Reflections OBGYN

So very disappointed with this place! I waited for months to get in, desperate for help with hormonal issues. Counting the days.My GPS took me to a different building, so after driving around looking I was 7 min late for my appointment. And they told me they could not see me and were rescheduling months out. No care, no options. Just “sorry.” Went to the car and cried.I would recommend going somewhere with a bit more care in their health care!!

Alison Badders and her staff are the kindest, most compassionate people! Alison doesnt leave your room until shes completely satified that all of your questions and concerns have all been answered and you are in full understanding. There is truely no one like her. Ill never go anywhere else.

Front desk does not understand how to determine copays and tried to overcharge my daughter 5x the copay amount her first and second visit within a month of each other. Made her very uncomfortable both times before they finally validated the amount they had come up with was wrong. Not sure what kind of scam they are running, but we will not be back.

Unfortunately, I scheduled with Mark Sargent because I wanted to discuss getting sterilized as I am childfree and carry a risk for ovarian cancer. Well he waltzes in and before even greeting me he rolls his eyes and begins to infantilize me and be condescending, asking me to explain why I think it’s a good idea for me to receive sterilization and looking at me like Im crazy. Speaking to me as if because Im a woman I don’t know whats right for my body and some hypothetical future husband of mine knows better for my body than I do. He even had the nerve to claim that I’ll change my mind about sterilization once i “meet the right man and soulmate and get married” because “everybody wants to be a mom and dad in life”. If I would have told him I was trying to have a baby he would have congratulated me but because I requested permanent means to not have a baby he implied I was hysterical and pushed birth control on me after I told him I already have risk of cancer in my family and birth control would place me at risk. And THEN proceeds to say “i dont know why women all the sudden want their guts ripped out because of politics” and tried to coerce me into getting an IUD when i said i have had terrible experiences with it. Of course this was all after he made sure I paid for the visit knowing he would just refuse the procedure and scoff at me for even asking. I am disgusted and he should not be in practice if he believes grown women shouldnt have a choice in their reproductive decisions. Thank God I found another OBGYN who listened to my concerns and promptly performed my bisalp procedure with care and precision. It was nice to find a OBGYN that listened to me and was willing to believe I know whats best for MY body, unlike Mark. This isnt the 1950s, don’t schedule with Reflections if you are a younger woman who believes in having full autonomy over your body and reproductive choices, Mark does not believe women know best for their body.

Im 52 years old and this has been the best place I have gone to for Ob/gyn. Mark Sargent along with the staff and nurses just made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Im glad I found this place! I would definitely recommend!

Laura Burgess and the rest of the Reflections team is one of a kind and amazing! It is always a pleasure to come in and see them and I always leave happy.

Im so glad this is where I go to for my OBGYN needs. This place is awesome. Beautiful and comfortable inside. The staff are amazing. My doctor is so caring, compassion and truly listens to me. They really do make you feel like family. Love the warm socks too. Its little things like that that I love. Absolutely recommend this place and will, of course, be returning.

I’ve never dealt with the abundance of arrogance, unprofessionalism, and lack of knowledge from a medical office (Melissa), let alone any professional field, in my entire life.From working in regulation and compliance, I’m truly wondering how the business has not been under question yet.Melissa refused to give me My Own records/results that I requested and was specified on Athena to obtain from the office. My email and contact informations on file. I have the rights to access my own medical records. Restricting access to my own records, is a violation of federal law and their own office policy, per documents I signed.

I really enjoy coming to this office. Alison is patient, personable, understanding, and compassionate. You are in good hands at this practice. The girls at the front desk are very friendly. The medical assistants are also very knowledgeable and competent.

Laura is awesome! She carefully listened to my issues, thoroughly explained what she believes I am going through and thoughtfully designed a treatment plan to get me back on track. I found her to be easy-going and easy to talk to. GYNO visits are very personal so having a professional such as Laura to make you feel comfortable is great!

