I can’t recommend Dr. Kashani more! Not only she has the knowledge and is up to date with the medical research on infertility but she has a special gift of connecting and having compassion for her patients. Going through the emotional roller coaster of infertility is not easy but ans amazing provider and care team makes it much easier. Super clean and organized office! Karen and Vivian are super sweet and loved working with them. Thank YOU Dr. Kashani for taking such great care of me and helping me make my dream of becoming a mother a reality.

Dr. Kashani and her team, Karen and Vivian in particular, were more than I could have asked for in my fertility journey. Dr. Kashani was kind, sincere and very engaged/invested in my IVF success. Not only is she very personable and genuinely kind, she is very intelligent. She always gave me her professional recommendations, even if it was something I was not ready to hear; she did not let my emotion interfere with her professional judgement, which I am so grateful for. I appreciated her her ability to use experience, literature and evidence based practice to lay out the best choices for my success, yet allow me to make my own decisions; she only gave me her personal opinion when I asked for it.I have more than one close friend going through IVF. It pains me to say that their experience has been poor at best. The IVF facility one of them used has poor/erroneous communication (which is devastating with IVF!) and she lost embryos due to lab issues. There is now a class action lawsuit as there were almost 30 couples affected. The team Dr. Kashani has built would never have these results. Vivian is incredibly sharp and very prompt with her work, nothing gets by her. This made all of the labs, appointments, documents etc. so much easier to negotiate. Karen, the primary nurse at the office, is genuinely a saint. She has many years of experience in the IVF world and always knew what to say in any given situation. There a lot of ups and downs in fertility and she kept me grounded.In a nutshell, I highly recommend Dr. Kashani and her office, I trust them without hesitation. The level of professionalism, communication and personal attention can not be understated. I am 37 weeks pregnant now and when I am ready, I will be back in Dr. Ks office for the next journey. IVF is not easy, no matter who your provider is but my experience is that Dr. K is the best of the best. I wouldnt go through it with anyone else.

I cannot recommend Dr. Kashani and her team enough! My husband and I switched to Dr. Kashani’s clinic after doing two egg retrievals with a different clinic. Our first clinic was big, we rarely saw our doctor and felt like just a number. Navigating IVF is very stressful, and feeling like just a number compounded that stress. I am so glad we moved to Dr. Kashani for our third egg retrieval and frozen embryo transfer. The office is small, so you get to know Dr. K and her team very well. You see her at every appointment, which is very reassuring. She pays close attention to detail, never rushes you, and always makes you feel cared for. Your treatment plan is completely personalized and not a set plan that she does for everyone (this is how our prior clinic operated). She is always available to answer questions on the messenger app and always calls with big updates - even on weekends! We got great results from our egg retrieval with her and are now expecting a baby this June, thanks to Dr. Kashani and her wonderful team :)Everyone else in the office is amazing as well! Vivian is the BEST coordinator you could ask for. She is extremely responsive and organized and really helps streamline the whole process. Karen is very kind, and I always find her comforting to be around. The embryologist team is very talented, and the billing department is thorough and easy to communicate with. If you’re thinking of seeing Dr. Kashani, just do it! We drove from San Diego for all our appointments, and it was absolutely worth it. We miss coming to this office and wish we could continue seeing Dr. Kashani for prenatal care. Go see Dr. Kashani and her team - you will not regret it!

Dr. Kashani and her staff were excellent throughout the whole process. She is professional, caring, and answers all your questions without judgment. She informs you about all your choices, and guides you through the process flawlessly, along with her staff. They do one-on-one lessons for each new medication or injection you may have to take and never make you feel like they’re rushing to get you out of there. One of the most important aspects of their care is their ability to be reached at all times. There are some questions that just can’t wait until business “hours” and Dr. Kashani and her staff, especially Vivian, answered phone calls and emails at all hours. My husband and I felt truly cared for throughout the process.

