Sweetest staff you can imagine - every single person is lovely. Clean, compassionate, accomodating, and comfortable.

The doctors and staff here are amazing. I always chose to have my regular woman appointments with PP even though I have a primary because they are experts at making you feel comfortable. They are kind, caring, and gentle. Please acknowledge your respect for us is greatly appreciated, I wouldnt go anywhere else. They really go above and beyond and always have the sweetest doctors. Remember to bring a donation if you can swing it because this facility is the best and should be supported. Thanks for always giving the best care.

I have never before had a medical experience in which I felt so cared for and comfortable being myself. I usually dread medical appointments but this time I was considering making up new symptoms so I wouldnt have to leave because I felt so secure. The staff were amazing, informed me of my rights and ensured I was treated respectfully. I have no insurance or income and my tests were 100% free, which was an immense relief. It was a clean, comfortable, judgement-free environment and I cannot recommend this facility enough. I was harassed by a protestor on my way in and the staff gave me a card to use to contact the mayors office and inform her of my experience. The staff members are endlessly brave for enduring the daily harassment and continuing to provide quality healthcare to the Manchester community. I will surely be providing them with a donation once I have the means!

I felt such at peace being there, the front desk health care assoc. was very kind. The practioner was so nice, she would always make me feel comfortable, asked many times whether or not if it was okay to move forward, etc.If i had to pick a con, is the amount of questions that are asked at the front desk but they do ask you at first is there anything youre not comfortable with discussing here with the front desk out loud.

I never take surveys, but I wanted to let everyone who I encountered yesterday from the front desk, to the nurses and the practitioner who did my ultrasound and procedure how much of an amazing job they did and how well taken care of I felt. Having this procedure is not an easy decision and causes a lot of anxiety and mixed feelings, but feeling safe, heard, and taken care of made my experience the best that it could of been. I appreciate every one of you!

Terrible. I have an assignment for school that has to do with sti/std. I called to get information. Information that would be useful to anyone, not just someone fearful that they may have an sti/std. They told me to call somewhere else. What if you were scared that you had an std? You would just be turned away? I expected MUCH more from a place that is literally for what I inquired about. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

It is really a needed sort of place and helpful and claims what it does. but I usually dont have any problems but the new front desk person named Devin is pretty rude. I am honest on reporting my income based on my annual income and she seems not to believe me and close the window and talk about me with the other worker, and thats the reason I left this review.

Well...cant say much but what my girlfriend said. We got there and had to call to make an appointment and they wanted to have us back two days later, but we told them we were in the parking lot and they figured a way to fit us in, which is extremely kind of them. They got her in within 15 minutes and since I wasnt allowed in due to COVID-19, I waited outside in my truck, which is fine, but she came out and was happy for them to be so nice and helpful and educated her on some things she should know.

I have gone twice to planned parenthood. The first to have the Nexplanon birth control put in my arm and then the second time to get it removed and both experiences were fantastic. I like going to Planned Parenthood more than I’ve ever liked going to any other doctor. Every single person you interact with is kind and knowledgeable. The doctors spend time getting to know you and never give you the impression that they have somewhere else to be like I have experienced in other doctors offices. I had no idea how much Planned Parenthood can do for services as well. I strongly recommend going to PP or at least supporting them!

This planned parenthood is absolutely amazing they are all extremely welcoming from the start .they are very accommodating when it comes to your needs as well....the nurses are always making sure you get exactly what you need they are awsome but jenn and hannah were my favorites. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone for any of the services. You wont regret it

From the volunteers to the doctors, they have by far the friendliest staff around. Not only did I feel completely comfortable with them, they made sure to constantly check on me to make sure nothing had changed. I would highly recommend any of their services.

Every staff member I met was incredible and kind, I went in for a consult for Transgender hormones and walked out the same day with my prescription. Going back on 9/22/17 for my first T-Shot and I am beyond excited to be around these wonderful people again

Called 3 times while I was at work, when I was able to call back I got no answer, then I got a text saying they cancelled my appointment 2 hours before it was scheduled for. It took MONTHS to get that appointment for a time I’d be available & now it’s gone. Will never be going here again.

They have handled all 6 of our abortions and we couldnt be happier with the results.

Makes it safe (especially during COVID times) and easy to get my flu shot, HPV shot and other vaccinations. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

A while ago, I had to make the tough choice between having a Baby with an abusive man on being able to create my own life. It was not easy nor a quick decision: however, I knew what was best for not only my child but myself and the father. For the safety of the father myself and the children of the child, I had to make a choice. Does not make my choice easy nor that my choice had no thought there were many nights, weekends, days; however you want to classify it. I had to make a decision. On the well-being of not only my ex-boyfriend, or what I think is more important the future of what would’ve been my child or children I don’t know. This society is too quick to judge. I never want to raise a family or child in an environment as hostile as my relationship with the dad. Twins run in my family and I was too scared to find out if the choice I made for my family and myself would impact the fetus of one or two. So I never found out. It is a hard choice to make. I do not wish that on anyone else. I am now and a healthy and stable Relationship. However I am still apprehensive on starting our family because seat down I feel guilt. However, I do not have regret my decision on my previous years. It is important to know where you are in life and why are you want to be, Mostly as a female in this society before you make a complete decision on your future. Everyone who works there are amazing and very laid back and helpful. They make you feel safe and secure and comfortable with your situation.

Very friendly staff, very accommodating and kind. They have a very extensive list of services they can do, and I think people should be aware of that.

I’ve had great experiences at this location. Everyone is so warm and kind here. The environment is very safe and calming. I had so much help at the front desk when managing payment and was given options and opportunities. Every question I’ve asked here I have had straight forward and thoughtful answers (even if my questions were stupid) that previous OB/GYN have shrugged off or didn’t help with. I was able to get in very easily!
