I am extremely grateful to find Dr. Kim and her team. They are all wonderful to work with. Starting with the office manager, Lisa. She helped us schedule our initial appointment via-email, which was such an easy process. Lisa is helpful and is super patient in answering all of my questions. She manages the practice very well.Laurie and Brandy are at the front desk. They’re both friendly and welcoming. They greet us with a smile no matter how busy they are and it makes the whole experience so much better. Their massage therapist, Paola has a unique and healing touch. She focused on my arm and has a different technique that I loved. It was relaxing and therapeutic at the same time.Dr. Kim and Sobhanna are both amazing! They treat my kids as if they were their own. They’re honest and love to teach. They walk us through everything they’re doing to make sure we understand the treatment. We’ve seen such great progress and improvement from their treatments. My heart is full.I highly recommend Dr. Kim and her wonderful team!

Sobhana dedicated time to ask relevant questions to ensure she delivered the best possible care. She consistently checked in on my feelings and confirmed that I was receiving the care I needed. Ms. Paola Cruikshank did an amazing job. I feel relieved and so much better. I still feel pressure in my back, neck, & shoulders, but I dont think I can be expected to completely improve with one visit. The atmosphere is clean, calming sounds, & there are helpful detoxing products to purchase; if your interested.

I have been seeing Paola for years for various aches and pains. No matter how I damage my body, she seems to be able to put it back together! She uses a variety of techniques and really understands the human body. Very technically oriented. Excellent experience. The office staff is very responsive and works well with insurance companies to facititate the process.

The most caring nurturing staff, they take time to listen and treat conditions. After treatments I feel a substantial difference, emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually.

I did a Theta Energy Healing with Katherine Nichole. It was amazing. After the session she sends a video. So many things were spot on. And I learned things to pursue. I felt great afterwards and had the best nights sleep in ages. I will be contacting her again.

I’ve been experiencing severe back pain for about a month. Going to physical therapy and having only slight relief for short periods of time. Core strengthening is good for recovery, but still experiencing significant pain. During my first acupuncture treatment, I could feel the pain leaving and walked out of the office without pain. I was told this wouldn’t be an immediate fix, but should feel better tomorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Paola is really good. She listens to your requests and does a great job addressing your concerns and preferences. I’ve been going to her for almost a year; and I highly recommend her.

Kimberly was so attentive and listened to my concerns after past acupuncture experience not being the greatest somewhere else. She explained everything so well and each point and its importance. Most recent visit was 4/2024. Years later and I still drive from Chicago for my therapy with Paola. The only place I find relief. I dont know what I would do without her.Previous review:I had an issue with my leg for over a year. Pain when I walked or stood for a long period of time. It got to the point I stopped going out unless I had to, and Im in my early 40s. Eventually through research I found this place and she fixed me. A year later, still no recurring pain. I still make appointments for massages to avoid any other issues. Prices are phenomenal and place is clean.

Dr. Kimberly Leopold was very thorough and kind. I searched for a Holistic approach to infertility and thought I would try acupuncture. Dr. Leopold explained everything very well and I left feeling relaxed and excited for my next session!

I have never had Acupuncture before so I thought I would give it a try. The office area and treatment rooms are very comfortable and relaxing. Dr Leupold has done a great job explaining what she is doing with acupuncture to address my issue. I have only had two treatments so far, but I feel very comfortable there and I am seeing some results as she has explained they would be happening. Im going into this with a positive attitude that this will work, so far its going well.

Dr. John is a very skillful in his trade and an energetic/fun person. Although Im only able to see him 1x/week since February 2023, he has helped me manage my chronic neck and back pain. If a new pain comes up, just talk to him and hell make any necessary changes to his treatment plan. He also uses a variety of treatments besides manual adjustments. Hell use cupping, taping, dry needle, and electrotherapy to combat your pain.I can only end this review by saying its worth booking an appointment with Dr. John.

I cant express how grateful I am for the treatment I receive at this center and remote work with Dr. Kim, Paola, Sobhana and Katherine Nichole. I have been coming to this center since 2018 and will continue to go. I love the collaborative approach her team takes when patients work with multiple practitioners in her center. This has been a wonderful compliment to my medical care with my primary care doctor. If you deal with anxiety like I do then this is a wonderful option to add to your treatment plan. If you are just exhausted and need self-care then this is a place to feel wonderful positive vibes and have an hour to relax in a safe environment. I came here nervous and anxious seeking help for fertility treatment. Walking in and being 30 years old, I was in fear of being faced with judgment, but meeting Dr. Kimberly brought me very warm and welcoming feelings. She is a sweet and very kind hearted individual that glistens with passion for her practice. She is very profession but gives off a familiar family-friend, loving vibe: as if you were part of her own. I could not rave enough about her personality and how much she loves helping others. She treats you with a smile on her glowing face and gentle hands with energy that lift you in spirit. I am a firm believer that Dr. Kim’s acupuncture treatment is the reason I have been able to finally get pregnant. After years without a post it I’ve pregnancy test, I was able to get my first positive after my first cycle of treatment. I highly recommend coming here.