Laura is the best! She has helped me understand a lot of issues I’ve had that no other GYN has really taken the time to explain and understand, she always makes me feel heard and at ease. I definitely recommend her and her office. Her staff is always helpful and kind. Her office is worth the drive!

My first visit at this practice is a positive one. The front desk staff are very friendly and efficient. My wait time was minimal and my nurse was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. The Nurse Practitioner, Allison Badders was attentive, informative and very gentle and thorough. Thank you for making my experience a less stressful one.

I just established myself as a new patient with Reflections OB/GYN. From the moment I entered the office, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The front desk greeted me with a smile and was highly efficient. My wait time was null. My wellness appointment was with Laura Burgess FNP-BC. She took her time to listen to me. Laura was highly informed and educated me on questions I posed to her. From this first experience, I would definitely recommend this practice.

Dr. Sargent and his office staff is wonderful. He was my ob for both of my children back in 2006 and 2011. He was great each time. He makes you feel comfortable and very at ease. He just did my surgery on 9/1. I was scared and going back and forth about my decision to have surgery. However, he made me feel at ease and provided me with lots of information, and answered all of my questions prior. I definitely recommend Dr. Sargent and his office.

This was my first visit with Laura Burgess and I just loved her. She took the time to get to know me a bit and get a thorough medical history. She made me feel at ease, and for me, that is not easy to get to. She gave me a referral for an issue that has been plaguing me for years, and no other doc had seen fit to do that. They just labeled it and basically left me to deal with it. I am very happy to have her in my corner.

Laura Burgess is a great doctor! I started seeing her last year and honestly am glad to have switched over to her. She doesn’t make any of my questions/concerns feel uncomfortable or embarrassing. She is super nice and makes the environment feel normal despite the odds of the visit lol. Extremely welcoming and very uplifting!I’d definitely recommend her to anyone new in the area.

This was my first visit and wanted to say that everyone is very nice and pleasant. Laura Burgess was very caring to my needs and was very patient and took her time in listening and I never felt that she was rushing me out of the room. She seemed to really care for her patients.

I was extremely impressed with Lynne Malone and her nurse Laura. The office staff as well. They were all so welcoming and professional. Lynne Malone was so wonderful and immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable enough to discuss whatever I needed to, as did her nurse. They even provided a heated gown, which felt like a warm hug. I have already recommended them to a friend.

I had my annual visit with Laura yesterday and she made me feel very comfortable. She was very sweet and personable as well as professional and knowledgeable. I love this office!! I have been a patient at this office for several years and have also seen Dr. Sargent who was great and had a great bedside manner and I never felt rushed.

Saw her first the first time today and she addressed all of my concerns, among other things.I saw Laura again and we talked about my health abd other things, like she was my best friend. NP Alison and her team were so amazing and kind and wonderful. Took their time listening with my anxiety, helped me through my exam and I cant thank them enough. It was 100% worth the drive to find them not only for their care but for the nitrous oxide they provided me for my comfort. Highly recommend!

I have been coming here for years. I love coming here- for your annual they give you a fresh warm robe which is everything!! They used to even give u warm socks to wear which was cool. Lynn is extremely professional and friendly. She makes you feel very comfortable and I have never had any problems. I even moved to Orlando, and still make the drive for my appointments. I wouldn’t want to see anyone else- the office staff always responds back to me in a timely fashion - For anything...which is HUGE!! Also why I stopped using a different doctor several years ago

Office staff is always friendly. I am always brought back within 5 minutes of arriving for appointment, and providers always take the time to listen and address any concerns and questions. Very thorough. I can always count that my appointments are going to happen timely and wont end up sitting in the office or room for an hour waiting to see my scheduled provider. Cannot say enough great things about this practice.

