Unprofessional and Rude Staff, wouldn’t recommend this horrible place to anyone.I have been visiting Dr Musha from last 8Months and i can confirm, for each appointment i have to wait for my turn at-least 2 hours each time. Their staff always overbook appointments.Incident: My wife never had High blood pressure, that staff ( or not sure if doctor made mistake) prescribed high blood pressure medication to my wife. Luckily we checked it online before she took it after we collected from CVS. Staff mentioned by mistake they prescribed different medicine which was applicable to another patient. WHAT, ARE YOU GUYS MAKING A FUN WITH YOUR PATIENTS.Not only this incident, i had similar incidents where their staff behaved badly and sent us wrong medicine or gave us wrong information. Worst part which I don’t like, they never admit that they made mistakes. They are super professional to tell a lie infront of you and tweak their words.Will not recommend this place.Try to avoid, if possible.

I and my entired family love Dr. Musha.He has been my doctor for over 30 years,. My daughter and granddaughter are his patients. He is very thought, kind and have a great bedside manner!Thank you Dr. Musha for your outstanding services to my family and the community!!!

As an RN with over 22 years in OB/GYN and a patient of Dr Mushas I can assure you that you wont find a more caring, dedicated and knowledgeable Dr. In his area of expertise I am so thankful to God that he is accessible and available to most if, not all communiies; we are blessed to have him.

Dr Musha has been my doctor for over 22 years. He has delivered 3 of my 4 children. Dr. Musha is very knowledgeable, gentle and caring physician who will do everything he can to make sure he listens to his patients; diagnosis and treat with a excellence plan. He is NOT rough with his examinations. Will talk and explain every process and procedure that is necessary to heal or gear better health toward his patients needs. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that has had a bad experience(s) with a OB/GYN or INFERTILITY doctor who just couldn’t figure things out for you. Dr. Musha is also a fertility specialist who can help and treat women with any incompetence. He is the best!!!!!

Staff is extremely rude. Wait time is 75-100 minutes. How can you overbook appointments? Its not just us. its all the reviews. After the long long wait time, they sat my mother in a room with two nurses talking loudly .... medical papers, folders, even an office phone on the table my mom was asked to sit on for them to take her blood pressure. Which they were unable to do after three attempts, because of the very unnatural and unprofessional enviroment... after a long wait time, you dont even get privacy to do a vital medical exam?? Unheard of!! They copped a really bad attitude when I brought it up and basically said if you dont like it you can leave and not come back, which goes to show you again how far off from standard this place is. The paper that should be covering the seat was also none exsistant, so you are sitting in the exact same spot as everyone else... all this is non-sense. When they literally have the proper facility space to have a better work flow. This is just poor management and no standards.Do better

Dr Musha is caring, knowledgable and professional. His staff are so kind and welcoming, they seem to treat everyone with equal respect and care. Even amongst themselves, you hear their language and even with the stress and rush, there is still heart. Thank you doctor and staff, you make peoples lives better.

This Doctor is by far the best Doctor in the area! I have been with Dr. Musha for 8 years now. He has delivered both my children too. His calm personality and professionalism makes you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend him! His staff has been excellent, very friendly, and they try to help you as much best as they could with whatever you may need. Love Dr. Musha!

Do not waste your time here. Dr. Musha’s staff overbooks patients and doctor rushes to see next patient. Indian girl at front desk is extremely rude. She needs to be retrained. First thing out of her mouth was $10 co-pay. I misplaced my card and didn’t have cash on me. I told her I work nearby and I will bring it first thing in the morning. Can you believe she turned me away? I was hospitalized and need surgery. I was there for my second visit since Dr. Musha sent me for a sonogram. The audacity for a measly $10. It’s not like I owe $10k. It just goes to show the type of people they are, very low class and extremely unprofessional.

Dr. Musha is a very good doctor. He takes time to all your questions and concern. He never rushes like other doctors does. He delivered my baby. He was very patient and explaining everything to me and my husband. He was sharing jokes and had good sense of humor. I would suggest him for delivery and appointment, you will never regret.

