Walk In Urgent Care

Walked in and a very nice attendant help us. Within 5 minutes, we were seen. Jessica took us into the room and was extremely helpful. Explained everything that the procedure was going to be. She took care of us and was extremely polite. Megan was the Dr and was great also

This was a difficult visit. I feel the worst Ive felt...maybe ever, other than COVID. I was greeted...OK, maybe not greeted, by a virtual assistant... that was not in America. I dont care about that except for security purposes as well as communication.It was difficult to understand, but thank goodness there was someone in front of me in line that had been there previously, so I knew what to do.Waited 40 minutes before they told me I have a copay (and of course, dont get me started with that). Waited another 10-20 before being called back. The MA was not really the nicest individual Ive ever dealt with. I work at a health department and just expected more... Maybe she was having a bad day. 🤷‍♀️ Waited another 45+ minutes for the NP to see me.She saw me and prescribed meds, but 2.5 hours after the appointment, I called the pharmacy because I hadnt heard anything. They said they had not received anything. I tried calling this location, but its just a constant busy signal. I went to the website and called the Columbus location and spoke with a couple of individuals that said they would contact the prescriber and they would call me. Still nothing. Decided to go to the location and told us to check in, I requested if the prescription had been processed. She looked and said it had. My fiance requested the time. She said she didnt know, but she would verify with the pharmacy. They did have it, but no one had called to let me know anything, and I had not gotten any updates from the pharmacy at that time.The lack of urgency and care at this facility is beyond. I just cant imagine being in the profession and not giving a crap about people and their wellbeing... Maybe choose another profession? Again, as Ive stated, I work in Healthcare and am just appalled at how this was treated. Definitely will not go back in the future.

Couldnt tell it was an urgent care i thought i was walking into a meth cooking operation and the staff is kinda standoff is everyone here seems like their parents just died. Oh and out sourcing your receptionist?!? Ridiculous i can hardly understand your current one i will never return here thankfully.

Id give -5 stars if i could. Boyfriend went there yesterday and they prescribed him a medication thats known to cause severe mental health issues when he had diagnosed mental health issues and listed them on the paperwork. The receptionist with the glasses was rude. All around horrible experience. Please dont go here.

I arrived at 0925 was greeted and given my paperwork to fill out. The waiting room was clean and well situated and empty. Within 5 minutes of handing in my paperwork, I was taken to the exam room with the nurse and she did vitals and my initial intake. I waited maybe 20 minutes for the Nurse-Practitioner to come in and she was very thorough and professional. I myself am a Nurse-Midwife, so am a decent judge of competency. I can attest that within 24 hours of my visit I was feeling much better due to the treatment plan and medications prescribed. Very efficient and pleasant experience. Will recommend!

Best urgent care for sports physical. Doctor and staff were efficient and friendly!

Went there there’s 2 lady’s sitting at desks you have to talk to someone on a screen. Then they take you back to a room and sit there for 2 hours!!! I can hear people coming and going and I feel extremely sick so don’t even have the energy to get up. I finally open my door and ask how much longer and the lady was SOO NASTY AND RUDE. I will NEVER go back! If you can’t be nice and professional maybe you should look for a new job!! In all my life of going to doctors at Urgent cares you are seen by the order you come in. Well not this place. I’ll never return!

Please do not come here. The receptionist is a tv screen from a different country and the time it took to be seen is ridiculous. Little to no staff and the patient care wasnt no better.

So Inpersonable. You give your license and insurance to a Indian on the screen who takes all information for your appointment. A woman at the desk ask for your deductible prior to being seen. UNPROFESSIONAL FROM WHOM OWNS THIS. 2 miles down the rd. Ive been to both. I will not be back to this place.Money before visit?A woman on a screen who has your information?The sad thing is the CNP IS So GOOD HERE. I think I have covid and I sat out in lobby 20 mins. Wait time 1 hr. Craziness but the owner must be cheap!