I see Allison and I am so very happy! Ive been through so many OBGYNs and dealing with chronic illness at a young age, I get gaslit a lot by doctors, especially OBGYNs through the years. I dont experience that here. Allison listened, ran the right tests, found the issues, and offers options. She listens to what I want and it really feels like it is a team effort, and that she actually trusts my judgement on my own body and plans things with me. She also explains options thoroughly, as well as the treatment plan process. I highly recommend her if you are having horomone challenges and/or entering into perimenopause/menopause.

The whole team is great, really. Laura is just lovely. I never feel rushed through my appointments. Even her body language suggests she is fully focused on listening to me and addresses any concerns I have. I have been coming to Reflections for 8 or 9 years now and recommend them to every person I know looking for a new OB/GYN.

Went here today for my first wellness exam with Dr. Burgess and she was phenomenal! From the moment I walked in the staff was very friendly and the office is very clean! Dr. Burgess really knows her stuff and she helped ease my nervousness during the exam. I definitely will be coming back and even though going to the gynecologist is never fun I would 10/10 recommend them.

Dr Sargent is very thorough in his explanation. Each time I have met with him he has given me his undivided attention and never made me feel rushed. His demeanor is kind and patient. He’s honest. The staff are always very nice. The office is extremely clean!

Everyone in the office was very personable, there was minimal paperwork, the environment was very clean and Laura Burgess is a keeper! She makes you feel very comfortable (as comfortable as one can get during a GYN exam) and takes time to really LISTEN to you, she does not rush through your visit. Women love going to the Gyno, said NO woman EVER! LOLI had a wellness exam with Laura. She is professional, knowledgeable, very personable, and really makes you feel comfortable. She is great! Her assistant Emily is great too. She happily answered all my questions while confirming my appointment .They even warmed up the gown before the exam. The place was very clean. Both are an asset to the medical community.

Everyone I met at this practice could not have been nicer; including the office staff and medical assistant. I could not have been more pleased with my visit with Alison. She was kind, respectful, and anwered all of my questions. I left feeling hopeful that my problem can be resolved. I am very happy to have found Reflections.

Great staff lovely lady people. I recommend this place for sure. It was my first time being at a gynecologist appointment my whole life and she was patient with me the entire time I told her about my problems and she helped me through it! The only problem I had was the lady that did my check up because Allison came in she seemed a-little annoyed. I tried to make her laugh a little, but she wasn’t having it.

Its rare to look forward to Drs appointments but I look forward to my appointments with Laura Burgess. She really takes her time and listens to your progress and concerns to get you the best results. Welcomed in at front desk, simple paper work processed and appreciated the professional and attentive atmosphere here. Both the nurses assistant and PA, Laura were great with communicating. I especially appreciated Lauras recommendation for rountine lab work, yet not pushing me into extra tests,or changing my hormone prescriptions, which have been working just fine for years, with the exception of a possible increase in one small. With the lab results we can move forward and consider the changes if needed. Thank you all!

I absolutely love Laura Burgess! Ive been to several gyn/ob/gyn in my life and Laura always LISTENS to me. I never feel rushed. I feel completely comfortable asking any questions I feel might be weird. I never feel judged by my sometimes ridiculous questions. I always feel comfortable with my exams. Its not messy! Which may be an odd comment but lets be real, ladies, Ive had exams from other providers that left me a gooey mess! So gross. I have recommended Laura to patients of mine and friends. She is someone that thinks about my current and future health with a systemic mindset. Not only is she medically knowledgeable, shes also genuinely kind. 5 stars all day.

I prefer the smaller private practices. Went here for a New Patient Visit and will continue to use this office. The Front Desk & Nurse were average. Dr. Sargent was very nice. He took time to sit and talk after the Exam. I was in and out with no hassle.Simple to request & confirm Online Appointments are a major plus for me because I dont like talking on the phone.

My visit was not the 1st time with this practice which is wonderful, however it was my first visit with Laura. She was so professional with a great bedside manner. She answered all of my questions patiently. She takes her time to make sure you are comfortable. Shes awesome...