He’s a wonderful doctor just move back to Jersey. I’m definitely make appointment ASAP.

Horrible...From my very first experience I didnt get good vibes. Honestly, Ive tried to give his practice a chance, because of all the great things Ive heard about Dr. Musha. Im very disappointed because most of his staff are too incompetent and unprofessional. They over book appointments, not enough seats and patients have to stand around waiting for at least 2 hrs. Im still waiting for the assistant to fax my referral after 2 days of asking for it.. But the last and final straw was, one of his assistants gave me the wrong test results!! Im still upset over this and considering taking further action.

Dr.Musha is an amazing doctor but his staff are rude. He hired new people who don’t do anything right and they are disrespectful and disgusting with their attitude! He needs to fire that Indian girl in the front she’s disgusting with there attitude. Multiple reviews about his staff, if he does not realize that his staff is his biggest downfall. Maria is rude, she do not know how to talk on the phone with people. Always picking the phone up with an attitude, this is beyond ridiculous to be a health provider with immature staff

Dr. Musha himself is very kind, and very competent at his job but his staff is terrible. When you come in you pretty much have to do a song & dance for them just to acknowledge you. It was so unprofessional. The wait on average is 2 hours, even if youre early. Whats worse is the office is very small so theres no space for the patients as they wait an eternity to see him.

Very un-professional billing staff !!, I am following up with them from last 3 months for my spouse first and the last visit with this office. As per my insurance my Co-pay was $25 but they deduct $150 with reference to their office policy that they will settle/refund after they get the claim from my insurance.They never send the claim to my insurance not sure why? but even after many follow ups my insurance never received it.Lesson learned Never pay more then your co-pay even if it is doctor office policy, find someone else if they have such policies.Not recommended!!!

This is the first time i visit that horrible office starting to set an appointment the lady forgot me on hold for more than half an hour then when i went there to see the doctor i wait more than two hours the staff there are very rude specially the fat girl she is dealing with me in a very impolite manner when I should to do the blood work she told me to wait after her break which is more than three hours with doing nothing i will never go there again

I been going to Dr. Musha for several years and I never had an issue until now… I called to see what if I can come in for an emergency check up bcuz something wasn’t feeling right. So one of his staff answered and told me I couldn’t walk-in bcuz of Covid.. understandable but so she tried to set up an appointment for me the next day.. she calling out info and she called out a phone number I didn’t recognize and when I told her I didn’t recognize it she got a straight attitude and ask me why is it in my chart. I’m giving her all the info that they should have on file and she hangs up on me.. when I tried calling back she kept ignoring my phone call. Dr. Musha need to hire some compassionate RNs the ones he have don’t have none at all.

Ive been a patient for Dr. Musha for over 14 years. I never had a problem with him or the staff. Even though Ive seen reviews stating that the staff are unprofessional and rude. I guess its different for everyone. If I had to critique one thing it would be the wait time and lack of organization. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Musha services.

He’s a very good doctor, just the wait time to see him can be very long. All the doctors I ever went to have told me the same things over and over and not one have helped me and made me feel comfortable like Dr.Musha has. I thank you for not giving up on me because of my size and always finding a way to help me, because of you I have my 2 biggest blessings 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. God bless you always.

I cannot say enough about this doctor. My husband and I are lucky to have him as our doctor and trust our lives and my childs life to him. He honestly cares about his patients regardless of their insurance and how much or little he will get paid. He is the only reason why I have made it to full term in this pregnancy. He listens, honestly cares and always makes time for his patients. Yes, there is a bit of a wait to see him but once you have met with him, you will understand what all the fuss is about. He is the man!! :) .

First, I will say Dr. Musha is a great doctor. However, his staff (front desk) is so unprofessional, short tempered, and ghetto. It takes forever to see Dr. Musha even if you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment (last visit waited 2hrs). When I called for my lab results (because they had not posted them on their supposedly convenient web page), front desk answered with the lack of enthusiasm and placed me on hold for 5 minutes. I hung the phone--I would have given 5 stars if it werent for them.