Dr. Kashani is a gem and I cannot say enough great things about her! After 3 failed rounds with our previous IVF doctor, we found Dr. Kashani and are so lucky that we did. Dr. Kashani is incredible and I would recommend her to anyone seeking fertility treatment. We had consultations with a lot of different specialists and our decision was very clear as soon as we talked to her. We felt so cared for during our entire IVF experience. Dr. Kashani and her staff were wonderful to work with through my IVF process / transfer of an adopted embryo. At every visit, phone call, or any other interaction, they treated me with professionalism, yet also with friendship in such a way that I always felt valued and care for. I appreciated that Dr. Kashani was thorough in explaining the process to me, and she was patient in answering any questions. She is very thoughtful in the way she approaches her patients situations, carefully monitoring and tailoring the process to fit exactly what is needed. Both Dr. Kashani and her staff are very helpful and responsive. I knew that if I ever messaged Dr. Kashani or emailed the staff, I would receive a receive an immediate response. She is also one of few REI doctors who successfully perform natural cycle transfers, which was important to me in this process, involving less shots but high implantation rates. I am so happy that we chose to work with Dr. Kashani and have already highly recommended her to friends.

This review is a bit overdo but VERY much deserved…There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Dr. Kashani is! My husband and I had been trying for several years and after spending a year being tossed around at our primary’s fertility department, we felt extremely defeated. From the first time we met with Dr. Kashani, you could immediately tell that she cared about what she did. In addition, she had given us more information in an hour than we had ever received with any other doctor. Choosing to do IVF is not an easy decision but Dr. Kashani was extremely patient and helpful as we decided what to do.We chose to move forward and it was by far the best decision we ever made. I am now 7 months pregnant with our sweet babygirl who is due in July! Dr. Kashani is extremely thoughtful and always takes the conservative route with your medical care to give you the best chance possible. I always felt comfortable with her decisions and there was never a day that passed where I didn’t feel like I was in the best care.It was definitely bittersweet the day we had to graduate to our OBGYN. If I had my way, Dr. Kashani would be our doctor throughout our entire pregnancy.I would highly recommend Dr. Kashani to anyone who is looking for fertility assistance. She truly cares about her patients and is invested in their outcome. And while we were fortunate to be successful on our first try, I do know that if there were hurdles in our journey I wouldn’t want any other doctor by our side but Dr. Kashani.

After 2.5 years of infertility treatments, 3 different doctors, I finally found THE ONE! Dr. Kashani is by far the best Doctor I have had. She makes you feel understood, takes time to get to know her pts and the needs of her pts, and always puts them first. Not only is she trained in the finest fertility treatments, but she will reach out to you to check up on how you’re doing during the process. I have never felt rushed during my appointments as with other Dr offices. In fact, Dr. Kashani and her staff take that extra step during visits I make sure everything is up to standard and at its best. Fertility can be a lonely and sad journey, having a Doctor who has your back makes you feel confident and positive. Thanks to Dr. Kashani, I am now 8 months pregnant with our miracle baby ❤️. Dr Kashani is such a gem! Our hearts are filled with so much happiness and we owe much of that to Dr Kashani. It has not been an easy journey for us, but we knew that it likely wouldn’t be based on our previous infertility experience with our first child. It is thanks to Dr Kashani that we rode the many waves of ups and downs again and stuck it through these past two years. Dr Kashani is so thorough and attentive to detail which matters so much to patients like me who had quite the previous infertility and IVF history to deal with. She was always willing to think and work outside the box to continuously adapt and find solutions while still being cautious and mindful of the costs involved. I appreciated her pragmatism and realism in a field that oftentimes doesn’t take emotional and financial toll into account. She did exactly that and was so dedicated to helping us grow our family to include a sibling for our son. This is what sets Dr Kashani apart from so many other IVF doctors - her warmth! She has a true passion for what she does and it shows. Both in delivering tough and good news, she is there for her patients with true compassion and empathy. She is always available to her patients and it is such a comfort knowing that a quick response is always going to be the norm. With Dr Kashani, I always knew what my next steps were and that was such a relief after any kind of news. And, she is surrounded by a great team! Her clinic is so easy to work with whether it is scheduling appointments (which run on time!), dealing with ordering and purchasing meds, and ease of communication. Both Vivian and Natalie were so wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. We are so very excited and filled with gratitude to be pregnant! We can’t thank Dr. Kashani and her team enough and hope others dealing with infertility in the area are lucky enough to work with her. She will be there with you every step of the way!