Ms Burgess takes the time to listen and is very knowledgeable. I think the only thing I would have appreciated is the front desk scheduling both my consultation and my follow up two weeks later at the time I made my first call. I was disappointed in the fact that I waited six weeks to come in then upon exiting, I had to schedule my results/medication appointment and that was another six weeks out. Waiting 12 weeks after my first initial call is tortuous to those of us suffering with these hot flashes. Otherwise, I am fully satisfied with the knowledge and the staff. I feel I’m on my way to a better me.

ARNP Laura and her staff always make me feel comfortable and create an accepting atmosphere. ❤️ I appreciate the little things like the warmed gown I wore for my Pap smear exam. Theyre excellent at calling for appointment reminders. The office is always clean and I appreciate their mask policy. Highly recommend!

I was called prior to my appointment as a reminder. I was greeted and checked in cordially. My wait time was less than 10 minutes. The thing I especially like about Miss Burgess is that she makes me feel comfortable asking uncomfortable questions. She also has never made me feel rushed and takes as much time as is needed to answer all of my questions in a professional way and gives me options for treatment.

I was a patient of Lynn Malone for over 20 years and followed her when she moved to Reflections. I was hesitant to stay at Reflections but decided to go with Laura Burgess and she is wonderful, thankfully! I will also feel comfortable having my 20 year old daughter see Lynn Burgess.I was surprised there was no longer a sign to wear masks inside because it is a medical facility and I believe CDC guidelines say to do so. I am vaccinated. All other medical appointments I have since Im following upon my annual medical/dental require masks-to include Patrick AFB. In fact due to the variant my husbands primary care office in Indialantic now (again) requires patients to wait outside until appointment time-getting stricter again.

Really positive interactions with Laura Burgess. She is very easy to talk to and really explains things well. She has been very kind and attentive to my concerns.

Lynn Malone, NHP was wonderful! I chose her for her military background and I couldn’t be more happy that i did. She made me feel as though we were two old friends chatting and i appreciated that. I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed. Her assistant Laura was very personable as well.

NP Alison Badders is amazing! She’s relatable and talks to you like a person, not just a patient. She also helped me relax during my IUD insertion. Where I have heard others explaining their nightmare experience with insertion, Alison talked to me and didn’t down play any of the painful/uncomfortable moments of the procedure. She’s amazing!

Laura and the rest of the staff are great! Laura always takes the time to talk to me and make sure that I understand my test results. She also makes sure that the rest of my medical needs are up to date as well. She is well worth the drive!!

Started as a new patient of Alison Badders this year, and have been surprised and pleased at the attentive care. The OBGYN was always a traumatic experience for me, and I havent felt that at all at Reflections. I really wish I had names to reference, but the front desk woman and Alisons nurse are so welcoming and helpful. They have remembered me each time Ive been in, I had OBGYNs for YEARS and felt like a stranger each time I walked in. Alison has a great deposition, answers all of your questions, and the exam was a breeze (usually nearly unbearable for me to get through). Wish I would have found Alison and Reflections sooner!

I called to become a new patient and book two appointments. Finally, after playing much phone tag, I spoke with Erin. It’s hard for me to find time to make appointments so I asked to book both appointments together for the same day/time. Erin told me that she could not book both appointments together because one of them my insurance may not cover, understandable. However, I advised her that I would gladly pay out of pocket for the other appointment if my insurance didn’t cover it. She still REFUSED to book my appointments together. I told her thanks, but I’ll look elsewhere.

This was my third annual exam at Reflections. As a physical therapist, Im quite picky about my healthcare providers. Laura is great--knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. I was seen promptly and on my way in no time.Highly recommend!

Very disappointed in the treatment of a long time patient. I had been a patient since 2018. I booked an appointment and had to travel unexpectedly for work. In my rush to secure an airline ticket, hotel and a rental call, I completely forgot about my appointment. When I returned, I called to apologize and to book another appointment. I was told that I couldn’t book another appointment until I paid the $50 no show fee. I had never been late or a no show before. I’ve worked in healthcare for over 20 years and I would never allowed my billers to charge a no show fee to an established patient with no record of no shows. I would give Grace knowing that it wasn’t intentional. Needless to say, I have decided to seek care from a caring provider office. I paid the $50 today and will be sure to share my experience.

