The people here were very nice and helpful. The doctor was especially very patient. This place takes walk-ins, which is convenient. It only took about a half hour for me to be called in after I signed in (one person was ahead of me). I highly recommend this urgent care!

Staff totally took care of my son who got injured in sports. They fit us in for an x-ray immediately (at Friday 6pm when most other places are closed)! All staff members: X-ray tech- Faith, MA- Nicole, PA- Sapna, were warm, kind and patient, taking extra care in explaining things to us. We had a knee brace and crutches fitted for my son all good to go. Thanks much!-Lilly

I went to AFC urgent care recently and they were quick to attend to me. Right from the time of check in until the provider saw me it was a smooth process. The front desk staff was very friendly as well.

I visited for a sprained ankle, and I couldnt be happier with the service. The staff was incredibly helpful, and I received prompt attention. The X-ray process was smooth, and I appreciated how efficiently they provided me with a brace and crutches. Overall, a fantastic experience – highly recommended for anyone in need of urgent care

Use the location on rt 10 by the costco. The intake is less of a hassle and the staff more accommodating.I was going to increase the score to highlight the good work of the nurse and doctor, but someone from the location used my information to call my phone. I consider this an invasion of my privacy. Google provides this forum for reviews so there is no need to intrude on a person’s personal space.Also, thins walls and a single doctor.

I had visited the facility a couple of weeks back for an ear related issue. I was able to see the doctor very quickly and both the nurse and the doctor were super amazing and friendly. They took care of the issue and made me feel very comfortable. Overall, a great experience and I walked out with my issue resolved. I highly recommend this urgent care to whoever in need.

So my review is similar to the other reviews. The good is really good and the negative is consistent. The GOOD - the staff - from the desk when you walk in, to the nurse and then doctor are all very nice and competent. The place is clean and big and has good parking. Check in was easy. BUT the wait time was beyond excessive. I REALLY wanted to like this place. It is so convenient and I was thrilled to have another choice other than the walk-in with only VIRTUAL doctors OR going on 10 or beyond. But we waited almost 2 hours!! There are lots of rooms but only ONE doctor who has to go in and out of rooms between waiting for various test results. AND the walls are super thin. Could hear the doctor talking to the patient in the adjacent room and when they were talking with nurses etc outside the exam rooms. NOT cool.SO, I will not be back unless they stop being cheap and hire 2-3 more doctors. Felt bad for the doc but was so done at the end of the visit.

First time using the facility. From the moment I was greeted by the receptionist, and her help with signing in, seamless and very courteous and patient. The nurse was so kind and professional. My visit was amazing from the smiling faces at the front office. To the young lady who took my information of my health was great. To the AP doctor whom I thought was so knowledgeable and detailed of what was going on with my health. I was truly blessed of the excellent service. It was seamless and smooth. I was seen by Dr. Sapna. I had a positive experience and was diagnosed/treated correctly.

First off, I really wanted to like this place. Its convenient, and Ive been to their other facility in East Hanover and had a good experience. However, I was the only patient there, and it took almost an hour. Took me about 10 minutes to fill out the forms but the rest of that was mostly wait time. Face-to-face with the nurse and the practitioner were less than 10 minutes total. The practitioner never introduced herself, so I didnt know if she was a doctor or nurse practitioner, but overall, I was there for something simple so it did not matter.There was also an issue with the co-pay. They wanted to charge me $30 but my insurance card clearly said Office Visit $10 and Specialist $15. They told me they were a specialist so I paid them $15. When I asked them why $30, they didnt really have an answer, and it was clear they just made up the number. They finally said well if you only want to pay $15 then only pay $15. And, no receipt was offered.

The was very kind, patient and friendly. I had a great experience and the doctor took a great care of me.

