Super quick, clean and efficient . Compared to other urgent cares in the area , the check in process and wait time was really quick, My daughters and I loved the Dr she could not have been nicer and accommodating. As well as kind and caring to my daughters. And I was greeted within seconds of entering the door , by a friendly voice the girl in the front was super nice. My experience was great! I highly recommend it !! 😊

Went a couple of times for various reasons. The service was good and seeing an knowledgeable doctor was a plus. I have experienced a long wait time when the clinic was busy. However when my child had a skin irritation it was properly treated and for that I am grateful.

Had to cancel my credit card after fraudulent charges appeared from here. I went here for a vaccine and paid in full. I did a single swipe of my credit card so they should not have kept the card on file and nor did they tell me that they would keep it on file and possibly charge me for more later. Do not go here as they are fraudulent. They will scam you, be warned.Update after response - Still a scam. Still paid in full and I’m also glad I kept the paperwork that shows that and the things I signed. As for the “calls” you said you did, I answer all my calls and voicemails but have had the fortunate experience to have never talked to you after my visit. You have never called me once because I paid in full , also nothing of what you said is true. This only further proves me point on not to trust you as you are legit calling your customers that paid you liars. My opinion of you has not changed, you scam people with a smile on your face. You’re not rude, you’re just not honest. I seriously wouldn’t take the time out of my day to write this if I didn’t feel this strongly people were not going to be done wrong here. This clinic has been amazing. Theyve helped me with so much my health. Where other clinics and hospitals have been a headache to get my medication. The whole staff at this clinic will treat you with respect and kindness. Theres one doctor thats a bit rough around the edges. But they definitely will take good care of you.

I had a very please experience here. It was great coming to a doctors office and u feel comfortable and at home. The Wonderful Nurse/Office lady Carisa was awesome. Shes very detailed and well organize. I plan on being a long time patiant as well as my children. Thank you all for the wonderful service and God Bless.

Im so happy I found this place! I called to schedule my first appointment and the nurse was very attentive and concerned. She gave great advice! The Doctor was nice and explained everything thing. I will definitely be back!

I went to this facility today, due to a persistent cough and other symptoms that are related to a virus such as a cold or the flu. The facility is clean, the wait time was less than 10 minutes, and every person I communicated with was knowledgeable, kind, and had very pleasant demeanors. I highly recommend this facility, and I plan on going back for other procedures. Thanks for a great experience.

Thought some of the reviews were just being mean but theyre all correct. Went in with tooth pain and the front staff was super nice but the doctors were the meanest Ive ever met. The old doctor came in and without saying hello or anything mumbled something to me, when I asked to repeat himself he gave me a scowl and slowly said as if I was an idiot where... Is... your... pain....Update: I had to block their number because they kept calling to take down this review. Get rid of your rude doctor and Ill change it to a 5 star review because the rest of the staff was amazing. I was in the worst pain of my life and he treated me like I was an idiot and a major inconvenience.

Went to this urgent care for a finger injury. The receptionist and other staff here are very professional, polite and friendly. I was taken inside in no time. The doctor was very attentive and knowledgeable. They did move to a new location. I think it is 5 minutes down there old location. I have been to both there locations and i personally feel the new location is better organized and well equipped. Highly recommend this urgent care if you need to be seen by a doctor urgently.

Best doctors. They always get you in quickly as possible. They hear your needs and requests. They definitely do a thurl job. They are extremely helpful with any needs. The customer service is always excellent. They also are very good with follow ups ! i just really appreciate them being in service.

Im on Medicare so maybe its different for everyone else. I met Vanessa, Dr.Brenda, and a few more polite and professional staff members. The whole experience took about 45 min but they are actually really busy. The doc and I had an unrushed conversation about my condition and I couldnt have been happier with them.

This has been my primary care for about a yearAnd the more I go the more I like it.They are very attentive and they are supportive and caring.Ive had the fortunate blessing of dealing with almost every doc on staff and found them to be all very gentle and supportive and a base of knowledge about me my medicine and my body.Thanks guysSee you next month

Everyone here is very friendly. Ive always had a great experience. The wait time is minimal and Dr. Rahmesh is very sweet and attentive. Its a little further than I like, but I will continue to drive the extra time to go there.

