I called right at 8 AM to schedule my appointment. I waited on hold and the woman answered the phone. I said good morning and she hung up on me and then I could not get back through to make my appointment. Customer service does not exist.

Ive visited many times over the years and honestly I cant recommend them anymore. At my most recent visit, the person who does the blood draws and rapid HIV tests didnt do the test correctly (she didnt add any blood to the test! Its a finger prick test and she never pricked my finger) and I watched her open several HIV test packets and dump the tests into a drawer. Tests arent supposed to be opened until the test is actually being used, so even if she did actually add the blood and do the test correctly, I cant know that it was valid because no one knows how long it had been out of its protective foil packet.They used to keep specimens confidential (no names) but my DIY swab tube that I was instructed to leave in the specimen area of the bathroom had my full name on it. (Not that I care so much, but others might.) Last time I visited, the specimen cup had only my initials, but there was another cup with the same initials in the specimen window (why there were multiple specimens stacking up in the window is beyond me, since there are only a handful of patients in the building at any given time) and I was misdiagnosed with an STI, presumably due to their inability to determine whose specimen was whose since both had the same initials. The error was confirmed when I was retested prior to treatment and that test was negative. There are worse things than a false positive test result, sure, but it unnecessarily plunged my personal life into significant drama, and meant that I ended up taking unnecessary antibiotics which can cause a whole mess of other health problems.So realistically if the staff in charge of testing people for HIV is so new/scattered/whatever that they arent even testing people and then telling them theyre clean... Thats not a place you want to go. Now Im left to wait an entire month for a visit with my regular provider to get an actual test.I know that Family Health Centers and Planned Parenthood also offer testing, so hopefully they do a better job.

They treated me the absolute best today. Awesome crew, very respectful and answered all of my questions. The woman managing the front window made sure to fit me in and got me in so quickly, the nurse/physician’s assistant who took my blood is the absolute sweetest lady I have ever met, and the doctor and male nurse had me cracking up and made sure to cover all the bases. Great experience, very affordable and you don’t need insurance.

They were very professional and really made me comfortable, waiting for results was the hardest part but worth it .

Its so hard to book appointment sometimes ugh!!

Good food. Homemade tortillas. Lots of options, even for us vegetarians. A little pricey though.

This urgent Care center has friendly staff and the doctors are very mindful as well as speedy.

It is a clinic where if you call every day to make an appointment, they talk to you and give you absurd explanations, the truth is I am disappointed in that place, they are only interested in living off the government and its money, not the people, it was just a routine exam and According to them, they dont even have staff for that, serving only 4 people per day, how ridiculous...