I would recommend Dr. Kashani to family and friends in a heart beat. I was very fortunate to have found her after many months of research and consultations with other doctors. My decision of moving forward with her was based on our initial consultation, former patient reviews, and honestly just going with my gut feeling. My husband and I had been trying for almost three years to conceive and we had four failed IUIs. We knew it was time to move on to IVF. Throughout the entire process of our IVF treatment, Dr. Kashani was always available on a timely manner, even calling me during her on time to update us on our final embryo count. She is super patient, great bed side manners, optimistic, but also keeps it real. At one point we had to postpone the the start of our treatment because we had so much going on in our personal lives. Dr. Kashani was super supportive. Always thinking of doing what’s best to optimize results. We had our egg retrieval one year ago today and today as I write this review my husband is sitting in front of me holding our baby boy. We are beyond grateful with Dr. Kashani and all her staff.

Dr. Kashani and her staff are the best. Struggling with infertility is devastating but the empathy and kindness I received at her clinic really helped me through this difficult process. Dr. Kashani goes above and beyond for her patients and really cares about you like a friend. I’ve never experienced that with a doctor/patient relationship before. There were times when I panicked because of medication issues or pain and I’d email her at 9pm and she’d respond right away if she could. Her staff is wonderful too. Karen held my hand and let me squeeze it when I was having a painful biopsy. Vivian helped me with shots and always worked with Dr. Kashani to schedule me at times that were best with my work schedule. In addition, Dr. Kashani is super intelligent (while also being able to break things down into simple terms) and keeps up on current research. Honestly, I could go on and on. But, of course, I’m burying the lead … I am now 18 weeks pregnant and so excited to be a mom for the first time!! My husband and I couldn’t have done it without this wonderful team behind us and I look forward to seeing them again when we try for baby # 2.

Picking a doctor near me to trust through fertility treatments was a daunting task, especially without having any referrals. However, finding Dr. Kashani is a dream. She is comforting, knowledgeable in her craft, and realistic (just what I needed). She listens well and really takes time to understand the scope of our infertility journey before making suggestions for next steps. All costs for treatments were transparent, and she took the time to walk me through everything at the pace that was best for me (the finances and fertility treatment options).After trying for two years, we were able to get pregnant on our 2nd cycle with Dr. Kashani. We welcomed a healthy baby girl in November 2021 and couldn’t be more thankful for the opportunity to be parents. Her office staff is also amazing! I loved seeing them during my appointments. It felt personable to be in the office. There was also so much flexibility with scheduling appointments, and working around my fixed teaching schedule with all the time-sensitive procedures and tests. Dr. Banafsheh Kashani is the true angel to me. Her care for me was above and beyond of any medical care I have got or seen in my life. She is absolutely passionate about her medical expertise as well as keeping her up to date with new medical technologies and finding what was best for my treatment. Dr. Kashani has been a true G-d send during my infertility journey. She is the third RE my husband and I have seen but the first to really make us feel comfortable with the process. After 8 months of several unsuccessful, cold, clinical (and poorly managed) fertility treatment rounds at USC Fertility Clinic, I decided to switch doctors. I found Dr. Kashani on FertilityIQ. When I reached out, her amazing team squeezed me in right away given my age and history. Dr. Kashani quickly reviewed my fertility history, ordered new labs, and started me on a supplements regimen. She was compassionate and also offered advice and input on alternative support like acupuncture and meditation. When we decided to pull the trigger on the next round of fertility treatments with her, we were immediately successful! Dr. Kashani approaches her patients with warmth and optimism and is very solutions-oriented. And I have her to thank for my baby girl, who is due in a few weeks. Cannot recommend her and her amazing team enough.

