I have had the best experience with Dr McCarthy and the whole staff at IVFMD! From the beginning, I knew I was in good hands. Start to finish I knew exactly what was happening, what to do, and if I needed help, they were there to help with any questions. The portal was extremely helpful for information. The medicine consultation was a game changer to know exactly what to do with medications prescribed. The staff was so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. All in all, if anyone if even considering this process, Dr McCarthy (and her team at IVFMD) is THE choice.

My journey hasn’t been an easy one, but I am so grateful for Dr. McCarthy and her care team. This is the second fertility clinic I’ve seen in the past five years. The empathy that Dr. McCarthy and her care team show me doesn’t compare to the other clinic I was seeing. They understand my unique situation and make me feel as if I am the only patient in the office. While my journey continues, I know right now I am in good hands.

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Taylor. She listened to every question and concern that I had and addressed everything accordingly! She is very kind, patient & knowledgeable. I have already recommended her to all of my friends! Very grateful to have found her and have her on this journey. Her team is also very attentive and kind!

I cant say enough good things about the doctors, nurses and staff at IVFMD Jupiter! Everyone is so kind, helpful and thoughtful. Dr McCarthy is the best there is - so compassionate, intelligent and amazing at what she does. I appreciate all of them so much! Highly recommend for any fertility needs.

If you are searching for a reproductive endocrinologist, Dr. McCarthy at IVFMD is the best. I have been with Dr. McCarthy for a little over a year and she and her team are the most wonderful and compassionate people you could ever hope to have during what I heard is supposed to be a difficult journey. They made it easy and the entire team was so supportive. I really don’t have words to describe how grateful I am that I found them.I started off at another clinic in the area and it was a nightmare. Neither the doctor nor the nurses cared or followed up properly with me after I had post-op complications lasting two months from a procedure this doctor did. I was left to fend for myself when his procedure didn’t go as expected and it truly felt like I was just a number.Looking back, I’m glad that it happened, because I would have never found Dr. McCarthy otherwise. She and her team follow up and check in on you at every step. In the past year, I never once felt neglected or like they forgot about my case between all their other patients. My IVF coordinator, Mel, was incredible. She was always on top of everything and SO organized and prompt with her responses. But really, every single person on Dr. McCathy’s team is amazing and Dr. McCarthy herself is the absolute best!

Ive been a patient at this clinic for many years, and I wanted to follow up on the last Anonymous review that was mentioned. I must say, I completely agree with the sentiments expressed. Many patients, including myself, share similar experiences, particularly when it comes to the lack of communication within the office. Theres an active IVF fertility chat where both current and former patients from this office frequently discuss their experiences, thoughts, and concerns, often echoing these issues.While I wholeheartedly believe that the doctors here are among the best—truly some of the most skilled and dedicated professionals—there has always been a noticeable gap in communication. This issue is consistently reflected in the reviews on this page as well as in the chat groups. From my perspective, the root cause appears to be understaffing. As someone with management experience, I understand the strain that comes from being short-staffed, which likely contributes to the communication challenges. The staff, who are already working hard, may be overextended, leading to these ongoing issues.I believe additional training for the staff could be beneficial, but more importantly, hiring more team members would alleviate some of the pressure on the existing staff, improving communication overall. My hope is that every patient has a positive experience and ultimately a healthy pregnancy.Sending prayers and love to everybody on this journey.

We had been going to this practice for over a year and never had any issue with the doctor or nurses. However, the service, front staff, and billing/payment here is one of the worst we have ever experienced in any medical practice. We recently switched to a different IVF practice and feel it is night and day different in a better way. We had so many issues here and honestly never felt to write a review and just move on. But now we have left this practice and are still having issues with billing and getting any type of service. The front desk staff is never nice or accommodating (the one nice girl left long ago). When you call you can never get anyone who will give you a straight answer or knows what is going on. We had multiple issues with scheduling, wrong medication/doses, and double billing. We found out when we re biopsied an embryo the embryo facility charges $0 yet this office charged you over $2k for it. We have been waiting on a credit card refund that we were told 3 times was processed the “ same day” yet still haven’t received it. We are very happy to be away from this practice for good, as there are a lot of issues behind the scenes and seemingly shady business practices. We are so happy we have now moved on and do not recommend this facility or company to anyone as it has been an absolute nightmare through a process that is extremely difficult and stressful as it is.

