenient and you can tell they actually care! I can’t say enough positive things.

Ive been several times. The clinic is absolutely beautiful and so clean. I have been seen and discharged in under 45 minutes each time, even when waiting on test results. I love that they are professional and friendly. And Dr. Allman is the BEST!

They were wonderful. The Dr and her entire staff actually care for us. We were in and out in less than an hour but had good care from every employee there. I highly recommend them.

They made me feel as comfortable as possible in an uncomfortable situation. I had a large mass about the size of a pool ball on my tailbone making it nearly impossible to sit or walk due to immense pain. I went in and immediately walked out feeling better. Dr. Ollman distracted me beautifully during her procedure leaving little room for me to notice the pain, as well as making very quick and effective decisions. She is truly worthy of being called a doctor as her care and knowledge put her levels above some that Ive seen!

Had the best experience at Approxie, The nurse practitioner Lauren who saw me was great and the nurse Teyona was amazing as well, I was in and out so fast and am very satisfied with my visit! I will definitely be returning!

The staff was very nice and the place is neat and quiet.. But the way my appointment went is why I’m giving 3 stars.I have a painful wart on the foot of my heal that is unfortunately getting worse, I’ve had it for months now trying over the counter medications and since nothing is really working I decided I wanted to find an urgent care who could help. I came across this place, the ratings were excellent so I figured it’d go well. I decided to make the appointment online, when it asked what my reason for the visit would be I put “wart removal” - it got accepted a few hours later.The next day of my appointment, I walk in and after doing the paper work then paying $175 exact to see the doctor, I was called back by a nurse right away. I told her what was going on and how my foot has been in pain because of this wart. When she’s finished asking me questions and goes to the doctor, she comes back to tell me they can’t actually remove it they can only look at it. I did have a patient advocate with me who said : “if you guys can’t do anything about it then we just paid $175 for you to do nothing.” - the doctor stated we could just keep using over the counter stuff, then said I’d probably need to see an actual dermatologist. We were then offered a refund for the visit because she understood the frustration. On the website, you choose what you’re needing to be seen for. I put “Dermatology” because that involves anything with the skin and I figured a wart was apart of that. Whoever accepted my appointment did not read where I said “wart removal” - no one called to tell me this was not something they could do in the first place. ***I did get a refund*** - the office lady, the nurse, and the doctor were very kind and understanding. The point of this review is because it’s very irritating to be dealing with something only a doctor can help you with, just for them to tell you they can’t. No one tried the make the efforts to let me know they couldn’t do that type of procedure beforehand.Please just make sure they can absolutely help you with whatever you need so you’re not wasting your time!

Cannot say enough great things about these urgent cares. I had A Rocky first experience, but it was very quickly corrected and i have the upmost respect for the owners and staff at all locations that i have encountered. Went online requesting rapid Covid testing appointment and received an appointment for 30 minutes later. Was in and out with little to no wait time. They were very thorough and made sure to do everything to make me comfortable considering a positive Covid test. HIGHLY recommend and will be returning!

I went today this morning . Best urgent care!! No wait , staff were professional and positive from the front desk , health care professionals to Dr. Allman . This doctor is easy to talk to and was very thorough . When I walked in I was impressed by the large lobby , nice seating and how clean . I will recommend to my friends and family ..

I took my daughter here when she had a bad ear infection (6 years old). I picked her up from school, took her to Approxie, and had her home and resting in about an hours time. From the front desk, to the medical assistants and doctor, the entire experience was very professional. The building is very clean and beautiful. Thank you Dr. Shah for taking care of my little girl.

I made an appointment online at 3 a.m.for an 815 a.m. appointment. When I got there I was told that that location does not do appointments, but it wasnt a problem because there were only a couple other people in the waiting room & Im not sure I waited even 60 seconds. Everyone was very nice & helpful. I had been there 2 weeks prior & was still sick. I was checked for Covid & flu again & also checked for strep. I was given a steroid shot & antibiotics. I felt the care provider was very responsive to my situation.

I went to this clinic for the first time today. I have gone to Approxie in Madison before but I was in the Huntsville area and needed to be seen today. The service was speedy and everyone was nice.I saw the doctor and was finished with my appointment in about 20 minutes.

ApproXie has always been a great urgent care facility. I first visited them back in 2018, and they have always been quick, professional, and attentive to my needs. I will continue using them for all Urgent Care needs.

Everyone was so nice! Saw the doctor in record time. Really grateful for them because they took care of my son when he had RSV. The dr gave me great suggestions on how to take care of my sick little one.

It is refreshing to be able to set an appointment and not have to wait. Super professional and friendly staff who actually listened and were concerned with giving a proper medication to help. I will be back if I ever need anything else.

Haven Watson saw me at this clinic. I went in experiencing pain and asked if I could have an xray- NOT PAIN MEDS. I was berated on how I dont need one because I sounded fine, though you cant hear pain. I asked her why she was being rude to me, to which she said that I was being rude and to explain how she was. I discontinued this conversation and said I would just go to my primary. After I am in tears, she then offers to order an xray, because it is a lawsuit if Im denied treatment and my primary finds something after. I said that I will go to my primary again because they will not act this way. Her response was Whats the difference? And So you are refusing the treatment offered to you? After she just said it was treatment I didnt need. I was also prescribed as needed medication for a cough- all of these were reviewed at my regular office and werent related to what my issues were, which makes sense because I was not heard. After she left the room, I also heard her telling the other employees more (surprise) rude things about me. If you are interested in your co-pay, expenses for medication you dont need, treatment DENIED TO YOU, not refused BY you, just to have someone stand over you, act like a concern for your health is ridiculous to them, and do it all in front of your 7 year old, then sure. Go here. Otherwise, find a nurse that wont bully you for feeling bad.

I didnt give them a chance to see me, the reason being is they want you to fill out ON PAPER your payment information along with the CCV number. I am not comfortable with such a vulnerable policy. The person at the check in desk told me it is a requirement that I provide that information and without that information I couldnt get seen, I told him my concerns and left.

Came in for a rusted cut on my finger. I was seen quickly and the nursing staff could not have been more kind, detailed, and thorough. Great to have it so close by!