Went there today. Care was adequate and told them my pharmacy was Walmart on Possum Run, even wrote it on my paper. Went to Walmart, no prescription. Called urgent care, they said they sent it to Drug mart. I called drug mart they dont have anything for me. Called urgent care again, oh we sent it to Rite Aid. The pharmacist at Walmart called Rite Aid and had it cancelled. Finally got my prescription 2 hours after leaving urgent care. Ridiculous

Horrible experience! The “lady”, and I use that term very loosely, who sits at the front with long black hair and glasses was rude from the time I walked into the building. I felt disrespected and unwanted. If she does not want to work for people who look like me then she should get a new job. And by people who look like me I mean black. I watched as she treated someone I knew who was white completely different than how she treated me when he came in and we had the same circumstance. I am truly disgusted and disheartened by my experience today. I left without being seen. I will never be returning.

Had to wait an hour and half to be seen..was given a prescription that was supposed to be sent to our local pharmacy in Shelby and said it would be about 2 hours. I called the pharmacy at that time to see if it was ready..they hadnt received it, but said they would text when its ready. 4 hours later I call back..still hadnt received it, so called the clinic to see what was going on...the doctor had never sent it in. So, sick as hell and couldnt get off the couch and still no prescription 7 hours later. Will NOT be back and will recommend to everyone I know to go to Avita instead. Ridiculous.

Consistently rude and a waste of time. This is directed specifically to the office on Trimble, although call-in isnt any better. They dont bother to greet you or treat you with any respect at all. IF they are even there, there is usually a reason that they cant see you; too busy, they apparently stop taking patients 30 minutes prior to lunch. There are no signs and the website says nothing when you check in. Save yourself the time and frustration and just go to Avita on 4th. Although they are always busy, they are fast, friendly, and you dont need psychic powers to know when you can go.

Staff was extremely rude and in my opinion unknowledgeable. I went in for a sore throat, the nurse was very rude and dismissive the whole time I was telling her my symptoms.Then the doctor came in took a look and told me my throat wasn’t red at all and that my tonsils weren’t swollen, I don’t even have tonsils ( as a doctor I feel like she should of been able to tell my tonsils are gone). She continued to tell me people who don’t have tonsils don’t get strep throat and sent me on my way.

Yesterday I was had a very bad fever and went to this urgent care. People here were very nice, professional and quick. I highly recommend and also I am very satisfied with the medical service.

Had the absolute best visit ever. Hate being sick but this clinic made it all better. Staff is super nice and very professional. Immediately acknowledged me and directed me to fill out paper work (which was hardly anything at all) Took no time. It was one page and front only. Thats a miracle in itself. I waited only minutes before being taken to the back. Was interviewed by a staff member to see what my complaints were and all the necessary things were done right then ( blood pressure, temp, and oxygen levels ) Nurse practitioner came right in. She was so kind. She is smart, professional, and immediately knew what was wrong and what had to be done. Couldnt ask for any better. Will continue to use this clinic and this nurse practitioner. The clinic is located in a convenient spot and it was so clean and nice.

Didn’t even get greeted when I walked in the door, just said sorry too busy to take you. Didn’t bother to ask what was wrong or anything. 3 hours till closing and absolutely no one waiting. I am appalled. Something could have been severely wrong and you failed to treat!!! A walk in urgent care! But, no care was received nor was our walk-in welcome! Do better!!!!

Susan, the doctor or whatever she is at this place, is someone I would not trust. Unfortunately, she also seems to be the only doctor for the past couple of months, not including the vital nurses/receptionists, which are nice. I go in to get a covid test as I was visibly sick with many symptoms. Not a problem, test comes back negative. What was the problem was the fact that I was told after I expressed I havent been able to eat much lately, and not just from being sick, and takes a look at me just to say oh Im not worried about food intake. Just drink water. Excuse me? She does not know whether or not I have an ED, and that wording can cause people a lot of trauma, especially coming from a doctor. With this next part, keep in mind I did let her know that I was on my period and it is heavier than most peoples cycles. It wasnt until today after getting antibiotics prescribed yesterday that turns out, you are prone to dizziness which I already had from being sick PLUS excess blood loss from my period, and arent supposed to operate heavy machinery or drive or anything while taking every 4-6 hours, for 10 days. I DRIVE FOR A LIVING. No wonder she had a scared look on her face after she made my prescription when I asked for a work note for the next day (today). Dont go here.