Dr Musha explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options . Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Dr Musha is always very considerate and professional. I love his staff they work very hard. Everyone please keep in mind that this is a very busy office.

I love Musha and the staff. He delivered my 3 boys and all went well. He is very humble and knowledgeable with all information asked. I recommend him to anyone. I love it here AND i love the staff! Jessica & Destiny are thy best!!!

I love Dr. Musha I have been seeing since I was in my twenties...im now in my fourties!!hes awesome the long wait times is because he answers all of his patients questions and do not rush them out. hes awesome. I love his staff. I live in NYC so his hours work well for my visits.

Dr.Musha has excellent bed side manners and explains everything. However it very unfortunate that his staff, the Receptionist and Phlebotomist are EXTREMELY unprofessional. My 1st experience there my appointment ran an hour behind. After the exam I was told by Dr.Musha to get blood work there. When I walked out the room in the back the Phlebotomist stormed out the room and looked me up and down and said “ I don’t know why they sent you” I do my do blood work after 10:30am. I was totally surprised about how that was handled and felt uncomfortable. Today I called to make an follow up appointment. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional with her tone lack of sensitivity for my questions and concerns. She acted as if I was bothering her for doing her job. My conclusion is “Yes” he’s a great doctor but his staff will be his downfall ...

Awesome Doctor been with Dr. Musha over 25 years and won’t change doctor. Doctor Musha is caring , loving doctor who cares about his patients. I personally never experienced any problems with the staff who work in the office.

I am so thankful I found Doctor Musha. I remember searching on google for a good doctor that would be able to help me after hours of searching I came across doctor Musha. I read the reviews and his website and I had a really good feeling about going to see him. I been in pain and discomfort for a long time since 2008. The pain just really got out of hand late 2013. I saw Doctor Musha and right away he found the issue and took care of me. Hes a really caring doctor. His staff are very nice and caring too. I know I am in great hands under doctor Mushas care. His knowledge and caring expertise will help me till I can be pain free again. Thank you doctor Musha for being so kind and caring.

No way. Based on my experience, I would never recommend Dr. Musha and his team to anyone. When youre going through the struggles of infertility, you want an expert who is caring, but also smart, intuitive yet practical, and someone who is, above all else, your medical professional advocate. This is not what I found with Dr. Musha and his team at Hudson IVF. After being persuaded by Google reviews, and the proximity to our house, I paid 2-3 visits to this clinic, much to my regret. The reviews I later found on Yelp seemed to be a more accurate reflection of what I experienced. First, the office and examination rooms are cramped and unsanitary. Like another Yelp user mentioned, there were blood stains and grime on the equipment each time I went in for a visit.Worse still, their disorganized, unprofessional and utterly lackadaisical approach only added to the stresses of this journey. A simple CT scan requested by the Dr was denied by our insurance provider because their office staff failed to send basic, adequate information from my charts to support the request. We have great health insurance coverage, with zero issues in the past. Not only did my insurance provider follow up and call Hudson IVF multiple times, they even provided a direct number for Dr. Musha to call, at his will, to have a peer-to-peer phone conversation that would easily resolve the issue in minutes. I personally followed up with the office and Dr. Musha. He never called. They never sent the proper information. He never advocated for an appeal. I ended up paying for the CT out of pocket.Does this sound like someone you want to have along your side as you navigate the ups and downs and uncertainty of infertility? If they fail to properly send chart info for a simple CT authorization, how do you think the process will go once procedures, drugs and IUI/IVF present more complex nuances?If you have zero or little insurance coverage, I am so sorry that this is one of the few clinic available to you because you deserve much better care than this. For those fortunate enough to have excellent coverage, choose a provider who will be your advocate! After switching, I realized what a world of difference it is. My new Doc was completely thorough in discussing my diagnosis, my options, advantages, disadvantages in each treatment plan. There was so much he covered that wasnt even mentioned in all my visits with Dr. Musha. In addition, the staff goes far above and beyond to make the billing and health insurance process run smoothly.