I was there for my medical examination. From setting up appointment, registration, consultation and check up process, all staff and physician I met were wonderful, professional and dedicated people. I then received my report real quick. I followed Googles review to find this clinic, and my pleasant hassle free experience there reassured my right choice.

They were so nice! I was so anxious and I had to get some bloodwork done, but one of the gals kept talking to me to distract me while my blood was drawn and the doctor was so kind and patient, like “did you drink water? Have you eaten? You might wanna do that before you Bc one to the doc” like yes, thank you this is the best life and health advice I’ve gotten all year 😂everyone was so friendly and sooo fast!!

Very pleasant experience from beginning to end of visit. the staff is very friendly, helpful and caring. The clinic has a family feel to it and i will definently be coming back for any medical needs. Highly recommended.

Be careful with these guys. They charged me upfront for service, then a few weeks later my insurance paid. Now, it’s six months later and they still haven’t refunded me the initial amount that made me pay up front. I used an fsa card, so now that has been shut off because i have’t paid that money back because they still have not given it to me.They made me pay up front. The doctor was nice enough and so was the staff. Administratively though, these guys are deficient. Make sure you don’t go here unless you have extra money for these people to hold on to for 6+ months. Now, they won’t even talk to me. They just keep telling me it should have already been processed. Obviously not.

They had me in and out within an hour. The doctor and nurse were pleasant and effecient. The front desk guy was personable, helpful, and great with the energetic kids in the lobby. I will use them again if I am in Naperville and need a physician. I went on a Saturday morning.

I went in. I have 2 insurances Vanessa checked me in and stated one of my insurances was not accepted. I gave her my other insurance card and she began to inform me how 1 insurance was gonna cancel as soon as she notified them by running both insurances. The whole time she spoke to me it was in a condescending sarcastic tone. I even had to ask her if she was always this sarcastic. She stated she didnt know she was being sarcastic and gave me this desert dry apology. I went back to my seat (mind you I am the ONLY person waiting to be seen). After a few minutes of thinking I decided to go elsewhere. I wasnt feeling good and I didnt have time for piss poor customer service. I told her she can disregard my info Im going to go somewhere else because I didnt appreciate her sarcasm. She said well youll have to call the manager to get your copay back. I dont handle that I left. Remembering to get her name I called back and she answered. When I asked for her name she replied yep its Vanessa. Im not sure how she treats other customers/patients but I can guarantee she spoke volumes about the facility. I never even got to see a doctor.

Dont waste your money...I never go to the doctor but decided to because had a terrible sore throat, hard time breathing and swallowing I went here and the staff was friendly and helpful but when I saw the doctor she said i didnt need antibiotics and that I would have to wait it out. So spent over hundred dollars with insurance to not get help. I feel like my symptoms werent taken seriously and now I am left to rely on cough drops while I can hardly swallow and breathe.

I have mixed feeling about this place. Sometimes I have gone in and they have been without a doctor. Always call before you go and find out who the doctors are and make sure theres one on the premises!!! You dont have to make an appt which is nice. The front desk staff are very nice people but the doctors.. not so much. The doctors all seem to be on rotation - nearly every time I go I see someone new. I have met 6 of the rotating doctors:I saw Dr. Kadiyala twice and she was nice but very curt and had was more interested in getting me in and out than listening to my concerns.I saw Dr. Cerniak and he is a nightmare. I hope this clinic discontinues their relationship with him. He is rude and unnerving. His demeanor made me feel very uncomfortable.Dr. Byrd is the best one on the team but unfortunately, she is hardly ever there.No, they will not give you test results over the phone. They will not give you more than 1 month of medication at a time, even for an ongoing lifelong diagnosis. They will not give you a referral or even a copy of an old referral - everything is done in person at an appointment. Yes, it looks kinda janky and sad in there. Its a poor persons Drs office, what do you expect?***

***TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE***I went in with my girlfriend after she got a bug from mexico with a referral from Targets clinic. The place was not air conditioned, and had a very unprofessional, run-down appearance. We should have taken queues from my initial reaction and ran out the door.The offices werent private, and we could completely hear what another patient was telling nurse/receptionist about his problem. She stated that she didnt want to close the door (which may have provided a little more privacy) because it gets too hot. The doctor we spoke with didnt offer any good advice and just prescribed my girlfriend with an over the counter drug. The worst part, however, was her medical bill summary from her insurance provider. They basically took everything that could be deemed negative off of her confidential checklist she initially filled out, and charged her for a procedure.1. She said she drank alcohol occasionally - they put a claim in to the insurance that she was a heavy drinker and charged her for a depression screening - which was never performed.2. She said she doesnt smoke, they charged her for a smoking screening - which was never performed.3. They charged her for 5 separate doctors visits - she only went for 1 visit.4. They charged additional because she was a new patient and because it was on the weekend.All in all they charged her insurance company a little over 1000 dollars, for them to write a prescription for an over the counter drug. ON TOP OF TELLING HER INSURANCE COMPANY SHE WAS A SMOKER WITH AN ALCOHOL PROBLEM!!! She was on the phone with her insurance company for an hour and a half resolving this issue and had to fill out a form saying that their allegations were false so her insurance rates wouldnt go up. Everyone please beware and NEVER go here!

I took my son here for his school physical. The receptionist were very pleasant. They were very kid friendly. The doctor was prompt and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed our experience.

Had called ahead of time to see if I needed an appointment for my 11 month old. I told them my sons age and they said I was good to just come in with him. I get here and they ask the doctor and he said doctor doesnt see 11 month olds. Seriously? I drove here for nothing and wasted my time!

Doctor Anisha Jackson is a blessing!!!!! 💯🙌🏾She truly cares and knows what she’s doing too! I was in the worst pain of my life and she immediately made me feel safe and did everything she could to try to help before I was even finished being registered! Highly recommend her!

I did my annual physical check here in June, which should have been completely covered by my insurance. Come to find out 6 months later that they are charging me for an office visit apart from another office visit that I already paid them for to go over my results. I never had an issue like this anywhere else.I don’t understand how they can just charge you for services that you haven’t asked for or received. SCAM

Went to the location in Lombard but doc wasnt there. The nice girl gave me the address in Lisle, wasnt too far away. As we walked in we were immediately helped by the dr. She right away knew what to do and explained instructions on treatment and answered all my questions. Feeling much better now, thanks.

I enjoyed my visit to their immediate care and I will surely be coming back again. I brought my son for his physical and the staff was incredibly nice. I was in and out with in 35-40 minutes.

I was not very happy with the doctor I saw. She would not listen to anything I was trying to tell her. She talked over me. She showed no interest in what I was trying to tell her about a side effect from 2 of my meds. She made me feel like I didnt know what I was talking about. She told me that the way I was feeling had nothing to do with my meds. I know it was it was in the literature I got from my pharmacy. I am going to request a different doctor. After that if Im not happy I will get a different doctor someplace else.

Things started off oddly with the front desk receptionist. She was nice, but definitely made me a bit uncomfortable.That being said, my experience with the doctor was a positive one and I walked away from the experience with a treated injury. So, I guess thats all I could really ask for.

Cannot believe what im reading about this place. Hello people. i was there with my boyfriend he was very sick and cannot even wait to see a doctor the receptionist took us back to the room and rushed the doctor to see him. the doctor and his nurse are very nice and took care of him without asking me nothing and later on i filled out some papers and paid.

Made an appointment for my wife at 12 pm for a test .they advertise saying walk ins are welcome not sure how long it will take for those but its 130 on and the doc hasnt seen her yet .whats the whole point of making an appointment if they are not going to see you for two hours after the scheduled time? And this is not the first time it has happened .We come here because it is convenient but at this point Im willing to drive a few extra miles to get immediate care

The staff here is amazing. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Dr. Ramesh is my all time favorite. He would rather help find the cause and remedy to your issues rather than push pills. Love this place!!

I have been going to immediate care for 4 years on a monthly basis. I love my doctors and all the girls in the office. My visit is quick and easy and the staff is super friendly.

