Most pleasant doctor/nurse/front desk experience ever!I recently moved to the area and needed annual exam/wellness check and every other place I tried was booked for months. I wanted peace of mind NOW. I made an appointment online and saw a doctor 2 days later. The lady at the desk, Kynnedy was sweet and helpful. The nurse, Shantae is a literal angel! She had me cracking up and feeling good before the dreaded V exam. The doctor, Kimberly was amazing! So sweet, smart and easygoing! She was so gentle with the exam and women NEED this type of care. I’ve had way too many bad experiences elsewhere. I highly recommend this location. Much love to the staff!

Was a little skeptical seeing some of the google reviews before my visit but from the time I got there until the time that I left I was treated with the upmost care. Everyone from the receptionist, to the lady that did my vitals, to the actual doctor, everyone was so amazing and sweet and compassionate. Great experience for someone who is mtf transgender person.

The doctors and nurses here have always treated me with such kindness and respect. Its a safe and judgement free environment to talk about sexual health, and the doctors always seem to have much more experience in such things in comparison to other doctors at womens clinics.

Wonderful experience at the clinic itself, nurses are great and caring for blood tests. However, I have had to hunt down people to get my prescriptions refilled, and they take forever to actually refill it even with it being marked urgent and never call me back. This has happened twice and as a result I missed my dose. Very stressful and unnecessarily painful.

This place was HORRIBLE. Only one lady was very nice and she works front desk. Her name is Casey, very nice women. But I had A VERY ROUGH, hard time with a “NURSE” named Tanya Adams. She lied on me multiple times. She was very manipulative and she told me not to call back to the establishment just because I had questions. After this experience here at this location, it was hard to trust anything from this location and I will not be returning. She given me a really hard time and a bad experience with me even having trust in this location. She yelled at me, she was very hostile, and even got mad at me over what I decided to do with MY body all because of her OWN opinion, she was even very rude behind closed doors outside of the appointment. Wouldn’t advise anyone to spend time or money with this location. Try a location better that actually cares about their patients and the experience had.

They’re shady! I made an appointment online, waited 3 days, then showed up and waited in a long line to be told I didn’t have an appointment. I showed the lady a screenshot of the confirmation for the appointment, all she could say is “you don’t have an appointment for today, we have someone else down for that time. We are booked full, I can schedule you for next week”.

I was seen there with nurse Tanya Adams. Very rude and unprofessional—she was yelling at me with the door wide open. No privacy and no respect to me at all. Her supervisor was called in by her and the supervisor was covering for her the whole time. Tanya Adams never stopped yelling at me even if I was pushed by her to cry. Unbelievable! Ever since I never went back to this location. I always supported the cause of planning parenthood but my experience with T Adams was disgustingly horrendous. Maybe planned parenthood should hire more competent and compassionate employees if they really care about women in need. Think twice before you choose this location.

Andrea & Mercedes are so warm and welcoming! They greeted me with kindness and were very inclusive & nonjudgmental. I felt taken care of here and would recommend this location to others.

5 stars because theyre all wonderful and very helpful! A quick warning though: Ive now had 2 times that my appointment I booked online wasnt received despite the website confirming the booking. Going to make my appointments by phone from now on!

I love coming here for my general health needs. Staff is very welcoming, blood draws dont hurt, and all of my health needs and questions are satisfied and explained to me with care.

Kind and Respectful Staff, Moderate wait time, But Incredibly fast and high quality care. 10/10 would recommend.

They said they accept Medicaid I went to my appointment she told me it will be $280 waste of time

Terrible service. Been calling for over a week now to get a lab result and they constantly lie and tell me the nurse will call me back with my results and never do. Not going back again.

This is a wonderful location with so many helpful and caring staff. I felt comfortable and accepted here. Thank you for all you do!

The wait here is always unbelievably long . No matter how early you come you will not get seen until its closer to 5pm (thats when they close) .