Dr. MUSHA IS THE BEST!! I lied , if you have your own insurance or insurance through your job please be careful that they don’t bill you for something that you didn’t have done!!!!! My wellness women visit with my job should have been 100% covered with no Co pay, unfortunately they tried to get slick and bill my insurance company with the incorrect code and charge me a co pay of $40.00. I am paying for insurance through my job why would i want to come out my pocket with extra money if I don’t have to. Over the years I have referred Dr Musha to plenty of people even family members , sorry to say I will not be returning nor will I refer him to anyone else! Business wasn’t booming as usually , very empty in there , I wonder why?? Everyone is out to get a little bit more money than what they should be getting , even doctors offices! FYI make sure they are billing you for whatever treatment you are having done, especially if you pay for you own damn insurance !

Great Doctor been seeing him for 14 years. The staff is friendly & very helpful. Hes open on Fridays at 6 am, so you can get in and out early and quick.

Its very sad when you have a good doctor but his staff is unprofessional! Their area alone is a hot mess besides their customer service skills. I am not understanding as to why they dont look professional, they dont represent themselves in a professional manner, and they dont answer the phones at all. I was here last week and as I sat in the waiting area, I proved my point by calling Dr. Musha office, while me and another patient sat there and watched how his staff lets the phone ring and wont pick up the call. On Fridays he opens at 7am and his staff is there, yet the phones will still be hooked and calls get forwarded to the answering service. This is so unprofessional and is giving Dr. Musha a bad name to his facility.

Not satisfied with the service received. Staff was really rude. Booked appointment a week ahead, when i walked in for the appointment had to wait for like 2-2.5 hours. Still none of them were apologetic about it. I even confirmed the wait time while booking the appointment. After 2.5 hours they called me in, again waited inside for like half hour. Doctor came and did ultrasound even without listening to my whole issue. They didnt even give the ultrasound report to me.He prescribed some medicines and asked to get details from front desk. Front desk ladies were intern or something and had really high attitude. Couldnt advice on how to take medicines.

We had worst experience with staff and doctor. nothing professional and no time to listen to the patient. wait time is like 90 mins to 150 mins. After awaiting this much you get 5 to 7 running mins of doctor. We have lot more points which were negative only specially with staff. Not at all happy with anything. Even pharmacy chasing them down didnt help . there is no one to listen . Doctor needs new proactive staff . We are done

The doctor and staff are very nice but its so hard to get in contact with them. I had a horrible uti that turned into a kidney infection and I was unable to reach the doctor or anyone in the office all day and then for multiple days after. I left messages and never received a call back, I had to go to urgent care 2x. For general care theyre fine but I hope you never need them in an emergency.

I love Dr Musha is the best GYN DOCTOR !!!!!!! he is very understanding and kind makes you feel comfortable. He sit with you as long as possible till all your questions are answered. I was referred to Dr. Musha by Dr. Darbouze. I am absolutely happy with his services and FINALLY have an understanding of my current situation. I am also pleased with his staff. They make sure they take care of all your needs. The wait can be a little long, but its totally worth it!

It has taken me a long time to find a great Gyn. And now that I have, I am never leaving. My first visit was in 2012. I have since moved to CA, and have come back every yr for my apt. Wonderful experience. Dr.Musha was friendly, made me comfortable, and answered all my questions.

