Will definitely be back! This was my first time. I pay cash and the prices were fair and affordable. The lady who greeted me and performed my tests (I’m blanking on her name, sorry! Maybe Jen?) was so helpful and so kind. The lab results came back fast! Such a great experience!

The nurse at the Lafayette location (wish I wouldve asked her name) was super kind, really sweet, very patient, and was extremely courteous when working with me! She was also busy for a few other customers,along with myself,all entered at the same time and she gave us all top quality service. Awesome place and an even greater nurse!

The nurses were very nice,friendly and great with kids. Definitely recommend this place if you want a DNA test or anything done

The CNA (Lynn), that assisted me throughout the visit was phenomenal. She assisted me with my paperwork and went above and beyond trying to help me locate a fax number for my provider to send results too. I have small and rolling veins and usually have problems with blood draws. She hit the little vein on the first try and I couldnt even feel it.She is a wonderful representative for your company!

Everyone is always nice and pleasant regardless if it’s a phone call with questions or in person to get labs drawn.

I absolutely love this place. Was pissed off bc quest diagnostics never answers their phone and also its on the other end of town. These ladies were nice, courteous, and super funny. They gave my my test, easy peasy. If I have to do anything else, I will return here. Thanks ladies!

Whenever I got my blood test done the lady working there was very nice and it was very quick, it took a week to get my results but I had to call to get my results and was told it was getting sent to my email, a hour went by and I called again letting them know I didnt receive a email with my results, and found out that they sent my results to another email Ive never heard of, everything was great instead of that, I didnt like how my personal information was given to someone else which violates the hipaa law

I have been going to Any Lab Test Now every several months over the past few years in order to have blood drawn for the production of serum eye drops (for dry eyes) at the Compounding Pharmacy. Mainly, I have dealt with Lynn and Jenna, both of whom are extremely personable and friendly, as well as professional. They do everything within their power to make the process comfortable and non-stressful. I have to have four vials of blood drawn each time, which if done incorrectly can be quite painful, as well as trying, so I am thankful for their skill and patience. Moreover, getting an appointment has never been a problem, so Im able to arrange going there when its most convenient for me. I highly recommend Any Lab Test Now to anyone who needs a blood test for any reason.

I wish that I could give less than 1 star. The woman (Lynn) was scheduled to arrive at 6pm. She gave me the courtesy of calling 30+ minutes late saying that she had not left yet and would be another hour. It is understandable when things happen and people are a little late, but to notify someone for the first time that it will be another hour wait after you are already 30 minutes late is inexcusable and horrible business practice. If you choose this company, I hope that your experience is better than mine and others alike that have posted.

Waited for well over half an hour to even be seen. The person doing the labs is all by herself. So she has to do everything. Very horrible experience. The person was also running around very disorganized.Update 2/7/23 I was emailed another patients results today also. This is concerning as it has their name/dob/results. I’ll never use this location again for testing because if they can’t protect another patients PII/PHI, then is everyone else at this location safe?

I have a severe needle phobia, and it usually takes hours for someone to draw my blood. I always call ahead because I think it is very important to be honest and communicate your needs and struggles when you are dealing with something like this. That way, no one is surprised by the fact that it takes a long time, and you can mitigate the inconvenience for everyone involved. I am leaving a review to say that even though drawing blood is one of the worst experiences that I have to go through regularly, Ms. Jenna made me feel welcome, and even though it took 4 hours, never once judged me or complained about how long it took. She was super nice and very respectful the whole time, and I couldnt have asked for a more understanding and caring person.

They are very attenative to each individuals need and do not just treat you as another “customer” Samantha went above and beyond to help us in a tough situation, as well as the rest of the staff. So the swab test is inaccurate when you and your child is older it only works and is accurate when the baby is small. The blood test cost a little more but that would be the best bet if you and your child is older cause it comes back to be accurate than a cheek swab. They also said 24-48hrs then we called and they said 72 and they didn’t call until the next Monday so it took almost a week

Had a paternity test done on a Wednesday the worker said 24-48 hours waited til Friday to call another worker said results would go out by email after 3:30 on that day . Nothing came to my email this was very unprofessional to me I was so upset because got told two different things and none of them were right !!! still waiting on my results

Awesome place to get a Covid PCR test. Nurse Sierra very kindly let me into the office when she saw me sitting in the parking lot coz I was early. She administered the test quickly and with ease and was fun to speak with. She followed up with me 2 days later about a minor delay in getting the results due to the transportation of the specimen. She makes this location a 10-star!! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Highly recommend this company. I was blown away by the excellent customer service. I was in and out in 15 minutes and was even able to add on additional testing I had been wanting done with out a doctors order. I plan to use their drug testing solutions for any future employees we hire.

Went in to Any Lab Test now to get a B-12 shot after a google search for the closest lab testing place. Samantha was very professional and courteous. She helped me out and offered ample information in regards to the services offered at this facility. Highly recommend Any Lab Test Now in Lafayette and the great staff!

Incompetence. Tested (Covid PCR) first thing in the morning on the 25th. Lab test results were available on the 26th. Email from Jandi with the results arrived on the 28th at 3pm. Assurances were made regarding the timeliness of the result and the results show that they could have been met. Ball dropped BIG TIME. Waste of money.Revised the rating upward to account for refund.