Refused treatment because we did not have an actual insurance card in my hand. Rudest “Virtual” lady. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The care giver, NP perhaps, was inept with my situation. She did not review my pre exam info. before interviewing me and thus did not know that I am asthmatic. It would have been nice if she had listened to me so I could get have gotten an antibiotic, as needed, for my ear and sinus infections. However, instead, she told me that it was her conservative view to hold back on antibiotics at the time. Since my condition worsened I went to my primary Dr the next day and got what I needed to get over my infections.I will never go to that Urgent Care again!Also, they did not let me know the cost at the time of service, so I will have to double check for fallacies related to my EOB and insurance billing.

Very unfriendly, rude front desk receptionist person. Not kind and compassionate to an elderly patient (not myself). Sidewalk and parking lot not shoveled and not plowed on a very cold, snowy day making it dangerous for patients. And be advised, they take a lunch break every day and lock the entrance door when closed for lunch. So hopefully your urgent health issue wont happen during their lunch.Wouldnt recommend. Try another walk-in place instead. There are plenty of them conveniently around these days.

I have been to this urgent care several times with my children and have always see Nurse Practitioner Ashley Sudol. I feel as though she is extremely thorough and always takes the time to answer all my questions. I am always thankful that I have never had to wait too long to get in, and the staff is always friendly. I also appreciate that Ashley isnt quick to just prescribe an antibiotic, but actually takes the time and does the necessary testing to figure out what is going on with my kids, to determine if an antibiotic if even needed.

I have used this clinic several times with satisfactory care. I went in for a Covid test. They billed me at the time of the appointment, then billed my insurance. After being reimbursed by insurance, which then netted them more than the original billed amount in total, they failed to issue a refund until I called and asked for it 11 months after the initial appointment.

Went in for TB test. Went fine. Staff was nice. Most of the people that were there were for covid tests. So, I don’t trust any of them that didn’t get a vaccine, so why would I believe their 1 star review. Didn’t have a problem downloading an app like the rest of the one stars. There is a huge sign on the outside of the building. Most of these 1 stars are just people complaining about how it’s a private company, bfd, they told me that instantly, wasn’t a surprise. I live close by, it’s convenient, and the staff was nice.

The physician was awesome when I went there last. I felt heard by her. Went back today and the receptionist/nurse, Leah, was so friendly! They were patient with my elderly aunt as I was being seen and she is a handful. I got back to a room right away on both occasions and the wait time for the doctor to come in was minimal. Doctor ordered an x-ray, got it done right there. No 3+ hours at the emergency room, which is always good!I would recommend being seen there during the day, before 3pm.

Vicki M Delaney, NP is the very best in Urgent Care providers, and now also my Primary Care Physician. Vicki took care of my severe hives (covered head to toe) and other ailments with the most professional behavior and genuine care toward my well being. Ive never had a NP or even doctor, before Vicki hold my hands when I was suffering and comfort me, truly a kind hearted and compassionate person. I truly appreciate everything that Vicki has done for me and I always know Im being heard and given the very best and accurate treatment. It says masks required on the door and the lobby desk window. The lady in front of me did not have a mask on and they let her go into a room. BUT—-because I didn’t have the app downloaded and registered, I had to take my 4 year old back to the car and wait. We were both wearing masks. Something isn’t right about this. You’re telling me that she can’t do part of her job by registering people and telling someone a mask is required? That’s messed up. My 4 year old couldn’t be seen until all of this was done 🙄 People…reading the signs on all doors. Put your mask on if it’s required. This is nuts!UPDATE: stop treating people like they are there just to gain something. And also, did you realize that water has no ELECTROLYTES?? And further more, whoever this lady is taking vitals needs to learn how to do a better job. And when giving someone a flu or covid test, maybe you need to learn again how to do it properly. Just saying. I’m not coming back to this urgent care ever. I know. Not a big loss, but it means something. 3.6 rating? Too high!

