Being Dr. Lee’s patient has been a very educational and comforting experience that brought me much hope and a strong sense of empowerment. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and reassuring throughout my 3 rounds of egg + embryo freezing, her kind and gentle personality also helped sooth my nerves throughout this process, which can be emotionally and physically challenging. Dr. Lee along with my case manager at RSC walked me through every step of the way with dedicated attention - at no point did I feel at all panicked due to lack of information or communication from the team.I met with Dr. Lee at the beginning of my cycles and received a very well-rounded educational session from her that brought lots of clarity, and throughout my cycles I was able to reach her or the case managers via phone or RSC portal messages.The treatments went very smoothly; when at the end of my last cycle I ran into a common complication post-surgery, I was able to get in touch with Dr. Lee very quickly who generously opened up her schedule the day of my symptoms to do an ultrasound for me personally to assure me that everything was ok.Will always be thankful & I can’t imagine anyone better! Dr. Lee will be my go-to fertility doc from now on and I can’t wait to introduce her to all my friends! :)

We are overjoyed to share our heartfelt gratitude for Dr Lee and their remarkable team, who guided us through what can only be described as a challenging IVF journey with unparalleled skill, compassion, and determination.When my partner Ben and I first approached Dr Lee, we were met with a sense of hopelessness after previous unsuccessful attempts at IVF. However, from the moment we sat down with Dr. Lee . we knew we were in the hands of someone truly extraordinary.Dr. Lee expertise and innovative approach to treatment were evident from the start. After She meticulously analyzed every aspect of our case, she quickly grasped the challenges and were able to provide alternative options and to think outside the box! She would discuss every possible plan of pros and cons with me very patiently in each stage, objectively and directly (loving that)express her opinions. I always felt she treated me not like a patient, more like a partner with so much respect and caring even though I didn’t (still don’t) understand the depth of issues most of the time. She gave us so much confidence along the way to trust her fully.AND WOW, Dr Lee’s Plan worked on our first egg retrieval with HER! we were lucky enough to develop a very healthy embryo and ended up a successfully Pregnancy! We simply cannot believe it , it is a miracle for us when ourselves almost gave up.Throughout the entire process, We felt incredibly cared for, our concerns heard, and like a partner in the discussion. The whole team at RSC including Dr. Lee and my case manager Heather were very thoughtful, informative, and responsive throughout the process. They were always available to answer our questions, calm our fears, and provide guidance every step of the way. We always felt the personal connection between everyone. Especially when Dr Lee and my partner started to talk about Footballs!We are very excited to start our pregnancy journey & incredibly grateful for the great work by Dr. Lee, Heather, and the RSC! We cannot recommend them highly enough!