My visit actually exceeded all the expectations. My doctor just recently retired and could only help me over the phone, but obviously she couldnt check my throat etc, and I equally didnt want to get antibiotic if I didnt need it, or not to get it if I needed it. A friend of mine suggested visiting Urgent care which I did. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no waiting time. Pretty quickly a nurse and then a doctor checked everything and I I got all the answers.Thank you.

The practitioner and medical assistant were both amazing! I cut my finger pretty badly and it wouldn’t stop bleeding. They fixed me all up and were very kind and caring throughout! Plus, there was NO wait!

Hands down definitely the best Urgent Care I have been to. The entire staff treated my husband and I will the greatest concern. From check in until discharge we couldn’t ask for a better experience. The place was cleaned and spotless and were in and in about 30 minutes. Tyesha was without a doubt amazing and she had so much patience with my husband as he has been traumatized from previous COVID testing. Kuddos to the entire team!

I was referred to the AFC Urgent Care in Livingston today and had to leave a review. From the moment I walked in I was treated with the most unbelievable care and attention I could’ve ever asked for. From Maria at the front desk to Mackayla, Nicole and Nikki, the care I was given was just top notch. What a wonderful addition to our town and one that I would recommend with the 5 stars that I gave it.

The Livingston AFC urgent care is just excellent. From the extremely helpful front desk navigating the not-so-intuitive sign in process to medical assistant Nicole and Dr. Sapna Soleyn I was seen quickly, treated respectfully and diagnosed with all questions answered fully and not rushed. Although a morning at-home COVID test was negative, a nagging sore throat convinced me to try this facility where their test proved positive. Dr. Soleyn explained treatment options but suggested I alert my PC physician too. This is a well-run center and I highly recommend them.

It was my first time going to this facility. Although the doctor was great, I would not come back here. The medical assistant who took me in and did the testing made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I felt like she had a problem with me, or she seemed miserable to even be there. Either way, you want to be able to feel comfortable especially you’re going to the doctor and attitude with patients matter. She seemed to have an issue on how I dressed clearly because not only was she unfriendly and had couldn’t smile once, she loved to stare at the fact I came in house clothes. Mind you, I change when I get home from work into house clothes I been feeling unwell all week, so I chose to come in to be checked out not judged on how I dressed which I feel like that was how I was treated . I wouldn’t be back here as this medical assistant didn’t make it a comfortable experience.

The best experience I’ve ever had with a healthcare provider! The doctor was absolutely amazing and staff was very professional. I was seen immediately and given proper direction to go to the Hosp for further evaluation. I highly recommend over any other Urgent Care or Primary Care Office; there’s simply no comparison.

The Livingston location is the closet to my new employer and I needed to have a physical exam asap. This was my first time going to an Urgent Care .I decided on this location but I called first to inquire. The wonderful lady who answered the phone was very pleasant. That was a plus !! Her name is Faith . At first I was going to go after work but then decided to just go on my hour lunch break . It actually was a great time to go . Registration was easy and wait time wasn’t long at all . The MA Tyesha was nice and the shot that she gave me was done well the overall experience was smooth I don’t like shots but she’s great !!! Mackayla the PA was the finisher she was great . I wasn’t there for anything big but it’s was very nice interacting with the ladies here at this location. Even another lady was there I didn’t get here name but she had a great vibe she fit with the other ladies !!

They were so kind at AFC Livingston! After my last encounter at AFC west Orange I almost didnt go back to any AFC at all. AFC Livingston is the only urgent care worth going to.

The office only had three patients and after 1 1/2 hours I finally told the staff that I had to leave. I can’t imagine what would have happened on a busy day. Wait was very excessive. That said everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Wished they just cared about people waiting. Especially when there’s hardly any patients present.

Tried this new urgent care for ear infection treatment. I was charged a co-pay which I did not owe and the staff is not knowledgeable about billing/insurance. They also trick you into signing consent for them to keep your card on file and charge you automatically. I was charged over $100 weeks later for my visit. I would not go back - be careful giving them your credit cards.

