I made an appointment for a TB blood test at 8am, but when I showed up nobody was there. I waited for 30 min in front of the closed door before I decided to leave. The same day the lab reached out to me to confirm the appointment and at 7am I confirmed that I will be there.While waiting in front of the door I tried to call them multiple times, left a voicemail and texted them, but up until now I never got a reply. I am not sure what happened there, but it is very unprofessional and I would not recommend this lab to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience with the phlebotomist who visited our home on Sunday. She was incredibly thorough, gentle with my young daughter, and provided exceptional care. I Highly recommend their services!

Just wow. I wasnt expecting such amazing service from a testing facility but it definitely made it worth it.I was assigned to a local lab testing place for pre-employment drug testing. They botched my results and nearly cost me a job. I found Concierge and the atmosphere and staff were calm and compassionate and hear my story and expited my lab testing just to help me. The best lab Ive ever been to hands downSide note: google doesnt like the address lol. So make sure you look for the Hertz off of US-1.

I order blood labs for our families to monitor our health along with other things. Our 7 year old was cared for well and the phlebotomist was absolutely wonderful and did a wonderful job. We recommend this office highly. We have done had our old drawn many times and she ranks at the top of the charts. Thank you concierge lab service.

Really amazing service here! I was nervous about having my blood drawn and the staff was very patient and made me laugh as I was getting blood drawn. Compassionate staff and the office itself has a very zen like ambience and I will go here in the future as needed for sure! P.S. I like that you can easily text them for appointment.

My expectations were absolutely exceeded at my appointment this afternoon! I have a history of fainting at every bloodwork appointment and although I try to be proactive, it often results in lab techs making me feel self-conscious. Instead, at Concierge Labs, Heather made me feel like I was a family member coming in for a spa treatment. The environment is relaxing, private and immaculate. I actually felt amazing when I left. I’ll never go anywhere else in town for labs!

Awesome service. Was excepting a typical sterile lab and semi-robotic service. Instead, the space was warm and welcoming.The lone staff member was very kind and genuinely caring. Felt like a meditation session vs. a blood draw. Highly recommend.

Jacqueline was so pleasant. I brought my daughter and son and myself for testing. I felt like I was in a peaceful spa. Never even felt the needle go in. I will never go to another lab again. They were able to get me in immediately and they are affordable with no insurance. I have anxiety and I hate the atmosphere of Dr offices and labs, especially amid COVID-19. I immediately felt at ease inside the office with its calming atmosphere. Jacqueline went above and beyond to not only make me feel comfortable, but genuinely listened to my concerns and offered advice and recommendations. I really felt heard with her which is something I have not had with previous health providers. If you need lab work, I highly recommend you go here.

I needed a blood test done as soon as possible so I called and left a message for Concierge Lab Services at 7 AM on a Sunday morning. I was so happy that they were able to accommodate me on the same day at 10:30 AM! Jacqueline was very kind and kept me updated with my results. The space they have is very comforting- it doesnt feel like your usual lab office. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

Jacqueline is amazing!! Did not feel a thing. She sets you at ease and the environment is so calming. Best of all no wait times. She also takes insurance. All my labs were fully covered. I will not go anywhere else.

Jacqueline is amazing! I thought I had an appointment made for me, but when I called to find out the time, turns out I didnt, so she made me a last minute appointment for the end of the day. I was a little late leaving work and got there 10 minutes late, but Jacqueline not only still allowed me to still get my tests done, but was the definition of friendly and welcoming the entire time. By far the best experience Ive ever had getting tested, and will definitely be returning next time. She even made extra sure to open any of the testing materials in front of me to show they were sterile and brand new. Jacqueline definitely deserves a 1000 out of 10 on customer service, cleanliness, professionalism, and any other category there is. 👍👍👍👍👍

Recently my son (who has autism) needed lab work. The thought of that made me cringe. I knew I needed to find a place where they would take extra time and care with him. After researching on the internet I chose Concierge Lab Services LLC because of the reviews and the reviews were right....it was truly an amazing experience. The area where the lab work was done is very peaceful and zen like. Jacqueline was patient and took her time even though my sons veins were hard to find. He did not feel a thing! He had to ask if we were finished! I also had my lab done today there as well and I didnt feel a thing either. If you want to go somewhere where the atmosphere, medical skill and professionalism is on an A+ level then book your appointment now!

New in town and I had to have blood work done for a Doctor up north. I was referred to Concierge lab services.Jacqueline was amazing! I have used Concierge Lab Services before and was just as pleased this time. They were prompt with getting back to me, and I was able to get the time I needed with no trouble. Calming atmosphere and will definitely use them next year when I get my yearly blood work done. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with chit chat.