Called during work hours to obtain medical records from this facility as I work for an insurance company, a Stephanie answered the phone and when I asked if she could verify some patients records she said with attitude, you want me to do this right now? We are busy and placed me on an excessive hold which she of course then hung up on me. Dont hire people to answer your phones that dont want to do their job and/or do it rudely.

Several weeks ago I found myself very ill. I could not catch my breath and I was very scared. I went to Urgent Care. I understand that with Covid, the process is different. I had a tremendously hard time even walking back and forth to my car. Once I did go in the provider took one look at my 02 level and advised he could not treat me they didnt have 02 available there. I needed to go to the ER. They called the ambulance and I went to the ER. Yesterday I get a bill for a visit. I was literally there for 10 mins if that. I was not treated. They did nothing for me. Except Bill me. What a joke. Do not go here.

They were absolutely amazing. I went to urgent care in my town and they told me that there wasn’t anything wrong with me. This place on the other hand genuinely listened to how I felt, my symptoms & what we were going to do to make me feel better. Couldn’t have asked for better, really appreciate all the nurses and people who work here.

My grandma flew down to visit from Texas to visit us for Christmas and she had run out medicine for her inhaler and was having a hard time breathing. No pharmacies were open because it was 9pm so we stopped by the ER and the doctor there was able to help us and was very kind and conoassionate. She made us feel at ease and went above and beyond to help my grandmother and make the rest of her stay with us more comfortable. She got her a prescription to pick up the next morning, and we were in and out relatively quickly.

I took my Mother in Law here on a Sunday afternoon, they were busy but got us through quickly. Very pleasant and professional staff. Would definately recommend. We had an issue with one of the prescriptions that required a call to the insurance company, they were very open to doing this and even called me back when it was taken care of.

-5 stars! What an absolute joke my wife took my son at 5:01 on a Sunday remind you they close at 6. He got hit in the head playing baseball and this worthless place locked the door and told us they are closed!

Awesome experience! I was in from out of state and needed a COVID test before Christmas. I signed in and was immediately taken back for my test. Took all of about 2 minutes and results were ready in 30. Friendly staff and overall great experience!

Great service! I talked to Kayla, Travis, and Kelly. All three answered everything I asked and were honest. They helped me in any way that they could, were easy to get along with and we’re personal with me and made me feel comfortable. Showed that they truly cared about my health, definitely 10/10.

I went in and the guy at the front desk was extremely rude while trying to figure out how to check in, because I havent been to an urgent care since before covid I didnt know what to do. He gave me a sheet to download an app. I filled in my information, checked in and waited in my car for approximately 1.5 hours. Then when I went to try to go see what was taking so long, the door was locked and they were out to lunch. I went to another urgent care accross town.

This place is awesome, didnt have to wait long at all, Dr. Vicki Delaney is very professional and very informative. The staff was very friendly and easy to deal with. It makes feeling horrible just a little easier to deal with. Thanks so much for being open long hours 7 days a week to make it more convenient to get help.

I always come here when I get the yearly chest cold. They are always nice and very helpful, they take time to do the necessary tests and give me a breathing treatment before I leave. I will always come here for my minor ailments bc of the friendly staff and short wait times. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road to feeling better!

Vicki Delaney is absolutely great. She is able to diagnose you and get you feeling better within days. I absolutely trust her 100%. On several occasions she has stayed later to wait on one of my family members to treat them. She follows up with you to see how you are feeling. She really cares about you and is very thorough in her exams.

Great little place! the lady at the front desk was super nice, and the doctor was very friendly. The app was super easy and convenient to use. I was in and out with everything I needed to go back to work in 20 minutes.

