Expedian Urgent Care

The staff at Expedian Urgent Care far exceeded my expectations. The front staff was prompt and friendly and I didnt wait long to be admitted. The nurse was kind and helpful and administered shots with the gentlest of care. The PA took her time with me and let me ask questions and also very helpful. Overall a great experience and the prices for out of pocket self pay individuals very reasonable. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

I was extremely satisfied with the services at this facility from the moment that I walked in to the time we were leaving with all needs met. I highly recommend this facility which was a STARK contrast to the alternate urgent care in Mansfield off of Hwy 287 N. where they cant be bothered with any customer service whatsoever. Thank you for helping my son and I in his time of need!

My family has been here a couple of times for various issues. Each time we were greeted by polite staff. Providers are kind, listen, and get you in and out as quick as possible. It is a great medical care option if you don’t want to sit at the ER all day. Will be back for sure!!

I had an excellent service from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors. Everyone made sure that my child was taken care of and that all of our needs were met. I will continue to come to Expedian Urgent Care whenever I have the need. Thank you!

I was able to do a walk in without making an appointment. The wait time was reasonable considering I did not have an appointment. Everyone there was helpful and genuinely concerned about my well-being. They were able to see me, quickly determine my problem and got my prescription ordered immediately. Thank you,

I went here a few months ago for vertigo just to make sure it wasnt an inner ear infection. Everyone was very nice from the front desk to each person who helped us. They all made me feel very comfortable. I plan to go back here again if I ever need urgent care.

We have gone here over the past few years for school physicals and sick visits. Making appointments is easy and the folks working there have always been professional and courteous. Dr. Nguyen is great. I highly recommend this location.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful! I was in and out within an hour which is the fastest I have ever been seen. They helped to identify what was going on, steps moving forward and getting me medication to feel better! Would definitely go back again and would recommend to others

DON’T waste your time here. Go somewhere else!My husband went to the Mansfield location on Sunday. He had an appointment, but still had to wait over an hour to see a physician, even though there were no other patients in the waiting room and only two patients in the exam rooms. The nurse practitioner he finally saw told him she was prescribing a Z-pack, ear drops, anti inflammatory, and muscle relaxer and would send it to the pharmacy.When he went to pick them up on Monday, there were only 2 of the 4 prescriptions, so he called Expedian and left a message. They never called back, so on Tuesday he called again and spoke to Misty, who said the physician didn’t put anything in the notes about the anti inflammatory or muscle relaxers and that he’d have to come back for another visit, with another charge. He said that’s ridiculous, so she said she’d have the director call him back. Nobody called so he called back again Wednesday and talked to someone else who said she could see the notes, but it was out of her hands and assured him that the director would call back within the hour, which of course didn’t happen.Thursday he called again and spoke to another person who said she’d have the director call him back within minutes. Two hours later, still nothing so he called again. This time Wendy answered and she was the most disrespectful, condescending, unprofessional person he’s ever spoken to. Instead of listening while he tried to explain everything that had occurred (for the 4th time!) and that he was still in pain and needed to get his prescriptions handled, she kept interrupting and contradicting him, telling him to “take a breath”. She refused to help other than suggesting he wait on hold for the physician to be available because there wasn’t anyone else there that could help him. So yet again, he was told that the director would call him back and still no call.We will never go back to this urgent care with the obvious incompetence and unprecedented lack of patient care!!! If we could give zero stars we would.

I have visited this establishment a couple of years now, normal case great service and quick. Today, a slightly different visit due to the front desk person, she was a bit condescending. Person who took vitals was great. Overall great service.

Three stars is generous only because we got our certificate, the people and nurses running it must be burn out because they were short and snippy with us from the Receptionist to the intake nurse. The intake nurse got very irritated that my grandson did not have his contacts in (which he had forgot) so he said we couldnt get the athletic physical for Legacy Baseball that is required.But after a bit he let him try anyway and he barely passed, but the workers were discussing the consequences about not having glasses or contacts and were told to turn away the kids that didnt and to not come back?So needless to say we wont.

I received the best care here!! I highly recommend this place if you are in need of medical services!! I was treated with the utmost respect and the treatment I needed I received and received quickly!! Sweetest Dr ever!! Very kind and caring and oh so patient! If I ever need medical assistance I will go here again!!!

It was frustrating because I was told the provider was calling in two medications to my pharmacy. She had already checked to make sure they would interact safely with current ones. The pharmacy only had one. I waited on hold for 30 minutes to be told she only called one in because she was worried about the other reacting with my other meds.

I was greeted by a friendly staff member. The nurse and doctor were great. I was in and out less then an hour from my appointment time.