I dont usually write reviews but Dr. Kashani and her staff deserve all the praise. My husband and I went to a few consultations with other Dr.s but when we went to our one with Dr. Kashani we knew this was the place for us! She is kind, knows her stuff and her staff is great. Theyve been excellent communicators, test results are never a mystery, Ive received check in calls after procedures... I even called after hours at 9 PM one night (on a weekend!) and received a call back within minutes to resolve my issue! Waiting times for my appointments have always been quick, and Ive never felt rushed asking questions or during any of my procedures. We had horrible luck with Drs along our fertility journey before we got here so having a Dr. this wonderful and a phone number that you can call to talk to a knowledgeable human is such a breath of fresh air! I know a lot of peoples experiences with fertility clinics are dependent on how well it worked for them (and I am pregnant- so it did work) but I think even if IVF hadnt worked for us, I wouldnt have a bad thing to say. Seriously, if I could take Dr. Kashani, Vivian and Karen and make them my Dr. for everything I absolutely would. I would recommend Dr. Kashani a thousand times over.

I cant give enough positive feedback about my experience with Dr. Kashani and her staff. They made me feel as if I was part of their family. Almost as if I was their only patient. I went into the IVF process with skepticism, but after talking with Dr. Kashani, I felt more at ease and more convinced that this was the right decision. She has a warm presence and tailors her treatments to each individuals needs. When I was about 6-8 weeks into my pregnancy, I had some scares that the pregnancy had been lost. Dr. Kashani took the time to call me while she was on her own personal time off to assess what was happening and gave her advice. She gave me comfort that everything would be okay. I am now 38 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby. I truly believe that Dr. Kashani loves what she does and I highly recommend her!

Dr. Kashani is truly a blessing! I am so glad that I came across her and her clinic. Every doctor and fertility specialist I had seen told me that there was a slim-to-low chance of me having kids in the future. I felt hopeless and like a lost cause. However, finding Dr. Kashani turned everything around. She was the first doctor to give me hope. With her empathetic personality and expertise in the field, I was confident that my fertility was in the hands of Dr. Kashani. She welcomed me in with open arms and looked at my case at every angle. She designed the best fertility treatment for me based on my individual needs. With every appointment and interaction that I had with Dr. Kashani, I truly felt cared for. I could tell that she would do anything and everything in her ability to give me the best chance at having kids of my own one day. The results of the treatment exceeded my expectations, which I certainly attribute to having the best fertility doctor ever! Where to start? My Husband and I had done about 5 IVF consultations and there was something that immediately felt right with Dr. Kashani. Her and her staff were so welcoming and so informative which was such a relief since this process is hard enough as is. We are happy to announce that we are pregnant on our first transfer. Even though we are done at the clinic (until our next transfer) Dr. Kashani is still quick (and I mean quick!) to answer any questions or concerns weve had. I really can’t say enough good things about the care and expertise I received from Dr. Kashani and her amazing office staff. Dr. Kashani is an absolute gem. She also is extremely tuned into the emotional nature of fertility medicine and treated my family with the utmost care. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. K and her friendly team. After trying to conceive for a little over 2 years with no success and I was referred to Dr. K. Within about 8 weeks, I had my egg retrieval and a diagnosis as to why we were experiencing issues. Fertility journeys are never a straight line and no two stories are the same. While we experienced a couple of setbacks along the way we learned something new with each step of the process and Dr. K was very thoughtful when explaining each new finding. She presented multiple options, helped us weigh the pros and cons of each decision, and listened to our needs and concerns. IVF can be a long and daunting process when you look at it as a whole but the team here does an excellent job at taking things one day at a time and breaking things down into manageable steps. We finally took home our miracle baby (a 2nd generation IVF baby) in October 2022. We cannot thank the team enough and would recommend for anyone experiencing fertility issues.

Dr. Kashani has been a light in such a weird confusing dark time for my husband and myself. I came to her after 2 years of infertility with a PCOS diagnosis and no answers from my general practitioner and was met with so much understanding and patience. I have endometriosis and had an ectopic pregnancy back in May 2019. Dr. Kashani not only helped me understand my current fertility but also set me up with an amazing excision specialist to get my endometriosis removed which I did dec 2020 and she is now continue Ins to help guide my husband and into finally have our baby. This journey is scary enough as it is but it is so comforting having her as a dr and her staff who take excellent care of answering any and all questions in such a timely manner. We’re not pregnant yet but am excited and hopeful it will happen soon. So grateful for Dr. Kashani and highly recommend her to ANYONE looking for a caring, supportive, and honest Dr. who goes above and beyond for her patients.