Melissa helped check me in and took some vitals for me. She was beyond friendly and made me feel at home and much better about having to see a doctor! Made my day!! It was very clean and everyone was so nice!

My Uncle was visiting from Mississippi and fell in the shower and hit his head and had a fairly severe cut on the back of his head, and the staff was very polite and professional and had him fixed up in no time with staples in his scalp. I would recommend this place for anything that is short of a severe emergency. A special thanks goes out to the Nurse practitioner on duty who was the most bubbly and smiling and friendly person I have ever met. 😁

Very good visit with Kelly Hriesik. She was very thorough and took her time explaining everything (I didnt feel like she was rushing to get me out of there!). I hope if and when I need to use urgent care again, Im seen by Kelly!

The staff is okay. They were very nonchalant about the patients. Almost acted like they didnt care if you were there or not. The nurse practioner was okay. But what makes me angry is she offered to write a prescription for zofran because Ive been puking on and off and feel nauseaous for days and I told them THREE times what pharmacy I use and they confirmed it. That was at noon. Its now 6:49 and my pharmacy has yet to receive a prescription. Im glad its not something thats essential like an antibiotic or something. Next time,if I come here,I wont expect much.

Every time I have had to visit the urgent care I have experienced a very polite and attentive staff. Sometimes I have had to wait abut an hour but take that as a sign of more people that trust their services. I have never had a bad experience here.

My boyfriend had a bad laceration on his finger and we were able to get right in and taken care of. The staff was very professional and helpful in assuring him it was going to be ok, as he was very nervous to get stitches. He had even severed a tendon, which Dr. Vicki was able to suture as well. I would strongly recommend!

The walk in urgent care in Mansfield Ohio is awesome. The people are very helpful and friendly. Love the nurse practitioner Ashley Sudol. She is very professional and has helped us out with a few matters. Thanks to all of you at the urgent care!!

Vicki CNP was professional and caring. My wife received excellent care delivered with kindness. Vicki is very knowledgeable plus she took the time to answer all of our questions. Vicki even personally called us to see how my wife was doing. Would definitely recommend this urgent care.

I have been to this location a few times. All the times I have needed medical care, the facility is well kept and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and seem to genuinely care about the well being of the patient.I highly recommend this facility and the wonderful medical staff to take care of you common medical needs.

Went there for a TB skin test. Waited 2 hours for them to poke me in the arm (10 second procedure). The person who poked me had no ID, did not introduce herself, and when I demanded that she write her credentials on my companys paperwork, she was a medical assistant. This is interesting to me because they apparently do not staff this place with an RN, just medical assistants and a Nurse Practitioner (sorry guys, no MD here either). Also during my 2 hour wait, I noticed that none of the staff washed their hands or used alcohol sanitizer between patients, just walked room to room spreading germs. If you werent sick when you arrived, you might be by the time you leave! I called my company and they are removing this location from their list of facilities to use for testing.-Kevin, BSN, RN, NREMT

Didnt even wanna look at the cut at first. Gave me a shot wanted to keep me around for 10mins to make sure no reactions doctor was in the hall saying they didnt want me hanging out there. They dont care about your health go somewhere else. Many more places to go for better service probably save money too they love to send 4 bills for one vist.