Don’t waste your time scheduling an appointment. You will wait two hrs before you get seen. Then they will stick you in a room and have you wait another hr. Just go somewhere else

Office was super clean. All of the staff were true professionals- just very busy! Lisa was the absolute best- took care of me and put my worries at rest. Will recommend to everyone. Good experience when I certainly needed it!!!

Had to take my daughter here and I was definitely nervous about the whole process. But Misty Stevens was a true guardian angel. I definitely recommend this place when you arent able to get into the doctors office ❤️

Went in with an ear ache. Dr gave me antibiotics. 2 days later went to my family dr. Still with ear arch. Come to find out had impacted wax in my ear. My family dr couldnt even see my ear drum. Urgent care dr never mentioned it. Wont go back. They dont care

The entire experience was awesome! From check in to X-rays, to the on-site doctor, EVERYTHING was first class. The staff were attentive, very friendly & the office was clean and spacious. Of course you’re there for medical care, but when you feel comfortable it makes a difference. The staff really seemed to care. I highly recommend this office!

My experience was very pleasant. Veronica and Nereida at the front desk were very helpful. As a new patient the paperwork was easy and not overwhelming. The wait was not much. The NP and assistant were very helpful. It was all very professional and friendly.

Came in for back trauma. In so much pain could not do x-rays. Went to Methodist for x-rays. Insuracee was charged for x-rays that did not happened. However, they were able to produce report and cd of x-rays weeks later. (after I complained about this to my insurance and to the fraud dept.) These are not my x-rays!! I did not have any xray done, I wasnt even examined during the visit.

I went to your clinic in Mansfield, Texas this afternoon in search of help for an ear problem. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the only experience I’ve ever had like that in a medical facility! The person they sent in my treatment room to do the treatment actually scared me!! He was very rude, argumentative and appeared to be almost angry😳!! Why would you have someone like that working in your facility?? I most assuredly Will never go there again and will advise my elderly friends and younger friends alike, not to ever go there😩. Treatment of this sort should never ever be Allowed. It was a despicable and unbelievablely terrible experience!!!

After the trouble of getting an appointment with another urgent care facility I was skeptical about trying this one, however from the movement I walked through the door I was greeting by a nice friendly person who then helped with check in information and all my questions as to how to get started....when I returned for appointment check in, nice, doctor very nice understanding and helpful...all and all my visit was delightful, thanks to everyone whom I came in contact with.

Save your money! I went to the Mansfield location because I had scabs on my neck, and a rash, and some on my head as well, well the doctor sent me home and just said it was nothing. Come to find out the pain was unbearable so I went to the ER, another bill, and the ER said Experdian Care should have known this was shingles on site, so I basically went days with shingles not knowing and in excruciating pain. I called them for a refund but no luck. My next call will be to my bank and my insurance to make sure they dont bill my insurance for doing nothing for me.

I really enjoyed the staff and doctor was great. Very welcoming environment.

Id recommend this urgent care.The service was great even as a first timer to the business, I genuinely felt my concerns were taken as seriously as I localized them. Ms Shaniqua MA and NP Lacey displayed such a caring and lowly demeanor I told myself I will be coming again. Every patient deserves medical professionals as these two.

We just tried to get help for being ill at 4:17pm and the clinic refused us service when the sign clearly says they close at 5pm. What the hell! The provider said they could not see anymore patients. Truly not caring about their oath to serve.This was not a misunderstanding. I clearly heard your staff at the back that claimed he was the provider that they will not take any more patients…. Not coming back…

Five stars just isn’t enough for the service and professionalism the staff at this urgent care provides! If I could give it 10 stars I would!! Misty, Jeni, Paul, and Dr. Jennie are super helpful and actually care about how you are feeling. They are all willing to listen and help to find the best care solution you need. Always willing to work with walk ins. Always have quick availability for appointments. This facility provides great service and is very thorough. They follow up quick with your test results as well.

In this place they attended to us in good time; I cant say much about the young receptionist, her treatment was only professional but she didnt go the extra mile. An emergency service location that wont make you wait hours to be seen by the nurse practitioner

My husband went in today for his first ever visit. He was extremely impressed and says he will be switching to them for all his urgent care needs. He said they were efficient and polite. His needs were meet fully.

They are always so nice. From the front desk to the nurses to the Drs. Everyone is always so nice. Very efficient always has time to see me and they are really gentle with their shots. Olga and Aaliah were who took care of me today and they are absolutely wonderful.

I love the doctors here. They are kind, knowledgeable, and have always been able to cure me when its not convenient to see my primary care doctor.

The staff and doctor were friendly. However my appointment was at 3:20. I got here early. Check in process was quick and they brought me back to the room quick. Waited an hour for the provider to come in although I had the appointment at a set time. I was here for over an hour to be seen for 5 minutes by the provider. There was no explanation offered to why I was waiting so long. Nobody came back in the room to say it was going to be longer than expected. The provider did not even acknowledge the hour wait I had in the room.