I love going here, I feel like Im a valuable patient and everyone is so polite.Br. Burgess takes as much time as I need to understand everything. its so nice to feel like my concerns are valid and dont feel rushed or pushed along like an assembly line.

I have really enjoyed being under the care of Lynn Malone these past few years. She is knowledgeable and I always feel comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Recently, I have been under the care of Dr. Sargent for ongoing issues with ovaries and endometriosis. If you desire having the best OB/GYN around, look no further! My only regret is not finding Reflections sooner.

I have really high anxiety about seeing the dentist and the obgyn, so I put off this visit as long as I could. However, as a young woman, I felt so comfortable from the minute I walked into this office that I wanted to leave a great review. They give you warm cloth cover-ups which is not only a thoughtful thing but significantly better than the paper cover-ups given at most other doctors offices Ive been to. Every appointment I’ve had with Dr. Sargent I’ve noticed his main concern is getting me out of the office at the 10 minute mark. He did not seem to actually want to hear about my problem rather to have me deal with my medical issue “on my own” and to just deal with it till it (maybe) goes away. After telling him my pain will leave me bed ridden for a week every month he still recommended birth control and ibuprofen (both of which I have tried)! Please avoid this man, I don’t think he actually cares about helping people (especially women). My second appointment ended with me crying in my car after he raised his voice at me for not remembering something he said at the beginning of the appointment as a result of being distraught from the bad news he gave me!

Lynn is the warmest, most professional, yet easy going personShe explains everything in detail, takes her time, and makes one feel comfortable.The office is clean and one gets a HEATED gown!!!! The office staff is warm and welcoming.I would recommend Reflections GYN to anyone.

I absolutely love this office! I’ve been seeing Dr. Sargent as an OB for 3 of my kiddos and as a GYN. The office has always been on top of whatever needs done. I’ve never had to wait more than a minute or two for my appointment. I actually see Dr. Sargent right when I’m put into a patient room. I’ve had several special requests and they are on it: faxing, calling, etc to help right away. I’ve found great docs in the past, but they have horrible staff, or vice versa. That is NOT the case here! Dr. Sargent is amazing, fantastic nurse, and wonderful staff. I give them my highest recommendation.

I absolutely love Reflections OBGYN. The facility is very clean and up to date and the staff is welcoming and friendly. I currently see Laura Burgess ARNP and she is fantastic. She has one of the best bedside manners I have see among practitioners and she is very thorough when providing information or offering testing. She has definitely made the usual womens wellness exam quick and enjoyable.I was hesitant initially about their policy of keeping a card on file, however since being a patient here I have found it quite convenient! They always notify you well in advance of charging. If you would like to use a different card they easily change cards on file to adjust to your needs. I would recommend Reflections OBGYN to anyone looking for a change the quality of their womens health care.

I just LOVE Lynn Malone. I’ve been going to her for many years (even when she was at a different location). I’ve never had a negative encounter. She is kind, understanding and very knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone!

I am so thankful I was referred to Laura at Reflections Ob/Gyn! My first visit 6 months ago immediately calmed any fears I had regarding my abnormal pap smear. Before anything else was discussed Laura explained that although there was concern regarding my particular issue, it was not a matter of emergency procedures or dreaded diagnosis. From then on our conversation was just that, a conversation! One in which I felt very comfortable discussing things that had been glossed over at my previous gynecologists.This visit was a follow-up with more good news and again more conversation where I felt I was visiting with a friend that offered helpful advice.Thank you, Laura, for your time and attention!

My wife and I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Dr. Sargent and his staff with our first pregnancy. He is always very helpful with our questions, concerns and anything else we need. Whenever we call in, we always speak with someone right away or we get a call back within minutes. We would definitely recommend Dr. Sargent and his staff to anyone!