Concierge Lab Services was absolutely the best blood draw experience our son has ever had. We havent been able to get our son, who suffers from high anxiety due to his autism spectrum disorder, blood drawn in years. After reading several customer comments we decided to give Concierge a try for ourselves. We scheduled a home visit. Jacqueline came by and made our son feel comfortable and calm throughout the whole process. We highly recommend using Concierge Labs especially if you have any anxiety about giving blood.

Amazing relaxing spa like atmosphere and blood work done with love and care! My daughters veins are not easily got on the first try by many, but this visit took only one attempt. Only place my daughter wants to go for blood work now due to our wonderful experience, highly recommend!

Someone recommended this lab to me and I am so glad that they did! They are fast to schedule you and get the blood work results back. The people there are so helpful and kind. It was probably one of the least-painful needle pokes Ive had (I hate needles); and the overall atmosphere was very serene. Much more comfortable than the regular stuffy lab.

This place is great. Jackie is so good that I didnt feel a thing. Just a fantastic experience. I will always see out Jackie for future lab work. I hate needles, and Jackie made me very comfortable. I am a self pay patient, and I was given a great deal. I know how expensive labs are for self pay patients. I was suprised and delighted at the very fair price I paid. Just a wonderful experience. I had a great experience using Concierge for my labs. Jacqueline is awesome. She is professional, her correspondence is quick, and she makes sure the client is comfortable. The office also has a very relaxing atmosphere. I will be returning to Concierge for all of my lab needs in the future.

I was very pleasantly surprised upon walking into Concierge Lab Services location! I expected a stale laboratory and instead walked into a tranquil, intimate spa environment. Greeted with a warm, loving hand shake and smile. I recommend this service to anyone needing lab work done as a proactive person, or even at your Drs request. Very skilled and comfortable!

Concierge lab services is professional. The experience for anyone, but me would be 5 star. I have a sensitivity to scents. I will use concierge lab services whenever I need lab services. It was the best blood work I have ever had done. It was first of all a privilege to have the experience of a perfect blood work experience. And secondly, everyone is wonderfully helpful and respectful and the cost is affordable, yes!!

Called no answer... left message no return phone call... listing said open so drove to the facility at address listed5 different business listed on the doors and the door was locked...GPS locator takes you to and shows picture of alleyway between 2 businesses down the street...Dont understand a 5 star rating as listed for this business...called back and no answer...

I had to get bloodwork done for a doctor’s appointment and Cindy had a calm office with waterfall sounds and serene pictures. I hate needles but she made me feel extremely comfortable and was very attentive. I was out within 15 mins. 10/10 recommend.

I tried taking my daughter three times to get her blood drawn which ended in a freak out and melt down, I found this place on Google and gave them a call. Highly recommended! Quick scheduling, prompt and courteous AND got my 11 year old daughter calm enough to collect her blood! Thank you Sandy! Will definitely use again in the future!

Jacqueline took excellent care of me for my fasting blood draw.I should mention that she texted me very early the day of my appointment to say she was held up with a hospice patient in Vero Beach and would be 2 hours late. However, I didnt check my phone. When I arrived at her locked office she called me and profusely apologized suggesting I go to the nearest Quest Lab.I decided to wait down the street at a friends and an hour later everything was taken care of (she refused to charge me her $25 fee). She is very nice and highly skilled! Maybe next time I will try her mobile service!

This is easily one of the best experiences Ive had getting labs done. They are very informative, knowledgeable, and you get the absolute experience that they care. They know what they are doing, very professional. The hours of operation are what attracted me to try Concierge, and they worked with my work schedule. Fantastic.

This is the most caring, most flexible, and BEST place to have bloodwork done. I had to have blood drawn on my 6 year old, autistic son. Jacqueline saved us!! Not only did she open up on a Sunday, so no one else was there to distract us, but she was so patient and understanding. She gave my son breaks when he needed them and was tolerant and helpful with his tantrums. I will ALWAYS go here for future bloodwork that needs to be done on my son.

Never been in a lab quite like this. It looks and feels just like home which helps relieve a lot of the stress associated with bloodworks. The staffs are super friendly and professional as well. This place totally beats all of those big chain labs out there: quest, labcorp etc. Highly recommend this place for any of your lab work.

Nancy is an exceptional nurse, she took care of my parents and we are all pleased with the service. The environment is clean ,very comfortable and pleasant.

I needed to get tests done for my mother, but it is difficult to get her to the appropriate places since she cannot get around as well as she used to. Fortunately, Concierge was able to come to us, and my mother was able to get her tests done in the comfort of our home. Highly recommended!!

Had to take my 8 year old son who is very ticklish and Squamish and he barely batted an eye for his blood work we were in and out in 15 mins I would absolutely recommend going here over any of the big lab corporations, Ive gone to those and spent an hour there! If any of my children need any more blood work or labs done this is absolutely where I will take them!

I have read the reviews so I decided to call this lab for routine blood work. After a very long wait on the phone I just heard a message about they dont do covid testing. There was no way for me to leave a message for them to call me back for an appointment. Poor and unprofessional service.