Went in for a quick pre-employment drug test. Staff was warm, friendly and helpful. I would give the place a 100 out of 100. I think the only negative reviews below are from the people that are their competition. I really had a wonderful experience here.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any medical facility in my 40.5 years of life. Im new to the Naperville and was experiencing flu like systems. I put the nearest immediate care into my GPS and it brought me to Doctors Immediate Care of Naperville. The initial experience was Ok. The Dr asked me if I wanted blood work done, and I responded if he thought it was necessary. He implied that it could help, so I obliged. I was prescribed antibiotics & ibuprofen and left.Next day before going to bed I noticed I had a voicemail. It was Doctors Immediate Care with results of my blood work. I called back right away and was told that they didnt give results over the phone, and the Dr wanted to see me. At the point I become worried, very worried. Thought it was odd that an urgent care would be calling me to come back in, something must be wrong.Fast forward to late next morning, it was the earliest I could make it in to the office. I walk in the door, was greeted the receptionist and told her why I was there. At the point I was advised that their servers were down and they didnt have access to anything. At that point I grow frustrated and ask the receptionist again why the Dr couldnt give me the results over the phone the previous night, as my regular primary care physician in Chicago does all the time. Next, from behind the counter, an old gentleman aggressively and ruddy tells me BECAUSE THAT IS OUT PROTOCOL AND PROCEDURE HERE! WE DONT GIVE RESULTS OUT OVER THE PHONE!! This after I spent the last 18 hours totally stressed over the fact that the urgent care called me in because of my test results. I turn to the older man, ask him who he is. He responds, I AM THE DOCTOR! I say, why are you talking to me like? Which leads to at least 5 minutes of very angry and heated conversation over their policy and how unprofessional he was acting a MD. This Drs name was Dr. Cerniak.After office management finally pulled Dr Cerniak to the back, the office manager was able to screen shot my results, and email them to me to which i discover NOTHING WAS ABNORMAL! I ask for the person who was responsible for this office. I was given a generic business card with the name Muhammad and a written phone number on it. I get home and call the number on the card. I get Muhammads voicemail, leave a brief description of what happened, and my name and number. As of 3 days later, no return call.My recommendation is to avoid Doctors Immediate Care of Naperville at ALL costs, especially Dr. Cerniak.

I couldnt believe it. We went in because my wife had cut her finger pretty badly. I ran in just to make sure they could do stitches. The receptionist said they could but the doctor wanted to leave! They actually turned away a bleeding person and we had to then run to Rush Copley emergency where we got very good care. I would urge anyone that values the care of their family to look elsewhere.

News flash; some of the positive reviews listed below are from fake accounts.Theres nothing immediate about this place. If youre the only one in the lobby, expect to wait (bare minimum) 45 minutes to see a doctor. Imagine if it was busy. Expect the Doctor to try and scam you by insisting you get a bunch of unnecessary tests followed by making a ton of follow up appointments pretending theyre absolutely necessary. Go to a medical facility that is ethical. This one is far from it.

I normally dont write reviews - but feel I need to warn others of this Immediate Care center. Im a hospital pharmacist so I know a little about healthcare... We were also new to the area and blindly chose this place. First of all - we were the only ones there. Still - it took over 30 minutes to get checked in and then wait. As part of the check in - the nurse (or MA - she didnt identify herself) took my wifes blood pressure - having her hold her arm up in the air. Anyone whos taken one before knows this isnt right. The physician then took another 10 minutes to show up - even though we saw her browsing the internet before we went into the exam room. When she came in - her exam was brief - if you call it one at all. When I suggested what medications might help my wifes pain - she argued with me that they wouldnt and basically wanted to give her what we were already using - which wasnt working. Then when we checked out and read her report - it was obvious they didnt pay any attention. My wifes pain was rated a 0/10 - when she told them it was a 9. She also had been in pain for 7 days - but the report said 3. Needless to say - they dont listen. And we wont be back. Now I cant wait to get the bill....

Front office staff professional but that old white haired doctor was awful. Spoke to me rudely, asked very few questions and debated me as if I was a med student when I was trying to ask questions of my own to understand. Gave me no diagnosis, wrote a generic antibiotic scrip but wouldn’t tell me if he thought it was bacterial or viral chest infection. Never examined my throat. Streeted me as soon as possible. Avoid this place.

Service was excellent from the time I begin with speaking to the front desk people and the doctor I was treated very well, every question I asked was answered well I felt I was always well informed about my symptoms and my medications. Thank you !! Thank you!!! Great job to the staff!!