I trust Dr. Sargent with my life! He truly cares about his patients and has their best interest in mind. With my first baby he spent plenty of time in appointments answering all of my first pregnancy type questions and did so with patience. With my first I had postpartum hemorrhaging that required emergency surgery. My second baby came a month early due to a placental abruption that resulted in an emergency c-section. Dr. Sargent saved my life both times! Even with multiple postpartum issues after my second, he was patient and thoughtful to my concerns at every appointment and always made room to see me. I could not recommend him and his wonderful staff enough.

I went to see NP Karine Romane, she was very nice and listen all my concerns but she didnt do any check ups. She gave me a blood test to do and I could not make them on time, so I had to call to reschedule my appointment with her. Lady on the phone was very rude and unprofessional, she told me if I cancel this appointment next one will be in 2.5 months and after she just hang up on me.Overall place is nice and clean, stuff rude and will not talk to you or smile, and if you need to see your doctor or nurse you have to wait 2-3 months. They just lost a customer.

I have been looking for a new doctor, so when a friend told me about Reflections, I was excited to make an appointment! I know, who wants to go to the doctor? Anyway, I went and was not disappointed...they listened to every concern that I have and addressed each one. I have a follow-up in a month, but look forward to hearing my results and how we will move forward.

I am a new patient. Emily who answered the phone was rude right off the bat. Asked her if I could leave a message for the NP about my prescription that was prescribed and she said no. She said I would have to talk to her that the Nurse was too busy. I saw all the good reviews but definitely rethinking this place.

Dr. Sargent ALWAYS makes time to answer ANY and all questions or concerns I have. I never feel judged by asking a question or having an exam done. Treats me with the most respect Ive ever received from a doctor. He delivered my baby and explained so much to me along the pregnancy. Ive kept him as a doctor ever since even though it is a drive to visit. My husband also enjoyed his personality and no fluff added to the honest conversations they held. I highly recommend you give him a chance, odds are high he will remain your doctor for a long time!

I see Lynn Malone at Reflections and I cant say enough great things about her. Shes very prompt,caring and knowledgeable. Shes also very patient and listens to every concern. I wont need to go anywhere else as long as I need GYN care. If anyone is in the market for GYN care, I highly recommend her, shes great :)

My wife and I had a great experience with Dr. Sargent! The new office location is really nice too. Dr. S was recommended to me by one of my coworkerss wives, who is a nurse. We did our research and he was one of the best qualified in the area, and we were not disappointed by the care we received. Thank you guys!!

I have been coming to Reflections for about 3 years and have always been satisfied with the service and medical treatment I received. I see Laura Burgess and she is excellent. The only negative thing I can say is that three of my prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy, but I rectified the problem myself.

I have have been going to Dr. Sargent for several years. A friend recommended him to me during my first pregnancy and I am so glad she did. He has delivered 2 of my children. I can not say enough good things about him. I recently went for my annual and saw the nurse practitioner Karine. She is an awesome addition to his office. I suppose they might be a good office if you could actually get in touch with them. They seem to close randomly during business hours for hours leaving you with no way to contact them, no way to leave a message. I’ve been trying to return a call for test results for two hours. Must be taking the longest lunch break ever. Began calling at 12:40 and still get an automated message saying that the office is closed at 2:40 on a Tuesday. I’ll be looking for a more reliable provider.

6 stars if I could. Dr. Sargent is a professional, caring, and honest doctor that you can trust. All so important these days! We have had the most positive experience every step of the way since hearing our sons first heartbeat, delivery, and now being 4 months after giving birth. Today we had a follow-up appointment..In my 14 years of working in healthcare and caring for patients at the bedside. I have never meet a Doctor who cares more about himself and less about his patients. NO bedside manners and I was appalled the way he treated my wife and his choice of painful words and lack of empathy for his patients.....Run and Run fast from his office....