I had a good visit. The staff and doctor were very helpful and friendly. Ive been going there for a few years.

Do not go to this place. We paid 120 for the visit to be told I owe another 80 dollars just to clean his ear with water we were not told about the 80 dollars till we were leaving. Never go to an urgent care all thats there are people that no nothing except maybe for flus their are only nuse practitioners. Never again. Location Mansfield tx

Top tier experience. From the moment I walked in to this facility due to having some unexpected chest pains, I was greeted by Misty and Jeni who were so professional and understanding. Within minutes they called me back, and Dr. Nguyen came in shortly after I was checked in and knew exactly why I was having the chest pains based on what I described to him. Paul came in and helped me get my x-rays done quickly and with the utmost care. Ultimately I am thankful for the entire staff at this facility and will continue to see them for any unexpected medical care & attention in the future.

Ive always had very good experiences hear, including my visit yesterday. They will take the time to talk to you. Great care when you have an urgent need.

I have actually been here a couple of times when I couldn’t get into my dr’s office and it always been completely professional, the medical staff is very friendly and don’t make you feel rushed as if you’re just another body.

While a clean place and seen quickly. My wife and I will probably avoid going back here! First, off the nurse practitioner said she would call back with the results that evening or the next day. We got a call back but they wanted to schedule a follow up with the doctor In 2 days. When we pressed mentioning what we were told we relented and said come back to urgent care in morning because they saw something on the image. After much angst during the evening and night we went back only to “hear” that they saw a cyst which we knew of from past imaging. To add to this aggravation they charged for a second visit!!! The nurse practitioner apologized and said that the doctor insisted that we come to hear the report! To me it smells and smacks like just another way to increase revenue 😡 We will be avoiding this placeOwner posted follow up comment saying, that the case needed further evaluation- IF they would have told us over the phone as they said they would we could have made our own informed decision BUT they refused to tell us what they saw so they could charge us again … which was totally un-necessary regardless of any verbal gymnastics otherwise!

They P/A or nurse practitioner that saw us was unpleasant, her way of questioning came of short and snippy. I normally have a pleasant experience her.

Second time I’ve been there and the staff are so nice and helpful. They’re way faster than urgent care and really listen and care. Would highly recommend!

We have been using expedient, urgent care in Mansfield for several years. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Never had to wait very long and we love that there is an x-ray machine on site.

What a great team. I went in for heat related problems. They took excellent care of me. The Dr was terrific and the nurses were out of this world. Made me feel comfortable and cared for the whole time. Was able to get an IV on site. Honestly would have thought I was at a hospital. It was that big and professional. Strongly recommend for any ailments!

All staff was friendly and had fantastic bedside manner. My nurse was Julissa. Her and my physician made me feel comfortable and understood. They were both great! Not to mention I was out in about an hr.I highly recommend this local urgent care. *it does help to make an apt prior to your visit*

If you are self pay you have to pay the copay and additional pay for the service screening, and if you need bloodwork they do not take blood samples there.. you will have to get an order from them and then go to a lab corp and pay more for your bloodwork.. and to top it off, you have to physically go back to there (Expedian) to get your results, they do not share results over the phone. Inconvenient.

I used to rave about Expedian Care. I dont know if ownership or management changed, but their service has completely plummeted over the past year from being seen to billing to customer service in general. Sign says walk-ins welcome, however when you walk in they tell you theyre not taking walk-ins. My daughter went in for covid testing, & they told her that out insurance wasnt applicable, so she paid for it. This was the same insurance we had used there for years. I called billing to discuss. They said they would research & get back to me. They never did. As such, I called again. Once again they said they would look into it & call me back but never did. By this time, it was too late to file with the insurance that had been on file with them for years. Im amazed by the decrease in care & professionalism Ive experienced by Expedian Care over the last year.

Just left this urgent Care at the front youve got Donte,, very professional, courteous and just in general seems to care. Steven the doctor, didnt catch his last name has the same professionalism and friendliness that some places you just dont see anymore. Next time I need quick medical services I will be coming here again. We were literally in and out in 30 minutes The fastest doctors appointment I think Ive ever been to without an appointment! Five stars cross the board would give six if I could highly recommend.

I made an appointment the night before just Incase, it was packed. The front desk was super nice and helpful. Check in process was easy and fast. I didnt have to answer so many questions. For a person who doesnt feel well and or sick like I was didnt feel like answering so many questions. I didnt wait for long before they had called me in. Answer some more questions with the nurse. Didnt have to wait long before the doctor shows up. Took some test everything came back fine. And I was put of there in no time. Super friendly, super nice. I felt like a patient and not just another warm body with a dollar sign on my head.

