I first visited Dr. Castillo in February 2023. I went in for a cosmetic procedure called the Diva laser. During my exam for this procedure, Dr. Castillo determined I was a candidate for this laser treatment but he also discovered that I had a hernia and other gynecological issues that could only be addressed with surgery. This was a bit of a shock! I regularly visit my gynecologist but I have never had such an in-depth exam before. I told my husband about this and him being a surgeon as well, he was a little skeptical. So, I booked a follow up consultation and brought him with me. Once my husband met and listened to Dr. Castillo, he was convinced that this surgery was necessary and that Dr. Castillo was the doctor to do the surgery. Because the surgery required a several week recovery, I put it on hold for about a year, so I could plan my life around it.In the meantime, I did have 3 Diva laser treatments and the results from those treatments were fantastic! I highly recommend the Diva for vaginal dryness. The more I got to know Dr. Castillo and his staff, I decided I would like to start going to his practice for my hormone replacement therapy as well. I had been getting pellets for hormone replacement for a couple years now with another doctor, but I really wanted to have one doctor who knew me well and understood the big picture regarding my hormonal and sexual health. It was clear from my first pellet treatment with Dr. Castillo at just how incredibly knowledgeable he is in this area. If you have been struggling with peri-menopause or menopausal symptoms and are a candidate for hormone replacement therapy, I can’t stress enough at what a game-changer this is. HRT has transformed the way I feel in my 50’s! I feel like I am in my 20’s in regards to energy, sleep and libido. So worth the investment!Finally, I did have the surgery with Dr. Castillo this past February. I was pretty scared about the procedure, the recovery and how it would affect intimacy. The recovery was so much easier than expected! I was pleasantly surprised. And after a couple months recovery, I am very pleased with the results and even my husband gives the results 5 stars 😂I have recommended at least 20 women to Dr. Castillo, many of whom are now happy patients of his. Ive had laser hair removal and cool sculpting by Remy. She is so gentle and compassionate while working with me. I have enjoyed every visit despite the uncomfortable nature of the treatments. The office is always clean and with a well organized staff.

Swan MD is a very professional team with a personal touch. I struggle with food cravings and Remy provided useful consultation and solutions. She put together a personalized solution to meet my goals and Ive seen great results in the few months Ive been under her care. Dr Peter Castillo is nothing short of AMAZING!!!About six months ago I was diagnosed with a Rectocele and an Enterocele which in short meant I had a prolapse and a hernia located in my rectal muscles. I just had an amazing Halo Treatment by Dr. Peter Castillo last month and it was the best decision I’ve made. His expertise is above and beyond. Dr. Peter Castillo ran the necessary tests in office and advised me concerning surgery. I chose to have surgery now rather than wait until I was in my 80s. This beautiful Doctor could see I was very nervous before surgery, so he held my hand until we went into the operating room and continued telling me I was doing good. Before I knew it, I was back in my room feeling like a million dollars. To top things off, I had no pain at all. I must also give kudos to the anesthesiologist and assisting nurse. My doctor chose well. Dr. Castillo is my go-to doctor forever. My forever doctor is a blessing.

I cannot thank Dr.Castillo enough. I was diagnosed with lichen sclerosis and thought my life would consist of using a daily steroid, extreme itching, and fusing. THERE IS NO REASON TO SUFFER THROUGHT THE CHANGES IN LIFE WE WOMEN GO THROUGH AS WE AGE! I sought help from my primary care provider (PCP) for the horrible night sweats and irritability I was experiencing in perimenopause. The PCP wanted to give me an anti-depressant, which I refused. I simply could not reconcile taking a medication for depression to manage my night sweats. After seeing several specialists and gynecologists looking for something for urine deficiency for almost 10 years and they all told me it was normal.