My experience was a very special one. Dr. Bauer is a very professional and caring doctor. My coordinator Sheila Vazquez was always above and beyond with instructions and appointments. She is always available for any questions or concerns. She will be there for you! During the FET, the assistant Latoya Ford was very kind always asking how I was doing, I will never forget that hug at the end. Thank you all for being by my side at our special moment. ❤️J&Y

I am incredibly grateful for Dr. McCarthys expertise and guidance and for her entire teams expertise. My IVF journey has been filled with hope, grief, loss, and, most importantly, hope!Dr. M and team, your compassionate care and dedication have given me the opportunity to start a family. I want to start by saying I know the doctors in this practice are amazing and truly are top of their class when it comes to fertility. With that being said I was a patient in the past and I felt the need to share that this practice is night and day from before. It is very discouraging and disappointing how you know longer feel valued or appreciated. Feels like a factory and just another number. I should not have to say how emotionally vulnerable you are having to go through this process but also the financial strain it puts on family’s. The face of the practice is the front desk from the moment you arrive it’s nothing but attitude and arguing the lack of communication is horrible and and makes you question the quality of care you are receiving and the trust you have in them during this process. It is very obvious you support lgbtq community but the pride flags everywhere and stations are a bit tacky and after speaking to other patients it feels and looks as if that is the target audience. Myself and and few find it disrespectful. Not to mention pride month is in June. With all of this being said it is not to cause harm but simply share so that management can come together and hopefully find a solution. This is so trying on families and I hope you find a way to make this a more positive experience for your patients.

Very welcoming and friendly staff! And for this review it’s focusing on the lovely nurse that took my blood. Super sweet and was phenomenal with my blood draw , didn’t feel a thing!

Dr.McCarthy has made our dreams come true. When many other doctors were telling us “just keep trying” after having multiple miscarriages, Dr.McCarthy gave us hope. From the first appointment my husband and I could feel her compassion and genuine desire to help us find out what was causing the miscarriages. She guided us thoughtfully and compassionately, and was always available to answer any of our questions or concerns. We couldn’t be more grateful to her and the staff at IVFMD. Means everything to have a doctor and staff who truly make you feel like you are their only patient.

Had my egg retrieval at the Jupiter location. Dr. Bauer, Shavonne (sorry I’m spelling this wrong) and Nurse Casey were fantastic. Thank you Jupiter team!

I think it’s important to keep your eye on the prize.I’m 3 weeks from meeting my little girl and it’s all because of the brilliant work from Dr McCarthy and her nursing staff!She is by far one of the most intelligent people I’ve ever spoken to.Sure, The office kept me waiting multiple times, things were not answered or explained perfectly, I was overly emotional and expected to be the first priority I guess of this office.IVF worked. The plan worked and that’s why I went to her. Don’t get caught up on the small things.

I was a patient of Dr. McCarthy, who is a great Dr. My low review is due to their fraudulent and unethical billing practices. As well as their front desk staff who specializes in giving attitude and sucking their teeth. I highly recommend everyone check their insurance EOB after you visit. Good chance they billed for a procedure or test that was never performed.