OMG THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BOMB!!! Highly recommend going to the immediate care in Naperville before else where Carisa is SUPER NICE MADE SURE I WAS TAKEN CARE OF! Smiling the whole time she made it so comfortable and made it more easy to open up .And the best part no wait time also Nizmi was also very quiet and gently soft spoken Wish they could be my permanent health care !!!

I always have a great experience whenever I go to Doctors immediate care on Ogden Avenue in Naperville, the staff is a very attentive and answers any questions I have. The African American Doctor ( dr bird???) would not treat me for a pain in my back of my mouth. In fact she would only give me lidacaine and then said in front of all the customers that she thought i had herpes! so i had to do a blood test right in front of the customers on some sort of lazy boy that would belong in someones house. I said i do not have herpes and she kept saying , yes you do . I knew it was from a cut i had done to my self from my tooth , but she would not listen and wouldnt [prescribe me anything for pain but prescribed me her medicine. i was so upset. she wasted me time and money and went against the patients privacy by saying i had herpes in front of everyone.... and guess what! the blood test came back that I DONT HAVE HERPES!!!! I had to go to another doctor and pay another co pay just to get the truth. I had an infection from and impacted tooth. she should go. she has no idea what shes doing . prior to that my son was there for some sort of skin infection! she told me to put wart medicane on it! find out its not warts and infact i was harming my son by doing that! i dont know why i went there so many times i guess i was hoping for a different dr and a different outcome. i would never go there again because i would be scared that she is there

THE WORST WALK IN CLINIC/ IMMEDIATE CARE YOU CAN WALK INTO!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! The friendly staff has been REPLACED BY the most NASTY Hispanic women like Frieda and Natalie (Manager). They do NOT see patients on time even with appointments!!! They are a BIG INCONVENIENCE for making you SIGN unnecessary forms that they can keep in your profile!

Quality care for a low price. I bring my entire family to get seen here. They have very empathetic staff! The doctors also have great bedside manner!

Please everyone be warned that these urgent care type facilities are dreadful!!!! This one in particular I came in with my 2 year old who had a sore throat. You literally have little kids students (that are probably 17-18 years old, checking out your loved ones or yourself and trying to diagnose you. The quack, who I must say barely spoke English (I have tons of relatives that barely speak English but come on, your supposed to be a Medical Doctor). Well after waiting, in the waiting room for about 20 minutes (and we are the only people here). The King of the Medical World (that is sarcasm), comes in and is rude, barely speaks English, and frankly I felt he had no idea what he was doing. He prescribed my son some OTC medicine (I could have went to Walgreens and did this myself) and charges my insurance for EVERYTHING under the sun. These people are Quacks that bilk your insurance and have no clue what they are doing. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE PEOPLE, THEY ARE PROBABLY A PILL MILL AND NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED BY THE DEA. Not the type of place you receive good quality medical care. Good luck and I hope everyone stays healthy but be warned; bilking your insurance for non-rendered services, little kids acting like doctors, quacks, and a lack of dreadful care which I can not express in words.

The service was great and professional. I loved how the person who did my college physical exam becasue they were nice and the staff was also sweet and kind.

This place was fine till we got to checkout then they wanted 40 dollars as a copay which was non negotiable I dont even have copays with my insurance. Then doctor kept making comments about writing me a script and how we had to watch out for the FDA wtf is this some back alley practice kept on the down low

We were on vacation from the UK and my wife had a water infection. We called in and the doctor checked her over and prescribed some antibiotics. Really friendly and professional.

Dr. Josie and the staff are always extremely nice and very quick in and out and they always check important things and take the time to listen I would highly recommend if you are in need of immediate or just regular medical attention...

I would not recommend going here. I paid for an immigration physical which they were not able to do. Even though I made an appointment, I still had to wait over two hours. They took my money and have not refunded it back. I have called a number of times and they keep promising to resolve this issue which they have not. I find this extremely unprofessional and illegal.

Came in for a sinus infection, because of my pain level I was seen immediately. The staff was very nice and attentive. It was very quick I was in and out.

In and out with ease, checked on my problem, done x-ray and diagnosed in under 30 minutes. Friendly faces, great nurse staff and Dr. Ramesh is great!A big thanks.