I have been seeing Dr. Sargent since his Mima days, love him as a doctor, simply amazing. Unfortunately his staff and new policies are horrible. 2nd time I tried to go back today and just suck it up but the front desk girl looks miserable. No smiles, NO welcome what so ever. Does not even look at you. Welcomed me with you have a balance on your account when I explained that I do know for a fact that I canceled that appt, she just said, I will have to look into that????? When I gave her my card to prepay for my visit she asked if it was okay to keep on file??? I said no I would not like to have one on file seeing that they already were trying to charge me for something they shouldnt have, I was opting to not have a card on file and pay as I come in in the same fashion I have paid them over the last 10 years. She said, you have to have a card on file in such a crappy tone, I just asked for my card back and left, I just cant do it, horrible personality, horrible patient skills. I have been a practice manager for 15 years and this is not how you work the front desk

Beware of this man!!!! DR. SARGENT DELETES ALL THE BAD 1-STAR REVIEWS.Avoid dr. Sargent like the plague!!!!! He is RUDE, CREEPY, CONDESCENDING, and has a NARCISSISTIC & MISOGYNISTIC personality. As soon as I left my appt with him I cried in my car. He blew off all of my concerns and did not listen to any of my questions. In fact, he cut me off and spoke over me any time I tried to tell him about my symptoms. He even scoffed at me and “man-splained” some of the medical issues that I’ve been dealing with first-hand for years…. what a clown. He then offered absurd and extreme medical advice for my concerns without recommending further diagnostics (I thankfully switched to another OBGYN immediately after this experience, and my new OBGYN was appalled to hear what Dr. Sargent had said to me regarding my medical concerns). I feel sad for all the other women who continue to trust this nasty man with their health and gynecological well-being. Run far from this “doctor”!!!!!

I was referred by an emergency department for a fibroid and went in today. I was told about three options to take care of it. I got to choose which one I would like to be done and now will be getting an appointment for one of the procedures. I definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Sargent is an amazing doctor and a great man. He delivered my first born without a problem, even though my wife was high risk. Id make a 2 hour drive specifically for this Dr if I had to

I went with a family member for this consult regarding a possible left ovarian torsion with a recent discovery of pregnancy. She had been referred to him from base medical due to the inconclusive yet concerning findings on an ultrasound that had been done the day before. The office was very quick and efficient at getting her back even during their lunch hour. The nurse and office employees were also very helpful. The physician was very pleasant on first introductions but as we continued the evaluation (which consisted of him sitting back and taking a brief history) and asked questions regarding other clinicians concerns in the matter he essentially told us they knew nothing and he was the expert. I understand the reason for speciality but at no point did he attempt to share this expert knowledge or provide comfort with his patient. He kept repeating his opinion as if we were idiots and that is why his message was not getting across.In my opinion, this obgyn specialist did the bare minimal to provide care for his patient. The only perk was that he did his job and ordered needed labs to further evaluate the situation, but that was it. I am extremely disappointed in his lack of empathy in a field of medicine where the primary clients are hormonally charged women.There are so many excellent physicians out there that spend time educating their patients, I suggest if you are looking for an OBGYN to find a different physician. This guy was definitely about the revenue and needs to consider taking therapeutic communication courses to enhance his ability to convey his all knowing message to his patients. Healthcare is no longer seen as the doctor knows best but as a team effort where we all work together for the benefit of the patient.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sargent for several years. Unfortunately, I went to my annual appointment today and they have a new policy since I was there last that requires a credit card to be on file. I do not have a current or past due balance and the annual visit is no out of pocket to me so why a credit card would be required is ridiculous. Dr. Sargent has now lost an annual visit as well as a patient due to their policy. I cant imagine a provider turning away a patient because of this but that is exactly what happened. The more instances of your credit card information being on file with offices increases your chances of credit card fraud and Im not willing to take that chance for no reason.