I was was recently seen at this office. I received a phone call from my pharmacy to pick up a medication. I called the pharmacy to verify the phone call was correct and drove to get the prescription. Upon inspecting it I realized I had taken this medication before but on a larger timeframe & dosage. I had discussed this with the prescribing physician on the day of exam. She was well aware that it hadnt worked. My body had already been taxed by 3 different antibiotics in less than 2 months time. I called the Dr to dispute the prescription & she agreed to call in another medication. However,5 mins later she called back saying my pharmacy didnt have the new medication so she was just gonna give me the medication which didnt work at a different dosage for 6 days. Mind you, I took more than what was being prescribed before only to still be left with the infection! I told her I would call & find a place that carried the other medicine so she could call it in. I found a pharmacy which had the medicine in stock. I called the office back only to have the Dr get on the phone & dispute her decision to call in the medication once again that didnt work because it says online that its supposed to work. I told her I refused to accept the new medication & that we discussed a new one. She now refused to call in the new medication, proceeded to put me on hold which she didnt know how to do apparently and was talking about me & my situation with everyone sitting behind the front desk. My name was even said allowed as patients sat in the waiting room waiting to be seen as well as what was wrong with me. I DONT appreciate everyone knowing my business, especially for a medical reason!! She even went as far as to bad mouth me, said I probably never even took the medicine & if I had I wouldnt be in the predicament Im in now. The stuff that spewed out of her mouth was not professional at all!!! I was a patient, I was treated there before & the medicine didnt work...plain and simple.Who was she to say such things to everyone?? I yelled through the phone that I could hear her saying everything about me & that I am in the medical field, Im no stranger to HIPPA rights. While she was saying the things that she was I put her on speaker phone and my daughter witnessed the things she was saying. My daughter was appalled at her unprofessionalism. When she realized I heard her she said what I was doing was wrong, not her. That I was wrong for refusing her medication choice. When my daughter spoke up that she heard everything and that what she had said was what was really wrong, she refused to speak to me anymore and handed the phone to someone else to deal with me. The young lady who got on the phone with me was very professional. She listened to my side of things & reviewed my records. This left her to side with me and call in the new medication. She even apologized for the other Drs inappropriate behavior. Maybe she was trying to save face...but I will NEVER return to any of your establishments and I will be sure to let everyone I know about my experience there.

The hours for Saturday say close at 6 pm but as we pull up at 530 they got up and turned the open sign off. They said they already saw three last patient and he followed us out. If your hours are until 6 you should take patients until 6. Very unprofessional. I guess someonehad plans on Saturday night that is more important than my health.

I arrived near 11:45 am. There were currently 3 people in the waiting area waiting to be seen. At 12:59 p.m. they took back the lady that came in AFTER me. (Maybe she had signed in and went back out to her car, I dont know.) About 1:25 they put me in a room (1hour and 40 minutes after signing in). It was about 1:45 before the PA came in to see me. FIVE minutes later after a quick exam (didnt need much, sinus infection) he mumbled something and left the room. I sat there a few minutes then realized he wasnt coming back...went and stood next to desk area of sign-in person. He asked if there was something I needed. I ask if my prescription would be sent to Walgreens as requested on the form. He said, Yes. I went next door to Walgreens and after 20 minutes they still did not have the prescription so I went home. (Walgreens said they would text when the prescription was ready) After waiting until 3:45 I called Walgreens to ask if the medication was ready. They still had not received it. I called the Urgent Care and after having to look it up they told me they had sent it to Drug Mart!!!! They offered to have the PA go in and change it to Walgreens but I said I would just get it from Drug Mart. I didnt want the PA messing it up again. Leaving the office at 1:50 it has taken over 2 hours to get the prescription straight. It took TWO hours to be seen when there were only 3 people (4 countinhg the lady they took ahead of me that came in after me.) Seeing 4 people in 2 hours is ridiculous. I will never go there again if that PA is there. Maybe not anyway. Travis at the front desk did a great job!

Awesome staff! I came in and was seen almost immediately, they called in my prescription before I left so it was ready when I got there. They also followed up with me to make sure I was doing better. Best experience ever! Thanks so much

My kids get sick often and are accidwnt prone. I cant always get them in to see their peditrician. This urgent care is really clean, professional, and the staff is amazing with my children. Their always so cheery, friendly, caring and professional. I highly reccomend this urgent care to anyone i know!!

Patient (girlfriend) saw the doctor at Urgent Care early in morning, she has had breathing problems all weekend and this was the first doctor that could see her. Doctor claimed she would send a prescription out to Rite Aide right away. 6 hours later and 4 phone calls later the prescription still hasnt gotten to Rite Aide. This doctor had to have her money right away, but doesnt seem to feel she has to do her job. Your better off to go somewhere else!