Staff is amazing… I’m a nervous patient but they helped me feel comfortable. From warming up water for my tea to Maya the assistant helping me relax. Dr. Bauer for going over procedure and being gentle.Thank you

I have had a mostly positive experience with this clinic, but I will say that I believe that the front staff need compassion training. Every time Ive called to try to make an appointment I feel like Im inconveniencing someone, they struggle to actually create the appointment, and then Im given incorrect information that is not verified through text or email, resulting in a missed appointment. Then when checking out, again this feels like a hassle; the individual did not address me but simply gestured at a piece of paper on the table, and I had to ask my own follow up questions to figure out what my next steps were, and every question was met with a short answer which lead to me having to ask more clarifying question, it was like I had to do all the work myself.I just feel that this is already a hardship for a lot of people, a super sensitive topic that leaves people feeling vulnerable, and compassion is a must. I dont find it here. I like my doctor well enough so I wouldnt want to go anywhere else, but I definitely left my last appointment feeling very defeated, discouraged, and upset. I understand for some people that a job is a job, but when you work with people, especially in a situation like this, compassion is a must. Its already a very sensitive situation and to be met with that kind of attitude from staff really stinks.

I went in to make an appointment and had a good experience. Front desk staff helped me promptly and in a friendly manner, and Makayla in particular was great: she was very helpful, patient with my questions, and friendly.

They say it takes a village to raise a child. For those struggling with fertility it can take a village to create them. Ive been a patient of Dr. Bauers since March 2019 and have had three successful pregnancies! Dr. Bauer and the IVFMD team is exceptional! I commute from Key West and have had the privilege of visiting four of the six IVFMD locations while under Dr. Bs care. Dr. B. treats me like a sister, crossing every t and dotting every i. IVFMD are dream creators and baby makers! I highly, highly recommend!

Ive had a very positive experience with the IVFMD Jupiter office nursing and staff and Dr. McCarthy who was recommended by a friend. They have all been very kind and patient through the process. I had switched from the Cooper City office which is much busier and felt less comfortable. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I should have read the negative reviews on here and digested them, before making an appointment. I of course ran to the positive reviews, ignoring the negative. Sometimes I think when people write negative reviews, they are just trying to shame an establishment, or got upset and it clouds their entire judgement on the experience, etc., but I was unfortunately wrong.When reviewing the negative comments and reading about the negative experience these other women had, I can point out exactly the same things that happened to me that these other women on here are mentioning.The front office staff is untrained. They are messy and uneducated. Im sorry to say that - Im not trying to be disrespectful, but facts are facts. They will not keep up to date with your appointments (give you a call, let you know when your follow-up is, etc), they will not call you, they will not ask you to set-up appointments for things that you need or that the doctor requested get done (tests, etc). You really have to be on the ball yourself here.Nurses get conflicting information from the staff in the front and the doctors.There is no proper communication in an environment that should be all about it.I had a really horrible experience with a Doctor here. So bad that I will never return. Please do your research and go somewhere else. I never write reviews, but felt that it was necessary this one time to warn other women like myself. I wish I could express more, but it would be novel. If youre going to trust any review - I urge you... this one.

Love Dr. MCCARTHY she is an amazing person. Made our dreams come true! We had an experience with another doctor we thought was good but she was on a whole different level. She is caring and lovely, exactly what you need to make your baby

Dr. Mccarthy and staff are all amazing! They really leave no stone unturned while pursuing a diagnosis and treatment plan. In the end our treatment plan worked and we are expecting a baby boy! 100% would and do recommend Dr. Mccarthy to anyone trying to conceive.

I have been a patient of this office for about 1 year. I came across Dr. McArthy via 3 referrals- from friends and patients. During my time here I have also had the experience of being treated by Dr. Taylor on a rare occasion that Dr. McArthy was away. The entire team in this office hold a special place in my heart. They are sensitive to the struggle we endure and every person I have encountered has treated me and my case with great compassion. An experience I have not had at other RE offices. The bedside manner and effort Dr. McArthy takes to educate me on the specifics of my case have been very impactful and inspiring for me as another healthcare provider. There is something to be said for her high level of expertise and emotional IQ which are 2 traits that rarely come hand in hand. I am grateful to have been under the care of this team, including nurses and schedulers. This is just my personal experience, I met with one dr first, and immediately changed because I was lied to about a Vitamin which was purchased at office. It seems like office was motivated by insurance. I was denied the opportunity of IVF bc of age. The best thing I did was leave this practice and start IVF. My first transfer was a success.