Worst Experience EVERRRR, DIRTY/OLD EQUIPMENT AND EXAM ROOMS, OVERCROWDED, UNORGANIZED, INCOMPETENT STAFFDr. Musha never remembered who I was and why he was treating me!I had to remind him every time I went in there what he was treating me for, what he has done in the past for me, what my results were. He even gave me someone else s chart and test results once!!! RIDICULOUSSS UNACCEPTABLE and UNORGANIZED!!!! The staff never remembers who you are, most have a chip on their shoulder and an attitude problem. I was NEVER called with lab results or pap results, I had to chase them. GOD FORBID SOMETHING SERIOUSLY BE WRONG! EVERY single appt I had with them the waiting room is overcrowded with craziness and disgruntled walk ins and you wait at least an hr or TWO past your appointment time jus to be seen by the Dr. The offices and exam rooms are old school, ghetto, and dirty. The admin staff has the biggest attitude and it is the most difficult experience just trying to get them to transfer MY RECORDS to my other Doctors! They are so old school and dont do anything over email and tell you to use this web portal that is the most un-user friendly thing ever and is not updated with all your newest records. I have moved to a new obgyn and just to transfer my records was the biggest deal ever!!! Even my new obgyns admin assistant says she has never in her life have had to deal with another drs staff this difficult!!! Mind you, my new OBGYN is one of the largest and best specialty OBGYN offices in the country, so imagine how many other Drs offices they deal with on a regular basis. Then when you have to call them to remind them to do THEIR JOB for the third time, they have an attitude like YOUR bothering THEM!ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!!!

I love going to dr Mushas office even tho he is a very busy doctor. He and his staff are very loving and care for the patients. Destiny is my favorite. She goes out her way for the patients and is very helpful.

Dr. Musha is an excellent OBGYN not only is he a top-notch Gynecological Oncologist, but he is a very down to earth easily accessible physician who relates to his patients with kindness and compassion. I would highly recommend him to any woman facing this extreme trauma in her life.

Only came here once and waited literally 2 hours just to see a doctor. Doctor is okay, spoke to fast and didn’t really let me explain everything that been going on. I work in the medical field as well and this is just sad , need staff that are more productive and on top of everything and more organized. And on top of that they send me to do bloodwork and im waiting on my results and apparently the office is closed until the 12th .. like how and why ? Ya closed for a week and their own answering service didn’t know. Now i have no way to get my results. My own primary doctor can’t even call them to go it cause the lab wont release it . Sadly i have to come here since there are no doctors near me .

He is the best doctor out there... go with any concerns and he is there for you... have not come across such a good doctor with so much knowledge and humility. Ever since visiting him, there is no look back. Thank you Dr. Musha!!!

Dr. Mushayandebvu, besides being an outstanding Gyn-oncologist and Surgeon, is extremely caring and dedicated to his patients. He is an a very very busy physician so even though the waiting time is not as short as one would like, nor his time with the patient as long as one would want, he listens, has an extreme concern and dedication to his patients, even to the point to going above and beyond his call of duty.

Dr musha is the best dr i have! they dont make doctors like him any more!the kind who acttually listens to what yo have to say. the kind who wont rush you out and always makes you feel better than what you did when you came in. staff always remembers your name and they are all very kind. if your looking for someone who will understand you and has patience,this is the dr. dont go anywhere else or you will be dissapointed.

Exceptional physician. truly gifted and makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. I had a Robotic myomectomy performed by Dr Musha last year and conceived 12 weeks later. I had been trying to get pregnant for 3 yrs. Awesome doctor!!!...flora rogriguez

Amazing doctor! Best surgeon! But however he needs to work on his staff on customer service they need to watch a few videos on how to really run a medical office cause those girls are a hot mess!

The worst office experience that I’ve ever had. They have no regard for their patients and will truly make your life more difficult just to obtain your own records. They’re disorganized, messy and careless. This is why pregnant women don’t trust the healthcare system.

First visit was wonderful. Great respectful staff. Really nice doctor great personality. I will make Dr. Musha my primary GYN.

If I could I would have given zero stars for review. Horrible staff and worst wait times. Even if you are scheduled, it takes about 2 hours to see the doctor. I came here on the recommendation of my friend and had very bad experience. Please do not go for any infertility treatment.

I love Dr musha but I called today to see if he can see me and the girl that answer the phone name Maria had an attitude from the minute she answer the phone she wasn’t trying to hear anything I said! Just had my fibroids removed by Dr Musha at St Barnabas hospital this week. Had a wonderful experience. Smart doctor with great hands. My incision looks beautiful!!!