Ill try to put this into as few words as possible... Our IVF journey started six years ago - after heartbreak and perseverance my wife and I were so blessed to welcome into the world our beautiful twin girls (who are now five years old).Unfortunately, our IVF doctor, who we loved and helped us bring our twins in the world, retired from IVF. Hoping to have at least one more child we started the process again - however, a few years, a couple doctors and a number of unsuccessful/ failed cycles later (which for anyone whos gone through IVF knows how emotionally and financially crushing those failed cycles can be) we felt a bit defeated.Ultimately, feeling blessed and grateful to even have our twins, we decided to give up on the dream of one more child...But as fate would have it our original IVF doctor reached out to us and connected us with Dr. Kashani. Talk about a fresh of breath air! We immediately felt a genuine connection with Dr. Kashani and because of the time she spent studying our case and her belief in our situation we decided to start again.Im thrilled to report that my wife is now 20 weeks pregnant with a baby girl. I really cant put into words our gratitude to Dr. Kashani. From day one – she has been everything we could have hoped for… Were fortunate to have had a successful result, but I would honestly write the same positive comments had the result been different. At the end of the day, Dr. Kashani truly cares about her patients. Period!My wife and I will be forever grateful that we got connected with her and give her the highest possible recommendation.

I was unable to get pregnant for nearly 3 years. My husband and I decided to try IUI at Kaiser, Irvine. It was at Kaisers infertility center that we first met Dr. Kashani. From my first meeting with Dr. Kashani, I felt very comfortable beign treated by her. She patiently explained the process, the expected efficacy, the risks, and patiently answered the questions that we asked her. However, as luck had it, I couldnt get pregant through IUI. I was contemplating on trying IVF and learned that Dr. Kashani had left Kaiser for a private IVF clinic. Based on our interaction with Dr. Kashani, we decided to try IVF under her supervision. She was always available for meeting with us and was very attentive to all the details of the process, communicating with us the developments at various stages.Finally, after transplanting, when I had a bleeding issue in the first week and feared that I had lost my child, she immediatly saw me the next day and confirmed the presence of my child (embryo) through an ultrasound.I waited to write this review till the birth of my son as I wanted to share a success story through her invaluable help. My husband and I are grateful to her for her invaluable help in helping us become parents. We would recommend her to our friends for sure.

Dr. Kashani is by far the most patient, understanding, and knowledgeable doctor that I have ever encountered!I contacted her (along with several other specialists) to discuss my fertility options. Going into it, I knew time would be a huge factor (Im 35) and I was admittedly - and rightfully - scared. She managed to keep me calm and informed every step of the way. Thanks to Dr. Kashani, I understood my blood work and what each lab indicated. I understood each procedure and how to best prepare. And, most importantly, I understood all of my options and what the possible outcomes would be.As I mentioned, she wasnt the only specialist I contacted - I made sure to talk to several doctors before picking who would be in charge of my fertility. Dr. Kashani stood out from the rest immediately. I didnt feel as though I was going through a mill or that I was just another number on a chart. She got to really know me, my lifestyle, my wants, and my capabilities - then she collaborated with me to do whats best for me.The process itself is inconvenient, emotional, stressful, and, of course, scary. Im so beyond grateful I did my research and found a practitioner that eased all of that. What a gift!!!

Its really hard to explain what an amazing doctor, Dr. Kashani is. When you meet her and talk to her its just a feeling that you get. She truly empathizes with her patients and doesnt ever make you feel like a number. She is so supportive and knowledgeable. If you find yourself lucky enough to have her as your doctor then you completely understand. If you are in search of an amazing RE she is definitely one of two I would recommend in Orange County. She just has such passion for what she does and doesnt rush you and really does provide you with all options. I just really trust her. Mostly, she gives hope. And for anyone struggling to get pregnant, that is sometimes what you need the most.