I found a lump in my breast right after I moved to the area and didnt know any of the businesses. I called this office because it was close to my new job. I told them that I found a lump in my breast and needed to get it checked out to see if it was cancer, mammogram, etc. They said they could see me next week. When I went in they asked if I had insurance, which I did not. So they had me pay up front over $200 to get checked out. They felt my breast, said yep, you have a lump, we are going to refer you to another place to get a mammogram and sent me on my way about 10 minutes later. I then had to pay another bill for the mammogram (over $200) which I already knew I needed.I made the mistake of going back there for my annual pap, during which they took some samples. They told me that my bill was going to be $185.00, so I payed it at that time. They did not tell me they were going to send several samples off to other parties and I would be receiving several different surprise bills in the mail over a month later totaling $414.I called them to cancel my next appointment and tell them I never wanted to come back and they didnt even ask why.

This exemplifies why I have avoided male GYNs for my entire life. I have worked on health care for over a decade and have never had such a patronizing and condescending experience.

Love Laura she’s very knowledgeable and detailed every time I go in. Very flexible she’s an amazing NP. Never have met the Dr. The staff is always friendly as well. I recommend this Ob/gyn and I’m super picky

Went there for my 1st pregnancy. Dr. Sargents bedside manner is cold, and robot like. I felt like cattle to him. I wanted to hear my babys heart beat, I had to ask him to let me hear it. He let me hear it for 5 seconds. This is suppose to be a beautiful experience for me. I know he delivered hundreds of babies, but this was my first. I would never go back to him again.

I met with Laura on line which was perfect for the type of visit I needed and saved me time and gas, not having to drive to the office in Viera. She answered all my questions and gave helpful suggestions to help alleviate my problem.

My wife has tried to personally engage with the front office, SEVERAL TIMES, in the last few days, to discuss her procedure scheduled in two days from today. Instead of receiving a personal return call, Reflections OB/GYN has responded robotically with unilateral recorded messages calling our home telephone. Each time when my wife tried to connect with a live person, she gets transferred into voice-mail jail. I am not happy with their gross negligence in patient response. Not once did anyone from Reflections OB/GYN personally returned any of her calls.

This was my first visit with Reflections OB/GYN and I was extremely pleased with the care I received from Lynn Malone, WHNP. The office was clean and the staff was phenomenal, efficient and knowledgeable.

Absolutely terrible and only after your money!!...in May i had testing done and they charge you just to read your results when they could just tell you over the phone. Went in in September my copay that is $85 they tried changing to $125 not to mention i got billed for an entire lab panel I never requested..The provider had diagnosed me at the time of the visit and never said anything to me about sending in any culture. She prescribed me and everything.Will never recommend this place to anyone!

I saw Doctor Sargent during my first pregnancy. As a first time mom, I was obviously nervous and inquisitive. I said Id been reading about how much weight gain a woman should expect based on your starting weight/health. He literally scoffed and said that I didnt need to gain any weight, at all, during my pregnancy. My questions were never taken seriously, nor really given much air time at all. After I had my beautiful baby, I had pretty severe post partum depression. I couldnt eat without panicking that I couldnt breath. But no problem, Doctor Sargent said thats ok, you could skip a meal or two because obesity trumps all, right? By the way, I was 180 lbs. When I finally started medication for the depression, I had a GI bleed from it. I called and left messages multiple times asking for help to know how to wean off the medicine because I knew going cold turkey was unwise. My calls were never answered. The bleeding got bad enough that I had to go to the ER. But hey, still no call back.Edit: Young wasnt my last name at the time. It was 2010 when I was there, and you probably wouldnt document the GI bleed since I left 7 messages there and at the health center that were never returned so you obviously didnt take the information of a toilet full of blood seriously enough to call back or document. My baby was born in August of 2010 so it was in August and September of that year. Dont get me started on how the C section went. I had nightmares for 3 years.

He is an amazing doctor. Very caring and understanding. The best bedside manner you could ever ask for. He makes you feel comfortable straight away.
