Rebecca Booth, M.D., FACOG

I just broke my FOURTH BONE. I called Dr. Booths office out of concern & to see about starting a med to strengthen my bones. The assistant called me back next day. Youre not due for next bone scan until 2025!!! And that was literally all she said. The severe lack of concern for my bone health is frightening since it is my 4th break. Plus her 100% inability to address my suffering from menopause symptoms has now made me decide to go elsewhere for my lady parts needs.Ms. Jaggers was suppose to call me back with the name of a doctor that I could pay $2000 out of pocket to care for me. Still waiting since 9/2023!

Dr Booth has always been wonderful, take her time with you, is thorough, answers all of your questions, and treats you with compassion. I’ve been a patient of hers for about 15 years . Zero complaints. And I switched from another practice where I did not like the doctor .

Im not sure where to even start here:Its beyond sad that when you try to call your doctor and leave a message or ask a question you are met with very rude staff members or somebody that considers them self a nurse.Then when you make an appointment after driving over an hour just to meet with your doctor she dismisses your concerns.A lot of her appointments have ran behind. And I dont just mean 30 minutes. I have waited over an hour when I have had a scheduled appointment to see Dr. Booth. And my time is just as valuable as hers, if youre appointments are running behind, then I dont think its too much to ask to have one of your staff members call your patience and let him know that, especially when I am driving such a distance for your service.Its very hard to speak with somebody whos face doesnt move to show any kind of expressions about your concerns or comments or questions.I think it would be much easier for me to feel as if this doctor truly cared if she would lay off the Botox, maybe then her face would move a little and I could tell.She really really really needs to work on her rude staff and her bedside manner.I do not recommend!

I hope you actually read your review Dr. Booth.But by judging how you are personally with your patients in having your staff is allowed to treat your patients, I seriously doubt that you do.You need a complete overhaul.From your lack of empathy to your attitude.All the money in the world cant buy you a heart or class my dear.

I’m so glad I finally got out of that practice.Completely unprofessional.They lie and mislead and misguide the patients. Be careful and don’t believe everything they say . Please double check everything!Even dr booth is the sameShe suggest I looked for a better practice !! And she was right !!!! Huge difference!! Now I’m treated like a human and not like an number or an animal .Thanks for the advice 🙏🏻

Ive never waited for more than 15 mins. Staff is crazy nice and theyre very helpful when you dont know your way around the office. They make you feel super comfortable too.

I have never had to wait more than maybe 5 minutes. Dr Booth listens and was very kind, knowledgeable and caring.

She took her time to explain some of my problems, Very caring and understanding. Staff were courteous and kind. Took their time with me.

So blessed to have Dr. Booth and her team. Professional and caring.