Dr. Vicky is truly amazing, professional AND KIND her spirt and smile are infectious. She has treated everyone in my family many times. We are happy to see that she is now offering a primary care service at the other office. I am going to ask the newspapers to interview her.

I am so very pleased with the attention to my health concerns today. I have been feeling pretty rough since Saturday. I must have an upper respiratory infection that is lingering. . I was attended to by the promptness of Vicki Delaney, whom has given me help before with this condition.It made me feel better when I saw her on duty today She just has the best personality . and is so easy to understand my uncomfortable condition of wheezing,Coughing, and aching all over.. . With her help ,I know I will be feeling much more like myself in a few days.Bless this wonderful woman and I thank her and the staff there at Tri mble Road, Mansfield

This place was wonderful!!! Staff was very very friendly and welcoming! On top of their professionalism they were very knowledgeable! Not a long wait time at all when I went in! I now know where to head when I am not feeling well and want to be treated professionally, quickly and with care! Thank you guys so much!!!

Well, if ever there insist they check for the flu. I went in with all the flu Symptoms, but the dr said she didnt believe I had the flu. So she didnt test. Later at the ER it was determined that I did have the flu, but now Im outside the window for Tamiflu. So I now have to suffer.I would give more stars because the front desk people and the docs are nice enough. But they get only 3 stars because they dont have face masks. I mean seriously. The height of flu season and no face protection. Shame! Im bringing in my 85 year old mother and I have no protection for her to keep flu germs away. Argh!

Total waste of my time I could have gotten just as good of care from a stranger on the street. Went in because I got something in my eye while working and she didnt even look at my eye to see if there was something in it just said oh you probably just scratched it and prescribed an ointment.

One Dr. and sometimes a Nurse Practitioner on first come first serve. If the parking lot is full it will take awhile ( 2hrs ). If empty 30 min. Very good at taking care of your needs. Very nice staff!

I have always had the best of the best medical treatment here. I go here not only to avoid dead central but because they have the best medical team you could ask for here. Thanks so much for always being so kind when I am not feeling well. You guys are totally awesome. I always recommend this place to everyone.

Service is SLOW!! Nothing “urgent” whatsoever. These people do not know how to multitask & keep people moving in & out of here. Don’t waste your time coming unless you have a ridiculous amount of time to set aside to wait!

The receptionist pulled down her mask-to lick her fingers-to separate the papers-to hand me one. I know I was in good hands at that point. I don’t think I would voluntarily come here unless my job required it.

Great place...never to look g of a wait. I have been there and 2 of my kids and my mom. Friendly and quick. U dont have to miss work for appointments and u get the treatment u need.

My adult son came here because he’s been sick for over a week. Fever up and down, slight cough. He had to call off of work for a couple of days. They ONLY tested him for Covid. Nothing else!! And discharged him without any medicine OR diagnosis!! Since when is Covid the Only Sickness in existence!!? Now he has to go back to work still sick with nothing from a doc except saying he got tested for Covid!

Super friendly. Got there 30 min after opening, was virtually no wait. All staff were very friendly. Got a prescription and was out the door. Highly recommend.

The wait was longer than I expected, but the NP I saw, Olena Irvin, was exceptional.... kind, caring, and thorough.

The new location is as bad as the old one. My fiancé went there for pain in his back. They did some tests and gave him meds. Never told him what they found, what they were treating him for, or any side affects from the meds. Never even gave him discharge papers with any information. Very unprofessional.

Ive been fighting with a herniated disc and finally went to see them and they actually took the time to do all necessary tests and set me up with a specialist! Should have started here! Great doctors and staff!

Pathetic. I showed up before my illness got too bad in an effort to knock it out. I was told that I didnt know my condition that Ive dealt with all my life and to take something else. Didnt help and now my asthma cold turned into bronchitis once again. Thank your for the next three weeks of pleasure.

DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! They say they open at 8.....they dont! They show up late and they let tons of people sit for 11/2 hours knowing there was no doctor there!!!!!!! They took our money and everything, they acted like this is a regular thing! The lady at the front said the doctor isnt usually this late....Which means they are always late.....just not 11/2 hours late?!!!!!!! This place is insane!!! They are also privatly owned so I cant get a phone number for the guy that owns it to let him know how bad his employees are! Called about getting a covid test. Guy on the phone NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. Asked about phone app he was talking about, he said very rudely just go to app store on your phone. No explanation of anything. No wonder you have a very low rating. Hire some people who care!!!

I dont like the fact that the owner will not let you know what doctor is working over the phone. I have to drive out and see who is working and if I dont like the doctor that is working I have to turn around and leave, wasting my time when I dont feel good begin with.

This place is a joke!! I went there to be seen due to my doctor being out of town. They asked that I pay $50.00 upfront (co-pay) before they would even see me. I explained to them that I didnt have the $50.00 on me but I could pay on Friday. They turned me away and said they dont do billing. Wow unbelievable!!

Took my kids here at 8am....the lady arrived to unlock the door at 8:10am! They open at 8am?!!!!! We filled out paper work and paid them......sat for an hour and a half......there was NO doctor there!!!!! I came in late after work (12 hour shifts in the rain with bronchitis) feeling very rough around 7:15p and they were all very nice and knowledgeable about my care except the doctor wouldnt listen to my previous prescription treatment and the treatment he put me on caused a intestines virus that had me at the tolite ever 30 minutes to a hour including in the middle of the night I had to go in and give a stool sample (imbarising) and had to pay more money for that and another proscription that I cant even drink on forth of July weekend thanks

They force you to pay for a covid test up front before theyll see you. If you dont have $155 dollars theyll turn you away. Zero stars if I could. Very bad policy.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. So many staff people just standing around talking and doing nothing! The nurse practitioner said she was sending my prescriptions right to the pharmacy and 4 hours later they still hadnt sent them. I will not be going back.

I had went in because I had hurt my leg/ ankle and the doctor treated me as if I was stupid for wanting an x-ray to ensure there were no breaks.

The people here are very unprofessional. I had to come back to tell them to call my prescription in because they forgot to. And then just acted all nonchalant about it. Because they cant get their stuff in order. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

It is by no means an urgent care facility if it requires downloading an app, creating an account, and registering said account prior to receiving care. Also, good luck if you are from out of state.

I walked in at 4 oclock it took an hour and a half. The physician came at 5:25 and I was out at 5:28

How dumb that you can not be seen if you dont have the app or dont want it. Had to leave to go somewhere else. This specific place has declined over the years. Will not waste my time here again.(Not everyone has their cell phone glued to their hands)

Care is in their name - Walk In Urgent Care, and they really do!! All personnel had smiling faces and I had a wonderful experience!

This is not the walk in clinic it used to be. Not everyone wants the app just to be seen. Nor can everyone do this while sick or in pain.

We use this Urgent Care whenever we have the need and the staff is always very friendly and are able to get us in quickly!

I have been here trice and my daughter has also. Yes there is a wait time, but we both received good care.

This place sucks I went in yesterday at 9 am for a boxer fracture from a martial arts fight made me wait an hour just to tell me an X-ray tech isn’t in sends me to the hospital to have my X-ray done and the results emailed back to them now fast forward to today no phone call from a doctor telling me what’s wrong and now I’ve gotta pay for an injury that was supposed to be covered by fight promotion because this place is a joke will never return to this place

This place is ill equiped to handle even the most basic medical needs. Not to mention the place never opens on time, and the wait times are insane.

I arrived there at 7:20 they dont close till 8 but they had there doors locked and all the open signs on with patients waiting in the waiting area.

They turned away an off duty police officer because he was carrying a pistol. They then call the police on him. After he is detained and confirmed to be a police officer, they still refuse to treat him.