Nurse/Dr were great/However the lady at the front desk/Jenny -Jen was not very polite as a matter of fact she was RUDE! People are there because they do not feel well. The first person as you walk in should be inviting/caring not someone that seems that they have something better to do on a Saturday morning. She was not compassion at all! What I came across was someone that wanted to argue with me, regarding my 2nd visit there. After I was told by DR/nurse previous day to come back.

The staff and nurse were great! However the physician made me feel profiled. This is not the first time I’ve came across a particular situation with this physician. Why I continue to visit these clinics. That’s on me.

I was a walk-in on a busy Saturday, no more appts available. The staff was friendly at the front office area. My wait was less than 30 minutes. My nurse Christian was great and friendly! I was well taken care of and believe I had a good diagnosis and treatment for my issue. I would have liked, and appreciated, a shorter interval between seeing the nurse and the visit wit the doctor. I dont wait well.

I came here due to positive reviews. But my experience was short of that. Multiple trips to the facility due to submitting wrong testing swabs and it’s been a week and still waiting on results. I would not recommend this place if you need something serious and important taken care of. The MA was more concerned on why she didn’t get the manager position when she has more experience than making sure her patient has the correct testing done. 1 small mistake caused an issue. I’ve been a nurse for 23 years and I would never treat my patients that way. Then I have a missed call from Chris and I called back and get Kimberly and she say your lab results are ready. She says we have called ID. HIPPA Violation giving lab results just because you have a caller ID. Didn’t ask me my dob/name or anything. Just started talking. I WILL NOT BE BACK

Absolutely the BEST experience!!! I was a walk in at 7:00 PM, called back at 7:15, had X-rays, saw the MD/FNP at 7:30 and walked out at 7:45!! Every person I spoke with was kind and so sweet. I have found my urgent care!!!

Terrible Experience! While the facility may be new & clean & the front counter staff polite, the medical professional you’re actually there to see is a total fraud! I was the only patient there & couldn’t get more than 2 minutes with him…no proper exam or tests performed & completely incorrect diagnosis with 2 steroid shots which absolutely worsened my condition by 100%. The real doctor I had to see after this said this place should lose their license; not just irresponsible but negligent to the point of medical malpractice - put my health & safety at risk to take my money & get me out the door. This place will not save you a trip to the ER!

This is the best place to go for an urgent care option! I was seen in a timely and efficient manner by check in staff, nurses, testing and doctors. Everything was quick but thorough and they do follow-ups which is usually something you dont see from urgent cares. Love this place! We need more of these around!

Jeni and staff thank you so very much for your service. This is the 2nd time I have gotten my son’s sports physicals done here. I missed our appointment on Sunday and forgot to cancel due to a bad traffic accident on the freeway and bad weather. I clearly forgot to call. I came into the office two days later with appointments. Jeni treated us kindly even though I missed the previous scheduled appointment! She were very helpful also! I asked did they do allergy testing. She gave me a referral. I really appreciate her for going above beyond and above due to I forgot my son’s school note so they would get an excused absence. She were also able to electronically send me a copy of my receipt.

My visit was great. The staff was great especially Julissa. She made my visit experience fun by making me laugh even when I felt sick. All the staff was amazing. I will definitely continue to go to Expedian Urgent Care Mansfield again.

Went in not feeling well!!!! Took flu, strep, and Covid test. All were negative. Upper respiratory infection. They got me back on my feet. Front staff was welcoming. Back room nurse was understanding and Dr was cool as well. Make an appointment to cut back any wait time. I’ve been to other facilities that are not friendly. I won’t hesitate to come back. I wish I remember everyone’s name to give a shout out! My visit was 11/6/23 at 440pm. Just woke up to write review because im feeling 90% better already. It’s 11pm. Thank you guys!!!

I felt very comfortable going into Expedian. The receptionist knew her job and moved me through. The nurse took care of me taking vitals. She actually measured my height. I had forgotten what it was. Dr. Tran was very knowledgeable in evaluating my condition and prescribing medicine. She said if there was no improvement in two days to come back.

I am from out of town and have been traveling for business. Seeing my family Dr. was near impossible so when I arrived i simply walked in they put me in the system and I was treated and a course of antibiotics and steroid was given am feeling much better! Great Place!

I was able to make an appt. the night before and was seen on time by very friendly staff members. Very professional!! I was very pleased with my visit and will certainly use Expedian in the future for my urgent care needs.

Excellent staff!! Dr. Nguyen and Kierrah were very personable and knowledgeable. My son had glass in his foot which had to be removed. Dr. Nguyen took his time and removed the the glass with so much care. Such a good experience overall. Thank you!!

