The staff here is exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely concerned about their patients well-being. Alex and his staff are not only highly skilled professionals but also compassionate individuals who take the time to listen and understand your concerns. They explain everything thoroughly and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. You can just walk in without an appointment and Ive never had to wait long to be seen. I highly recommend them.

Back in 2018 I had very low testosterone levels and I went to the local male clinic at the time and they seemed incredibly unprofessional and I felt like they never really listened to me. Ageless Male Clinic has been the complete opposite. They are very professional. They always have good attitudes and are fun to work with. Most importantly, the quality of care is exceptionally better than my past experiences. Cindy, Eric, and Alex have done a great job monitoring my levels, checking in with me, and listening to me. Been using them over a year now. Five stars.

I was a little nervous about going to an office that predominantly serves men, but I have been so impressed how welcoming Alex and his staff have been! They have walked me through everything and explained what I needed to feel like myself again. Cindy has been great about explaining my other hormone levels, aside from just my testosterone. I never have to wait when I go in, and am in and out in under 5 minutes! I also love that Eric messages me reminders every week, which is great with my busy schedule. I went into the clinic in June 2022 as a last ditch effort to find a treatment that would help with my long Covid symptoms that Id had for about 18 months, specifically fatigue and shortness of breath. There’s not enough that I can say about this place. When you walk into a clinic like this, you’re likely to feel at least a tiny bit awkward! We’re talking low Testosterone! It’s unfortunately a sensitive subject, and one that is almost untouched as a woman. I actually didn’t have any idea that my testosterone was low, but having come into the clinic and being educated on the subject I was happy to have my levels checked!!!!! They are friendly here. I was previously at another TRT clinic in Lincoln for 9 months, where after monthly changes and them botching my levels out of control, I was feeling borderline psychopathic. Alex immediately validated that this is not normal, and provided a slow steady path back to where I need to be. This is a LOCAL clinic, and I cannot say that any louder. You are not a number here. Alex and Cindy listen and care, and use a team approach to ensure the treatment is effective. Laid back atmosphere which removes the Dr. Office feel. Only regret, I wish I would have found them sooner. I went with the clinic that had the most billboards and TV Commercials - but ultimately was just a number to them.
