Planned Parenthood - Manchester Center

Terrible. I called them for an appointment and told them exactly why I was coming in and they confirmed for me to come in at 10:30. Didn’t take me until 40 minutes later and didn’t even provide me with the care they were supposed to! Instead they sent me off to my OB for something they could’ve handled

I wanted to say that if you ever get KAT.. or EMILY.. they are really great people I never had someone like them. Very nice you both did a great job. Thank You!! They deserve something good..😀

Wouldn’t take me because I was 4 minutes after the 10 minute grace period after my scheduled appointment. This appointment was very important as I’m already 7 weeks. There was NO ONE in the waiting room. And a PA or a nurse came to the desk from the back and the receptionist mumbled “could you take her she’s after the grace period?” And the girl shook her head no. They made me reschedule. The staff was not bubbly and considerate of what I was going through and couldn’t squeeze me in, again there was no one in the waiting room. This was an important appointment and they clearly forget that some people have other things going on in there life that makes them late the appointment. I dreaded this appointment regardless so maybe it was gods way of planning a new route for me🙏🏼 Needless to say, I will not be coming back to PP in Manchester.

Brianne was great. She took me in without an appointment after seeing I was in distress and was super quick. She made me flyer l comfortable and like I wasnt being judged. Couldnt thank her enough. She is truly amazing.

Came here to have my IUD, with invisible strings, removed, after my doctor gave me a gyn referral with 5-6 months wait time. Jennifer was so kind and patient, reassuring me through the entire process that it would be okay and they’d be able to get it out without issues. And she was correct, I walked out less than an hour later, without my IUD. Can’t recommend their services enough.

Lloydacia A Stephens is condescending and not helpful whatsoever.. let my UTI symptoms & infection go untreated. This office won’t be seeing me anymore.

What a great experience from start to finish. This was my first time ever using Planned Parenthoods services (general STD screening). Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and non-judgmental. I felt very comfortable the whole time. High quality services! Would definitely go back again if I ever needed to.

The best PP office i’ve been to, but also the best place i’ve ever gotten reproductive health services! They are all so compassionate and kind, as well as extremely professional and experienced. Thank you for the impeccable care you’ve provided!

I had my first visit to Planned Parenthood last week. The new facility at 319 Main St is absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere is very inviting and spacious. However, as nice as the space is, it is the staff that will make your experience the best youve ever had at a doctors office. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses were exceptional. I was met with kindness and professionalism. I would recommend Planned Parenthood and this facility to everyone. Thank you for such a great experience!

This is the second year in a row that I’ve come here for a simple annual exam. Almost everyone is amazing, kind, welcoming, genuine, caring, and friendly here. The staff really puts a smile on my face and are extremely helpful and thorough with any questions or concerns I have had. Dr. Jennifer Love is such an amazing individual. Will 100% be coming here for any feminine needs in the future.

Let me just say that I am BLOWN away with the top notch customer service I have received today.To be transparent, I have done general screening testing many times; and have even tried avoiding it due to the judgement or negative energy I have received in the past.This was NOT the case at planned parenthood in Manchester!From the moment I stepped in I was greeted by a lovely lady named Kyro! Super sweet and kind.I then got called in by a woman named Katelyn and Stephanie, and both ladies were a power team together!Stephanie explained the process so thoroughly and all with a smile. Katelyn drew my blood and finished the process with also nothing but positive vibes!No JUDGMENT AT ALL.I felt so welcomed and comfortable. I almost couldn’t believe this experience as I walked out!My heart was overflooded with pure relief and joy!I will be recommending this planned parenthood to EVERYONE that I know!Thank you ladies so much! :)

The people who work there are very nice, helpful and make you feel comfortable. I couldnt find an obgyn that would take me any time soon because of covid, and they took me the same week I called, so great service too.

I ran out of my birth control earlier than I thought I would. I made an appointment as early as possible and they were kind enough to send in a prescription to tide me over until then. Ive been going to this place for years and theyve always been so kind and professional!

This clinic is a wonderful place. People who think otherwise, have never been here.I was elated to be able to come to PP when I was in my 20s for my WOMANS HEALTHCARE needs and cancer screenings.I saw many older teens, there for STDs and birth control.They are affordable and many people are billed on a sliding scale.This is not an abortion clinic, and the places that do have that, counsel those who are contemplating this, about other ways.One day, you may find yourself needing them, when your insurance no longer covers PAP smears.That is what happened to me and I have (2) sources of health insurance.

Cool place but I have to jump through HURDLES just to get my birth control that’s supposed to be delivered to me but never comes. And i cannot figure out how to talk to an actual person at a desk instead of an automated voicemail.:(

The staff was so friendly and efficient. Stephanie was such a wonderful, warm person . So easy to talk with . I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff is very warm and welcoming, I got an appointment as soon as I called. I prefer them to my regular doctor.

They alienate men and make it difficult for us to be here for a partner make us leave and consistently look down upon fathers who actually show up.

Every single person I dealt with was so kind. Could not have asked for a better experience.

The hours say opens at 830 am its 930 am I have tried to call and get no answers no call center no voice mail. Also called at 630 on a Thursday no answer glad I didnt just show up.

The staff and nurses were so welcoming and kind.