I always come to Expedian. The service is better then any other urgent care Ive been to and Ive been to them all in Mansfield. There fast and they check up on you after you leave. Shaniqua was awesome thanks for taking care of me!

You better believe the one star reviews. Run away fast as you can. I tried this place again and like another review said pure greed. Greed over medical care. I thought that maybe I just was not feeling well the first time I went. I would not take my pet to them. The lady at the front desk is rude just as another reviewer stated. I thought it was just me. I will never return to this place or recommend this place to anyone. They must buy positive reviews or get their friends to write the positive reviews. I trusted the place as my family has been going. But as another reviewer said their service has gone down explains the empty waiting area. Many are finding out about this horrible place‼️ If you want medical care don’t go here. There are to many other places to go with better everything. I would not trust my healthcare in their hands. And don’t respond to me because you should have did a better job when you had the chance. Now I know the truth about this place and don’t believe the reviews with high ratings. My experience was beyond unprofessional and demeaning. How is this place even open? Worst place ever‼️ There is no urgent care there they will let you suffer over pure greed‼️‼️ Believe the one star reviews not the ones with high ratings. The one stars speak the truth🔥 I would give them a zero if there was a rating for that. Nothing expedient about the place. They Don’t even take your health into consideration. Shjowed up without an appointment and they tooked me right away, tested me and back to me in 10 mins with my results and prescriptions sent off to my pharmacy! Cant ask for better service than that! And not to mention how nice and professional they are.Even though I was not feeling well, it was a wonderful experience!

I like this network of urgent care facilities. They dont make you wait for hours, their prices are reasonable, and there is almost always an appointment or an opportunity to walk in. What their practitioners prescribe always helps. Havent had a bad experience in any of their locations.

So far so good primary DR could not get me in and these folks did same day and so far things are going good, prompt kind Shaniqua is the best shot giver on the planet! No pain

The staff had a good attitude and very helpful particular on a Sunday. They help me understand my insurance and what it covered. I also had a good office visit with the nurse practitioner who was on duty. Everyone was so nice.

We have been going here for years, well before they moved to new location . The medical back office experience is efficient, usually in and out fairly quickly with appointment.My problem lies with billing. I know my insurance plan well. It’s very simple, quite simple enough for people with daily exposure to medical insurance to understand. Every single time we come here it’s the same thing… You haven’t met deductible, I show them family is met or I show/explain how much I owe. They try to make me pay the full $175, then say we will bill insurance yada yada… this is our policy.Every single time upon overpaying, then waiting for bill to make its way through to insurance, we have an unknown “credit” that they have never notify you about unless you call. It seems they bank on people not knowing their insurance and bully people into paying to get seen. Of course you’re going to pay up when you feel terrible and just want care/relief for you or a loved one. Then they are hoping you forget it and your “credit” will never get to you and they can profit off people not knowing the ins and outs about insurance. Having people pay cash for services while they claim to accept insurance all in the name of “that’s how insurance works”, then never to receive a refund or credit after insurance is billed and another payment collected is wrong. I encourage anyone that comes here to check your Explanation of Benefits after the visit and verify that against what the contracted rate is (what them and your insurance has contracted for visit) and what your insurance pays, the difference is what you owed at time of service. If you paid more, that is an overpayment by you, that they owe you and are legally obligated to tell you about and refund. For today’s visit, I paid $235 for something that should have cost at most $105. Will come back to review after EOB to update.After challenging the requested payment, they completely talked over me, got defensive and claimed “that’s how insurance works”, “that’s our policy“. When they figured out I know how my insurance works, all of a sudden it was a “we know nothing” approach, “that’s billing related.” Or even claiming the Cigna system was down, (reminded them it’s up in front of them on the screen and they were referencing it the entire time) & another thing was “we can’t reach your insurance because it’s Sunday and they are closed”- this was after I called Insurance company in the lobby & verified what I owed with a representative and I reminded them it’s 24/7 line with a number on the back of the card stating that.I’m not blaming the front office staff for the ignorance on insurance because it’s seems they “do as they are told” and even saying “I’m not going to lose my job”. Why would I want you to lose your job? I just want to pay for services to be performed without having to jump through hoops to request refund of my money for overpayment. The information for what I owe for a visit is very clearly stated on my insurance card and the provider portal. The lack of transparency to customers and education from Expedian Management to their front office staff is at best an on purpose attempt to collect cash in hopes that they won’t have to send a bill & keep the overpayment as forever “credits” on an account, and at worst, fraud. I would not be posting this and so upset if this wasn’t happening for years. Last time it happened (about a year ago), I had to speak with a supervisor in office and call my insurance company (they refused to call) to advise them on what I should pay. I was still forced to pay for testing, which ended up being covered, which again, equaled a credit. I completed a survey they sent me detailing the issues and got no response.As convenient as this place is, I will not return anymore (after I beg and wait 6 weeks to get my money back via snail mail). I’m hopeful that this review will be met with education from “billing” to the people that serve the customers everyday and that they start complying with the laws surrounding payments made to them.

