Today was my first visit, and after changing Drs by choice I was extremely nervous. Every single interaction made me feel at home! The ladies are very sweet and help to make you feel heard and understood. I highly recommend!! 🥰

Dr. Reynolds is amazing! She is kind and listens without rushing you. She is super knowledgeable and explain things well! Couldn’t recommend her more!

Waited 2 months for an appointment; traveled 30 minutes to get there only to be told that the dr does not take Medicare insurance. I filled out all the paperwork and no one checked it to see my insurance. Plus I took time off from work. And all I got was an insincere sorry.

Sarah Holland and all the staff at WL Women’s Center were so pleasant and made my appointment experience so easy. Sarah eased all my worries and took her time and made me feel well taken care of. I saw Sarah Holland today. She is absolutely amazing! Her bedside manner is impeccable! She is very thorough. She listened to all of my concerns and was very proactive in getting me on the right path to feel better again!! It meant so much to me that she actually cares to go that extra step to ensure I am getting the right care I need and deserve. I am so glad I found this clinic. I have learned that it takes (unfortunately) trying several doctors if you cannot get the relief or diagnosis needed to have a quality of life. After several doctors, Dr.Holland listened to my relating symptoms. Previous doctors seemed unwilling to consider other diagnosis’s despite the lack of remission of symptoms, Dr Holland avoided such conclusions! She is a life saver!

Dr. Reynolds was amazing! I’m very nervous when it comes to all things doctors. She was kind and patient with me even with my constant stress (I get chatty when I’m nervous so I know I’m the annoying patient). When she found a potential problem during a portion of my exam, she remained calm and appropriately set my expectations for the level of concern. I was off to a specialist same day because those in her office acted promptly and appropriately. Good news is that the findings of my exam were not a problem, but Dr. Reynolds acted with caution and kindness. I’m so grateful. I won’t go as far to say I can’t wait to go back, but I certainly will be scheduling with her for next year!

Got in with Sarah Holland, the nurse practitioner, and truly do not have enough good things to say about her. Her bedside manner is incomparable and I felt comfortable talking to her on a personal level. She always runs the extra mile to assure that you are healthy and in good hands. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Kimberly Reynolds was awesome. Very professional, friendly and I felt like she really took the time to understand my situation.Front desk ladies and other staff were amazing. Appointment was right on time and I never felt rushed. I recently moved to the area and I’m very happy with the services I received at WLRWC.

Had the best experience with both Sarah Holland and Dr. Julia Goodwin. Such kind, compassionate care, easy scheduling, very little wait time in lobby, and a flawless procedure without any complications. Two thumbs WAY up!

I was a new patient today at West Little Rock Women’s Center. The environment was so relaxed and everyone was really friendly in welcoming me as a new patient. I saw their nurse practitioner, Sarah Holland, and I was treated so well! I am so happy to have found a new medical care just for women! ❤️

They don’t schedule you for another appointment for depo shots so you have to remember to call them every 3 months or so yourself to “remind” them that you need your shot. They have you come to the office on your first visit to let you know that they don’t keep the depo prescription in office so you have to leave your appointment and go to wherever you get your prescriptions filled to get the shot prescription, then go all the way back to their office to get the shot. Fast forward to future appointments where you call and make your appointment since they don’t make them from your previous visit, you as a patient can ask do i need to stop and get the prescription for them to say no. 2 weeks out you arrive at the appointment just for them to send you on a chase again for the prescription. Now due to not being able to make it back to doctor office before they close, i have to give myself the shot instead of ripping and running around. Time and gas very much wasted then they charge to give you the shot! That’s crazy when people have to go through hell to get something they need! Also called office to see if they could get the prescription sent elsewhere but the receptionist hung up the phone so i had to go back anyways. Never had to go through hoops for a depo shot. Would not recommend!!!

I do love Dr. Reynolds and feel that she is very kind and listens to my concerns. Unfortunately I’ve had some issues with the some of the other staff. There have been many instances now where I simply have a concern or question, and when I call I sense defensiveness and coldness. I don’t appreciate being talked down to when I simply need a question answered or something explained. I just recently felt comfortable talking about my anxiety with my doctor, but because of a recent interaction on the phone with someone I just burst into tears and have heightened anxiety; the person on the other line made me feel like an annoying burden and was defensive even though I hadn’t placed blame anywhere. I understand we are all human and aren’t perfect 24/7 but this has been consistent for a couple (few?) years now.

Started going here a couple of years ago and each year I would be passed to someone new. The last visit I left in tears because of the rough treatment from the APRN. They are the only doctors office that had a problem with my insurances (only because they file one insurance even if you have two) and after talking to the unprofessional office staff I understand why. The billing department and the office manager (who is rarely ever there) are very rude and are quick to point fingers. I highly recommend driving the extra mile to go somewhere else. :)

The whole staff is super friendly and helpful. The clinic is very nice and clean. Appointments are easy to schedule. I’ve only seen Dr. Reynolds and she is wonderful!

I had an appointment for 11:10 AM with one of the nurse practitioners, and it is currently 12:06 and I still have not seen her. I was told she had more people ahead of me to deal with, even though my appointment was set for an hour ago. She does good work, but on my only day off its not ideal to spend hours sitting in an exam room just for a simple check up.

Went here for an annual and for birth control. I got charged with ridiculous copays for follow up visits that were REQUIRED and got charged extra for std testing that I didn’t ask for. And yes you have to pay for your birth control even though your insurance covers it. Care was fine, how their system works is not.

When I arrived at the clinic, they would not see me for my scheduled appt time because I didn’t not sign up for the online patient portal. Staff stated that it’s mandatory and the appt had to be rescheduled. What about women without access to WiFi/internet, computers, smart phones, etc.? Busy, working mom surviving a pandemic with 3 kids- I took the day off for appts and will not be able to get the time off again for over a month. Cut your clients some slack. Frustrated and finding a new GYN.

They make you pay for your own birth control devices even if they’re 100% covered through insurance because they don’t want to tie their own money up. Never even disclosed this during our consult, so that was nice of them. Be aware of this if you’re coming here for birth control. Go somewhere where it’s free and save yourself the copay.

Dr.Watkins is wonderful ! I am so happy I finally found my GYN doctor who is trustworthy. Her explanation is quick and very clear. Ultra-sounds tech was very nice too. Thank you, again !!

I am very disappointed in their Billing Department. They used the wrong Billing Code therefore show me with a Balance when my Insurance Company would have paid in full if it had been done correctly.

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Reynolds. She is open and friendly and very easy to talk to. She is thorough and never rushes you. I highly recommend.

Dr. Kimberly Reynolds is great! She is understanding and super easy talk with. I would recommend her to any women looking for a caring, young and bright doctor!

Sarah is so sweet. She LISTENED. She’s didn’t push anything on me. But she honestly listens to ALL my concerns

Well I was looking forward to going here but if you have to be on a patient portal and you can’t be a regular doctor then I don’t need to see you because I’m old-school and I don’t like all my personal business nor my visits to be going through a computer it’s very impersonal and when that happens the doctors should get paid half price

This place does not care about their patients. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. The staff is cold and unaccommodating.

Have had to see a new dr. Each time Ive gone in and have had a terrible experience with the billing dept. I will be looking for someone else!

She is very patient and nice.