Dr. McCarthy & Dr. Taylor in the Jupiter location are fantastic doctors. I work in conjunction with IVFMD to support their patients going through the TTC, IUI and IVF process. I regularly get such good feedback about both doctors! Dr. McCarthy is so knowledgeable - she is always ready with information and studies - even when you have a difficult case. She has gotten SO MANY women pregnant and does it all with kindness. The patients going to Dr. Taylor cant say enough good things. Her IVF success rates are phenomenal and her approach to patient care is simply the best. These 2 lady docs are an amazing team and they are now staffing the Viera office as well! South Florida is lucky to have them!

The front desk staff in this place are so unprofessional. You call them and they never help you with medical records. I just feel they don’t care about pregnant women.Worst place to go to. The only professional one there the Dr. They also misinforms patients and take advantage of women that want to be mothers. I asked the staff if my insurance was going to cover for tests and they told me it was covered but I received a bill. It’s not fair I’m sure I’m not the only patient with this insurance and they know what my insurance covers. I called the staff they didn’t want to help me and were very rude. Don’t go here save yourself!!!!!!!!

Officially removed myself from this Practice Walked in for my scheduled appt. they cancelled it due to the fault of the scheduler after waiting 30minutes no sincere apologies abt it, No Passion for what they specialize in. Dr.Taylor was my provider she herself cancelled my appt walking in 5minutes late from traffic; I kindly reminded them of their prior appt fault office Manager reminded me how that was the past. Ur just another file on their desk all about money & billing your private insurance could care less about your process & timeframe through your infertility journey. She told me to reschedule I signed my release of records I told her I couldn’t dare continue to be part of a team of people who treated a patient in this way. Infertility journey is not easy nor did she make me feel as if they even cared. Palm Beach Infertility w/Dr Denker welcomed me back me with open arms. I only considered this practice because it was closer to home which I totally regret giving these people my money & time.

Dr McCarthy and the staff of IVMD we amazing and we recommend them to any friends who have been trying for more than a year. Dr McCarthy is so warm and super knowledgeable.

These people are total scams. My wife went to their office for a visit and wasn’t told she had to do blood work which our insurance would have paid for, however that’s was a total lie. They instead sent the test to be done at a lab that is out of network when they knew the insurance doesn’t cover for. Only to find out that they are benefiting from the lab when they do such thing.I don’t advise no one to go to this place for no reason at all. They are going to lie just to have you pay out of pocket. These people are some brazen scammers.

Please save yourself the headache. I went there with my wife, on the first visit they said the doctor had to leave. Ok no problem. They reschedule us more than a month away from the date we went in. When we went back for the appointment they said the doctor could not see us because we where 5 minutes late. The office manager was very rude and dismissive. The service was just horrible.

It was my first time and last time there too. Dr was too cold and rude when she said my diagnostic. I just wanted run away!

I am currently a patient of the clinic, I am about to start an IVF cycle but my husband and I have been facing many difficulties in just two months since we started that make me doubt and question whether I should continue in this clinic, I have no complaints about the clinic. Dr. Jessica Bauer, she has been very professional and has made an effort to understand us even though we are Hispanic patients, our problem has been with the staff who is in charge of billing, receiving information, they have no control of the services they provide. are charging, lack of communication and follow-up, lack of empathy and compassion make the patient vulnerable to feeling anxiety and stress in a process where the opposite should be the case. Its terrible, my husband and I practically call every day to make corrections and to ask for information about what is to come, the explanations are superficial and questionable, we feel like we are bothering them. We have a lot of faith that the story has a happy ending despite everything.
