Doctor Kothari has been my doctor for several years. She always put me in a nice mood. I love her smile and her positive attitude . She take time with me and always give me a straight answer. She is the greatest, I would recommend her to anyone. The lady at the front desk and the whole staff are very nice.

If I could I would rate this place a 0 they have very bad communication amongst each other and other offices. I had booked an appointment for my first ultrasound about a month ago because that was their only availability then the day comes for my ultrasound & they call me and say someone else that does not work in the facility booked you an appointment & unfortunately we do not have that doctor here or any one available. They told me they were not able to see til a week out and I would not get my ultrasound til after I have a consultation when they had told me on the phone I was having my first ultrasound the day of my appointment. I was very excited to see my little seed and I am going on 9 weeks pregnant so I need an ultra sound asap. So instead of the lady on phone trying to fix the problem she took no responsibility for her office & was very rude. So I will not be going here and it’s unfortunate because it’s down the road.

Disappointed with the experience I had here as a new patient. They are very disorganized. The rooms are left dirty and they first didn’t know where to place me. I waited over 30 minutes sitting in my room for the doctor to come in. Then she just ended up sending me for an ultrasound and I didn’t get to speak with her after to discuss my pregnancy or ask any of the questions I had. She seems to rarely ever be available. The receptionist is extremely unprofessional. They have you jumping through hoops just to get blood work and testing done you need for your pregnancy. I was sent home with a kit to have someone come to my home to take my blood. This is NOT covered by insurance and they don’t take the time to even discuss that with you. When I asked what other options there are, I was told there are none? The assistant is also unprofessional. I had to just switch providers and will not be going back to this office. Do not go here for your pregnancy care.

I started seeing Dr. Shebana as my gynecologist in August of 2024. I was very satisfied with how she took time to listen to what my needs were. I think she will be a good Dr for me to have.

Hands down the best Obgyn I’ve been to. Namita Kothari is the most understanding and helpful Obgyn I’ve ever had. She listens to all my concerns and has never made me feel unheard. She is great at explaining everything that’s going on and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking an Obgyn.

Dr. Kothari is truly concerned about your health and your experience. She was very patient and kind when listening about issues I was having, and extended that kindness and patience through the entire process of resolving my issues. I had questions that were kindly and respectfully answered, and I feel very good about the level of care I received. I honestly cannot praise her and her staff enough.

Dr. Kothari is an excellent Gynecologist. She took care of me like I was her family. If there were 10 stars that is how I would have rated her and her staff.

They changed my appointment time. When they called instead of saying they needed to change my time, they asked me to check in early which I could not do at the last minute, as I HAVE A JOB. So when I arrived, I was informed that Dr. Kothari was unavailable. They made it sound as if it was my fault, because she asked me to be here 45 minutes before my scheduled time. I HATE STEWARD MEDICAL GROUP.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! Dr. Kothari and her staff are incredible! I felt not only well taken care of but they all made me feel individually special. I was not just another patient to them. The medical expertise was apparent from the moment I stepped foot in the office and I had 100% confidence and trust in their hands. Scheduling, billing and labs were quick, easy and convenient. They sent reminders and followed up every appointment. I had a difficult pregnancy and Dr. Kothari was on top of it all. She had me see a specialist to get everything under control as well as see her. She actually spends time with you and makes you feel like a priority. She gave great advice and always made time for questions. Among all these things, the thing that I appreciated the most about her was that she listened to me and what I wanted. She was 100% an advocate for me! During labor the baby was not advancing into the birth canal and she asked me what I wanted to do.she let me decide, but she was always there to give her medical opinion when I asked. I ended up with a c section after 36 hours. She was not on call the day I gave birth but she personally came in to deliver our son. That meant the world to me. She is a kind, confident, brilliant doctor and I would recommend her 10/10 times to anyone looking for an OB.

Prompt personal care when you need it. Dr Kothari wants women to be informed to make good decisions about our own health.