We go to Kimberly Leupold for kids acupuncture. She is very knowledgeable about acupuncture, and also incredibly great at working with kids! At each visit Im impressed at her many ways to make the experience a positive one for a small child (and lets be honest- what kind isnt afraid of needles?) and my daughter actually looks forward to coming to the appointments, needles and all! Most importantly, it seems to be making a big difference for my daughter and her well being.

I have had opportunities lately, like falling on the ice and tearing 3 ligaments in my left shoulder,. to have the team at Holistic Health Care Center perform treatments to hopefully avoid surgery. I have experienced the following great care:Dr. John (Chiropractor) communicated with me very well to determine where the pain and issues are that needed to be addressed. His treatments have been very helpful. He concentrates on the issues and requests feedback as he performs the treatments.The same can be said regarding Dr. Kim and her acupuncture treatments. She was very patient and thorough with determining what areas needed to be treated. She dealt with my body sensitivity very well and listened to my feedback while she administered the needles,Paola was also very thorough with administering her incredible massages. I even fall asleep due to the soothing of my tight muscles. She knows exactly how to find them and loosen them to relieve the pain.All 3 are very professional, as are the receptionists, and I always leave the clinic feeling immeasurably better and in a much better frame of mind.

I enjoy coming here, Kim is really great at what she does. I come in with pain and leave feeling a lot better. This place is wonderful, I only wish I had found them sooner. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the center is set up to make you feel completely comfortable while youre there. I had the pleasure of meeting Kimberly, Paola and Lisa on my fist visit and its cleat that everyone genuinely cares for the patients they treat. Paola is honestly the best massage therapist Ive ever encountered, as I left feeling fully rejuvenated and de-stressed after a deep tissue session. Dr. John was very prompt when I got to my appointment. He listened to all of my symptoms about my back and neck. He detailed out what he was doing and why which made me feel comfortable and confident that he can help me with my issues and correct them to get me back to my normal life.

A number of years ago, I first became a patient with Holistic Health Care Centers and started focusing on my health from a holistic approach. I was one of Dr. Kimberlys first new patients at her current location, and the treatments are so effective, that Ive been a patient since. Im someone who suffers from allergies and asthma and the acupuncture, energy therapy, cupping, etc. has personally helped me immensely.Ive been seeing the benefits constantly and will continue to use her services to anyone whom is looking for alternatives to traditional, western medicine.

I have been getting acupuncture with Stephanie for a couple months now and it has been amazing. She is friendly, knowledgeable and takes a genuine Interest in helping me, which is GREATLY appreciate. Holistic Health Care Centers was recommended to me by another holistic health practitioner. I am currently seeing Dr. John, the chiropractor, in the practice. I have had degenerating neck disks for a few years and have very limited range of movement, moving my neck from side to side. After seeing Dr. John for just a couple of weeks, there is such an improvement in how I am able to move. A nurse friend noticed my ease of movement before I did and had no idea I had been seeing Dr. John. She was extremely impressed that there was so much improvement in such a short period of time. I’ve been going to HHC for almost 6 years now! Kim and her team helped me achieve and maintain a healthy pregnancy. Although I’m not currently seeking assistance in conceiving another child I’m having other medical problems that Kim and her friendly staff have been assisting with such as neck pain and TMJ. The acupuncture, healing touch, and cupping are really making a huge difference. I wish I had time to go everyday! This morning I met with the new chiropractor at HHC and he was also GREAT! I had horrible migraines multiple times a week and could not figure out why I was getting them. Medicine was not helping at all so I decided to try acupuncture. I was a little nervous about acupuncture before I met Kim. She made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the whole process. I have been going to her for over 3 years and rarely get migraines anymore :)

Im so happy that I found Holistic Health Care Centers. I struggled to find the right treatment for GERD and low back pain. Western medicine prescribed Nexium for my GERD, which I had taken for over 15 years without questioning. Nexium worked well until I had an acute flare up which required 4 Nexiums a day plus antacids. That was when I questioned the meds. Dr. Kimberly worked with me to wean me down on my meds....and now OFF COMPLETELY!!! The low back pain was from over-training (I am a personal trainer) and western medicine prescribed pain killers, physical therapy and steroid injections. Again, I did these for a while and then began looking for alternatives to meds. With Dr. Johns chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, and stretches, I am almost....ALMOST pain free. I am running again, working out at 100% and training my clients with a genuine smile. So happy with HHCC. The office and staff are very professional, super friendly and scheduling is very flexible. I have been referring my clients and friends to HHCC.