Two separate incidents. First time - never got test results despite going in for exam and some lab work. Called to follow and still never got my results. Second time - Turned away at 7:25pm despite being open til 8pm. Terrible service . DO NOT RECOMMEND. Not friendly staff

Tyesha (nurse) and Mackayla (doctor) were great with my 6 year old son with possible sinus infection. Kind and thoughtful. The facility is very clean and well-managed. My husband has also been there in the past and has said similar things -- thoughtful caregivers who dont treat you like an insurance # rather like a human being. Will be back (but hopefully not often ha).

Good after noon my name is Turon Whitfield and i just wanted to say my experience at the eagle rock location 494 was not successfuli called and was told to come but when i came they didnt remember i just called and explained my sons situation,and i was told that for what ever reason he cant be seen there ,the doctor there told me this her self,and gave me other numbers to other locations, so i was denied help there witch led me to livingstone location ,but my experience at 90 south livingstone locaton as a guest and my son as temporary patient at this location was top assistance and caring and super helpful,the ladies at the front desk were the best and are the best and deserve a raise & also the doctor who seen my son they are Faith,Tyesha, sapna, and the lady that followed up with me ms.suzell, she was very nice to me and she was genuinely concerned about my visit, and super understanding so to whom it may concern this was my recent experiences at 494 eagle rock urgent care vs 90 South livingstone location urgent care

A brand new urgent care facility. The stuff is amazing! A very quick self check in and no lines. They also take kids, so if you cannot get an appointment to your child’s pediatrician as fast as you need, they can help.

Aftercare took bloodwork for a urinalysis infection in which there was blood in the urine and painful urination. They determined that it was a bladder infection and gave me medication. Today I got a call from them asking me to come back. They said that the place that they sent it out to didn’t confirm the results of urinalysis which is ridiculous. In addition, there was plasma kidney levels that showed out of range. When Labcorp does it, they give me the exact numbers to tell me what my number I have what is high what is low, but urgent care did not give me that information. In addition, they told me there’s no test for Kidney infection which is not true because I’ve had it in the past and was put on medication. They called me three times on my cell phone, but I wasn’t home, and I told him to call on my home phone when I came home there were two messages from them. It took me two hours to get through to them. I found out the person I spoke to is not knowledgeable of anything. My intent is to go to my primary doctor and let her write up a skip for Labcorp and have a test taken for all of these plasma and kidney infections with a number that we could treat. I have been put on a new statin medication that can affect the kidneys and this is very important. However, Livingston doesn’t seem to think it is , out of curiosity, I called different urgent care and they said the range of numbers should have been given to me and the explanation of year and the bladder and bacteria in the bladder indicates urine infection so I do not understand why it was sent out to another lab to retest it . . There is a male Doctor Who is usually there on Sundays after he. He is a very caring knowledgeable doctor. When I went in, he took all the bloodwork and he gave me the copies before I left. The bloodwork showed areas that were high. what is normal what is low, that is what I have been given. So now I really don’t know anything about my situation other then after care and Summit report that did not effectively treat me and give me the complete urinaary , plasma . And kidney function-. I am going to call Labcorp tomorrow morning and I want the range of all the test this is very important, because either the bladder infection created the kidney which I have had once before. In addition, the results were not anything that my doctor can use I will first have to be going to LabCorp to get the definite results because they do give the range and they show when something is high. I don’t know why the male doctor did that years ago, but I don’t see anybody else doing it. I was told in the morning by a doctors office that they weren’t busy and come now. I went there and there was a four hour wait. It came to the point where I was getting dizzy, nauseous, and felt faint.If I knew that there could be a kidney infection. I need to have that checked asap. The reason is either the itinary is a not completely handled right. I am now on a new Staten that can affect the kidneys, so I am very concerned with having the right number for the kidney infection by law. I am entitled to it I don’t think I will ever go back there again.

The registration process for an emergency is too long. They dont have a doctor available only a PA. The place was empty, but we were there for about 2 1/2 hours.