Huge mistake going here: while the place may be new & the front counter staff.polite, it’s the medical professional you’re seeking help from & I didn’t get more than 2 minutes with him & there was nobody else waiting. Got an immediate incorrect diagnosis without a proper exam, given steroid shots which absolutely worsened my current condition & they took hundreds of dollars out my pocket. Called back looking for assistance & told to visit the ER…no kidding!?!

Completely different experience than most urgent care centers. Friendly, polite, smiling, attentive staff. Went in for a sports physical, everything was quick and easy. I was impressed.

I was told I would be advised if the cost of any tests etc beforehand. I was not told and had to pay an additional fee at the end of the visit. Staff was great thoigh

I could give negative stars to this practice. Like others mentioned I don’t think this is an urgent care at all instead it looks like a private practice of an Asian woman who will laugh at you when you describe your pain. She was unprepared to fix my wound and was rather worried about her clothes and white coat getting messy from the ointments used. Also, when I could barely breathe because of her harsh handling of my wound, she wouldn’t let me take off my mask and I anyway went ahead to remove it because I could barely speak she walked out and came back after a few minutes. Pathetic provider — why does she even call herself a doctor when she has no empathy and barely knows what she is doing. I really don’t know how she passed her residency with no knowledge of her field. The Mexican assistant who walked me in was very nice and genuinely concerned about what I had to say. Better wait for couple of hours for a good urgent care but don’t go here especially when there is this Asia provider. I will find her name and update the review

My family and I are new to Texas. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and welcoming! My children were able to be seen right away:) Wendy was great assisting with both my children! Thank you to the employee’s at the Mansfield location!

We came here for a sports physical. This office have convenient evening and weekend hours. Also, their sports physical is very affordable $25. They get you in and out. I will definitely come here in the future for our physical needs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful from the time my son and I walked in. Everything was explained to me including my cost every step of the way. Speaking of cost, very competitive on their part. Clean and organized. The Nurse Practitioner had a refreshing beside manner for once. She was very caring and a great listener. Overall could not have picked a better place to go. Because of my asthma & work schedule, I have to go in from time to time after hours. Whenever I need an appt, Christian always helps. Whether in Mansfield Midlo or Waxahachie, she finds a spot for me. She’s always friendly, patient, & genuinely seems to care about me getting in to see the 1st available dr to manage my asthma symptoms. Definitely appreciate her taking time to answer all my insurance questions as well! I even tried to recruit her for my FT job 😂

Everyone was great: fast, efficient, and so personable. I loved everything about this visit.

Making an appointment was quick and easy, staff were all very nice and friendly. As an uninsured patient I appreciate that they tell you costs up front and don’t pressure you into any testing! Went in with the flu and another small issue, left with both issues addressed and feeling happy with the care I received. And with it all being cheaper and quicker than other facilities! I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future for any urgent care needs.

Made an appointment online and arrived early. Went on Sunday morning 930am. It was not busy at all. Staff is extremely friendly. We were there for a total of an hour. The nurse practitioner was really sweet and really good with my toddler. I wont hesitate to go again when needed.

This office has been the best experience I ever had at an urgent care. The ma in the back Jeni was super nice and sweet. I recommend this place to everyone definitely will be back if my pcp can’t see me.

Zero stars wouldve been adequate. Male CNA (I dont know his name but he had an earring and dark hair) working Wednesday February 22nd discussed confident patient information and joked with other members, while in the open of the waiting room. The check in counter is half height and oh yea, not sound proof either. HIPAA violation. After close to 2 hours, finally saw a doctor for 5 minutes. She was nice enough, but still only saw her less than 5 mins. $138 with insurance to swab myself. (Thankfully, I had background experience as a CNA so I knew what I was doing.) But the lack of patient care or attention astounds me!! Never again will I use that urgent care. Id rather wait days to get in to my primary.

Zero Star is my review:Why do they call this place Urgent Care, when they force you to make an appointment. I went there today after experiencing severe back pain on the right upper back and a feeling of passing out which I relayed to the person at the front desk. I was told smuggly and arrogantly, they only took appointments and I could make an appointment for Monday. The laziness and lack of empathy was off the charts. The lobby was completely empty and only one other vehicle out front. I would somewhat understand if the lobby was packed but I was the only one there. I would not recommend this place and would warn against going there. That is unless you can plan your pain and sickness for a specific day and time. Beware. Of course JMO based on actual events. I doubt seriously they care much about any reviews.

From the moment I walked in the door everything was first class. The entire staff was amazing. I cant say enough about Dr Nguyen and his treatment. I am so glad I found this place.

Wish I didn’t need to be there but so thankful for the care I received. Fast service but didn’t feel rushed. Everything explained. Pricing reasonable and way way cheaper than an ED visit.

I went in with an excruciating headache pain that I had been having for a week straight. I was prescribed 800 mg aspirin which did very little for my pounding head ache. I later found out that I had an ear infection. The nurse that I saw told me she would inspect my ear but she never did. Front desk ladies are completely out of it & un helpful. Following “protocol” is more important than the health of a human being. Corporate greed at its finest.

My mother came in today with BLEACH in her eyes and needed them washed ASAP. The girl at the front desk was incredibly rude. When my mother asked if she could possibly be seen sooner (there was one person ahead) the lady responded “Everyone is an emergency.” Unbelievable rudeness, her eyes had BLEACH in them. I understand that she would not have been able to see a doctor right away, but the least they could’ve done was help her flush her eyes out. Now my mother is at a different urgent care down the road, and they took her back immediately. So do NOT go here.

Such a poor management. Told them to send the medication for my child to Walmart, they sent it to CVS. And the receptionist never had a proper answer for anything. When we complained that the medication filled by the pharmacy was sufficient only for few days, she tells that’s we have not been taking it properly and it’s our mistake. And if they need to send 1 more prescription, we would have to visit them again. Quick in taking the money, doctor did not even spend more than 3 minutes with my daughter (patient). And while calling, not sure why they have attitude everytime. IT TRUELY SUCKS !!! WASTE OF MONEY.

Kayla at the front desk is the best!!!! She was very friendly, professional and reassured us that we would be taken care of, even though we came late to our appointment. Sure enough, we were seen within 15 minutes. The staff is very nice, and they got us in and out with our prescriptions. It was a great experience, and Mansfield is very lucky to have Experian here! Terrible experience. I went in there because I had a really bad ear infection in both ears. I waited in the lobby for over an hour and when the doctor finally came to see me she was in the room for all of two minutes. She was very judgmental and condescending. I was in a great amount of pain and all she did was subscribe me antibiotics but never once asked about the pain or even recommended anything for the pain. I will never be back.

Outstanding establishment and the staff is excellent! Jeni was a total pleasure to deal with, very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. It’s rare you find a doctors office where you feel so comfortable going to.

The whole experience was great everyone was nice. The ex ray techs were very chipper with great sense of humor. I was not there very long so expedient service for my first time being there.

Every single step from making the appointment to getting prescriptions called in was the easiest I’ve ever experienced at any business. Every staff member was great. Wait time was much less than I’m used to. The doctor made me feel comfortable and included me in the treatment plan. Even just the paperwork... it takes 3 minutes on an iPad, they don’t even make you look up your pharmacy’s address. Just the kind of place you need when you aren’t feeling well.

They got us in and out in no time. Every single person we had contact with was nice and professional. Would recommend!!!

I have been here a few times over the years and they are always great and professional as well as fairly quick, especially for a walk-in. They do make appointments as well. I swore off urgent care facilities many years ago, but Expedian has changed my mind. Definitely, go here and not to the big-box urgent care that charges $$$$ with no actual treatment. The doctor and nurse practitioner at Expedian stop, listen, evaluate, and discuss a plan for healing. I am very grateful they are here in a pinch when I need care quickly and cannot wait a week to get into my primary care office.

Everyone at this facility is super friendly and knowledgeable, one in particular who stands out is Veronica Ordonez. She was extremely helpful from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing medical care.

This urgent care was clean, efficient, and the wait was minimal. The doctor that saw me was very professional and explained everything to me. He wasnt in a hurry. He took his time to explain the medications in full and he also took the time to explain helpful other options to alleviate some of my systems and pain. Great place I will be going back when needed.

We always receive great and prompt service at Expedian. We frequently use the Waxahachie location but they are currently closed for remodel/rebuild. We used Mansfield today and the experience was just as great!

My family has been coming to this location for years and never had a bad experience until today the Lady sitting at the front desk checking in was absolutely rude to me didnt want to help me with my insurance questions and seemed really annoyed when I asked her questions. When I complained to the manager she told me she the girl was from a different location.

Luckily I dont get sick often, but I went here in 2013 and the NP diagnosis, while much worse than I was expecting, was spot on. I had no idea I had a heart condition. Great friendly service. Had to go again today. Similar story. Not an everyday diagnosis, but seems to be spot on, and again with friendly, on time service. I wish all health care was like this.Ive already sent about 5 of my friends here. That should about sum up my satisfaction. These guys are good.

I would recommend Expedian Urgent Care to anyone, I use them like most people would use a Family Doctor.I dont normally even set an appointment, just walk in and get seen. Its a lot faster then most Doctor offices Ive been to in the past, and less of a hassle.Autumn Hall has been my treating physician on every visit that I have made so far, and I highly recommend her.Overall, I feel like they cared for my needs, treated me well, and didnt gouge me, thats good service!

My family and I recently went to Expedian Urgent Care and was very surprised at how well the staff took care of us! They are wonderful and try to get you through as quickly as possible. Test results were called to us immediately as well which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend them to our friends and family!

HorribleNurse was in the room for like 2 minutes and decided I wasn’t sick enough prescribed me a bunch of over the counter meds I could’ve avoided wasting my time going in to be seen if that was the case. Should’ve just consulted a pharmacist

I normally go to Care Now but they had a 2 hour wait today, even with putting my name down on a “list” online. Ridiculous when you are not feeling well! So I called Expedian and asked what their wait was and she said it was only 20 minutes! I confirmed with her that they accepted my insurance and I headed there. I walked in to 4 pleasantly happy looking people. Filled out some paperwork on a tablet and paid my fee before they got me back. I was the only one in the waiting room but they called be back so quickly! They got my blood pressure and the rest of the necessary readings. The Dr came in so quickly I was shocked! Such a nice change from Care Now. I was probably in and out in like 30 mins. The best experience at a walk in clinic I’ve ever had. Even with the diagnosis of strep lol. Everyone should know about this place.

Had great experience at Expedian in Mansfield TX. Made appointment on line and when I arrived was actually seen before my appointed time. Everyone involved in providing care were helpful , professional and friendly. I appreciate the extra care taken to adhere to COVID guidelines. This was my first time using Expedia but after using other urgent care services in the area I can honestly say it was beyond compare. Definitely recommend.

I had to get my stitches taken out and it was quick and easy

Very fast service, I reserved my appointment time online, but ended up needing to arrive over a half hour early. The ladies behind the desk immediately set to work getting all of my paperwork done. I was half done with my DOT medical exam ($99) before my appointment was due to start. Everyone was polite and helpful, the facility was clean and decent with ample car parking. Not the best place for trucks, however, as this location is in front of a busy Walmart and Murphys gas station.

The staff very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We were comfortable sitting in the waiting area because we observed the staff incorporating social distancing, wearing face mask at all times and sanitizing every aspect of the facilities, including but not limited to pens, clipboards, seats, door handles, etc. This was important to us as we are all living this new norm the COVID-19 pandemic. Highly recommend to family/friends.

Have been here three times for myself and two daughters for strep and flu. The staff is friendly and I have never had a wait more than ten minutes in the waiting area. Sunday hours are a plus which almost no GP does. Price is reasonable, too (comparable to my GP). Dr. Derryberry has a great bedside manner and seems knowledgeable and concerned. I even recieved follow up calls to make sure treatment worked. Overall a fantastic experience. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Great service by the doctor and staff. I’d like them to enforce masks a little bit more. Patients were in the waiting area, coughing and sneezing without their masks on, while two members of the staff were at the front desk. Also the “urgent” care is closed for lunch. Seems odd. We were lucky to be okay to wait but just don’t need help from 12:45 to 1:30.

I was traveling through Mansfield and needed some staples removed from my head. The entire staff was attentive and very quick. I was in and out in 30 to 45 minutes. Everyone I encountered was female and very efficient. Nice work ladies! Thank You very much!

Went in today to get tested for Covid and tested negative. The front desk attendant was super friendly and had a great attitude. One of the backroom techs came and checked on me while I was waiting to see if I needed anything. I mentioned the room was a little warm and she brought a fan in for me! The Doctor was very easy to talk to and explained everything thoroughly without it feeling rushed. Great experience and obviously a great team! Carenow stinks, we are in month 9 of Covid and they still dont have rapid testing and she wouldnt even take a quick minute to find me someone local that could. Bypass Carenow and give Expedian a chance!

I was visiting Mansfield for an overnight stay, when a cough turned to Bronchitis. I phoned the clinic at 9:00 a.m. to make an appointment, they were able to schedule me in at noon. I was processed in within 20 minutes and examined by a very competent PA. She was informative, answered all of my questions thoroughly and diagnosed my problem quickly. My appointment was completed in less than an hour, which is exceptional for urgent care clinics. The whole staff was very helpful. The clinic is within 2 blocks of 2 pharmacies, which is convenient.

The doctor was constantly coughing say it was allergies.
